I can’t find the words to express how thankful we are to Dr. Roberts and her team for helping us live our dreams of becoming parents. My husband and I had previously been to a different fertility clinic and after an unsuccessful round of IUI and a terrible experience, we decided to seek a second opinion at Boca Fertility. This was the best decision we could have made! From the minute we walked in, everyone was so kind and warm. They made us feel like family and not just another number. Our nurse Michelle was so thorough and guided us the entire way explaining every detail of the process. Dr. Roberts is so kind, knowledgeable and her positive energy is infectious. She took so much time with us at the first consult and was so attentive through the entire treatment, always making sure we felt comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision and I could tell she always had our best interest in mind. Her compassion and genuine love for what she does is very apparent. Dr. Margolis is the absolute best. She is empathetic, up to date on the latest research, communicative, and everything you would expect from a great doctor.I first saw her right after she joined the practice (already a ways into my fertility journey) and after I had gotten some bad results. I was so upset. It was my first meeting with her and I apologized for being emotional and I made a joke about how she didnt sign up to be my therapist. She said she wouldnt have gotten into the fertility field if she couldnt sometimes moonlight as a therapist because this process is just undoubtedly emotional. That really stuck with me. During my time with her I always felt heard. I was never rushed or made to feel like any idea I had was silly--although she was firm when she thought an idea I had was unsafe and always backed it up with research.You often hear that at clinics you are nothing more than a number. While I had felt that before, I never felt that way with Mr. M. She shared in our joy when we got good news and in our sadness when we didnt. While still always remaining positive, she didnt create unrealistic expectations and was always honest. She personally delivered both good and bad news. Her responsiveness to emails is truly impressive. I had a lot of questions and they were pretty much always answered within minutes.Anyway, I am currently 29 weeks pregnant--something I often feared would never happen. My husband and I owe so much to Dr. M--and to the amazing and incredible nursing staff at Boca Fertility, especially Taylor, Rachel, Adela, Jennie. They all made a really challenging time feel more positive.

Twin dream is now a reality!This review is written because Boca Fertility deserves the kudos. Actually, it’s the people at Boca Fertility that deserve the applause and the praise, because they are like family to us now.We were with a different clinic in the beginning of our journey and even thinking about an upcoming appointment, my stress levels, anxiety, and blood pressure elevated. Finally, we made the decision to switch to Boca Fertility and we have not regretted that decision for a second.From the very first phone call to Dr. Peress’ office, even before I was a patient, I received the information I was requesting with such an understanding, care, and love that it was hard for me to fathom. I was a mess emotionally because of the previous clinic; they made me feel broken, unvalued, almost like I was bothering them with my fertility visits. So, needless to say, I was really skeptical when starting with Boca Fertility.Luckily, I learned fast, that we had made the right decision. During our first appointment, we met our nurses, doctors, and other staff members we can happily call family now. The procedures were explained to us with detail, and we never felt pressured to make a big decision on the spot.Of course, like with any service industry, we encountered some hiccups along the way. Some unexpected expenses arose, which were not communicated prior. Some process steps were not clear from the get-go, and we had to ask questions to get answers. However, we took it as our responsibility to understand everything, so I came to my visits with a list of questions, and I always got all of them answered and that way I felt comfortable every step of the way.If you are reading this review, I hope you pick Boca Fertility as your clinic. At the front desk, you’ll meet Ceara and she is always smiling. Sasha or Taylor will get your blood and both of them will keep you distracted from the needle by talking to you like a normal person. Jennie is full of knowledge and ready to answer any questions you might have. She will also take such a good care of you when you go under anesthesia. With Veronica you can speak Finnish and share the excitement towards Finnish chocolate (just ask her, there is no better chocolate than Fazer). Amy and Mariah were on my speed dial and when some complications happened, I was allowed to text them. In their messages back to me I felt the genuine care through reassurance, prayers, and heart emojis which got me through the rough days. You will love Adela. She is so calm when your ultrasounds are performed. She explains things in such an amazing way that you won’t feel dumb asking which end of the baby is the head. And Doctor Peress, you will love him as well. He has such a fun sense of humor that makes you smile. He won’t let you dwell on disappointments; he will push you forward because that is the right way to go. You will also meet Dr. Kreiner and so many other members of the staff, and we are grateful for everyone working behind the scenes. Huge thank you also to our Embryologists Dr. Roy and Dr. Olu. We got our twins thanks to you.These people will love you, care for you, and they will be there for you every step of the way. I hope you’ll pick them as your clinic right away so you won’t have to experience bad service first like we did. Although, knowing how cold and money oriented the fertility world can be, it has made us appreciate Boca Fertility that much more.Thank you, Boca Fertility - we are forever grateful of you and making our twin dream happen. I typically refrain from writing negative reviews unless the experience is particularly egregious. While our interactions with Dr. Cheri Margolis and her medical team were excellent and transparent, the billing department has been a complete nightmare.Sasha Sosa promptly collected all our deposits before beginning treatments, including our insurance deductible, even though our deductible was nearly met. By the time of the second deposit, our deductible was fully met, but she still included it without us noticing. This is a high-stress treatment, and patients should not have to endure additional stress due to an inefficient billing department.We began treatment in January, and by March, after most of our insurance claims had been processed, we requested an updated ledger account from Sasha. It took multiple requests and three weeks to receive the statement, and none of the insurance payments had been credited to our account. Instead, everything was deducted from our deposit.When we asked about this, Sasha had no answers and referred us to Mayra Garcia in the billing department. After a single conversation with Mayra, in which she promised to look into it, we have not heard back despite leaving numerous voicemails and emails over four months. Our insurance confirmed that the claims were processed and paid, but they also failed to get a response from Mayra.Our insurance representative found this situation odd and advised us to seek legal help, as it appeared we were being double-billed. Additionally, for a surgery on 04/16, we were asked for another deposit without any clear explanation, despite the hospital providing a pre-authorization and a detailed bill.We have escalated this issue to higher management and consulted with an attorney, who confirmed we have a valid legal case. Currently, we are dealing with claims that had to be resubmitted due to initial filing errors. Despite almost daily emails to management, we still do not have an updated ledger or a timeline for the return of our deposit.Having made such a large sum in deposits and being unable to secure a refund for months is incredibly frustrating. The billing department has caused unnecessary stress during an already challenging treatment process. If we had read a review like ours, we would have chosen a different provider. The positive reviews here can be misleading, as they do not reflect the incompetence of the billing department. If you plan to use your insurance here, consider our experience to avoid similar issues.

I’m extremely disappointed in Boca Fertility during my most recent IVF cycle. My husband and I have been with Boca Fertility since our initial consultation in March 2023 and had previously done 2 IUI cycles and 1 egg retrieval.My baseline appointment for my second egg retrieval was on July 1, 2024. After several ultrasounds with nurses and with Doctor Margolis I had asked where my doctor, Doctor Peress was which I was informed he was out of town. The day before my egg retrieval I had asked who was my doing my egg retrieval and they informed me that Doctor Roberts would be. Aside from my Doctor not preforming the procedure I was placed with a Doctor who I had never met. I was soon brought into her office to meet with her and she answered any questions my husband and I had.Fast forward- Doctor Peress did call to inform me of my results and let me know he just got back into town. Once my cycle ended I was never informed to stop Lupron or what to expect next. The only additional communication was through my portal informing me to call to book a follow-up consultation.I can only assume when a Doctor takes a vacation or time off they have this time planned out and communicated with the clinic. I was never informed that Doctor Peress would be out of town during my egg retrieval let alone the entire 2 weeks process (I had to ask where he was). I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of communication and transparency.

I called for the first time as a new patient and what a joke. Someone name karen answered the phone and absolutely has no human sense. She did not ask me anything about me and why was the reason I was trying to see the doctor. she rather stated talking about money. She said to me okay first you pay $50 to schedule the appointment, second $300 for the consultation and $300 for the ultrasound and if want iui $2,200. This is ridiculous that office like this still running and i am not sure where they get good reviews from. Asked her why is that price ? and why she can’t check with my work insurance to see what is covered ?and she said ‘’no’’ you do that. It is ridiculous people like this and office like this exist and forgot they are dealing with human beings and that really hurt my feelings for a first time when you expect a great impression and really wanted to go here and after this encounter I am very scared to go so I rather to find somewhere where at least they have more passion. I feel really sad for others who has to go through this.

Dr. Peress and his team were truly remarkable and we have a healthy baby boy thanks to them. Even if at the beginning I wished I would get more information about the process, I soon realised that they are extremely organised and know exactly what they are doing. They were there and guided us every step of the way and replied to our questions ant worries right away. And a thing that mattered a lot to me was that I felt that they cared, the team was so good in what they are doing and also caring and kind and supportive at all levels that they were like a family. Highly recommend!

We have had such an incredible experience at Boca Fertility so far! The office manager and front desk staff are ON IT. They are diligent in ensuring all medical records are received by their office. Theyve all been incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional at every turn. We had our initial consultation with Dr. Margolis today, and she is incredibly sweet and relatable! She helped us feel at ease with the process and we feel so relieved after seeing her today. You can tell that she is very knowledgeable in this field too- shes incredibly smart. We are so confident that weve made the correct choice by switching over to Boca Fertility!

As a gestational carrier, the process is sometimes daunting, confusing, sometimes difficult. Family Formers has chosen the absolute best fertility clinic for their surrogates to work with. The staff is always so kind and so educated. When times were tough, the staff was there to lift me up. Rachel was always one of my favorites to come and visit as she was always so caring and genuinely patient and thoughtful. On the days where I was struggling, she was always a positive and empathetic support for me. Adela was always so pleasant to talk to. She always made me feel important when I was there. Even when I was just getting blood work I absolutely love to talk to Taylor. I can’t say anything better about going with Boca Fertility.

When it comes to caring and personalized service there is no better clinic than Boca Fertility. This is our second journey with the practice. Our first journey was not an easy one and they were there every step of the way. With our current journey (which is 4 years later) they are an even better patient-centric “caring center” as clinic does not even begin to describe Boca Fertility. Not only are all the same caring staff in place but the new team of experienced Doctors and Nurses are of the same caliber. They have built upon a great team and made it better. We will eternally grateful to the Boca Fertility family for making our family not only possible but growing coming back around and enabling our family to grow.

What an experience with Boca IVF and the incredible staff! Like many couples, we needed some assistance in bringing our baby to life. We went through 2 IUI sessions over the course of 3 months. The 2nd session was successful and we are on our way to becoming a family :)Our team at Boca IVF was led by Nurse Practitioner Rachel and they were on it from day 1. From IUI sessions during Christmas Eve to calling in prescription orders throughout the weeks, they were on top of everything. Rachel was very transparent with costs and timelines for both IUI and IVF sessions up front. She also went over statistics and answered all of our questions through phone, email and in person. We weren’t sure exactly what to expect from the get go but the staff made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. Their professionalism throughout coupled with their kindness also put us at ease during our time together. We would highly recommend this facility and their staff if your journey needs helping hands. We were recommended to Dr. Peress and Boca Fertility from a very good friend and couldn’t be any happier. From the very first virtual consultation through graduation, we always felt supported and heard. Boca Fertility Clinic changed my entire TTC journey. They staff is incredible. They are responsive, polite and supportive. This is the best fertility office I’ve ever been to…hands down. Dr. Margolis and her staff are best in class. I went to another clinic prior to this and my experience was terrible. Everyone kept telling me “this is how fertility clinics are…you’re just a number to them.” I was about to give up hope. Thankfully I didn’t. I wish I had found Dr Peress and his staff earlier in our journey. Dr. Peress is knowledgeable and very kind, never making you feel rushed. He is patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. His staff, though, is remarkable and I couldn’t recommend the entire office enough. I would highly recommend Boca Fertility to anyone struggling to conceive. After a year of trying and nothing happening, my husband and I went to Boca Fertility and all of our needs and concerns were met immediately. We saw Nurse Practitioner Rachel and she is absolutely amazing! Rachel was with us every step of the way through the entire process. Once she reviewed our test results she put us on the best plan that helped us conceive the first time on new medication. Dr. Peress was very straight forward and took all of necessary test for best result to conceive a baby. The nursing staff are nice and approachable, and answered any questions or concerns during the procedures. I live in Miami beach which is an hour drive, but it was all worth it. I highly recommend this facility center who are trying to have a family.

Our experience with Boca Fertility has been amazing. Last October we were blessed with our daughter, and now we’re on to our second baby. With the range of high tech equipment the practice has, you get to be in the same office for all procedures needed during diagnostics and treatment. Doctor Perez is always even keel, honest about the options, and very experienced. My husband and I decided we wanted to start trying to conceive, but wanted to have testing done prior to make sure there was nothing we were missing. So we went to Boca Fertility. They immediately conducted the testing and actually found a couple issues I had that would’ve prevented me from getting pregnant and/or would have made it more difficult and they were able to fix them very easily. Our experience with Boca Fertility has been amazing. From the first day we walked in, we felt welcomed, encouraged, and supported. Although, we haven’t been able to go to the appointments together because of COVID 19, they have made sure that we were both comfortable and even let us FaceTime each other during our appointments. Amy, the nurse coordinator is great, very thorough, and readily available for every and any question. Dr. Peress has great bedside manners. Boca Fertility staff and doctors are very professionals yet so friendly, they explain and take their time with the patient and always replied to my emails and phone calls when ever I had questions. I have had an amazing experience with Boca fertility. The staff has been unbelievably helpful, Amy is always there to answer my texts if I have any emergency questions, and Dr. Peress has always made us feel at ease. During our stimulation process, my body didn’t react as expected. Dr. Peress never hesitated and quickly changed our protocol. The second time it worked and we were able to retrieve a great number of eggs and had a good fertilization %. Our first transfer was a success and I’m now 10 weeks pregnant. I take my time to write reviews because as a healthcare provider I find it fair to allow businesses especially healthcare facilities to “make things right”. I visited this facility near a month ago and was given partial instructions to prepare for me and my partner’s consultation. The instructions lacked a crucial piece of information that rendered my partner’s consult useless. The nurse who attended me first was rude in the way she communicated this error to me as if it was my wrongdoing when in fact the front desk staff should have been better educated on how to provide delicate and exact instructions. I was visibly upset and no longer felt comfortable staying for my consultation but of course they lured me in and convinced me to stay. The doctor was cold, emotionless, and did not have anything positive to say about my condition, instead he discussed using an egg donor without even blood work. He failed to give me an optimistic outlook and again, as a doctor myself, I understand when something has a poor prognosis but an attempt to try is invaluable. Considering how upset I was during my visit, it’s disheartening that no one cared to follow up. In fact, no one notified me when my blood work results came in, I had to call myself. This is such a sensitive and expensive treatment that I no longer felt comfortable seeking care at a facility nearly 90 minutes from me. I give two stars because at the very least they made some attempt to ease my anger that day but now I feel it was merely an attempt to collect any money they could from me and send me on my way.

We always will remember the day when Dr. Patricia had to switch her shifts so she can personally monitor the development of our embryos to make sure it develops correctly. Dr Matilsky was in contact with us every day through embryos development process and provided us with valuable recommendations.

From Dr. Peress to the nurses and administrative staff, everyone is very professional and handled the process with optimism and transparency about potential risks. The assigned nurse was very responsive, even during weekends/time off. The experience has been amazing, the staff is top notch, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Started here about a year ago came from another place that felt like a factory. Ended up not only pregnant but loving the facility. Boca Fertility is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been struggling for years to get pregnant. Our hearts were broken over and over again. We were recommended to go see Dr Peress at Boca Fertility and from the first time we walked in the front door to their office we felt comfortable! It took several months and a few different processes but the staff and the Dr got us to our big fat positive! Each step of the way the whole staff made us feel comfortable and loved. From my crazy phone calls to my crying sessions in office I always felt like I had a team on my side.

Recently established with Boca Fertility. I cannot say enough great things about them. Two employees in particular deserve mention. The first is veronica. She has been so effective is assisting me get a prescription covered for my husband no matter how many times I needed to call and switch pharmacies. The second is Sasha. She is an absolute angel! I went in for a HSG test today. I had a bad experience getting an IUD inserted years ago. She could tell I was nervous. She stayed by my side the entire time and helped talk me through the procedure and held my hand when she noticed I was in some discomfort. Lastly, Dr. Kreiner has been very compassionate, knowledge, and kind. Going through a fertility journey is never easy but I feel like I am in great hands here.

I can’t thank Boca Fertility enough for the amazing support they have provided from my very first phone call. They do an amazing job making sure your comfortable and understanding exactly what is going on. After having two miscarriages after 4 years of trying to conceive I felt defeated. Switching from my old fertility doctor to Boca definitely made the difference. I drove two hours many times and never once did I consider if it was worth it because the care you receive is indescribable. Unfortunately due to COVID my husband wasn’t able to be physically there for our first ultrasound to confirm our successful pregnancy, however the doctor and staff all shared my excitement with me. When one thinks to start a family, one initially does not think of the struggles they will inquire or how long it will take to get pregnant and maintain the pregnancy. Most women including myself walk into a fertility center as a last resort feeling scared, frustrated, and vulnerable. It was a huge step to accept that we had a fertility problem. Boca Fertility made us feel like humans from day one. They were empathetic towards our feelings, accommodating to our work schedule, went at our pace, and very thorough with each treatment plan. I ended up going through two IUIs and two IVFs. Sharon, Amy, Adela, Jennifer, and Dr Peress were there with every step. I work as a NP in an OBGYN practice and know of many IVF centers that treat patients like a number. This place is like a boutique and caters to each patient individually. I highly would recommend them!!If I could give some advice to prospective patients.....be kind to yourself, think positive, communicate with your partners how you feel, be patient, and let go of the control. All things I practiced and had to learn to implement during this process!! Now Im pregnant with di/di twins and praying for a successful pregnancy and delivery!!

My husband and I started our journey with Boca Fertility a little over a year ago after actively trying for about two years. At the time we were fairly new to the Boca area coming from New York and did some research on the next steps for us. September 2020:My experience with Boca fertility has been positive overall. I experienced support from the staff that was intricate and much needed during this pandemic. Being that my husband could not be in the appointment it was important and appreciated that the staff: Amy, Jennie, Ceara, and the other wonderful ladies were extended family support. I am grateful for Ceara, she was my first angel. Her calm spirit was needed. Amy, who is the IVG nurse manager, was such a jewel. Whenever I had questions big or small she was there to answer them and keep me worried free and comforted. Jennie was also a jewel during my retrieval, the time leading up to that, and post transfer. Her sweet spirit was also helpful during the multitude of time I had to get my blood drawn. And lets just say I hate needles. I only met with Sharon once but her presence was assuring and further firmed my faith in the expectation of my blessing. Ximara was there to push me through getting my blood drawn so many times. Patricia was a great baby sister and explained the process of transfer and choosing an embryo in a very comprehensive manner. Dr. Peress made me feel confident in his ability. He was open to answer questions and very knowledgeable as he should be. He made me feel comfortable with relinquishing control and confident in the way he executed the procedure. Lastly, Dr. Stien was a really good anesthesiologist for the retrieval and made me feel comfortable. I dreaded being out of it during the procedure and my husband not being able to be present. But he made it feel comforting.That said I will also be transparent in expressing that I felt 1000% more comforted with the IVF process than the IUI. I felt like my level of care was better and less rushed. I will also admit that this was my first time doing anything like this involving conceiving so I was very nervous and apprehensive initially. I would have liked more communication, explanation, and to have felt a bit more of a priority during my IUI process. I think that once my husband and I decided to move forward with IVF my brain and heart had a new shift and I was also able to seek more knowledge for myself. Additionally, I was more ready and prepared for what was ahead.. Yet all and all I enjoyed my experience with Boca Fertility and if necessary I would come back again. I came to Dr. Peress for a more personal experience with my IVF journey. I had previously gone to a big IVF company and did not have a great experience (hardly ever saw the doctor). I had the best experience! The staff is above and beyond and I just love them! Also, I saw Dr. Peress every time! That was very important to me. Great experience from beginning to successful live 9 week baby. We consulted another well known clinic and they appeared to be disorganized and we got the feeling that we would be lost in the crowd. This is my second time using Boca Fertility for IUI (my wife and I welcomed our first baby in 2020), and it was such a comfort to come back where a lot of the staff is still the same and remembered us. Everyone here is so kind, willing to answer questions, or just provide a sense of calm when the majority of their patients are pretty nervous. I was lucky that achieving pregnancy both times required a pretty straightforward process but even simple things in fertility can seem overwhelming and they managed every step with clarity and a completely supportive atmosphere. Hopefully we’ll be back in a couple of years for baby number three!

Dr. Peress and his staff are amazing. They make you feel comfortable--like you are family--and the nurses walk you through every step of the IVF process in a clear and understandable way. Calls and emails are answered quickly and thoroughly. Amy was always available for me when I had questions about medicines.

My wife recieved an HSG exam here. While the HSG exam was painless and the nurse who comforted my wife during the exam was sincerely appreciated, weve unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with this office since then. We had a hard time getting the HSG records released to us directly and finally were able to receive some assistance from the office staff after multiple calls. Then, suddenly we recieved mail seven months months after the procedure that included a notice from a debt collector. We never once recieved any bill from this office and would have paid promptly if that bill had been provided directly to us, as it should have been months ago. Unfortunately it seems this office has either poor record keeping or unscrupulous business practices.

I’ve had multiple very unpleasant, and even traumatizing experiences in this establishment with the staff. The only staff member who has been helpful, kind & has any semblance of bedside manner is nurse Jenny.From the first nurse (Hadassah) who told me to “take a chance” and see if I had an allergic reaction to contrast dye, after I told her I’d just had anaphylaxis and a SEIZURE from contrast dye. To the endocrinologist who’s EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE with commentary and questions DURING vaginal exams. To all of the nurses and people at the front desk who are extremely unorganized, tell you extremely contrasting information from one another. And finally the wait time of at LEAST an hour, even when you have an appointment.I had a horrible experience. I will never go back here again. Also, no, I didn’t get pregnant- which is no surprise given the environment.

Dr. Moshe Peress and his staff are amazing! I can not say enough wonderful things about this office! After having several bad experiences at a meat factory in Margate, Dr. Peress is a breath of fresh air! Its so nice to be in a state of the art office with employees who actually care about you and know your name! They are accommodating to my schedule and always answer all of my questions right away even if its the weekend or night time. We are expecting our first baby in April! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I honestly don’t know where to begin. Let’s start with the fact that I had a very complicated and rare case and the team never gave up on me. Dr. Peress is smart, determined and level headed. I knew all decisions he made were in my best interest. I also enjoyed his calm demeanor, considering I was an anxious spaz the entire process. The NURSES omg I’m sad that I have to leave them. They became like friends to me. They are all so so so kind and empathetic and become very close to you through the process.I also love the accessibility to communication here. I could call anytime during the work day and get someone on the first or second ring. When doing IVF, they give you a nurses text line for questions after hours.I’m happy to be moving on from this location, but also very sad that I can’t have my whole pregnancy here. I cannot recommend Dr. Peress and his staff at Boca Fertility enough. During a journey that can be so tough, you will be so happy they were on your team. I was with another doctor prior, and he was not the right fit. My initial consult with Dr. Peress he performed a 3D ultrasound and saw something my other doctor never discovered. He was a small uterine issue fixed with a procedure. The first moment I met him, I knew this was the doctor for us. Like many girls, I suffer from PCOS and he never made me feel like my ending goal was never going to happen. Behind every good doctor are amazing nurses as well. The nurses at this clinic will become family. Especially at a time when covid protocols will require you to be a bit more independent, they will literally hold your hand through it all.
