Super friendly staff and clean offices! Front desk is always welcoming. The bloodwork staff is always put together and organized. The nurses, Molly and Mariah, are the friendliest and most understanding people possible. They take their time to thoroughly go over everything and answer any questions I have when I was there. I never feel rushed during my visit. I always feel comfortable here and I highly recommend this office compared to other facilities.

Nothing short of an amazing experience. from day 1, i have never felt like just another number. Dr. B is caring, funny, a ball of energy. the staff? i have not encountered once bad experience. not even slightly. from the nurses, to the receptionist. i am very happy with Shady Grove. More than any other fertility office i’ve visited in the past. this one felt like home right away. grateful for the attention and compassion.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Shady Grove. Dr. B was the first doctor who actually listened and cared. I felt that she got to know me as person and I wasn’t just a number to her. The whole staff is truly amazing. Mariah was also kind and helpful. Whenever I asked question a she never made me feel dumb. So thankful that I chose Shady Grove because I felt so welcome from day one.

Shady Grove Fertility in Allentown is an amazing group of individuals who care about your needs during such a challenging journey. Dr Budinetz was always professional but also so invested in my goal of getting pregnant. She took her time and treated me as a friend rather than just a patient. The staff in the office was always friendly and accommodating. My journey was not a quick or easy one and when things didnt work the first few times Dr Budinetz made adjustments to suit my body to get us to our goal.Shady Grove Fertility will always be my first choice for any continued needs as well.

I believe that with a process as important and expensive as Shady Grove specializes in, they would have better care for their patients (especially in the introductory phase). We attended their seminars online and learned a few things, however it was fairly contradictory to the woman we met for our video consultation. They are very strict on getting all of our paperwork in on time, and especially their fee (that’s all they really care about). We provided every single piece of documentation they requested and way ahead of their deadline so that they “could review it prior to our appointment”. We immediately paid the fee for the consultation. We used their absolutely horrible patient portal to do everything and to submit a question about the paperwork. Neither of us have ever received an answer from those questions in our portal. We had our consultation, and the woman who did the consultation did not have a single piece of information from all of the questionnaires and test results we uploaded. She also provided us with the exact opposite “guess” on why we are having issues than every single doctor we have dealt with and that actually did the testing and studied our results. After the consultation, I reached out to our “financial specialist” asking for them to actually submit the bill to my insurance or provide me with a detailed bill to submit. The phone call immediately sent me to a voicemail box every time I tried to call. I left a voicemail with all of my information and never received a call back so after a few weeks of waiting I just gave up and wanted to share my experience. They also sent me a message about going for testing, and the fee of course, but the woman we met with said there was no testing to do at this time so they can reach out for additional services to make money, but not to help with a question. This is a very expensive and emotional process and we would expect a much better experience when going to a professional for this. The feeling that I got from this has been a complete let down, which is so disappointing because we have been debating on reaching out for a long time and this is what we got. They are completely concerned about money and making as much as they possibly can. That is the impression that we received and I would not recommend Shady Grove for anyone going through this situation like we are. But there are many amazing reviews and I am very happy for everyone that was able to have a family because of them, I guess this was just an untypical experience.

From our first meeting with Dr Budinetz we have experienced personal care that has gone above and beyond! Dr B and her staff have been a delight to work with on this journey, providing knowledgeable insight and a personable approach. When we had a chemical pregnancy Dr B was very supportive and compassionate, and kept our hopes up. We have just had our own success story and the whole office has been part of the celebration with us! I highly recommend Dr Budinetz and her staff for your fertility journey.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Shady Grove. The entire team was so supportive during our fertility journey, and with their help we are now pregnant with our first child. Thank you Shady Grove for helping make our dreams of being parents come true!

SGF has been nothing but amazing for my husband and I through our fertility journey. Mariah, Molly, Dr. B and the whole team have been so helpful with everything! We cannot be more thankful for them giving us our rainbow baby.

Watch your bills closely. They documented a urine pregnancy test and the results of that test in my medical record. They never did that test and never at any point during my few visits did I ever provide a sample to them. Now Im being billed for this. Ive been trying for months to have the charge removed from my account, but the billing department just runs me in circles. They keep telling me its standard procedure to run that test before the saline sonogram and its documented in my record, so it must have been done, but it wasnt. At this point they are threatening to take me to collections over THEIR mistake. To add to the frustration, at some point during this process they messed up my bill and are now over charging me. They admitted to their mistake, but they still havent fixed the bill. At this point Ive stopped all care with them, because I dont trust them to be honest with their billing practices. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

So grateful for SGF and Dr. B. We initially had a consult at a competing REI group but didnt feel like it was the right fit. SGF Allentown felt like home to us. Our nurse Nicole was with us every step of the way. Dr. B is both knowledgable and personable. We truly felt cared for and not like a number. Grateful for their communication, care, and great outcomes! Would recommend to all who need an REI group in the Lehigh Valley area.

Shadygrove is absolutely fantastic. I have been to multiple offices and seen many providers and all very caring and tentative to patient needs. I 100% absolutely recommend Shadygrove!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The people there are so caring and wonderful, the doctor is amazing, the nurse practitioner is amazing, they truly treat you like family. I highly recommend anyone struggling with infertility to go to SGF!

I cant say much about the medical staff at the Allentown facility, but my surrogacy agent and I have been trying to book a monitoring appointment with this facility for over 3 weeks. My agent gave all my contact info to a representative and when trying to book our monitoring appointments, NO ONE could help us. We left numerous messages with answering services and Managers, and no one responded. 😑 Every person we either spoke to or contacted, Adam, Jennifer, Jakita, and, Amy gave different answers to the same question. Needless to say we are forced to use a facility an hr away instead of this one in my home town.

If I could just interact with Dr.B this experience would be great. Her office staff is rude, lacking knowledge and empathy. Always put on long holds when I call and not helpful. Just called to find out why no one has answered my message after a week and was told they don’t have that I called. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked to speak to a patient relations representative and was told I could speak to my nurse. The dr they recommended for my husband literally forgot about us for 3 months even with several calls to his office. Very bad communication and we certainly don’t feel cared for given this bad experience.

Meeting with Dr. B was the first time I felt heard about our fertility struggles. She took the time to explain the testing that would be done, and then after the results our options for treatment. Dr. B never made me feel pressured to choose one path over the other. I felt that she was our biggest cheerleader and always explained the next steps so that we could fully understand it. Along with her, Mariah and Molly (the PAs) were amazing! They are knowledgeable and again explained everything thoroughly. I can’t speak highly enough about our nurse, Loren. She became a comforting resource when she would call and always responded promptly when I had a question. The staff from the front desk, to those drawing blood were kind, considerate, and got to know my face and name. I never felt like just another patient. I felt like I had a community and family. I felt supported through the bad news and loss, and celebrated with our small steps along the way to the big one of graduation. Dr. B- thank you for hearing me, helping me, and cheering us on along the way! You are brilliant and amazing! Thank you, SGF!

The Shady Grove Allentown office made us feel very calm and at ease throughout a very stressful process. We would recommend them 10/10 to anybody! We want to give a shout out to Dr.B and Nicole for being there for us and answering all of our questions!

I was really excited to go to SGF but have learned I made a big mistake. Dr B is great and a huge support, but sadly thats not the only person you deal with.Here are my complaints: Everything takes so long - I feel I wasted months there. They stimmed me for too long resulting in very few eggs (several drs outside SGF confirmed they stimmed me too long). They messed up my medicine protocol, thankfully I have been doing this for a while that I caught it and let them know. After my transfer failing, I didnt receive a call from the dr - the nurse said I need to make an appointment with her instead (also, appointments are like a month out). I told them I couldnt be on Birth Control as it suppressed my system - they told me it was necessary for a transfer - well surprise my transfer had to be delayed because my system was suppressed. Some staff are so nice, some - not so much. In addition, I am still waiting for a refund (going on months now).

Dr B and staff have certainly been on this journey with me from dealing with a chemical pregnancy and now being pregnant with twins. Not only do they support you during the more sad moments they cheer for you when things succeed.Thank you Dr B for all that you do and we appreciate you

Without any second thought, I truly recommend Dr B 😊 for anybody planning to expand their family.She is the best.Allentown SGF family is friendly,caring, emotionally supportive. Detailed diagnosis and clarity of the problem with right treatment by Dr B made it happen for us.Also I should thank Kaylee (nurse) my point of contact was kind and dedicated.🙏

Dr. B and her team are the absolute best!!! You really feel as though they care and are as invested in your success as you are. Dr. B is always willing to listen and discuss my questions about the process, my treatment plan and protocol, different things to try when something isnt successful, etc and I never feel rushed when Im processing bad news. Despite SGFs size, I definitely dont feel like just another patient. I already followed Dr. B from one clinic, and I would follow her to another clinic until my family is complete and I no longer need fertility treatment.

At first it is hard to enter Shady Grove. You know why everyone is there. However, it becomes a community because everyone is working towards the same goal of having a family. Mariah- you are amazing! You always took time to explain things to me. Ari- you are an amazing nurse. I always felt like you celebrated the wins with us and felt the times when we had bad news. Dr. B- you are a saint! When you become part of the Shady Grove family, you will never feel alone. You will feel supported. You will feel like you have a team of cheerleaders who want you to succeed. Dr. B and her team are the absolute best. My situation was different , I am a cancer patient which ended up effecting my egg reserve. Dr. B made sure to specialize my treatment plan to meet all of my needs and get the best outcome possible. We had a failed egg retrieval at another fertility clinic in the area but Dr. B was able to give us a successful egg retrieval and we were able to get an embryo out of it. She has given us all the hope in the world for a second child. We love her and can not recommend her enough!

Dr. B and her staff go above and beyond for their patients. They are extremely efficient at following up and ensuring patients receive timely and compassionate care.

Each member of staff is so caring and compassionate. Dr. B is great, so down to earth and really cares about her patients.

I talked with them five minutes ago. it was a very bad experience. They are absolutely not interested in helping us. Their unfriendliness upset me.I do not recommend contacting them for help .
