Planned Parenthood - Eau Claire Health Center

Karen was so nice and helpful getting me my birth control. She made sure I had everything I needed and more. She gave me tons of information on the products and walked me through what was available to me. She had such a gentle and kind voice. There were snacks in the waiting area!

The two people who helped me today were the absolute nicest medical staff Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. This location is an hour and a half from my house and they made the trip well worth the drive.Edit: adding that theyve been very trans-friendly.

Theyre so kind. I had a telehealth appointment with this location today, and everyone from the intake nurse to the nurse practitioner were extremely thorough and understanding, constantly checking to see if I had any questions or concerns. Im super excited to continue my care through this clinic. :)

I was distressed with anguish and depression when I came here seeking treatment. Nurse Ratched was very concerned I was toying with my phone while telling her my problems (she wasn’t concerned about them). After promising she would treat me she didn’t. I left very let down and upset.

Yeah dont talk to Erica at the appointment services. Straight up liar. 🤣🤣🤣 like hope they fire her for lying. Didnt know Pinocchio worked there.

Nice new place. Very helpful when I needed non judgment place to go for medical advice. Would recommend for anyone who doesnt want to deal the the big hospitals.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really rude on the phone when explaining conditions for my fiance and giving straight up attitude, you should not have these kind of people in your company.
