I just want to express how happy I am to have found Bloom Fertility. From the initial consultation with Dr. Carpenter to my blood test, the experience has been excellent. Im usually scared of needles, but the nurse was incredible I didnt feel a thing, and I didnt bruise at all, which is rare for me. The team is responsive through both phone and the messaging portal, showing how much they care about their patients. I also recently had a Hyfosy test at their office. Although I was nervous at first, Dr. Carpenter was fantastic, making the process effortless and causing minimal discomfort. We received good news from the test, and while we havent started our planned treatment yet, Im excited about the next steps and confident were in good hands. Thank you, Bloom Fertility team, for treating us as individuals and making this journey so much easier.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Sue Ellen Carpenter for a few months now & we only have amazing things to say about her. Her office is always spotless, staff are extremely caring and make you feel at home. Dr. Carpenter and her entire team at Bloom are nothing short of amazing! As a plus size woman, I was very apprehensive getting fertility care since I had been turned down previously by other clinics. Other doctors only saw the number on the scale but Dr. Carpenter sees me as a whole person and not just my weight. I can’t even begin to describe how much that meant to me! She developed our plan and was able to help us get pregnant in 4-5 months after trying for 2 years on our own! Everyone was super responsive and walked us through every step of our journey. Ever since finding out about Bloom, my fertility worries have ended. Dr. Carpenter and her team are all amazing individuals who really care about their patients. Anytime I have a question, they are prompt either through the online portal or their phone line. I never in a million years thought I would be here at 37 in this predicament but here I am and I have the best team supporting me through this. Visiting Dr Carpenter is the Best decision we took just in our fertility journey. We just got the positive news in our IUI cycle and couldnt thank the doctor and the staff enough. They were extremely supportive in the entire process for the past 3-4 month and the treatment steps were clearly informed to us. Dr Carpenter personally stepped in for all the process and informed us patiently what she is seeing and doing.The facility is extremely clean and maintained well by the team. Getting appointments and working out timings are also very easy compared to the other clinics we were visiting before.Coming to the finance stuff. If you are in double mind since bloom doesnt work with insurance companies, let me put this out. We did 1 IUI cycle with SGF(with insurance) and 2 cycles with Bloom(without insurance). But we ended up paying less for 2 cycles with Bloom than we payed SGF through our insurance deductible/out of pocket for 1 cycle.The service and friendliness provided by Bloom beats SGF any day.Thanks again Dr Carpenter and her team for helping us in this journey. Ive had such an incredible experience here. Everyone has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout my whole process. This was mine and my husbands first time attempting IVF. And they really helped us understand each step. We are very blessed that our journey here ended in success but we could not have done it without this team. Dr. Sue and her team have been amazing. I knew I made the right decision to switch my fertility doctor after my first phone call with Dr. Sue. Dr. Sue is very knowledgable, educational, genuine, but also very straight forward and I appreciate that very much. This is my second IUI cycle and this experience has been much better than my first with my previous doctor. Dr.Sues attention to detail is so refreshing and she educates you on your body in a way that you can understand! Her staff is thorough and very responsive. This clinic was a blessing for me and my family. Dr. Carpenter and her team are so knowledgeable and gentle. They understand the journey youre going through and make you feel accompanied. It took me a few months to choose a fertility clinic and Im so glad I chose Bloom. They were incredible since the beginning, always looking out for me and the next steps without making me feel under pressure. After doing all the tests needed, I was able to star a treatment within the next couple of days. I had a wonderful experience with Bloom Fertility. My 1st try resulted in a pregnancy but it was an ectopic pregnancy. Dr Carpenter was very comforting and was able to call a colleague from another practice to get me in the very next day for treatment. I had nothing but a positive experience from beginning to end. Wow. Dr Carpenter and her team were really wonderful. I did outside monitoring with them which saved me alot of time and money as someone doing IVF in another country. The office makes it clear that Dr Carpenter is not your IVF Dr and simply performs the task for My IVF Dr to interpret. That being said, she did a brilliant job at letting me know what she saw and how things were looking, just enough to put me at ease. I had a cyst she saw which my Dr. put me on meds for and finally at my last appointment she said everything looks great which made me feel comfortable going into my 2nd transfer. Well, here I am almost a month since seeing Dr Carpenter and I am pregnant...FINALLY at 41! I cant help but include Dr Carpenter as part of the team of medical professionals that helped me get to where I am, especially with my IVF Dr being involved from a distance. I am so so eternally grateful for Dr Carpenter and her team.

If you are at all considering going to Bloom to help you grow your family, GO! I am so grateful that I found out about Invocell randomly through a TTC Facebook group, and when I googled it, Bloom and Dr. Carpenter popped up. I was already almost a year and a half into trying to conceive, and had briefly worked with a much larger fertility clinic in Atlanta to have some tests run, and wasnt terribly thrilled with the ease of communication with them. It was impossible to call and get a person on the phone or to get direct contact information for anybody.In contrast, with Bloom, you always know you will get someone on the phone or a prompt response to a message in the patient portal. Dr. Carpenter, Mikesha, Ellie, and Porshia are excellent at making you feel like a valued individual and not just the zillionth patient they have to deal with. This process can be so painful with a ton of heartbreak and speed bumps along the way, and even though our IUIs with them didnt work, I never even considered looking elsewhere for care. Finally, our Invocell cycle with them worked! I am six weeks, four days with a growing baby after a very long 2 1/2 years, and I still cant believe it.If youre looking for a place that truly cares about its patients, is staffed by compassionate experts at the top of their field, and unbelievably affordable prices compared to the bigger clinics in Atlanta, Bloom is 100% where you need to be going. I cant recommend them highly enough, and there will never be enough words to express my gratitude to them.

Dr. Carpenter is awesome! She listens and gives feedback and recommendations without being overbearing and pushy, like I have experienced in the past. We got pregnant with IUI and the process was as smooth as the process could go! She offers gentle hormone options when choosing IVF and a less invasive experience to the entire process. I saw Dr.Carpenter for right at a year, other specialist blamed everything on me being overweight, not once did Dr.Carpenter not try some sort of treatment for us, because of my weight!We have male & female factory infertility. We struggled for 3 1/2 years, and finally with so much help from Dr.Carpenter& her wonderful team we got pregnant through our 2nd IUI.Dr.Carpenter & her team are very one on one, and make you feel like an actual person! After our first IUI, we needed a emotional break, so we took a few months off, but every month they checked in to make sure we were alright!Our first IUI, my ovulation was messed up, & ended up ovulating on Easter (well I got my peak) I called Dr.Carpenter office, & messaged in the portal, and within 5 minutes she called me back, and spoke to me for well over 15 minutes!Dr.Carpenter & her team gave us a chance, when others wouldn’t. & for that I will forever be so grateful for them! If it hadn’t been for Dr. Carpenter I would have given up. She kept me going through the pain of infertility and miscarriage. She truly cares about her patients, she is the kindest and most patient doctor. You will never feel rushed or judged for any question you might have.

This place has been amazing even from the first call! The receptionist is super helpful and really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Carpenter and her team of nurses led me through the process of what to do next and always are very quick to stay in touch with me. Im very glad that I chose Bloom Fertility!

I agree with the one star because she was nice , I guess. I was with this clinic for about 5 Months and it was not good at all. I can admit my timing was bit right during treatment but I tried honestly. I had so many questions and concerns regarding my care that I contacted them on a daily basis which I didn’t know it was a problem. I didn’t have any issues giving them my money it’s just that I wanted to see some progress in my care if I’m going to keep paying. The only good thing I can really say to a that they responded in a timely manner. I would not recommend this clinic to people like ME because you will totally be traumatized. The reason i was disappointed in my care was that this clinic and their staff cancelled my services in the middle of a treatment. When things get hard and emotional don’t express them , but they are not compassionate at all. My medications were changed every cycle without explanation and i was suppose to go with the flow , no I questioned everything and it was an apparent problem. Basically if you don’t spend 5-6k per visit you’re really not important to them because those people had their own days that they come, others like me who didn’t had to wait and wait.

Dr. Carpenter is knowledgeable, caring, and thorough in treatment of her patients. With her teams help we were able to quickly develop a game plan to evaluate and treat ongoing fertility issues. Absolutely one of the best options for REIs in Atlanta!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Carpenter and her team. Anyone who is on an infertility journey knows how hard it is, and Dr. Carpenter fully gets that and makes sure you feel seen and heard. I switched to her after doing 2 IUIs at RBA, and I’m so glad I did. Instantly I knew it was the right choice. She spent so much time talking through my journey. I knew I wasn’t just a number to her. The icing on the cake is that we got pregnant on our 1st IUI with her! Even if we didn’t, I knew switching to her was the right choice. The whole team is wonderful.

I was having a hard time conceiving and my regular GYN only ran basic tests and said everything was fine and that if Im not getting pregnant, it was due to unexplained infertility. It was like she wasnt even willing to help me figure out a solution if everything was fine. So I visited Dr. Carpenter. She was thorough, ran several tests, and recommended supplements and medication. After visiting her and following her recommendations, I got pregnant within a month. The nurses at ACRM are also very helpful and easy to communicate with. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and would recommend them to strangers.

Dr Carpenter is amazing and does what’s best for you. She listens to the patients and values their concerns. I haven’t seen any doctor being available anytime for the patients. She is best at it.
