I’ve been going to this office for about 5 years now & honestly the only reason I’ve stuck around this long is because of Dr. Finlon. He has delivered both of my children & just has been great overall. He listens to my concerns & is straight forward with information. I haven’t had any other good experience with any of the other doctors except Dr. bhojwani she is nice but I’ve only seen her a handful of times. Scheduling appointments lately has been a NIGHTMARE & I’ve honestly been looking for a new OB.

I had such a disappointing experience on June 5th. I have been coming to Eastover for over 20 years, and have never been late to an appointment. On this particular day, I called at 2:20 for a 2:30 appointment, to let them know I had pulled into the wrong entrance, and would be there shortly. The person on the line said she would notify my Care Team. {{NOTE- I had completed the full check-in process on-line.}} Upon approaching the front desk, Destinee told me that I had hit the 10-minute mark and that she would have to go and get permission for me to be seen because I was late. She left, and was gone for over 5 minutes (said she had to wait to ask, because the physician was seeing another patient). His response to her was NO, I would have to reschedule. Next appointment was a month out. I asked if she had received my phone call saying I was there, and the other receptionists said that they had NOT and that they never get those messages, they go to a call center. Why would there be NO communication between these entities? Who did she notify if it were not the front desk? Additionally, I have had to wait on MANY occasions over the years in their waiting rooms or in the exam room, yet, they could not extend me the courtesy or kindness to see me at the 10-minute mark. I get it if people are repeatedly late, or if they are significantly past their appointment time. But AT the 10-minute mark, with her having to interrupt the physician, when she could have simply let me take a seat, and be seen when he finished with the current patient... it would have been seamless. I felt humiliated and belittled. Although, I HATE the thought of it, I am seriously considering switching to a different place altogether.

Ive seen almost every doctor and all though some make me feel more comfortable then others they have all honestly been amazing and addressed any concerns Ive ever had and this is my second pregnancy seeing them.

Eastover University, has always been the best OB-GYN office. Have been a patient there, for 30 years. Never had a problem. They listen to the patient.

The doctor, Lindsay, was amazing, and she far exceeded the goals I wanted to achieve for hormonal rebalancing. At 56, its important that Im provided choices versus them being made for me. I appreciated how she committed to reseraching a therapy she wasnt familar with (Evamist) that my sisters doctor prescribed her. The 4 rating is boosted because of how caring and attentive she was. Being my first time seen by her, that was important. However, if I had to give a rating based on my experience with the young woman who asked questions prior to the doctor coming in, my rating would be a 1. She lacked energy and was borderline rude. She continued to reiterate that my last pap smear had been in 2015. When I said that Id been in since 2015, she said no and how she could see everything in the system from any doctor Ive seen. It felt like body care shaming. When I explained that I didnt need pap smears anymore she argued, saying she never heard that before. Little does she know, I dont need them anymore, which the doctor confirmed and confirmed that my last gyno visit had been in 2022 with Dr. Finlon. Please coach her to not debate with patience or become critical... it wasnt just what she said but how and her facial expressions and geatures were totally weird. I get it, shes young, but its not just our doctors who need good bedside manners.

I have been to this facility for multiple times and so far have seen two different doctors. Every time I have felt that the doctors are in hurry. Doctors are always in rush to get you out the door. They barely have time to listen and/or address your concerns.

Since I moved from MN & started to go to this clinic & through my pregnancy and post pregnancy. I have always had an amazing experience with eve everyone. Thank you

I am writing this to appreciate the effort of receptionist Tyla at east over campus who accommodated my ultrasound and followup which got cancelled on the same day, understanding my urgency. Thank you Tyla!!

There’s a nurse there that calls you whenever you have questions that is very disrespectful. She’s very short with you doesn’t make sure shes answer all your questions and has an attitude, she basically rushes you off the phone. The staff at the office are very nice and most doctors are willing to answer all your questions instead of rush you out.Update some years later: over all this is a good doctors office. I did end up getting kicked out of this office due to what they said was missed appointments, I had only missed 1 appointments while pregnant here and I would have like to know what appointments I all missed. I don’t know if that was just an excuse because I had wrote this review and initially gave them 3 stars because of the experience I had with that one nurse. But nonetheless the doctors did a great job caring for me while I was pregnant and took all the precautions to make sure I had a safe and easy delivery which I did. My son is now 5 and is healthy thanks to them!

I have been going to Eastover for almost 20 years and never had an issue, until now. The doctor that delivered both my daughters and I have been seeing annually is no longer there, and went to another practice. I intended on switching to where he is at my next yearly visit, but I had an issue come up and needed to be seen quickly. If you plan to visit Eastover for a medical need make sure you are prepared to advocate for yourself and your health care. My biggest issue with my last appointment was feeling like I was not being heard or listened to. The doctor talked over me, and made me feel like what I was going through wasnt important. The level of care and compassion that I was used to at Eastover for the last 20 years has really declined.

Ive been a patient at this location for over 27 years and I flew in for my appointment and due to my flight and traffic I was 12 minutes late and they refused to see me and after 27 years Im reconsidering my decision to stay with this office of new dr. Loyalty is not appreciated and now when I try to book another appointment its pushing me out to February. Just Because I was 2 minutes over a 10 minute grace period! Shameful

Clean, friendly and professional atmosphere. Nurses are very nice and knowledgeable and my doctor is THE ABSOLUTE BEST

I have been going to them for 16 years. I have 3 children and have met many of the providers at this location. Dr. Finlon is my primary provider but was not available for my most recent appointment. It was my pleasure meeting their newest provider Dr. Masciello. I was thankful they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. My test results came back within two days. Dr. Masciello sent me a message in the Atrium portal with my test results and the path of treatment.

I believe doctors should work for the patients and not the other way around. We are not only paying you to be seen but we are paying you for decent service. You have failed me and I plan to take my business elsewhere because it is clear I am not wanted here. If you cant take the time to treat people with common courtesy can you honestly call yourself a good business? If it is too hard for you to treat clients well please close your doors and stop creating negative experiences for the community.

First time with Dr.Finlon and staff. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed. The staff was very professional.

Dr Campbell is awesome! He’s very personable and car w for his patients. Most importantly he listens to their needs. There’s never been an instance that I’ve expressed something to him during my visit that he didn’t address or schedule for a follow up. The office staff is nice and friendly as well.

Ive been going to this office for over 10 years. There has been a steep decline in service over the past several years. Ive experienced long waiting times after my appointment was scheduled, last minute rescheduling, and staff are gruff and rude. I starting booking early morning appointments and they still are late. Today was the last straw. I sat in the waiting room 45 mins after my appointment time. When the nurse finally came to get me, she was very rude. She demanded a urine test even though that has never been required for this kind of appointment in the past nor was I told that this was a new procedure prior to the appointment so I could come prepared. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to be pregnant but she did not care and literally shoved me out of the way. I ended up having to reschedule. When I asked the other nurse about this new procedure, she said a urine test was only required if I was off cycle for my shot. I am not off cycle yet the nurse still refused to complete the appointment.

Great staff! Dr.Finlon is amazing. Explains everything perfectly and listened to your concerns, your opinion on your plan of care. As well as what works with you to achieve your goals. Im comfortable talking with him and he genuinely cares. I don’t feel like just a number to him. He remembers small details of conversations that’s most people would pass over as not important. Thank you for being so amazing!

Visit is ALWAYS on time. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. My doctor is SUPER friendly and ALWAYS ask about my kids and oddly keep up with what is going on with them. I appreciate my doctor and have been going to her for years. She was actually recommended from my co worker. My doctor is Dr. Bhojwani she is the absolute sweetest person. Gentle and explains EVERYTHING in detail.

I had a positive birthing experience here at this Atrium Hospital. The staff were friendly and made the process go very smoothly. Thanks to all the nurses/staff who helped me achieve a VBAC. I am very pleased.

Dr. Campbell is just the best. Genuinely cares for his patients and I can usually find an appointment within the time I need one. If not, can always call the office and they try their best to get me in asap. I wish I could give them 10million stars. Truly lucky I was able to find Dr. Campbell.

This has always been an amazing practice. I have seen 3 separate physicians in this group and have found that they were always interested in my concerns and overall health. I have never felt rushed or disappointed in any way. I would highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely love Dr. Erin Straight! I have had issues for the past 4 years that other practitioners dismissed. Well, Dr. Straight listened and did everything that she could to make sure I was taken care of. I feel like a brand new person... I am so appreciative of her services!

Dr Campbell is the best OB/GYN period!! I’ve been dealing with fibroids for 7 to 8 years and he gave me the best option which was a hysterectomy!!! He truly cares but had years of experience that made me feel so comfortable. He did my surgery and no more suffering!!! Thank you so much Dr Campbell for giving me a normal life again!!!

Check in was proficient with a smile. I was concerned about not getting my blood count checked. Nevertheless, it is always a pleasure having that private conversation with my doctor knowing she will give me great advice! Ive been with the office for 20+ years. All good news!! See you next year.

My visit with Dr. Campbell (Dr. C ☺️) was amazing and entertaining as usual. Love our talks and the open and honest conversations we always have. The staff is wonderful. I still miss Mrs. Peggy 🥹 but everyone is always so cordial and sweet. Thank you all for being who you are and making each experience memorable!

As always my visit with Dr. Bhojwani was pleasant and stress free. I love her calm caring demeanor and have recommended her to family and friends. The office staff is always pleasant as well.

I could write a book about all of my bad experiences at this office. The main things that they need to work on are scheduling, communication in their office, and getting information on their patient. I have had so many issues with scheduling there. Once they had scheduled me for the wrong day for a procedure even though they “confirmed” with me the actual date that I asked for. I made an appointment for one time and day on the phone, and then I got a call at the last minute before my appointment that actually I couldn’t do that day with that particular doctor. Communication between staff is terrible and the wait times for appointments are so long. Every time I see a nurse there it seems like they never read my chart because they have no idea why I’m there or my history. Like when I went for a post-partum appointment the nurse asked if I was formula feeding or breast feeding. If she had read my chart or if they had any communication she would have seen I was there after giving birth at 20 weeks and that my baby was gone. It really sucked to have to say “my baby passed away, I can’t feed him.” Adding to that, when I was in the hospital they forgot to give me an important shot for my specific blood type. When I asked them about it the doctor said he “didn’t know why I wasn’t given it and they dropped the ball.” I have tried to see the positive in this office but I can’t. I feel like I have no autonomy there and that I can’t ask any questions - it’s a power trip. I’m tired of being called “young lady.” It’s a horribly run doctors office and I will never be going there again. I am finding a different office to go to. I would advise anyone who is deciding between doctor’s offices to not go here.

Dr Dickerson and her staff are totally awesome. Dr Dickerson takes time to talk with you about your care and listens to your concerns. She is the best in the practice of women healthcare. Im blessed to have her as my medical provider.🥰

I have been seeing Dr. Finlon for years. He delivered both of my children. I enjoy the rapport we have and catching up with him each year at my appointment. He is very professional, easy to talk to you, and a fantastic doctor. He takes my concerns, seriously, and listens to me.

I just went recently for an annual check up and my doctor -Aishwarya Reddy Bhagwandass- was awesome! Very personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Definitely would recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Straight and all of the nurses have been very kind and if I have any questions they answer them very thoroughly and in a way that makes sense to me. I am so glad I found this office; I have had horrible experiences with other doctors who didnt take my pain and concerns seriously. Dr. Straight has referred me to other providers when needed as well. Thank you all!

I see all the negative reviews and felt I needed to add a positive one. Ive been seeing Dr Rollins since moving the the area and I cant say enough about her! She is absolutely amazing! My first concern was having menopause symptoms but only just turning 40. I had started having them at 38 and my old doctor had said nope was too young. So when I started missing a period for months at a time I changed to Eastover. Dr Rollins first did ultrasounds and blood work to rule out any possible issues. Which did find some things going on with my uterus AS WELL as being premenopausal! She took the time to talk to me and give me information about everything I was concerned with and was very genuine in her concern for my worries. I have always felt extremely welcome and always leave like Ive had a coffee with a long time friend that I havent seen in a while. We both walk out of the room with a smile. Shell even give me a hug and say well get through this. Just have to figure out whats going to work for me. I would 10000000% recommend Dr Rollins no matter what location shes in.

Dr. Dickerson is always amazing. I’ve been a patient of hers for twenty years now. She is thorough and always makes me feel comfortable.

Years ago my opinion of Eastover was fairly negative. I LOVED Dr. Fox but the receptionists were far from friendly and the experience was just so-so. I had my first baby November 2019 and my opinion has drastically changed. Every prenatal visit was so pleasant and each physician was so friendly and kind. Our hospital experience couldn’t have been better. Dr. Straight delivered our baby girl and she was wonderful.

Dr. Campbell is the best doctor I have ever had. He is patient, kind, efficient and always aware of the most up to date medical research. Everytime I come to the office, I feel acknowledged, supported, and given the best treatment and advice.

I love Dr. Campbell! He’s the best. He doesn’t mind answering ALL of my questions… and as a bio professor, I have lots!The only improvement I can suggest is message turnaround time through the My Atrium app. It shouldn’t take 5+ days to get a response. I try to email instead of tying up the phone lines, but the response time is terrible.

Disrespectful of time. I arrived 15 mins prior to my appt and sat in waiting room for over 45 mins. Nurse was extremely rude and i ended up having to reschedule.

I saw Dr. Fox today for my annual visit and she continues to WOW me. Dr. Fox is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and equally important, she remains humble, compassionate and genuinely interested in each persons well being. I don’t understand why there were negative comments about the office staff, I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered. Yes, Dr. Fox is difficult to get an appointment with because of her new responsibilities, so I make sure to get on her calendar months in advance. I wouldn’t think of switching practices, I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Fox and her associates. God bless Dr. Fox, she’s a wonderfully kind soul.

I called the after hours OBGYN number because I noticed spotting and told the nurse I had gone swimming the day before (something I never get the chance to do) and instead of a reasonable response, they sent me to labor and delivery triage for 3 hours to have a million tests run and an internal exam. And guess what, the doc that made me come in looked me in the eyes and said “it’s probably because you were swimming.”I’m tired of atrium treating any after hours call, whether OBGYN or Pediatrics, like a code red, defcon1, all alarms sound emergency.

I cant say enough positive things about this office. They are so helpful and kind when scheduling and I have almost always gotten an appointment on the exact day/ time I need - even if it is last minute. Dr. Straight is who I normally see and she is awesome - I feel like my concerns are always listened to and addressed.

This was my first time being a patient here and I must say I enjoyed my experience. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the nurse/medical assistant, to Dr. Jennifer Bhojwani herself....EVERYONE was so warm and sooo welcoming. I look forward to working with you guys during my pregnancy. I highly recommend this office to any expecting mother.

The staff effortlessly creates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere as soon as you enter the facility. They also explain everything in a way that is easily understood, and with a clear answer to every question asked. I couldnt have been more happy with my experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone whos looking for a new OB/GYN.

Went here while pregnant with my second son. Ill start bt saying that staff isnt overly friendly in person or on the phone and even if youre early for your apt you will be brought back late. Then youre in and out in 15 min bc thats the kind of care they give! My whole pregnancy I made it clear from the start that I just wanted a CHANCE at having a vbac (vaginal birth after cesarean) since I am young and healthy and there were no concerns with this pregnancy. I was consistently unsupported by every Dr I saw at each visit. Two Drs in particular even got rude and pushy with me, almost acting offended when I asked questions. I was also told when i asked if there was an alternative to the glucose test that I either do it or find another practice by one of the male drs. On my last visit at 36 weeks pregnant I left the practice after being told that the 3rd trimester ultrasound would determine if I had another c section...I was told previously by a fellow Dr at this hospital that 3rd trimester ultrasounds are unreliable. They clearly dont have the patients best interest at heart and it seemed they were pushing what they wanted for my birth & what was convenient for them instead of what I wanted as a woman and mother. When I left at 36 weeks pregnant I hired a midwife and had a homebirth of a 10 lb 5 oz 23 inch baby boy with no complications. The level of care a midwife provides is unmatched. I think it is humorous that Drs think a babys weight plays such a hole role in childbirth when in reality its more about the babys position. Eastover has definitely lost a patient for life!

I wish I would’ve got the nurses name that was assisting me today she was helping with Dr Cohen with long braids and she was extremely rude. I had to take my son with me to the appointment (he’s only 1) and when she saw him she immediately said “you don’t have a stroller?” In the most stuck up way, so I went out to get the stroller and while my son was crying she was acting like she was irritated and being rude telling me to move my things, move my stroller and other things very rudely she’s lucky I had my son with me cause my response to her rudeness would’ve went a different way. Also while my son was crying Dr Cohen asks me “how old is he?” And when I said 1 she comments “wow” in a rude way because of how much he was crying. This place is honestly terrible and I will be switching doctors offices asap.

I had a very positive experience with this practice. Starting from the staff outside, each one of them is friendly and knows their patients personally. Nurses are amazing and very nice. Doctors are very professional and they gave me enough time in each visit. My favorite doctors are, Dr. Campbell and Dr. Dickerson. I have also seen Dr. Finlon, Dr. Bojwhani, Dr. Z, they are all great and read about the patients history before seeing them. I had a great 9 months with this practice. I also had a very complicated delivery and Dr. Z did a great job to make sure that baby and myself are ok. I would highly recommend this practice!!

I appreciate that the appointments are always on time and that the staff are kind and actively listen. Dr. Campbell is always willing to answer questions and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense.

Since my first review was deleted, Im posting another. If you want to get your issues ignored, this is the place for you. I have seen 2 separate doctors at the Prosperity location and 1 here at this location and simply had my issues dismissed. I was experiencing a lot of abdominal pain and wanted to get an exam/ultrasound to see what was wrong. Although I had cysts on my ovaries, it was normal at this location. I tried to see what options I had thinking for myself that I had PCOS... Nothing was done about my problem. I went to the university location thinking that they may have a solution but was just told they wouldnt do another ultrasound and that I just have IBS and PCOS... It is hilarious because the doctors previously said I didnt have PCOS... I see more intelligent doctors now that actually do better to test me/diagnose me properly versus the ones here that just want you in and out like youre an inconvenience.

Very disappointed with this office I’ve been going here for almost 3 years. Over that time this office has went down so much. First they need to fire Debra she is beyond rude and cuts you off in mid sentence. She is the first point of contact when you call and that is not a good thing. I went in for an appointment and there was a problem with my insurance. So she would not see me unless I paid out of pocket for the visit. When I told her I didn’t have it I was told I had to reschedule I said ok. She didn’t cancel or reschedule it when I called to reschedule I was told I was dismissed from the practice all because someone didn’t do their job. Just beware of the bad service! Don’t waster your time there are better places to go.

Dr. FINLON is a very compassionate, caring physician. I feel honored to be in his care. I have been a patient at EASTOVER OBGYN @ UNIVERSITY 24 years now.

The reception staff here is the absolute worst. After months of convincing my mom to overcome her phobia of doctors see an Ob/gyn about surgery for ovarian cysts, she made an appointment here. As a new patient they apparently have a policy to arrive 15 minutes early to file paperwork. She was not notified of this. She arrived about 12 minutes early. The receptionist loudly and rudely refused service, patronized her, belittled her and argued with her. She left the office in TEARS. I have been seeing Dr. Fox for almost a decade and she is the saving grace of this practice, however I will not return.

I actually loved Dr Fox but getting an appt is a nightmare, office staff do not have the best personalities, hold times are outrageously long...dont waste life here. Their practice had been on a steady decline as far as service. I hope Dr Fox is away until August because shes leaving this practice. I will happily follow her elsewhere. I havent been able to get an appt with her in over a year...very frustrating and she was also my surgeon and I have questions and concerns I cant even ask her. Her back up, Dr Rollins who assisted with my surgery, is also gone until August. Ive been here nearly a decade. Ive tolerated them because moving and finding a new Dr is a pain and up until a year ago i was actually able to get in to see MY Dr. Ill be finding a new practice. ✌

I had the Best team of Nurses, Doctors and Anesthesiologists could not have asked for anything better. I was treated like I was the most important patient.

I have been a patient here for all of two months and am extremely disappointed and fed up. I got a referral from an office for an IUD consultation. The appointment to get me in was 3 weeks in advance (scheduled October 30th). I show up for my appointment and they say “oh did no one call you? Your doctor isn’t in today, you need to reschedule.” No call for a cancelled appointment. Fine. I had reschedule. The soonest i could reschedule was ANOTHER 3 weeks LATER. Nov 17 i finally got in and got my consultation done. Scheduled my insertion for Dec 6. Get a missed call on the morning of Dec 6 with a voicemail that i need to reschedule because my doctor is out.... so i call back and no one can help me because the nurse has to call me to schedule the appointment. I am so fed up with the canceled appointments and rescheduling. The office staff doesn’t care and has no remorse for problems they cause. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is that the doctor i am seeing is actually very nice and makes me feel comfortable.

I came to see Dr.Finlon for a test that my primary care Dr could not perform. He thoroughly reviewed my medical history and even educated me about a previous ectopic pregnancy and risks for the future. I have NEVER had a physician talk to me about this without my having to ask questions about it. It meant a lot that he cared enough to offer education to me on a very difficult subject. He was very gentle during the test, I didnt even know it was done until they asked me to sit up. Very personable doctor. The RMA and Nurse that attended to me were very nice and carried on conversations with me. The front office staff was also very nice when I checked in and checked out. I was there about 20 mins early and they took me back. Dr.Finlon walked in the room right at my appointment time. I really like this office.

I love this dr office. Friendly smiling faces the past 2 years I have been an patient. Great staff of doctors! Dr. Finlon, Dickerson,Flynn and this past year I met Dr. Campbell! All of them are awesome and treat my family like family! Highly recommend!

I went to 3 different appointments with 2 doctors and I was not impressed. The doctor I saw twice did not remember me at all (which I understand can happen but we built such a good relationship the first visit so I was shocked that she did not even recognize me only 3 weeks later). The staff at the Prosperity Crossing location was a bit more polite then the University location, however, they still did not introduce themselves or explain anything to me at my first ultrasound. Im not expecting you to lay out the red carpet when I come or over educate but it is a pretty nerve racking / exciting experience to be pregnant and get your first ultrasound and I felt like the ultrasound tech was talking more about her grandchildren / getting the measurements she needed rather then explain how the baby was doing.I would not completely say I hated it here because I did not go enough but I was not impressed because I could see they are a very busy practice and it is easy for someone to get lost in the numbers. For safety reasons I decided to switch practices for for one that was not as busy and could listen / educate on my concerns.

Office staff is EXTREMELY rude. They do not acknowledge you, they dont answer the appointment line and they are hard of hearing. They hold on work related convos right in your face while your standing at the counter waiting for help. Only saving grace is my doctor Dr. Fox who is amazing (hence 2 stars instead of one) but Im leaving to go to another doctor due to the horrible staff.

Dr. Grant Campbell is absolutely the best! His care is kind, compassionate and understanding. I would never go anywhere else! I see a lot of reviews about the staff, and I cannot say they are the warmest, but dealing with that, is worth it in order to see Dr. Campbell!

I have always had a good experience at Eastover with the clinical staff. I chose them for my second pregnancy and you will not believe the difference that made. The doctor was professional and helpful. Last time I went the Doctor was patient and answered every question I had. I would recommend to anyone. Im not so sure about the reception staff when I called to make an appointment for my last checkup before I gave birth, the receptionist stated they had nothing available, I informed her that I was told to make an appt. She did not care and I called the other Eastover location and they found me an appt at this location. So dont always think that you cant get an appointment!

The website lists permanent birth control as one of the services offered, however when I asked about sterilization I was told no one would sterilize me at my age (26) and that no one at the practice would do it. I was then urged to consider an IUD after repeatedly telling the doctor that IUDs are in no way permanent. The doctor was Susan Flynn.If what this doctor said is true, the term permanent birth control needs to be changed to better reflect the services offered. The only permanent form of BC is getting sterilized, and if it is not offered at this office, why is it on the website? Why do the doctors feel comfortable trying to push non permanent options on patients who have made it clear they want a permanent solution that does not require 3-5 year replacements?Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Its a hit or miss. They have me waiting pass my appointment time while sitting in the waiting room or I choose, the wait in the car, and they text me saying my provider is ready just for me to wait in the waiting room, when I could have continued the wait in the comfort of my car. Please make it make sense to me.

I’ve been coming to Eastover University Obgyn since I was 15. I am now 34 and I have experienced nothing but patience, compassion and professional experience with all the doctors here. The front desk is professional and friendly and never had issues with rescheduling either. I see Dr. Dickerson. She is AHmazing! I’m surprised this office doesn’t have more stars so I’d figure I’d help with that because this office is deserves it.

Never will I go back to this office. The receptionist staff is so unprofessional and rude. They will talk about other patients in front of you, and leave you standing there. And if you interrupt them there is a lot of eye rolling and lip smacking going on. Especially two young girls that look as if they are interns there. They kept messing up on paperwork, and were very clueless about billing. There is no code of ethics at this location. The nurses and staff walk around chatting about personal business instead of tending to the patients. Maybe if they spent less time conversing about personal issues, they could get a lot more patients seen in a resonable time limit. No one should be at a regular prenatal appointment for 3 hours. The receptionist staff and nurses need to be replaced, or they are going to lose a lot of business.

Dr Bhojwani is great!! She really is engaging and listens to what her patients are saying!!! She is caring and kind.

Not sure about the negative reviews, as I’ve been a patient for about 5 years and have always had a good experience! Two healthy pregnancies. Awesome experiences with all Drs who I met throughout my prenatal journey especially Dr Bojhwani, Campbell and Finlon. Also really liked Dr Rollins and K at Prosperity.

Dr Finlon is always nice, patient and willing to answer any questions and explain things in detail. Awesome team!

Dr. Finlon always takes so much time to talk with me and truly listen. Ive been a patient here for over 20 years.

Amazing staff. I’m so glad I decided to give this establishment a try. After reading previous reviews. I’m very impressed. Dr. Finlon is also amazing. I felt that he really cared for my well-being. I’ll be here until the very end!!!

I wish that I could give them less than 1 star. I am new to the area and 26 wks pregnant. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Debra. She was so rude and dismissive. I explained to her my situation and all she did was repeat to me that I had to fill out a ROI and have it sent to them to be seen. Ive worked in the medical field for 12 years and have been going to the doctor my whole life and never have I ever been told that I had to have records sent to a facility before being seen. Like I stated Im new to NC and Im aware that they may do things a little differently than MD but common courtesy is universal. Never go there. Dont even waste your time contacting this office especially if youre pregnant because all you want to do is cry or curse from the frustration

The dr I saw was amazing. I have a very bad history with drs and was very nervous but she was reassuring and offered me actual solutions and treated my pain as something real 10/10 recommended

I Highly recommend Dr. Straight. She values her patients’ input, concerns and treats her patients with a professional but friendly and caring manner. 5 Stars from me!

This staff is amazing I drive 5.5hrs just to see Dr. Campbell his bedside manner & communication is amazing had surgery on 10/14/22 the Atrium staff treated me so good! I was truly impressed they all cared...I will continue to take the drive if needed

I went in for a procedure and was extremely nervous as I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Finlon did everything he could to educate, answer questions, review my previous medical history and put me at ease. He was very gentle during the procedure and genuinely interested through conversation. Ive had some very impersonal gyno experiences and being new to Charlotte, Im glad I found Dr. Finlon.

Friendly and courteous staff! Dr. Finlon is so kind and professional. He takes his time to answer any questions I may have. Excellent Provider!

I have met couple of obgyns here during my pregnancy. They all were warm and kind, especially Dr.Susan Flynn. Front desk receptionists were sweet and accommodating.Highly recommend this place .

I will never ever ever go there ever!!!!! My appointment was @ 12 and I was asked to be there 10 min early to fill out paper work. I walked on at exactly 11:50 and there was someone ahead of me, when I got to the desk it was 11:53!!! I was told that I would have to be rescheduled because I was not there 10 minutes early!!! I flipped and told the! I would never ever be back!!!! Thats the most ridiculous thing all because of 3 minutes when I was there at 11:50 in the first place!!! To top it off I ride the bus but they didnt care at all!!!!!!!

Dr. Bhojwani is so awesome! I would highly recommend her in this practice! She is so warm and thorough, great care.

Office staff is very bad . They dont provide information and tell that you will get a call back .sometimes will not answer your call. I will suggest to find your escape route by completely avoiding these people. Even there is no one to esacalate the matters and none cared for feedback. Specially very bad experience with university office . Receptionist who answers the call are very rude and thinks as owners of the place . They will treat you like beggars and will try to avoid any service request. Very bad service and seems like they dont care.Update: spoke with staff named DOROTHY who told me I might get call back after 15 days because they are busy and they dont care about answering a call.

Ive been though some very difficult things in life that give me extra anxiety when going to see an obgyn but I LOVE the doctors and nurses at eastover university. They are wonderful at patient care and very rarely am I not seen on time or even early. My only problem with the office is their billing people but the doctors and nurses more than make up for it.

My visit with Dr. Campbell was great! He not only makes you feel comfortable he is super nice and very personable and friendly!

Okay so I was referred here and to start I spoke with two women on the phone they were so Rude! I made appointment and went to wrong office because I made the appointment for prosperity well they put me on University, I am also high risk I drove to wrong location and it caused me to be running 10 Min late so I called she said I cant use the practice and they are dropping me okay I get that but boy she was rude I was trying to explain to her that I called and spoke with someone but she didnt care!

Amazing staff, Brilliant Doctors as well Nurses, very clean facility, very open space big size rooms on maternity floors, very clean rooms, entrance is big and wide very spacious. Food is great for mothers who are delivering the baby there. Amazing experience!

Dr Finlon is one of the best doctor I have seen. Im currently pregnant and dealing with a high risk pregnancy. He took charge and has been with me in this journey. He cares about his patients and he is very knowledgeable. Heads down to dr Finlon!Also dr Z and Dr bowani are really great too!

I just moved to Charlotte area seen that Dr Finlon at Atrium health was in network with my insurance, I was scheduled for today at 11:45 I was never given an address just told to look up Atrium Hospital. Brought up more then 1 location do I called got exact address got here could not find the building I was in wrong parking lot called got directions she talked to me until I parked then I get here at exact 12pm and they refuse to see me because I’m late. This should have been told me as I was being given directions waste of time and I will be finding better practice with better ratings!

Eastover OBGYN is a fantastic OBGYN provider. I have trusted them for over 17 years for my womens health care needs. Dr. Bhojwani is caring, thorough, and an excellent OBGYN

Dr. Bhagwandass is the best. She always remembers me, comes in informed about my recent history, and gives complete information, suggestions and tips.

Although the doctors are wonderful. The staff with dealing with paper work is horrible. No one is on the same page. Miscommunication at its finest! Very rude and seem unbothered about the patients best interest.

I had a good experience with Atrium health facility. Staff was helpful and Doctor explained us in detail. She was very patient to listen to questions.

I went to an appointment and was told by the receptionist that Dr. Flynn was running an hour behind. I asked why no one called to inform me as I had driven 25 miles on my lunch break. No apology nor compassion. Very unprofessional service.

Not worth even a single star... worst experience ever... many of women those say “they don’t care” is true....rudest staff appointment scheduler... don’t have any courtesy towards patients longest wait times and ultrasound are always in rush ... I am pretty sure the m/c diagnosis they is incorrect ... I lost my pregnancy because of these guys ...not worth

The admin staff and the provider were pleasant, helpful and listen to my concerns. As well as made me feel more ar ease in regards to my issues

WORST place to be seen. EXTREMELY unprofessional front desk. I called saying I would be late, they promised me a 15 minute window. When I walked in, however, they turned me away and refused to reschedule. I thank god, because after reading the reviews, it would seem I dodged a bullet.

My doctor was great. She explained in detail everything even when I misunderstood something she broke it down until I understood.

I am dealing with a bill that is any year and half older. I went there for my annual exam and was charged was for lab work, so I called up the insurance and they said that the codes were wrong and asked for corrected codes. So for a year I am calling the hospital and waiting on line for long hours but no response.

I have been a patient here for 15 years and had my son there. It was a high risk pregnancy but all the doctors were very professional and made me comfortable to talk about any issue.

The staff is nice and professional. Dr. Ginger is amazing!!!! She is the best, ever!

North east OBGYN clinic is amazing and extra cautious and caring......EastOver OBGYN did NOT care for my pregnancy, its just God was with my baby and he saved his life.......

Terrible lately...I have been a patient for 14 years and their customer service has gone down the tubes...Dorothy sucks as a receptionist and you can forget a nurse calling you back...If you have an emergency they still will take a week to see you...I love Dr. Finlon but I will be finding a new doctor come Monday...

Doctor Fox is an awesome and caring doctor. I have always been treated well by her and feel comfortable going here.

A cloth gown! And a doctor who takes the time to sit and talk with you BEFORE you have to get in the stirrups. I felt like a human being all the way through my visit. Bravo, Dr. Campbell and staff.
