Dishonest is the first word I can come up with.I called months ago to schedule an initial consult. I talked with the front desk and the appointment was scheduled at their soonest availability over three months later. I had to put a card on file to schedule the appointment and was clearly told the initial consult was $150. Clarified multiple times. I was told my card would be charged after the appointment. Expensive but we decided we could swing it.A couple weeks after the appointment, only 20 mins of talking with a Dr online, I receive a bill in the mail for $375! Over double what I was told! I called the financial department and was told I was misinformed. That they will send me a payment plan so I wont be sent to collections. No record of my card information being given. No help. Just a Im sorry but the front desk shouldnt have told you that.Unbelievable. I feel swindled and wonder how to trust people who cant even get their staff on the same page regarding cost to take care of the delicate nature of fertility!

Reposting since it looks like they somehow managed to hide my last review and its important that people know how this place is run.Original review:Dont go here if you want to know whether or not youre fertile in the next month or so. I had a semenalysis done in early November and neither me nor my referring provider know the results as of Dec 1. After spending an half an hour on the phone trying to get ahold of them, I was sent over to a medical records bot and told to leave a voicemail.Ill most likely be declaring the $75 I was charged as fraudulent in the next few days as I have not received the service I paid for.Edit: I realize that as a referral patient, it is possible my primary care provider is actually giving me the runaround. If that winds up being the case, Ill switch this to a 5 star review since the appointment itself went well.Edit: After a month, I started looking into taking legal action and tried contacting CCRM HQ directly. They immediately got back to me with results. CCRM as a whole may be a great place to go, but avoid this particular location if at all possible because it seems like it has problems.Edit since a response doesnt seem possible:When our office conducts a semen analysis for a referring provider we always send the results back to the referring provider to review with their patient. That may have been the intent, but CCRM HQ confirmed that that isnt what happened. They confirmed that my results were never sent to my referring provider, and after being given the runaround by everyone I called at this location for over a month, I had to go over your heads to HQ to get my results.
