NextCare Urgent Care Arlington

Seriously, really regret coming to this clinic. My son needed a school sports physical. We got there at eight and waited at whole hour and 15 minutes when there was only one other person in the waiting room. The only good thing about disappointment was the nurse practitioner. She was upbeat, funny very knowledgeable and if she wasnt at this clinic, I would probably go back. I had called back and asked for a school note because my son was missing school to be at this appointment. I was told they dont give School notes??! Exclamation Im here you shouldve told me that before I paid. They also dont take insurance. No one told me this before I came once again. We wont be coming here again. This is another case of a great doctor with bad service mentality from the front office people.

I was looking for a clinic to do a TB test. I called this clinic earlier in the day and explained what I needed. She told me I can come in anytime and they close at 8pm during the week. I was working all day plus traffic, I arrived at the clinic around 7:20. As soon as I pulled up the lady working the front desk face turn sour. I came in and explained what I needed she told me to scan a QR code and start filling out paperwork. She goes to the back and comes back to the front and says they can’t see me today. I asked why. She said it was too late, I have to fill out a lot of paperwork and I wouldn’t have time. I said I’m currently filling out the paperwork and I can have it done. Instead of telling me I don’t have time. Provide me with all the paperwork and let me fill it out. Her attitude got worse. I didn’t understand where it was coming from. I finish the paperwork in about 5-10 mins and I had to wait longer than it took to fill out the paperwork. I went to the back and got the test and I was on my way home. I come back 48 hrs later for my results and was greeted by Kayla with a huge smile! She was so sweet and helpful. The same lady who I seen on the first day came out to take my results. Didn’t even great me, just said I need to see your arm for results. Where did they do it? She was very rude. I appreciate’s Kayla’s customer service. She will be the reason I come back if I need anything else.

My visit was quick and better than I expected! Everyone was nice and we didn’t have to wait a long time. I brought my daughter here to get a sports physical for school. Great place and very convenient!

Booked an appointment for my child including notes for why I was scheduling the visit. Booked several days ahead of time. They sent me a confirmation the day of and I responded. When I arrived for my appointment, that I scheduled my day around, I was informed “oh. Someone was supposed to call you. We are unable to complete this appointment”.Why was my appointment allowed to be left on the schedule without any communication to me? Unprofessional.

Two weeks ago when I came the staff was extremely pleasant. Today 6/6/24 it was totally different. My copay went from $75 to $100. I was totally confused as to why the $25 difference. The young lady deliverance of giving me an explanation is was what did it for me. When I was called back the gentleman acted as if I was a bother to him. He was not welcoming at all and I was ready to walk out, until I spoke with the physician who was quite pleasant. The physician was filling in, this was not her location. I would not recommend this place unless better staffing was in place. The staff needs to take courses on how to make a patient feel welcoming until of coming off rude and unbothered.

By far the BEST urgent care I’ve been too. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and had nice conversations with the staff members. ALSO they have payment options that really helped me out because I don’t have insurance. Will be coming back!

This place was amazing seriously! The doctor really took her time to assess my brother. Everyone was so nice and relaxed! The doctor made sure to answer any questions I have and made sure to involve me in the process 10/10! I really do believe this is the place to go for emergencies.

They were awesome the first time I went there was because of back pain unfortunately I hadn’t gotten my new insurance information so I had to pay out of pocket 350$, however I’m glad I went because the doctor was wonderful she listened to me and when I had told her I just needed a doctors note and didn’t need pain pills I just had to take time off work. She made sure I didn’t need pain pills. She didn’t think I was making up the pain like most male doctors do. The next week I did hurt my finger much worse than my back and even though I tried to go to the same location the X-ray machine at this location was broken. Ended up having to go to another location where the male doctor didn’t believe my pain was real because the x-ray didn’t show anything. My finger was swollen and red and it hurt to move it to the point I had to take two Tylenols every 5hr and ice bathed it every time it was in pain. X-rays don’t show pain and everyone perceives pain differently. Thank you staff and doctor.

I was a walk in patient and was seen in just a few minutes after completed the paperwork. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and professional. The Dr. explained my results and I got my results quickly. Definitely one of the best Urgent Care offices I have been to. For those that use GPS to find it, its right next to Tiffs Treats.

The staff was nice however I went in for what was just supposed to be a $35 physical and it ended up costing $150. My child was given an EKG and I was NOT told ahead of that test there was going to be an additional charge or given any option to refuse the test. I was given the impression it was just part of their physical. Had I been told that she would not pass her physical without it and/or there was going to be a charge of $130 for a five min test I would have refused and taken my child to her primary care physician who we see on a regular bases for the physical. My child was not able to see her regular doctor until a later day and I was just trying to get her physical for school so she could start her training the next day.

A quick and easy visit! Been here a couple times and I’ll keep coming back. Jasmine is always kind and thorough. I’ll be spreading the word to everyone to visit y’all when needed.

This NextCare facility is one of the best. From the front desk clerk Linda, to the nurse, and the Nurse Practioner. They all were very nice and kind. Ms. Mary, was so very through and cared about my problems and worked to treat them. I would definitely recommend this facility. 😁

I think there is a problem with there web site i put my insurance card in. Still had to pull it out they said it wasnt showing up this has happened multiple times. But other than I like them they are fast to get into, normal very short wait which I appreciate.

Walked in with my mom, she was experiencing symptoms of a UTI, was helped figuring out how to sign in and fill out all the paperwork online. Was seen in a matter of minutes and received results of the UA right away. After the prescription for the antibiotics was sent off, we were good to go. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and patient with us, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. ThanksI will recommend this facility to anyone that needs urgent care but cant get in with their own Dr.

Was seen quickly. Everyone was very nice. Got my prescription over quickly to a my new pharmacy. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

This is my 2/3 time coming here with two of my kids. They are so professional!! The office is clean!! The staff is amazing and very friendly! We seen the NP Jazmine and she was very sweet and knowledgeable! Not to mention we were in and out in 30 min!! Love this place!!

Front desk, Nurse, and NP McClendon provided exceptional care. Twice I have scheduled appointments and at both visits all of the above mentioned were true except different Front desk staff, nurse, and NP. Please keep providing this exceptional healthcare for myself and others.

We made an appointment on line, checked in while on the car and weee seen very quickly after entering the building! They were quick and efficient and we were done in 45 min!

It was my first time going! I made a appointment and pre-filled out paperwork and still had to wait almost 20 minutes. The office was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. The NP Jasmine has really good bedside manners and handled my child with good care. She diagnosed him quickly and got us in and out . Definitely will go back and recommend to others.

My husband and I like to use NextCare when we cant make an appointment with our PCP. The staff and the NP are very nice and professional.

My grandson needed a school physical. I was able to ask questions and make an appointment in the same call. The appointment was within 30 minutes and when we got there we were seen right away, got in and out in less the 15 minutes. The service was great and the experience was great.

Dr. Jasmine is truly top notch! Shes very kind and professional. Its clear that she genuinely cares and speaks to you with respect and empathy while finding the best possible treatment to help you. I really appreciate the front office nurse, as well, and I wish I had gotten her name. She was also wonderful. I highly recommend this urgent care if youre in need of immediate medical help and cant be seen by your PCP!

They were fast, thorough, and professional. The nurse practitioner was patient and caring, and took time to answer all my questions without rushing. The rest of the staff was lovely as well. The facility was clean and there was lots of space in the waiting room.

Made a 8am appointment for a sports physical. Walked in at 745a to do paperwork and I was the only patient in the waiting room. Nurse Practitioner was 10 minutes late to work and finally made it out at 835am. Took 50 minutes as the only patient from paperwork to physical completion. Not recommended!

Had to schedule my two kids at separate times but they took them in together which made things easier. They were so friendly and we had a hiccup with the card reader not working but the receptionist was apologetic and so kind. The facility was very clean and they had masks available if you didn’t bring one. They were gentle with my kids and very clear with explanations and treatment etc. We were in and out of there in no time at all and back home within an hour of our first appointment time. Great experience especially for a Monday!

Took my son for cold symptoms. They immediately checked for strep, flu & Covid.We were the only ones there so no wait time & we were in & out pretty quickly. Everybody was nice. I would go back again.

Not sure why its closed. Hours say 8am to 8pm with no mention of being gone for a lunch break.Couldnt get ahold of anyone all morning, so came down to the facility and its closed.

Pricing was fair, the plans they offer to help save, self pay patients, money, are a good deal, and worth it! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Next time I need urgent care, I will definitely be coming back here, and I recommend it to anyone else!

Save your time and visit a provider who cares. An appointment doesn’t mean anything and if you ask a question they don’t know. This place is a joke, it’s sad they provide “health care”

I got an appointment within an hour of scheduling which was so important to me. I didn’t have to wait in either waiting room or personal room. Was seen by Jasmine who couldn’t have been more professional and nice. I don’t have insurance so bill was quite hefty but worth it to me to not have to sit and wait forever in a crowded room w a bunch of sick kids!

I simply walked in, no appointment , but it was early on a thursday. about a half hour wait, spent the time filling out the online forms. once inside they took good care, baselines then x-rays, then on to the nitty-gritty. the Dr. was very good, I felt no pain at all. explained every step of the way...

First time walk-in. Went for the kids school sports physical. Whole process in and out took less than a hour. With insurance around $35. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy facility. Overall pleasant experience.

What a rip off- I spent $290 so I could throw up in the exam room- no IV Bags no examination at all- then they wondered why I was leaving- should have someone who knows how to care for patients- I am CPR certified but I don’t work as an EMT- qualified care is a requirement!

Wow!!! The best URGENT CARE I have ever visited. Everyone was nice from the front receptionist to the partitioner and nurse!!! They were all patient, respectful, understanding and helpful. My son was able to get seen in very little time and be diagnosed with the required meds. Thanks!

I did have to wait about an hour to be seen. The doctor Jasmine explained the delay was caused bc she had to stitch up a thumb. She was polite, attentive, asked questions and was thorough. She did not do unnecessary tests and electronically sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy which were ready when I arrived. She diagnosed ear infection and sinus infection. I appreciated her time and patience. Thank you Jasmine.

After being sick for a few days and realizing it couldnt wait until after the weekend to see my PCP, I searched the urgent care closest to me. There was no wait and as soon as my insurance was processed I was brought to the back immediately. The staff was amazing! The ladies were all very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my well being. After 48 years with asthma I know my body and what my body needs and my provider actually took the time to LISTEN to my needs. I thought that was phenomenal! Thank you Mary, Laura and Deloris for making my visit such a pleasant one 🥰

I took my mother in law in for an infection. they called us in before i was done with the paperwork, and the doctor was with us immediately. we were in and out in a flash. the doctor was very compassionate and i felt like she really cared. i will definitely be going back here if i need care

This place was really good. Very professional, prompt and courteous. The staff was friendly and the provider was extremely caring. She listened to what I had to say and didn’t rush the visit. My entire visit took about an hour which is not bad at all.

Great first visit. Easy to make an appointment, check in and convenient location for me. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor were great, so nice compassionate and professional. Test results done in 15 minutes and diagnosis and prescriptions sent right to my pharmacy. Dr Jasmine Morgan was so nice and thorough. She answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable with the care I received. Would definitely recommend this facility. Insurance processing was a breeze and my regular co-pay applied. Since I’m out of network they refused to let me pay out the 110$ copay to be seen. I’m super sick and it’s all about the money with this office. Will not use this office ever. I asked to put down a portion and pay the rest and was told no. I get paid in a few days. But nope. Zero empathy.

It felt odd initially when I entered NextCare as this used to be my primary care physians office. The staff at Next Care was professional, while being warm and friendly; from the receptionist to the care provider. They knew I was an RN of many moons yet they still took time explain everything to me. The also treated me with respect and kindness.

No long waiting time with an appointment. Clean facility and restroom. Staff was kind. They prescribed my medication sending it electronically to my pharmacy of choice making it very quick to receive my medication.

I went with a horrible stomachache. I called previously to ask if they accepted my insurance and when I went there I also asked, and they said that yes, the insurance cover it. They made me fill up paperwork and when they were going to check on me, the nurse left the room for a long time and came back saying that my insurance didn’t cover it, so I had to leave. Horrible service

They don’t accept my insurance and didn’t tell me until I came in the next day, at 4:00pm, and was sitting there for 10mins. Wasted my time and now I will be penalized at work for not having a note. I would give zero of if I could. If you don’t accept my insurance, that needs to be the first thing said on the app when I put my insurance information on there. Also $190 for a visit is just plain robbery. Who in their right mind would pay that??

The facility was clean. The staff was professional. There was not a long wait time. They diagnosed my issue promptly. What more can you ask for from an urgent care? I was completely happy with my experience.

I saw the provider FNP Mary Moody. I could not have been happier with her bedside manners, the friendly office staff and how quickly I was in and out. My provider actually listened to me and HEARD me. Wonderful urgent care!

Got in on a Sunday as a walk in and was in and out with my daughter in an hr. Very pleased. They were very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they couldnt administer a strep shot 💉 only liquid (for the next 10 days) but hey beggers cant be choosers especially on Sunday! Oh and I love how close to home they are! Very convenient!

The provider, nurse and front desk lady were all great! If more stars could be given I would. They helped at a time most wouldn’t and while we were all ready to get out of there they took the necessary precautions in checking for illnesses for my daughter. I wish this was a pediatrician office but when I’m a bind and the office is unavailable I sure will be bringing my babies here

Hate the app but if you’re determined to have people fill it out, code it to auto fill instead of typing the same thing five times. Also have the businesses name somewhere in the icon. I’ve got six different doctors’ apps on my phone. Have to go through each time to figure out which doctor’s “portal” it is.

One issue with urgent cares in general is the long weight times. I made an appointment for my son, and he was seen at that designated time (no waiting). All staff was very professional and personable. Would recommend.

Sadly I found out I have covid but other than that, the visit was very fast! I was the only one when I walked in and got out within less than 30mins. Tests only took 10mins and the staff was very nice and were extremely helpful! 10/10 would recommend this place!

It was so nice to be treated with such kindness and compassion. Not just my the amazing doctor but almost more importantly the receptionist and the nurse!!

I thought it was weird front desk girl made us wear a mask for a non sick visit because everyone has to, but she didnt have one on. When I asked her about it she got an attitude basically said she didnt have to makes no sense. The rest of the staff was pretty nice.

I come here everytime me or my children get Ill. The doctor is the sweetest and very genuine . You can tell she loves her job, her work shows it . And we trully appreciate all the staff , they were all very nice and I love how they work together from beginning to end. I recommend nextcare urgent care to all my family and friends!! The receptionist and the doctor are amazing and did a wonderful job. The nurse however was short rude and disrespectful. I felt like she was talking down to me. if the receptionist and the doctor were not so nice I would not go back

The lady that checked me in was very nice and caring. The lady that took my history acted like she was bothered that I was there. She seemed very uncaring. The nurse practitioner that I saw was great.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We’ve had to go three times this year and haven’t been disappointed until this past time. I went in yesterday for my daughter who had an ear infection and croup. They were supposed to send her prescriptions to cvs, but it’s been almost a full day later and we don’t have the prescription. CVS doesn’t have it, so I don’t know if they sent it to a different pharmacy, or just never got it sent. But I’m very frustrated at having a sick daughter and none of the antibiotics she needs

The receptionist made us wear a mask but the next 2 patients to walk in didn’t. The Dr that saw us was rude. She didn’t even look at my daughters foot. She had glass in it. She told me that the person who does X-rays is not there until 2 so she couldn’t do anything. I asked what am I supposed to do then because her foot hurts? She said “Well yeah it hurts! She stepped in glass!” She didn’t offer for us to go get an X-ray or come back at 2 for one.. she said what do you want me to do? Wrap it or give her crutches? I said but there is glass in her foot, she can’t walk on it. She can’t go to school like this. She said “like i said, I can’t do anything about it. Do u want it wrapped?” I said yeah I guess so but it still hurts her. She said “of course!! She just stepped in glass”. And she walked out. SO RUDE!!! The only nice one was Jay, the nurse. He is the best and talked to us and made my daughter comfortable. Even after seeing that Dr, well I think she was a PA , he cleaned and wrapped her foot and gave us some tips on how to get it out. He was surprised that we weren’t getting an X-ray, even if wasn’t there.We will never come back here. We will wait for our normal place to open at noon next time!!! If you want your 5 star rating, get rid of your receptionist and that Dr. Keep Jay! Hell, give him a raise and teach him how to do X-rays so u don’t have to depend on 1 person… god forbid she take a day off or go on vacation!

Such fast service, hardly a wait time due to me having to do the paperwork which was all online which was a nice touch as well. The Nurse Practitioner my son saw was able to immediately identify the issue. I was in and out in an hour.

The NP was amazing I finally got some relief after suffering for the six weeks

I’m a veteran. It’s hard to get in to see my doctor at the VA for minor emergency so they recommend Next Care. Nurse Traylor and the staff are very helpful and get me in and out quickly all why solving my issue. I wish I could make her my primary care!

Saturday night, I suddenly remembered my daughters sports physical was due on Monday. In a panic i searched online for somewhere that might be open on sunday. I found Nexr Care Urgent Care for the next morning. Delores, Christy and Mary were great! They took great care of us. The sports physical was on special, so BONUS! ONLY $25.OO. I will definitely be going back.

Theyre fast this was better than the emergency room than anything that I have attended. Her appointment was at 5:00 p.m you got called to the back at 5:15 was out of there by 6:15 p.m. I just hope they stay like that seriously because if I would have went somewhere else I would have still been there probably till 11:00 p.m. Thank you NextCare Urgent Care

Dr. Miller is the best. He truly cares about his patients. The place is very clean and neat. The patient intake process is very smooth and fast!

Needed a Covid test in order to get our grandson back in school. Registration was easy and quick. Made an appointment for 7:00 pm on the same day. We checked in and waited about 15 minutes, then we were called back. Nurse was very professional and friendly. Did the Covid test and said that the flu was going around and they did a flu test as well. Both tests came back negative and the nurse gave us an excuse for the school. I would definitely use them again.

Its been a long time since we have been treated like a human and not a number at am urgent care/medical facility. DrNP Laura Moore was awesome.. She took the time to listen to me and my child about our lives and made a huge difference in both of our lives today! He got in the car excited again about playing basketball. Candace made it clear she didn’t care about my visit I set and appointment to be tested I came in and she asked about my insurance and I said I didn’t have any and she was like well it’ll be 300 to 400 today and I’m like wow today !? She responds yes today and it would be plus more cause you know the lab charges you to send them so I’m puzzled and asked would I have to pay that today she says yes so I said okay thank you and left to call another “ next urgent care” and she told me about the Medicare plan where you can pay some now and the rest later by time I walked to my car Candace already canceled my appointment

First time visit here! We didn’t have an appointment but they were able to cater to our needs. Staff was friendly and very helpful!!

Didnt take them long to see me and everyone was very nice and comforting.

Took my mom her for her illness. She was in and out however when we need them to send her prescriptions to Walgreens they only sent 1 of the 2 medications when Walgreens and I tried to call back they didn’t answer so I had to comeback 2 twice to tell them to send it. Then they said they will print out the prescription to take to Walgreens it took another hour for them to print out a damn prescription to take to Walgreens. Terrible

This facility makes everyone wear mask even when one of the front desk girls had it around her chin. I work at a hospital in Dallas and we aren’t requiring anyone to wear masks anymore. If your gonna have customers do it, hold yourself to the same standard.

Absolutely terrible and predatory business practices used by NextCare. I wouldnt let them pay ME to come back here. I was pressured into signing up for a Medical Advantage Program from a very unpleasant receptionist, and months later when it came time to cancel after the free trial the phone number given for cancellations just rings and then a robot answers and hangs up. They pressure you into signing up for a medical plan that you literally have no way of cancelling. Absolutely deplorable.

The receptionist was so kind and Jay Perez was AWESOME and made me laugh while I was feeling terrible. Everyone here was very kind I will definitely come here again for some urgent care.

Long wait! Daughter went in for school physical and waited 15 minutes over scheduled time. Walked in at 7:04 and seen at 7:47 with no one in the waiting room.

I love how easy it was to find a clinic, fill out paperwork and check in through Solv(there’s an app or use internet browser). Short wait time and we were in and out in 30 minutes! I will be returning to this clinic.
