AFC Urgent Care Denver Leetsdale

The entire visit was a five star experience. The lady at the front desk was everything you hope for in that sort of situation. Bright, sweet, understanding and very efficient. The nurse was patient with me and kindly helped me through the UA process. The PA was respectful toward me and thorough which is very important to me. Would be happy to come again if necessary. A special mention for Liz so she gets an entry toward employee of the month!

Sophia S was extremely calm and helpful. She is an excellent representative for AFC. She made my wife and I feel much more relaxed in a very stressful situation. We are glad she happened to be working the morning we needed urgent care.

Sophia was super friendly and helpful! Our insurance was giving us some issues but she helped us get it figured out. Our son was being seen and she was very kind to him as well. Also, the facility was clean and organized. Great service overall!!

Staff was very attentive, polite and courteous. Was seen and treated immediately. Lizeth did the preliminary workup, and Bertha did the actual exam and suturing. Kudos to both women. I will be certain to recommend this conveniently located AFC facility to friends and neighbors.

This place for the most part is great and very efficient.. but for some odd reason they asked if my first name was my last name when it is pretty obvious what my last name is and all. Seemed odd. They also got super offended when I asked them why they needed to keep my ID till the end of the visit.. ive never had that experience ever in any urgent care before. The gal that did my drug test didnt seem to want to be there.. her attitude showed it and didnt seem to care.

I’m amazed at the quickness of this urgent care! I came on Saturday around 5pm and was seen right away. Front desk staff and drs were amazing! Told me if I wasn’t feeling better to come back and now here I am again. Came in earlier and felt so bad as they were clearly short staffed but still had smiles on their faces and good spirits. I was able to make an appointment to come back later today and now here I am and they still have the same smiles on their faces and great attitudes. To be clearly shortstaffed(lunch was delivered but they were unable to get to it😢) and still have the positive attitudes is amazing customer service. I found my forever urgent care! Thank you for being so kind! It helps that I work in the same strip center too

This place did an amazing job with getting me in and explaining the process to me! Sophia Sanchez was so sweet about everything, and was very compassionate with me and my friends who were helping me! Really great place to come, especially when you’re coming from a different state!

I came in today and staff was really friendly I was greeted by Iris. She was very professional and kept making sure I was comfortable during my visit. The whole time I was there Iris was really enthusiastic I’m glad she enjoys what she does.

This is always my go to Urgent Care and I’m so happy they’re here! Sophia showed great customer service and was very prompt and helpful. I hope no one has to go to urgent care but definitely go to this one if you do

I came because of the good reviews. However, I soon learned that they may not be altogether accurate. I came on a Saturday a month ago and the front desk girl told me that my insurance was not active, which was false. I went to a different urgent care with zero problems. Apparently, she did not know how to do her job. On top of that, she tried to charge me cash instead. I will avoid this place.

I went to AFC urgent care todayThe Staff was really friendly from the receptionists to the Med assistant Iris and Doctor Franklin really took care of me. Listen to me and my concerns didnt feel rushed. The facility is very clean and well keep I am glad it is in my neighborhood

Wow … mariah is the best .. i called in to have a tele-health appointment on my one hour lunch break .. she made sure my appointment was fast and convenient, when i couldnt fill out the paperwork she sat with me and filled out everything for me, she truly went above and beyond by making sure anything i needed was done before my appointment and was even able to get me my meds the same day ( i would have had to wait 10 days) kindest sweetest employee i have dealt with here and i come here often! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIAH!!! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE !!!!

The appointment was extremely easy to schedule and my intake interview occurred close to my scheduled time. That was quick and efficient. I was connected with the doctor just a few minutes later. The doctor was very friendly and listened well. The visit was quick but I didnt feel rushed. The pharmacy had received my prescription before the call ended. Thank you to the nurse and the doctor!

I came here over an hour late for an employment drug screen after they stopped for the day and they STILL helped me out with no issues! I literally needed this to keep my employment and they were the last place to help. Mariana M. was the biggest help and I appreciate her so much!

Folks over here are extremely helpful and understanding. Telemedical was the route I chose to go and it was super quick, easy and gave me the ease of mind not having to leave my home. 10/10 will definitely be coming back if ever needed!

Its never an easy situation to be in, when my children are sick or injured but they made my experience welcoming, calming, and we felt heard. Ill continue to trust my children in their care. They were great and quick. I got a call for their telemed within a couple of minutes of each other. When I went in for a nose and throat swab it was also done quick and efficiently. It didn’t take longer than 10 minutes. They all did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone!

Every single soul I encountered today when I had hypoxia from asthma issues, SOOOO KIND!! I truly felt like dying. They were so kind. Im too sick to remember their names. Everyone today was lovely. When need arises, Ill be back

Staff is really friendly and facility is clean. The PA should have run more tests but was convinced I had COVID. I do not. He then prescribed amoxicillin and prednisone to treat something I dont have.

Mariana was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I needed a shot and don’t do well with needles, but Mariana made it seemless and made sure I was doing alright.

The receptionist today was not understanding, helpful, or compassionate. After filling out a long form, she said I hadn’t completed it. It was my second time using this service. What she asked, I had already done. I will go somewhere else.

My hand got a mild infection from a splinter that was stuck in my hand. The staff was soooo helpful, kind and efficient and put me right at ease. The procedure was painless and the nurse professional! I highly recommend this office for medical care!

I have been to this clinic many times for both myself and my children. Every time weve been seen, we receive timely and polite care. The PAs are highly knowledgeable, thorough and thoutful in their approach.

Fast, clean, caring, and helpful! We saw Edgar and Devin. They were so kind and friendly to my daughter, got us in and out quickly, and answered all of our questions. No one wants to go to urgent care, but they made the experience very comfortable.

I received excellent care at AFC this past Friday. Both the medical assistant, nurse practitioner, and reception was wonderful. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

My care at ad at Monaco and Leetsdale was exemplary! Careful, kind, knowledgeable and skilled. My friend and I were very favorably impressed. A follow up visit to Swedish Hospital (as prescribed) proved to be Unimportant because of the excellent care and advice of afc. This place has such a nice staff. Always quick and extremely helpful. A much easier experience than PCP even. And the place is always so clean. Been a couple times now and been my experience for both.

I love this urgent care. I actually moved closer to another, but still come here. It is always super clean and smells nice. The lobby is huge, so I never feel like I am next to someone sick. There is never a wait. They have a really cute kids room with fun decorations and cartoons for my kids. The staff is always super friendly. Edgar took care of me last time, and had me in and out in no time. Thanks for the great service from reception to doctors.

I had a piece of plastic under my finger nail which caused an infection. Everyone was friendly! I dont think I was there for an hour! Naomi and Dr Stewart were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! Sorry, I dont remember the name of the receptionist but she was also was friendly! The facility is clean. After one day, the infection has gone down. I recommend this facility! Thank you! The staff at Leetsdale Urgent care was extremely professional and helpful. I saw PA Rosa Shu and she was able to get me into a room and have some diagnostics completed immediately after arriving. The staff there kept me comfortable and walked me through every step of the procedures and the prescriptions. I highly suggest this AFC.

Haven’t visited here in person yet, but arranged to do a telehealth visit for the first time with them due to not feeling well enough to drive a few days ago, and it was surprisingly easy. I appreciated that the website lists out what to expect too as it was my first time doing a visit that way. I scheduled online for the next available appointment and was soon contacted by a nurse to go through “paperwork” and pay the copay. Then after a few minutes I received a call from the doctor, who was then able to go over my symptoms with me and send a prescription over to my pharmacy for me. All of it took less than an hour and I didn’t have to go anywhere! Such a relief! Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. Although I don’t hope to need an urgent care anytime soon, I’ll for sure be returning here because they are so on top of everything and great at what they do.

Awful customer service, terrible experience. Healthcare facility that has no concern for customers or how what they do can impact those they serve. Delayed start of my new job because they never ran my drug test and lied about why and what was happening. WOULD NOT SUGGEST FOR A STUBBED TOE!

I was seen promptly within my appointment time. All staff was kind, professional and caring. I was greeted coming in and acknowledged going out. Also, so many docs are against antibiotics these days, I was grateful for the Z pack, as I could hardly swallow and my inner ear was hurting so bad. I had great improvement within 24 hours.

An immaculate, bright facility with a kind and welcoming front desk staff. Dr. Miller and the nurse were amazing with my very frightened 6 year old. My daughter was terrified to have an x-ray. The X Ray technician was fantastic and made it such a great experience for her that she wanted more X-rays. :) This was a very scary experience that turned into a very positive one. We will absolutely drive by the three Urgent Care facilities closer to our home to come to this one every time! Loved the staff!

I walked into this urgent care 20 minutes before they closed and the staff was extremely caring despite it nearly being time to go home. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes and they immediately sent my prescription nearby. They did everything perfectly!

I’ve been here about three or four times over the course of six or seven years and every time they are friendly, professional and quick. Edgar was the MA to check me in and was very personable and professional. When I cannot get in to see my PC in a timely manner, this is always my go to place

Experience was ok. The front desk was not very friendly upon entering. The entire lobby appeared to be empty. We were told that there would be a 45 to an hour wait. In the meantime, we were able to schedule an appointment online within 15 minutes. Then they change their tune and checked in. Then Edgar came in to take vitals. He seemed very rushed and abrupt. However, when he came back to take my x-rays, he was very nice. Dr. Hollie was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable, though she clearly was not going to spend any extra time answering questions. She seemed to want to be in and out very quickly. No When leaving, I was handed a report and a CD with images from xray. I took them immediately to orthopedics the next day, and they found zero images on the CD that had been given to me. They said it was not uncommon for them to get CDs from AFC with no images. The doctors office also complained on the format as very few places use CDs anymore Wondered why didn’t get more modern technology. So it wasn’t OK experience, however, was very disappointed that they sent me out with nothing. They were also supposed to give me referral doctors which I got none of. Dr. Hollie said she only knew one doctor at Swedish Hospital which is not all convenient to the Cherry Creek area, especially since you told me that I couldn’t drive.Overall, it could’ve been a better experience. I certainly did not feel like they went out of their way to make sure I had everything that I needed, and they allowed me to leave without some critical information.

The staff here are so kind and professional. I was greeted immediately and felt welcome walking in. One nurse, Naomi, was so sweet during my visit and made sure I was comfortable throughout the testing I had to do. The doctor answered all my questions with patience. Ive been many times for myself and my children and have never had a problem. Ive recommended friends because of the staff here and they said they experienced the same friendly and efficient service I raved about. Theres plenty of parking and a clean and spacious waiting room. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care.*Went in for a follow up and Mariah at the front desk remembered my kids from a visit last Spring! This place is amazing.

Heard some nightmarish stories about standalone urgent care like AFC, surprise bills, automatically everything requires excessive testing, essentially not listening even a little bit to the customer.But this team was polite, respectful and Not determined to wring every cent out of a nothing event, dizzy, fell down. It was thru my employer that I was sent to AFC urgent care, a workmans comp claim, and when I said no, I dont see a need for further intervention, they listened attentively.I dont know if an urgent care facility like this is the best solution in our broken medical care system, but this team, these folks were very kind and helpful to me today, simply by taking me seriously when I said this was a mistake, I dont need anything today except to take care of myself.

This is my second time going to AFC on Leetsdale and both times were a great experience. The first time I did a walk-in and I was still seen fairly quickly! The front desk attendant was kind and made the process super easy. The second time I made an online appointment which was a bit faster bc I got seen by a doctor right away and didnt have to wait behind 2 people who walked in.I had Dr. Edgar both times I came in and he was SOOO helpful, informative, and kind. After finding out urgent care wasnt able to do all the necessary steps for my pain in my chest, he made sure that the emergency room took care of me. He told me all the tests I should advocate for and called me later in the day to check how the emergency room visit went.The second time he remembered me and was kind to follow up on my previous visit with chest pain. All in all, I couldnt recommend a better place to visit if you need urgent care, they are professional, clean, supportive, and kind!

The environment is really nice and open! Christine was very thorough in taking down my symptoms and passing them along. The Dr who saw me (I didnt grab his name!) was so informative and kind, he even did an anatomy lesson for me! He gave me many suggestions on ways to help better my symptoms naturally, and did prescribe some medication to help ease some of the symptoms until I make those changes. I appreciate all of their help today in getting me back to feeling better! :)

The amazing young lady at the front desk, forgive me I cant remember her name, has greeted my husband and me warmly, friendly, concerned. We were treated so well and got in immediately for our covid tests by another terrific staff member. Thank you to all!

I walked in to the AFC Urgent care today. It had a ruptured ear drum. Cali was so sweet and nice and helpful. It was a quick visit. They had me register right away and took great care of me! I will be back for future visits!

I walk in to urgent care feeling a lot of pain due to my lower lumbar injury and instantly felt like I mattered from the front desk nurse. Everything was in a timely fashion I felt comfortable immediately when the sweet nurse took me to the examine room she was so polite and reassuring (I wish I could remember her name) they were short staffed she was the only one there besides the Dr . And they totally handled everything so professional. I was given water the nurse kept checking on me and when the Dr came in I liked him I’m immediately he actually listened to me with eye contact instead of sitting behind a laptop not looking at me like most Doctors do today. He was informative CJ was his name and I trusted him and I learned a lot he actually cared thank you it was a wonderful appointment .

Urgent care helps me when it’s urgent my last 3 visits have been either resolved by the time I left or the staff and medical team come together to direct me to the next steps. The only urgent care facility that has any idea of what theyre doing. The PA, Justin, who took care of my injury, was phenomenal at his job. Honestly, one of the best health care professionals Ive been seen by! Exceptional patient care, and develops a good repoire with his patients. He is very knowledgeable, takes time to ask questions, and explains his findings. He treated me with respect and kindness, and I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and solution. Thank you Justin! You r an amazing PA and will be a superb doctor if you so choose! I left the urgent care office happy instead of painfully, and you are directly responsible for that.

Naomi, was very gentle and my IV didnt hurt at all.Elma was very nice and comforting.Emily came to talk to me several times.They did what they could to help...Urgent Care is limited in their options.Please know what they could do.. helped and I appreciate that a lot!

We originally went to the Denver Health urgent care, waited an hour just to have vitals taken. So I pre-registered at the AFC, and drove there instead, walked in and was taken to the back almost immediately, Iris and her team were friendly and effective. Thank you for making it so easy

This facility is our go-to when we have a health concern. The staff are so friendly, short wait time, (especially compared to the emergency room), and this facility is always clean. Naomi was especially kind. She is extremely patient, and very understanding and compassionate. The provider was very attentive and easy to communicate my issues and concerns. We will continue to use this Urgent Care for our health emergencies. Thank you AFC Urgent Care.

Yesterday I went to AFC Urgent Care located at Monaco and Leetsdale to be treated for a skin disorder. The staff members are extremely professional, cordial, and pleasant. Elma was the young lady who took my vital statistics in preparation for the physician. I was extremely impressed with her stellar communication and listening skills. My visit was handled in such a smooth manner, that I was in and out in no time. I would love to see her receive the “Employee of the month” recognition, as she is wonderful employee. Dont go here! They will constantly make mistakes allow their receptionist to have an attitude and be rude to patients, as well as check you in later than you arrived, yes I noticed, then dismiss you for it!, they are awful and I certainly wouldnt be returning anyways! How about you hold your receptionist accountable who gets paid because you have patients not the other way around!

Stu was fantastic. He was a great listener, validating, and performed my trigger point injection flawlessly. My trigger points are in tough spots and very risky for causing a pneumothorax, but Stu was super calm and confident about administering the injection, made sure to verify that he was getting the right spot, and I felt literally instant relief after the injection. I am so glad that you are located only 5 minutes from where I now live, and I will certainly return when I am in need of Urgent Care in the future!

I went to AGC Urgent Care on Leetsdale. Naomi took care of me. She was personal and not only took care if the presenting issue but also took care in asking about other things. She also gave great advice of how to take better general care of my health n which I need to hear. She asked good questions and did so in a caring way. Naomi was great!! Great customer service!! Needed a nearby Urgent Care Facility. Able to quickly make appointment and get next day care from AFC Leetsdale. All medical staff were kind and efficient. Plus a high level of care that appreciated. Leah, my medical assistant was exceptional. And Devin, NP, also was professional and willing to explain and listen to my questions and concerns.

Quick, courteous, and helpful. Exactly what you want from an urgent care. I came in for upper respiratory congestion, got swabbed for strep by Edgar, was seen by the doc, talked through what it could be/what we could do for treatment and ultimately arrived at a solution.

The physician Ryan was very professional. He was attentive and answered all my questions. He called me to iterate on the report. Received X-ray radiology report in like 15min. I was able to ask all my questions of the X-ray from the nurse. The front desk staff helped me with everything I need.

I visited AFC urgent care on May 7th for child care service and was very impressed with the level of care my child received. My child has a cough and fever. The doctor was attentive and careful to my concerns about the child’s health. They performed all tests and explained the diagnosis and treatment options. Visit time was short and highly time effective. All treatments helped my son fast, and he got well soon. Im definitely recommended this location.

I had to take my 94 year old mother to this urgent care (since her primary care provider was not available for all next week and didnt bother to even call me back) after she had a fall that resulted in stitches and a skin tear and Im so glad I did! First, the entire facility was spotless. Everyone we encountered (front desk, Naomi, and Angie) were kind, friendly and reassuring. They were caring and competent and gave us clear instructions for further care. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Leetsdale and thank them for the excellent care we received!

I had to visit this location over the weekend. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The girl at the front desk had the best vibes, and I have to say Mike might have been the best nurse Ive ever come across anywhere. He was so thoughtful and reassuring every step of the way. Highly recommend this location even though its a little out of the way for me.

I was able to get seen for a prior injury and the entire team was amazing. Dr.Zee and Leah were awesome taking direct care of me. The receptionist up front (I today forgot her name but she has curly brown hair) was so helpful and patient with me while I got situated with paperwork. Thank you all!

This has now been my second time at this urgent care and if I need to go to an urgent care THIS is where I’ll always be going. The entire staff genuinely seems to care, from the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the doctors. The doctors actually take the time to intentively listen every single time and go above and beyond in their care. Haven’t had this type of genuine experience in other medical offices. Appreciate them greatly. 🤍

On a scale 1-10 I was above a 10 level, I went to rose medical center and received a terrible experience, it took me to come to urgent care off Leeddale to receive the best care ever, I left Urgent Care pain free, level zero. I had kidney stones came out an had me feeling like I was on death row, I never experience this before. Thank you everyone for helping me from the bottom of my heart, you all save me from going crazy through this pain and being the only one whom relieved me from pain under a hour. I didnt wait, they all was honest and acted fast. Thank you for the million time.

Really disappointing this location has seemed to go downhill. Went through process of scheduling an appointment online only to wait almost an hour for my appointment. prices recently spike up to $160 for a visit. Going to need to start to look for a new default urgent care.

Great staff! Went in for a Covid test and they made it super easy to just pull up to the curb in my car. Caitlin was great! She was very quick and made the swabbing as painless as possible. She also thoroughly answered the questions I had. Overall, great experience!

We were treated promptly and professionally. The environment is clean and the care was thorough and a great choice when we couldn’t get to our primary care providers. Our PA was Abigail Drake and our Medical Assistant was Brianna. They were both outstanding.

Best urgent care in town! I had to go here for a work accident, as the ER was slammed and I am super thankful for the staff that I’ve been seeing for my follow up care. Derek is awesome! I wasn’t feeling too great, so I made an appointment with AFC. I had no problem finding an appointment time. I registered all my info online before I came in which made for a quick check-in process. They got me in immediately! Naomi was very kind and did all my vitals. She also suggested some additional tests, just to rule out what it could be. Derek was very helpful as well. Both listened to me and validated my symptoms, which is always nice and sometimes hard to come by. Great experience with AFC Leetsdale! Thank you!

I went in to get a test done and my nurse Alejandra was very patient with making sure I was comfortable before she did anything. Hopefully if I go back she will be there because I felt like everything would be fine with her there.

Went to AFC Leetsdale to get a Covid test and it was super easy. I was able to make a same day appointment and it was a drive up. Cheryl swabbed my nose as gently as she could considering she had to get in there! She was professional and quick. I received my results quickly and they worked with my insurance. Overall it was an easy process.

The staff at this urgent care is AMAZING! They have been nothing but sweet and supportive during these crazy times! I have chatted with several members of the team during the covid testing and they answer all my questions and have made the experience smooth! Lexi was doing testing today and was super great to work with and made me less nervous about being tested! I love that they take walk ins for both general testing and rapid testing! We were very impressed with the service we received at the Leetsdale AFC clinic. Zara was very efficient when we checked in, and she told us that our information was on file, and we didnt need our drivers licenses, etc. Megan tested us right on time, and while we were having coffee they phoned us and told us our tests were negative. That was much appreciated.When we had trouble downloading our test results we went back to the clinic and they printed up a hard copy of the results without question.A very pleasant experience all round.

Its been about a year since Ive needed to be COVID tested and I immediately checked if this place was still offering them since my first experience was so great. Even a year down the road this office was incredibly diligent and smoothly run. Caitlin was very kind and professional, efficient without making me feel like I was getting pushed out the door, and willing to answer any questions if I had any. I cant recommend this office enough.

These guys are great. The doctors listen to your needs and do follow up. When I had stomach problems, they found me a place to get a CT scan, gave me the correct antibiotics, and called me to keep track of my progress. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and make the check-in process fairly painless. They are also quick, I havent had to wait the past few times Ive been in.

Great staff all around! I was treated like I mattered. I broke my arm and from the second I was in that office they made sure I was comfortable. The X-ray tech went above and beyond and gave me a list of the best specialists in the area. While also giving me a hard copy of the imaging. This place is seriously the best so glad I didn’t go to denver health.

The physician was great with the tools she was given. The assistant with reddish blonde hair was rough n not caring nor professional. The rest of the staff was pleasant. The office is more set up to handle colds n vaccines rather than injuries. I left with more pain from the assistant and a make shift device for my injury and still needed to visit an actual hospital after for proper care. Just a heads up if your seeking injury care!

I was miserable with sinus congestion, ear pain and nausea. My primary care doctor wasn’t able to take me. I went to AFC and am feeling so much better. The PA Justin and medical assistant Mariana were professional, compassionate and responsive to my needs . Very smooth process. I did a walk in appointment and I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours, so that was wonderful! The staff was very friend and efficient. Susan, Stephanie and RJ are whom I worked with and they were absolutely wonderful! What a great experience during a stressful time.I have been to this urgent care several times for COVID-19 testing. The are always efficient and friendly. Colleen took my test this time and she was wonderful. She was compassionate and thorough. I strongly suggest this location.

I went to AFC Urgent Care on Monaco and Leetsdale for an infection from an incision on my foot. Turns out not only was it infected but I had an abscess as well. The foot was incredibly painful and bright red. The provider was able to open the abscess and remove the stitches. I could tell a difference almost immediately. Everyone was incredible and compassionate. They all took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the appropriate treatment to make me feel so much better. I cant thank them all enough! I highly recommend this location.

Honestly, I never leave reviews. Especially not for doctors, but this place is the best. They’re clean, quiet, quick and pleasant. Cheryl was so great helping me sort out my insurance and what information I needed, and they saw me immediately and didn’t make me wait in the exam room forever. They made sure I had all the info I needed and called in the prescription I needed immediately. Easiest and best urgent care experience of my life without a doubt.

The experience going to the urgent care in Leetsdale was so easy and incredible. I spoke with multiple people who were willing to help answer any and all of my questions. Each staff member was able to help me decide what test was best for my situation and understand the finances. They were super friendly! When I walked in the process was quick and easy. Even though the test can feel a bit funny I was put at ease and it was done super efficiently. After, I received a follow up call to make sure everything was good and all my questions answered. Honestly, I highly recommend this place because of the staff. The staff here is great! They’re friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience. I had Sylvia and Sara help me out today. They were able to get my covid test done quickly. When a staff member ( I can’t remember his name, might be Derek ) called me to give me my results, he was also friendly. Overall great staff and great people!

The people there were really nice and made me feel welcome. Perhaps it was a slow day, but it wasn’t busy and I only spent an hour or so there. Also there were no funny smells or tweakers.

Most of these reviews are probably fake. The front desk person was straight up rude. Always is.The nurse was nice, but she gave me major anxieties while drawing the blood. It was taking her forever. I felt like I was about the faint but she wouldn’t pull it out after multiple requests. More blood, more tests, more money.The doc didn’t know you can not get hiv from saliva.Last time I was here they made me wait 3 hours.Ultimately, they need to remove the word “care” as they didn’t seem like a caring facility.

I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and professional the staff was. The facility was clean, tidy, and inviting. The doctor was friendly and engaging with my 10 year old. Ive just moved to Denver from out of state and this visit has been very encouraging. :)

Went in for a follow up today from my previous visit. My provider was Melanie she also had an assistant Carla. Very quick service. I am already feeling better from my last visit, and this was a follow up visit, I am very confident, I will be healthy, and on my way after this. They even helped me with finding a PCP, ED, etc..

I needed a rapid COVID test on Friday and they got in me in first thing in the morning and called me with me results in 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone! Everyone who helped me was so nice especially Courtney and Shannon. Those two girls were so sweet and answered all my questions! They literally made my morning! Took my elderly father here to check on some hearing issues, and they immediately diagnosed a case of impacted earwax and cleared it out. He can hear better than he has in over a year, and they were so professional! Mariana was fantastic, we couldnt be happier with the service we received!

I was treated so well and it was such a comfort when I was feeling so terrible. AFC is the only urgent care in go to now. The level of care, compassion, professionalism and thoroughness starts the moment your greeted. Ive gone here for everything from COVID/flu testing to significant injuries. You really can tell that they care about you and get your ailment to your injury treated. They thoroughly explain your aftercare and treatment plan for once you leave, and get everything situated for you. I love that they always call a day or two later to check in on you as well.

Just visited this location. Everybody was super nice and thorough. I felt like my questions were answered and everything was explained clearly. Brianna my tech was super nice and helpful. Going to urgent care isn’t fun, but I was in and out quickly, and I felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
