They got me in as soon as next day. The lady I talked to was extremely nice and got me set up really fast with an appointment. I showed up today you walk in it’s extremely nice calming. Yes I have a little bit of anxiety, but I got checked in the doctors. Assistant took my vitals. Everything was good. The doctor Liam came in was extremely helpful and full of knowledge . I would for sure recommend this place if you’re looking for a great doctor !

Very quick and easy check in and visit. So far I am most impressed with the personalized service. After booking my appointment I received a text from a person, not a machine, detailing the appointment and offering to answer any questions. Great service.

I have been looking for a new primary care physician and after reading all the good reviews I decided to try them out. After this afternoon I will not be going back. Scheduled an appointment online and got a confirmation email. Took off work and arrived 30 min early to the appointment. Was told I didnt have an appointment. Showed them the confirmation and they confirmed I was at the right location and it was for the correct date and time. They then said I cancelled my appointment which I absolutely did not do. They then said that the concerns I had scheduled had to be done before 11 am and that since I am a new patient they had to schedule me an annual physical before they could schedule me another appointment for my actual concerns. Before I wrote this email, I checked my texts, email, and voicemail to see if I missed any communication from them and found nothing. The only thing they did was confirm I had an appointment via email and then completely wasted my time. Do not recommend.

Havent been to the doctor for an exam in...a while! Super easy to make an appointment, complete documents ahead of time, and check-in for my appointment. Staff was warm and friendly. Providers would take the time to explain what they were doing and why before doing them -- made me very comfortable! Will be back in the future for care.

I went in for a long-overdue annual physical exam. They took care of me quickly, and Dr. McComb was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my minor health concerns. I definitely recommend them, setting up the appointment was quick and painless and the text message updates are really handy!

I love this place. It is easy to book an appointment and they get you right in. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. They get straight to the point and get you taken care of. I use them as my primary physician.

I had a great experience at Total Mens at Southpark. I did a Annual wellness exam and it was fast. The personnel was very friendly. The checking process is easy to navigate. This is the second time that we use this location and we would go back if we need it.

The office staff was very friendly. The office is extremely nice and well appointed. The waiting room is comfortable with coffee and water. The doctor listens and pays attention which is extremely desirable in a doctor.

Needed to establish my PCP and get a couple of prescriptions filled. The staff are warm and friendly and I really liked Dr. McComb. I also scheduled my annual wellness exam while I was there.

Hello,Today was my first visit. Customer service was exceptional and everyone was so helpful. I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend them as a health care provider. You will not be disappointed.

From start to finish the whole process was a breeze. I needed to find a doctor and i always get nervous about it, overall glad i came here. Pleasant staff and my wife is finally at ease that I’ve found a primary care provider.

The PA was very understanding and sent me on my way with exactly what I needed. The nurses and folks working the desk were also fantastic. Thanks for making a typically anxiety inducing thing and making it easy.

Went in today for a stomach virus. Nurse prescribes antibiotics but never sent them to the pharmacy even though she told me that she did. They close at 1 on Saturday and closed on Sundays. Now I have to wait until Monday to sort this out when I told her I was leaving for a work trip. Absolutely abysmal.

Incredible staff! Was able to schedule a wellness check without any issues and the team helped all my questions. Will continue to use them for my primary care.

I needed to get checked for a back injury and was able to get in right away. Everyone at this location was super friendly. Big shout out to Liam who treated me, he listened to my issues and answered all of my questions.

They took care of me during covid ! And now taking care of me again after my primary has a 3 week appt back up ! These people are fast and effective and medical pros - use them if you are also tired of your normal wait time

Staff is friendly, place was very clean, and the wait was very short. They answered my questions with clarity and overall for my first time I had a great experience.

Im over being mad about them not being open till 5 i hope it never happens again ,it is a good place . Lost another star Now I go in at 9:00am and the doors locked I knock 10 minutes later someone answers the door and for what ever reason there not taking walk ins this place is going down hill fast ! Now I get there before they close at 4:45 and apparently they stop doing shots at that time this place isnt worth it anymore dont waste your time or money!

First time at Men’s health was a great experience. Quick. Easy. Painless. NOT your typical boring basic drs office. Felt comfortable from the simple sign up process to the exam and got results by the time I got home. All done in under one hour.

Can’t say enough good things about Total Men’s Primary Care. They go above and beyond to help with scheduling and resolve any issues throughout the treatment process. Highly recommend this office!

I went to Urgent care in Kyle first, that was a very disappointing expense of my money and my time. They were sending me back to work way before I was anywhere near ready. Total mens was very professional got me in and I feel much more properly cared for.

I had a great experience with my first visit at Total Men’s. From start to finish I felt at ease, the staff was fantastic!

Very nice place, very clean. They have coffee and beverages in the waiting room.I was the first one in this morning for a physical and no other patients were there. But it still seemed like they were just rushing me through. Like they couldn’t wait for me to be gone or something. When I told them I wanted some water so I could give them a urine sample, they forgot. Also registering for an app I’ve never heard of to get my results. No help with that. I had to hound the front desk lady to help me while I got logged in. And the doctor just seemed like he was rushing and didn’t really say much except to get on the app.I am a young guy and very healthy, so maybe they just thought they wouldn’t get much business from me? Idk. Just overall kind of a lack of a personal touch.

The service was quick, and highly informative and complete. I am looking forward to learning many things about my health in the coming months!

Upon entering the facility, I was greeted with warm smiles and pleasantries by the front desk personnel. I was early to my appointment and so I was directed to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean, the atmosphere was calming and I didnt even wait 5 minutes before I was called into my appointment. The staff were friendly, engaging, and showed a genuine interest in my well-being. Top Marks!!

I walked in on a Thursday in July and requested an appointment. They had ine the following day, I had to skip that one, due to the surprise that they had availability. Long story short, I came in this morning, I think I waited a total of ten minutes from when I walked in until I was speaking with the Dr. The doctor was really approachable, he answered all our questions and he made us feel like he was on our level. Some doctors talk down to you as if youre bothering them, he was not that way. Ill definitely make this my primary doctors office.

My visit was good. The waiting room is extremely nice with coffee, two mini fridges with multiple different drinks, snacks, etc. Customer service was nice, and the nurse that took my blood work did a nice job with the stick. All-in-all it’s a good place to get a check up. Though there wasn’t a lot of endearment behind the check up. Then again, I’m not sure it’s that kind of doctors office! I’d go back versus going to Urgent care.

I’m a military veteran and the level of incompetence at this entire company is mind blowing… If I could give them 0 stars I would.I’ve been waiting for over a month to receive my medication that I paid for… I was told multiple times that it would be mailed to me, and it never was. So I have to drive an hour each way to get my shot.The Bastrop clinic (where I live) hasn’t been open all week, so every time I go to walk in, no one is there. The arbor trails location is an hour drive from me, which means I have to take time off work to go in person. Today I tried going to the Southpark location because it’s a little closer and I can feel my hormones dropping… making it hard to work.I called ahead and they told me I could get in at the last minute. Then when I arrived, nobody was there to receive me, even though I spoke with someone less than an hour before and they knew I was coming. So I wasted 2 hours driving back and forth for no reason, missing work.Every time I bring this issue up, they apologize and give the same generic customer service script… I don’t want apologies, I want it fixed because now this is starting to affect my health, my wellness, and my income.I’m going to seek another provider because I’m sick of wasting my time and losing money because of their incompetence.

It was my first time at this location. Waiting room was nice, they had coffee and drinks. I was seen quickly and the doctor was helpful. No complaints so assuming theres no surprises with the insurance company this will probably be my primary provider.

First experience at Total Mens was a very pleasant one. Front desk and medical assistant were both very nice. The provider, Liam Mc Combs was patient and personable and more importantly, he made us feel comfortable.I look forward to using total mens- Southpark again.

Great first experience with Total Men’s Care in south Austin. Receptionist was attentive and nice; a very welcoming atmosphere. The office was clean and organized. The NA was very efficient and polite. The Dr was kind, very receptive and patient with my questioning. I felt listened to and not rushed out of the room for the next visitor.

Loved it here. Very friendly staff and professional , and also didn’t wait that long to get seen. The Dr and Nurses were very helpful. Will be going back and making this my set clinic for any follow ups. Highly recommend

Went in today as a walk in. The two women at the front desk were super friendly. This was my first time there. They made it super safe for them and myself with signing in. Scanned the code enter my info and took photos of my insurance and Id. Less then 5 mins submitting I was called to the back for testing. The gentleman was also very nice. The testing room was super clean you can smell the cleaning stuff. Was told result could be within a hour, got my result way less then that. I will keep them in mind.

I was able to schedule a rapid COVID test for the very text day, which was amazing considering many other places have a 4 to 5 day wait. The staff was lovely and the experience was very efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes max, and the space was incredibly clean. The staff was on top of disinfecting every surface immediately. Such a good and quick experience!

Quick and quality service. I absolutely love the simplified online scheduling. Everyone was very friendly and the establishment was nice, relaxing without a lot of crowding. This is definitely my new primary care facility in South Austin.

Overall had a great experience with the Staff and Doctor. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Check in process and appointment scheduling were very easy. Everyone is very nice and professional.**BE CAREFUL** They charged me an estimated cost up front then billed my insurance. They were in network and I was supposed to get a $55 discount. They never sent me a refund and I had to call to get it 2 MONTHS LATER. Seems shady but I understand things happen. Just FYI for anyone reading this.

My care today was prefect. I walked in there was a scan code to scan to fill out the new patient paperwork. It was quick and easy. Front desk was then able to get me checked in. I waited maybe 4 min then I was seen. There was about 7 people waiting but I was called before them due to having an appointment I suppose. Process was quick and easy. Front desk sprayed and cleaned chairs down after people left so make us more comfortable to sit down. Overall I would choose this location to do another covid test if needed.

Total Mens Primary Care is always a great visit. The Southpark Meadows staff was incredibly friendly and make you feel at ease during your visit. Total professionals who are very nice from the time you walk into the door.The facilities are always sparkling clean and the waiting room is a pleasurable environment. They even provide snacks!Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Also I must say their office pricing packages are affordable if you are uninsured or under-insured. I highly recommend anyone to visit your nearest location.

Let me preface this review with something - I cannot stand going to the doctor, but when I had to get a covid test, something told me to get it done at Total Mens and Im very glad I did.The receptionist was extremely kind and compassionate especially when I told her that I didnt have insurance. We worked out the details and the wait was maybe a few minutes before the tech came out to administer the test.The tech was very polite and professional - I was maybe there for ten minutes at the most.I highly recommend Total Mens, especially the one at 10001 S I-35 Frontage Rd #320, Austin, TX 78747.

My walk-in appointment went amazing! It seemed as though I was in and out of there within minutes. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and informative. Came here to get a COVID rapid test. Process was super easy and quick - I signed up for an appointment online the day before my appointment (and had plenty of appointment times that fit my schedule). I arrived at the office right before my appointment and waited less than 5 minutes between checking in and going back for the test! The test was quick and easy, and i truly only had to wait 15 minutes between getting the test and my results. Super fast and convenient, and staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this location!

Went for a rapid test, easy scheduling online. Once I arrived it was really clean. I was in and out in about 5 minutes no hassle. Very fast and friendly. Was able to leave and get my results via phone. Highly recommend if you need to get tested or if you just want piece of mind.

I came in for a rapid covid test. I was able to easily make an appointment online that was within the hour. The facilities were very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than half an hour and the person who administered the test was great. She had a gentle touch so it wasnt painful and talked me through it the whole time. I needed to get a rapid covid Test and I’m a women and saw that they had some testing for women and children online so I booked my appointment. Prior to arriving I could register online and once I got there I checked in with id and insurance card and seated right away didn’t have to wait very long to get called to my room and did the rapid test. Not fun but happy I got my results within an hour just like the nurse said. If your looking for a spot to get a rapid test done this place is a good.

I recently needed a Covid test and could not find an open testing site. A friend recommended Total Mens Primary Care. I went to their website and was able to easily book my appointment for the very next day.When I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly and got me checked in quickly. I went to the testing waiting area. While I waited a staff member came in to disinfect the seats that other patients had been in. The entire waiting area was very clean.The nurse who did my test called me back quickly and was kind and professional. She told me that my results would be texted to me, but if my test was positive a doctor would call. All told, I was in and out in under 15 minutes.I received my results before I had even made it back to my house. I would highly recommend Total Mens Primary Care to anyone who needs testing or treatment. Their staff are courteous and professional.

Booked a rapid COVID test here and was very happy with my experience. Staff were friendly and professional and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Got my results (negative!) less than 20 minutes after the test. All in all super easy and stress free. Would recommend!

Every time I go, the staff and nurses are very courteous and professional. The doctors I’ve met, Uriel & Jose, are very knowledgeable and sincere when they ask how you’re feeling. On top of that, the visits are super fast BUT informative. They don’t keep you in the exam room for 30 minutes waiting like my old doctor and rush you out once they visit you. They are compassionate and always want you to ask questions or address any concerns. I should have gone to these great people years ago. Thank you.

Simple and smooth experience getting Covid tested here this morning. Made the appointment late last night and got right in first thing in the morning. The staff was very nice and got me in and out and on my way to work within 5 minutes. Results were received in one hour and when I called back to ask for a travel document, the staff had them sent right over to me within minutes. Would definitely return here should I need another test.

I had to get a covid test for work- the process of setting up an appointment, booking the appointment and the check in process was very easy- from check in to check out (after testing was done) it took about 10-12 mins, which is huge when you’re doing this on your lunch break! Everyone was nice, the process was very user friendly. I’ll be back :)

My daughter and I (yes, they see females 😉) just had a rapid COVID test done here. I have had other COVID tests done that were not very pleasant. The lady that did our test was amazing! Did not hurt like my previous one! It was quick and easy to get an appointment (on the same day and within a few hours). Our results came back quickly and all of the staff was very friendly. If you need to get a rapid test, this is they place to go!

Total men’s primary care is was a wonderful experience. The first thing that I noticed was the willingness of the front workers that insured everything was in order at my arrival. One of the front workers was willing to help me verify my insurance without any problems. Furthermore, there was always somebody in the office moving around staying busy even when there where no patients. The nurse and nurse practitioner where extremely diligent in making sure that I was aware of everything that was going on. As an 18 year old male, that was very comforting and reassuring. The whole environment was exceptionally welcoming and provided an experience that I will never forget. I can honestly say that I believe I have found my primary care for at least the next 45 years.

Went in for COVID test at Total Mens Primary Care - Southpark. You make any appoint online, then show up at your allotted time. So easy and fast. No lines. It took 15 minutes from time I arrived until the time I was finished and left. Received results via text within 20 minutes. Staff is very professional and nice. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended I try here since I hadn’t been able to get a COVID test scheduled. Services are offered here for women for COVID testing. Sure enough I went online and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. Registration/Check in process was quick and easy. I probably only waited about 5-10 minutes max to get in and get the test done which took what felt like a few seconds. Receptionists and nurse were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend Total Men’s Primary Care.

I was able to book a rapid Covid test right away whereas other pharmacies were booked out for an entire week. They accept most insurances and they were able to see me at my scheduled time so I was only there for less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall and highly recommend!

Very welcoming staff and efficient process for COVID testing. My boyfriend and I made rapid test appointments the day before and filled out all personal and insurance information prior to coming into the clinic. From check-in, the entire process took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way.

Finally a doctors office that treats you like a client not a patient. The ease of use of Total Mens Care sets it apart. The waiting area is very accommodating but Ive never had to wait long. It has been my primary care for over a year and Ive never been disappointed. Walk-ins are accepted and appointments are always met with a staff that make you feel as important as any VIP. Ive used the one in Kyle Texas and the one on S. I-35 in Austin. Ive been pleased with both. Keep up the great work Total Mens Care!

Quick and easy!! I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same day. I filled out all the paperwork online, so when I went in I just had to verify my phone number. The front office staff was very friendly as well as the nurse that did my Covid testing. The nasal swab was quick and painless. I got my results in 20 minutes after my appointment. I highly recommend them for Covid testing!

Very disappointed by the South Park practice. Front desk lady has been borderline rude. During one visit they assumed I had gone to get a Covid test without even asking me why I was there and shoved the swab up my nose. Delayed prescriptions - they never respond on time to pharmacy requests to refill (I had zero medications remaining for 4 straight days, two escalation calls later -they still did not refill - its not been a great experience at Southpark. Arbor Trails location is far superior and managed by a good team. I used to enjoy going there. I dread visiting the Southpark facility and probably will avoid them as much as I can.

Only 4 stars because I’ve only been once BUT DEF RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I will return in the future! Staff was kind and professional. Treatment process was efficient and facility was clean and exceptionally maintained. The appt process and online registration was a BREEZE! Far better experience than I’ve had other places. It was easy to get an appointment time that fit my schedule as well. Very glad I found this location.

Im not a total man, but I had a pretty efficient and not-too-unpleasant COVID-19 test here on January 19, 2021. You do need to go inside the building, but the space seems clean and there was only one customer there, leaving, as I arrived. The test was done quickly after a very short wait. Another customer came in as I was leaving. Everyone was masked. I received my results via text about 40 minutes later, which was slightly longer than predicted, but I was happy to get them within an hour.

Came to get a rapid COVID test for work and was in and out. This was my first time getting tested and it was not as bad as I imagined. The person who performed my nasal swab was gentle and quick. She explained what she would do and was very comforting. Got my results in about 10-15 minutes and was on my way. I was completely floored by the amazing customer service my wife and I received today at Total Men’s. We found out through a friend that we could get rapid COVID tests and we wanted to make sure we were safe to attend an event with loved ones. To our surprise when we got there our appointment for for the following week. Their team pulled together and got us in between patients and got us out of a jam. 15 min after our tests were done to the dot we were negative results and were out the door. Amazing, I totally recommend!

Really quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Whole process was done online and was pretty smooth. Just had to show up and check in. Test was administered in maybe 3 minutes and I just waited in my car till the results were ready. Really easy. Only reason ib have it 4 instead of 5 stars was cause I had to wait a fair bit more than expected despite having made a reservation for 12:00 (think I was seen to by 12:25?). That notwithstanding, I was still in and out in about 45 minutes with results in hand.

It was easy to make an appointment online for a same day test and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet too. It was really easy to make an appointment online to get the rapid COVID test. I scheduled my appointment same day for 9:35 am and it was over by 9:50am. The nasal swab was gentle and fast. I received my negative test result within the hour by 10:48 am. It’s a relief not having to wait so long for the result. Much appreciated!

I showed up without an appointment for Covid testing and was in and out in less than 20 minutes including the new patient paperwork (which was done digitally)! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again in the future for vaccinations and other health needs.

Went in for a covid test. They had tons of available appointments which worked well with my schedule. The staff was incredibly friendly! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with results in under an hour. If I ever need another test, I will definitley be going here!

Total Men’s Primary Care took wonderful care of me. It was very simple to book an appointment online. They were even able to give me an earlier appointment when I called to ask if there were any openings.The building felt very safe and patients were kept in separate waiting areas. The staff on the phone and in person were very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend them for COVID-19 testing.

Went in for a rapid Covid-19 test. The staff at the front and the person who administered my test were all very friendly and helpful.Everything was spread out and I was in and out quickly, after a short wait in my car I had my results and was on my way. Would definitely recommend.

Went in originally to change PCP to total men’s and came in on a Saturday. The doc said to schedule labs and then schedule during week with the Doc at the south park location. Came in today for labs and the nurse asked why I was there. So confusing and the nurse was condescending when she asked are you fasting? I was like yes… and she said I should meet with doc during week before the labs…. Idk why she couldn’t just take my blood and I would’ve scheduled an appointment during the week with the doc. What a waste of time.

From the time I walked in the staff was extremely welcoming! It was nice to see that rapid testing was open to men and also women at this clinic which was super helpful. The place was clean and appointment was on time. I was impressed and would recommend Total Mens Primary Care-Southpark!

Doctor Zack is very knowledgeable and he was able to give me some great advices during the process. I needed a covid test for an upcoming cruise. I scheduled online my preferred appt time, showed up to it, checked in and immediately called back for my test. The entire process took less than 7 minutes. Recieved my test results back in about 40 minutes. Absolutely the easiest medical appointment I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

Got rapid COVID tested here. It was super easy to schedule, the appointment was quick, and I got my results within 30 minutes. Especially with the Delta variant being such an issue, it makes sense to get tested and keep your friends safe if youre heading out to a party etc. I highly recommend.

My 1st experience as a new client was good overall. The appointment was made incorrectly since I said it has to be on a Saturday and they scheduled it for Thursday, however, it was earlier in the morning and they were able to see me fairly quickly which I appreciated. The Dr or Nurse Practioner (Ryan), did a more thorough physical check up than Ive previously had which was appreciated and I have a follow up in a week to go over my blood work. The receptionist was even nice enough to print me a copy of my medical records for myself that I brought from my previous clinic.

Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and more than willing to answer my slew of questions.I not only found the lounge to be incredibly relaxing, but also the overall demeanor of the staff very warm and inviting.If you are someone like me who finds a certain deal of discomfort in taking care of one’s own health, this is the place for you!

The service was excellent. Justin at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the nurses were attentive and accommodating. I came in for a Covid Screening and was in and out with a short wait, thanks to Justin finding me a good time to come into the office over the phone. In addition, the lobby was clean as well as cozy. Went in for an annual checkup / physical last week and the reception was great and engaging, Doctor Trey was super chill and straightforward, and when they told me they were going to draw some blood (i genuinely hate needles), Rosa was super sweet and gentle and accurate. she didn’t miss my vein and it was over and done super quick. thanks Rosa !!!

Went in for a rapid COVID test on a busy day--had an appointment--but still felt safely distanced from others. Test was administered easily and quickly, and my results came in via text within 30 minutes. Will go back to this clinic if needed for future rapid tests.

Needed a Covid test to get back to work. After searching all day I get home 7:00 pm and came across Total Men’s. I easily made an appointment for the following morning. Got there in the morning checked in and was out 5 min later maybe less. The staff were all super friendly, upbeat and very efficient. 10 out of 10 for sure.

I am so thankful they offer covid testing for women and children as well. Service was great! We were able to book our appointments right of way. And got our results back quickly. Really efficient and helpful. Everyone has different insurance and each insurance has different policies so they are mindful of requirements. I recommend you upload your insurance ahead of time to avoid something strange. For example Blue Cross Blue Shield requires blood work to be done fasted before 11am - Total Mens Health help me navigate with that. Also awesome snacks!

I had a great experience here. I had not had an annual physical exam in quite some time, nor had I seen a primary care provider (mostly go to urgent care because I rarely get sick), but my experience here was nothing but efficient and professional. The location is perfect for where I live, the staff was friendly, and the provider was thorough. Will be making this my primary care provider moving forward!

This place was amazing. I requested an appointment for Covid testing. Their website was user friendly, super easy to navigate. No issues with scheduling. The front desk staff was so friendly as well as the dr/nurse who did the nasal swab. I wish that this place could be my primary care. If I could give this place more stars I would.

I called in the morning to see if they could fit me in for a rapid COVID test, even though I had no appointment or no insurance. They said sure no problem, made me an appointment and I was there an hour later. The staff was all soooo nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommend :)

The staff here is very friendly and professional. As someone who was uninsured I found their prices to be fair compared to other doctor’s office’s in the area. They have TV’s and a full snack bar/drink selection in the waiting room which is always convenient. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I’ll keep coming here for my primary care needs.

Very nice hospitable office staff and treating physician. The lounge is very comfortable and has good drink selections while you wait. If there was a football game on a big screen I’d probably just hang out in there.

I went to Total Men’s Primary Care website to sign up for a rapid test for Covid-19 for people with no symptoms. It was very easy and they had lots of availability. They take lots of insurance plans and you can see them on the website.The location was easy to find with lots of parking. The place was very clean . I was early. They got me in right away. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and got my test results back in 30 minutes .

I feel like they took my concerns seriously while helping me with a referral. I feel like they care for their patients. The facility is super clean, they have snacks, and all of the staff I worked with were top notch.

Came here for COVID testing.The appointment was very easy to make online. Once the appointment was confirmed I received an email and a text reminder. Showed up the day of testing and presented my ID and insurance info., they take most insurance, but there is a $20 new patient fee. After doing some brief paperwork I was taken into a room and they swabbed the inside of my nose, slightly uncomfortable, but necessary. 15 minutes later I had results in my hand and went about the rest of my day.

I did not have an appointment but decided to walk in to see if I was able to get a COVID-19 Antigen test. The staff was extremely helpful, the process was efficient and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Wonderful, friendly and professional staff!

Great patient care I took my daughter in for a COVID-19 rapid test we had scheduled her an appointment same day because her mother my ex wife had tested positive after a trip to Mexico for a funeral so I wanted to get her tested ASAP since she was there at the funeral and around her mom. When we went in for the appointment they were able to squeeze both myself and my son in so that we could all get tested the same day.....Thanks so much for making a way to put all out worries to rest ....Thank God 20 minutes later test came back Negative even though everyone that attended the funeral came back positive....still in the miracle business people ....this virus is real and can be very dangerous to those with health conditions my ex father in law is currently in the hospital due to this exposure he has a heart condition and diabetes.....if you need fast service and quick results I highly recommend Total Men’s Health primary care.

I had a great experience here today. I walked in to see if I could get seen for a covid test and they said of coarse. I was in and out in 15 min. The front desk coordinators and nurse were so nice and helpful. I will defiantly go back if I need their services.

The front desk workers were very kind and fast with getting us into a walk in Covid test. We honestly got our test results back in 30 minutes! Really nice. My husband and I tried to go to a walk in clinic first, but they did not take us because we needed a covid test which stressed us both out since we were both not feeling well. But! Primary care helped us out a lot! Now we can finally go to the clinic tomorrow right away. Btw it is a free test.

This is by far the best doctor location that Ive been to. The room was pleasantly lit, stylishly decorated, and their were snack and drinks in a glass mini fridge.The nurses and the doctor were accommodating and took their time. Everything spelled comfy and reliable service. Also they were incredibly prompt with their tests and updating their information in the online portal. I got my test results back the very next day.

Dr Hatley and Lolly were able to refill my prescription when I couldnt reach the prescribing doctor. They were quick to answer and return calls and treated the matter urgently. Other clinics put me on hold forever, transferred my call back and forth, told me to call my pharmacy (who was telling me to call my doctor) or just couldnt help me at all. Tmc was able to get me an appointment with a specialist way faster than any place. Literally got an appointment for the next day, spent 20 mins there explaining my issues and got a call 2 days later from the specialist to schedule an appointment next week. Other clinics took weeks to schedule a regular appointment and a specialist appointment in 2 months! This place makes dreams come true! They actually care about you! They text you updates and ask you follow up questions to see how the appointment went! I love this clinic I wont be going anywhere else for my basic health needs.

Total Men’s is an incredible resource through this pandemic. I’ve gotten two anti-body test here and they recently started offering rapid results Covid Nasal Swab test, which I took today (thankfully it was negative!). The office is extremely clean, the staff is very helpful, and they accept insurance. The process is always quick and easy - in and out in less than hour. Plus they have locations all over Austin which makes it easy to make an appointment online at whatever location is most convenient. Highly recommend!

I went in for an antigen test. You could fill in all the insurance details online and make an appointment beforehand which saved so much time the day of. There were barely any people in the office when I went in. The test was pretty bearable compared to other nasal swabs and the results just took 15 minutes! I did pay $20 for copay even though insurance covered the rest of the test expense. Overall, I’d recommend going here, especially if you need results in a pinch.

I desperately needed to get in for a Covid test and this facility helped guide me there and get in as a walk-in! Both the people I interacted at the front and one during the testing were beyond nice, professional and extremely efficient. The girl who did my testing made me feel very much at ease and was quick! After visiting here I figured out my testosterone levels were dangerously low, and they immediately got me on a regimen to begin corrective measures. Awesome staff, extremely kind and helpful..it did take a couple weeks in order for me to get my results back, though from what I’ve been told by others who have gone here, this is not the norm. My appointment was supposed to start at 2:10 PM and it may have even started a minute or two early the whole process was very easy and just a few hours later I’m sitting here with my refill medication! Went in today, (walk-in) for a Covid-19 testing, it came back negative but I also got tested for the flu, strep throat and for a fever. Got all my results within 30 minutes. I am very pleased with their professionalism and their hospitality. Excellent staff, I will be coming back for future check ups.

Had an appointment for a covid test at 9:20. I was a few minutes early, and they still promptly sent me back for the test. The nurse explained the test and was very professional. Easiest transaction ever! This is why I always come here for all my medical needs.

All this place cares about is squeezing money out of patients! My husband went in for a simple physical. They recommended him to a specialist for a special screening. He went to the specialist who sent the results to Total Men. The doctor left a note in his patient portal with a very brief and densely worded summary of results. When my husband called to inquire what the results meant (doctor terminology can be confusing!) and to at least hear words from the doctor and not just read from a screen, he was told that he would have to schedule another appointment. It is ridiculous! We should have the right to clear understanding of our medical results. I would understand if he was inquiring about something different but they clearly just want to get money every way they can. Highly unprofessional! My husband will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Got an appointment the same day. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Dr. was very clear on everything and made sure I understood the information I was given. Very helpful!! Also the waiting area is well kept and stocked with drinks and snacks for customers. EDIT: I forgot to mention that they said arrive right on time for your appointment there is no need to be early, got there and maybes waited 10 minutes to see the doctor!!

I’ve had engines explode due to a lack of oil distribution, transmissions give out while hauling heavy loads and I’ve cut rebar in 100 degree weather. This is the 2nd time I have come to Total Mens Primary Care, once at the Kyle location and once to the Southpark location. Both times I called and got an appointment for the same day, I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, treated, and gone within 30 minutes or so. I very much like how quick the process was. I wasnt rushed by the Doctor-I was given adequate time to discuss what was going on etc, there just wasnt the usual waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then waiting in the patient room for another 30 minutes, just to see the Dr for 30 seconds. I would very much recommend this clinic, and will go back again.

Soon after check-in, I was greeted by a medical practitioner who administered the pain-free nasal swab for my COVID19 test. I was then advised that results would be sent via text within 30 minutes. I was in and out of this neighborhood clinic in less than 10 minutes. Results were sent via text as promised.
