I posted a review a week ago but I guess they didn’t like me speaking freely about my experience. I had surgery on 5/9 done by Dr.Teresa Diaz-Montes and she did an amazing job with her team. They were all fantastic and they did great work! Only issues I had throughout the whole process was the post op nurse was very very rude and no compassion at all. She made me get up 1 hr after having my abdomen cut top to bottom 40 staples and get into another bed without any help or support while I screamed and cried for help. Secondly, in this office there is a receptionist “manager” she claimed named Bailey who was very unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone. POST OP CARE IS HORRIBLE. ONCE THEY RECEIVED THE PAYCHECK FROM MY SURGERY ITS LIKE I DIDNT MATTER TO THEM ANYMORE. My staples were removed way too soon (and the nurse said the next day when she was packing my abdomen she knew that was gonna happen) caused my incision to pop open in the office as well because she shoved a Q tip into my incision so deep puncturing my wound causing me extreme pain and infection , drainage and more. No responsibility was taken, everything is handled by the nurse and the surgeon herself seems too good to be bothered with any aftercare issues. No medicine was prescribed to help, Suffering with pain and anxiety and the lack of care is not acceptable or professional in the medical field.

Dr. Diaz-Montes is the best doctor Ive ever had. I had to get my very first surgery with her and she was exceptional. I healed so well with barely any pain. She is very kind and informative. She explains exactly what is going on and what to expect with your results and appointments. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr.Teresa Diaz-Montes is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, your risks and what is quality of life to you. I can feel her compassion when she speaks to me. I’m a RN so I’ve been around many doctors over time, she truly is the best. I trust any suggestion she has when it comes to my care.

Dr. Diaz Montes is an excellent Gynecologist Surgeon. She is the best gynecologist I ever had!!!!I would recommend her to any women with Gynecological problems.

This was my first surgery ever, and it was perfectly uneventful. Pain was extremely minimal leaving me with just 4 tiny scars that are barely noticeable. Dr. Diaz-Montes is very kind and took the time to ensure that I fully understood my condition and options. Very grateful for all of my Mercy doctors.

Dr. Diaz-Montes is a phenomenal GYN Oncologist. She is very knowledgeable, professional, great listener, honest, doesnt have a big ego, personable and no BS. She takes time with you and listens to you. She is not one of those 15 minute doctors or those doctors with no personality or a doctor who is on a big ego trip. Dr. Diaz-Montes is fabulous and she is an amazing surgeon too. She did 2 types of surgeries on me, abdominal and laparoscopic. I highly recommend going to see her. She is awesome. I hit the lottery when I found her and she took me on as a patient. If I could give her a 100 stars in this review I would because 5 stars are just not enough.

I love Dr. Diaz-Montes. She is knowledgeable, smart and kind. She is direct, frank, and positive. She is an excellent surgeon and I owe her and Dr. Sardi my life. I had stage 4 ovarian cancer and because of the two of them and HIPEC, I am still here. I see Dr, Diaz-Montes every six months and it is always a joy to see her. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had my first appointment today and cant say enough about her and the staff.... was the wait longer kinda but I had all my questions answered and she didnt rush the appointment. Even took time to look in my file and give correct diagnosis.Bottom line you cant rush perfection.

First, Dr. Diaz-Montes is the most caring, personal, and understanding doctor! Second, she has A+++ medical knowledge, ability and skill! Im so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Diaz-Montes by a friend and previous patient.

Dr Diaz Montes and her team did a great job with my robotic hysterectomy and BSO, and coordinated with my general surgeon to yank my gallbladder all at the same time!

Customer service. ( 0 )Are they Perfessional ( 0 )Doctor dont have time if u are 10 Minutes late and I Still wait almost 45 minutes she never came out to answer only one question is bad servicebut normally whenever I go they put me 20 to 30 minute late before they see my wifeI never complain if they have me waiting in office before they see me .

Doesn’t even look like I was cut. Healing very nicely. She’s very precise and professional. Great team behind her as well. Thanks so much!
