NextCare Urgent Care Flagstaff

Dr was exceptional. Was personable explained everything and gave me options after my diagnosis. Staff was pleasant but I would have appreciated more speediness. My appt was 12:30 I arrived 12:05. At 2:00 I am now leaving. It was not busy but staff was slower than usual.Well my prescription wasnt sent to my pharmacy after leaving an hour ago. Went back to clinic desk clerk checked with Dr and was resent. Also she said when I left the first time I was good to go. But she forgot to give my written script she had no comments I just left frustrated.

The appointment for my young daughter went fine but I didn’t like that we had to wait 40 minutes in the exam room when the clinic was practically empty. Also didn’t like the big basket of free condoms right at the front desk. Not appropriate for children to see. I’ve never seen that at an urgent care before.

Nice staff, just slow. I arrived when they opened as a walk-in, with 3 people ahead of me. Two hours later, it was my turn and I was brought back to a room. After waiting in the room for 43 more minutes, I was finally worked on. I watched an instructional YouTube video and seriously contemplated removing my own stitches and leaving.

Needed to schedule a sports physical for my daughter and was able to do it quickly online for the following day and complete the necessary forms for NextCare.  Office staff was extremely helpful and PA she saw was great.  Would definitely return.

Lucky to have them in the neighborhood!After not needing Urgent Care for some time, I’ve suddenly been to this location twice this month due to conditions exacerbated by heat, stress, & forest fire smoke. They take the City’s BCBS plan (currently with a $45 co-pay) and all the staff are very friendly, helpful, & efficient. You can make an appointment by phone or online to avoid waiting there. Highly recommended and a great alternative to the long wait times at the ER (much more affordable too). Obviously they don’t have a CT machine or other super expensive medical equipment that you might need in a life-threatening emergency, but they can handle most of life’s smaller woes for you!

I would recommend them to everyone. Quick in and out. The staff was caring and friendly. The paperwork was very easy to do. The NP was very knowledgeable and thorough. I actually had a great experience. If doctors elsewhere could be as knowledgeable, genuine, and caring as I felt with the next care staff. People wouldn’t be so afraid to get the care that so much needed by many. If there was 10 stars, I’d give them all.

I fell while on vacation & a cut got infected. I was really nervous about going anywhere without contacting my own doctor because I have a complicated health issue, but it was a weekend & I knew I needed help soon. Ryan Ziegler PAC was fantastic. He listened to my concerns & even checked a rare disease webpage I mentioned before he prescribed anything that might cause me any issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They were quick, efficient, and so helpful. I was out of there in less than 75 minutes.

The check-in person I first encountered wasn’t the most friendly but after that the two medical people I saw were great! Especially was the PA who after I tested for Covid explained my options and then went on to discuss Covid studies. Having been in the medical field before retiring I really appreciated his knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to this facility if an issue arises again.

I made an 11:30 appt today. I was checked in quickly and called back quickly. The PA I saw was thorough and kind. It was a good visit. The office is clean and the employees are friendly. I highly recommend this NextCare!

This is the second time I have come here and the receptionist has been incredibly rude and she is rude to other people. This needs to be addressed. If you don’t like working with the public don’t. People are sick and don’t need an unprofessional receptionist to hassle them when they are paying for healthcare. Everything else here is 5 stars. The doctors are amazing

Genuinely the worst urgent care i’ve ever been to. would give it no stars if i could. months ago i was super sick and made an appointment and wasn’t even called back until 2 hours after my appointment time, then the doctor told me he would call in a prescription then never did, when i called back about it the front desk said the doctor had left and i would have to wait 2 days for him to come back and write the prescription. now my boyfriend made an appointment for 9:30am today and he was told they could not find his appointment so he’ll just have to wait as a walk in, and multiple people are going before him. this place is seriously ridiculous and if you actually want to be seen or cared for go somewhere else. they are rude and take way way too long

Came in for a minor issue which I self cured prior to arriving but was glad to speak with a doctor about my symptoms and did receive an antibiotic prescription for additional recovery. The front desk receptionist was a little awkward with her facial gestures and even got into an altercation over it with another patient in the waiting room. My overall experience at this location in Flagstaff was pleasant with no real complaints. Wait time without an appointment was minimal although others with appointments were seen 1st.

I needed medical treatment for a laceration. I started at the Urgent care and was immediately seen by a nurse a doctor.. Because of the laceration being deep and jagged, the doctor recommended that I go to the FMC ER. Excellent call!! I’ve been treated at the local Urgent Care several times and the entire staff is very friendly and efficient!

We were seen and treated for acute altitude sickness. Staff were very professional and great. They took extra care to be sure my husband was stabilized with oxygen before releasing him. Highly recommend.

Doctor and nurse were nice but the 2 front desk ladies were really rude especially the check out lady. We told her we sent it she said we are wrong without even looking again.

I was met with courtesy, my appointment was within 30 minutes, I was seen very promptly, and my prescriptions were called in right away. It’s my first time at an Urgent Care, and I was very pleased.

I was the second appointment in for the day and the wait time was minimal. Front desk, nurse and doctor were very kind and hospitable. I would definitely recommend as they quickly got me taken care of and back on the road!

HiThe service was very nice as the doctor and the desk attendant remembered my name. Of course they were late for my 9:30 appt. Got out close to 11am.When I checked in the person was sick with perhaps Covid. It would be most important for the clerk who checked her in, could actually get up and clean the counter after the very sick person left. It made me nervous so I never touched the counter.I think should be very important when contact with various things, should be sanitized so germs and airborne viruses out there cause germs and diseases.Being cognitive of such things as I know this Urgent Care site is very busy.Thank you!

Fast curious service, they get you in & out within an appropriate amount of time. Clean facilities with a restroom, water and FREE condoms. We’ve made plenty of visits because the dr offices are booked. I’m pleased to also say great Friendly Doctors with good bedside care for adults and children.

They didn’t check my lymph nodes or ears but claimed I have a sinus infection. 2 days goes by and it gets worse so I will be going to the hospital.(Update): Turns out it was the flu. The doctor from the hospital here in Flag said there is actually no point in me taking the pills that this urgent care gave me. So the doctor at this urgent care just prescribes you a random antibiotic and they don’t actually look into whats wrong. Please please don’t come here if you are sick.

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone on the NextCare Urgent Care Flagstaff team was professional, kind, and friendly. I feel very fortunate to live close by this amazing clinic with its exceptional staff.

Far better in so many respects than the general practitioners I have had in the past. I would most definitely recommend Alexandra Hoeger to everyone. A genuinely compassionate, empathetic and caring woman who immediately puts one at ease. This is how *all* medical professionals should behave. Front desk receptionist was kind and helpful as well. I came in yesterday complaining of hard to breathe, a cough and feeling weak. My blood pressure was very high.I waited over 45 mins to be seen.I was hoping for a breathing treatment.All I got was a zpak.The doctor was nice but that doesnt help me feel better.I went to a different doctor today.I had a chest xray and breathing treatment.Found I have pneumonia. I got better antibiotics and cough medicine. I feel much better. I can breathe better.Nope. I wont be back at next care again.

PA-C Ryan Ziegler showed so much compassion to my father with Alzheimer’s. It was refreshing to speak to a medical provider who listened to my father and validated his concerns. He took time and went the extra mile. Quality of care 100%+. My only complaint that he is not in a regular practice so he could be my father’s regular provider. A rare gem in today’s “pick a number” health care!

Doctor was great. Nurse was cool. Front desk receptionist was probably the worst I have experienced in 40 years. Zero professionalism. Doctor and nurse get 5 stars though.

Started a new to me adhd medication yesterday and have been very nauseous and vomiting since. My prescriber isn’t in the office until Monday and I didn’t want to wait and be miserable all weekend. Scheduled a 9:30am appointment last night and completed my paperwork online before bed. Came in and was seen by 10am. All staff were kind and the doctor was quick and thorough. Thank you.

Dr. Alex was very thorough and specific. I had multiple medical issues and she addressed each with professional problem solving, clarity patience and compassion. She gets 5 stars from me and Im an RN.

From out of town and on vacation. Clinic got me in for cold like symptoms within 15 min. Dr and staff were kind and speedy. Highly impressed :)

Went in for dog bite wounds on my hand and the PA barely even examined my hand. Just put antibiotic ointment on the worst bite and wrapped it up. Never asked about my pain level or did anything to check for broken bones, even though there was considerable bruising on my hand. He really didn’t do anything there that I couldn’t have done at home, since I had actually done everything he did at home already, and it felt like I really just wasted my time. He did prescribe antibiotics, but that was it.

Wait time is horrible . The staff Is ruse especially the front test and the nurses assistant have no personality and are just rude . Worst experience ever ! If you dont have people skills or want to deal with people dont work in health care .

My visit to next care urgent was a pleasant experience. everyone was pleasant, friendly and helpful, from appt, check in, m.a., and especially alex who treated me. i will not hesitateto recommend next care urgent care on Humphreys to anyone who asks.

Quick. Easy. The physician assistant I saw was great. Easy to talk to, to the point, and actually cared about my health.

Quick getting in and they were VERY helpful. Its why I choose NextCare. However, the doctor I saw prescribed Ketoconazole Cream which has been banned in several countries. Thankfully I check my meds online before using them. Im opting to use a different Cream I have left over from when this happened to me once before.That said, NextCare is still my preferred urgent care choice.

I had very good care very professional friendly being from Pennsylvania I was comfortable and trusted my provider. Had no problems getting appointment and my insurance was accepted too . Satisfied.

First time at Urgent Care.. Front desk and the Nurse were very nice... The Doctor was very concerned and caring about my problems.. He took some tests for Flu, COVID etc. (which were negative). Then explained was was wrong with me and how to care for myself.. It was a good visit and would recommend Next Care Urgent Care to anyone who needs it.

I was on rode trip from California to Colorado. Planned to stay one night in Flagstaff, I was not feeling well so next day a went to urgent care. I had to wait since I did not have an appointment. Staff was very friendly and profesional. Special thanks for Alexandra Hoeger, you are amazing; caring, very profesional and considerate. The treatment you prescribed me started working almost immediately. We are now back in Colorado. Thank you, thank you! I highly recommend this provider

I had an apt and got right in. I got meds needed and feel I am on the way to recovery but I still have not gotten results from my xray and hope that will be soon.

I couldn’t have a better experience at this facility. Very roomy waiting area with a very short wait time. I did do all of the paperwork online though Solv the evening before the appointment, which I highly recommend.My provider was Ryan Ziegler, PAC and he was very thorough with asking more questions and doing some troubleshooting. I definitely felt like I was given ample time. Already feeling much better today!

I am very pleased with my in and out visit for pink eye. I called in advance to see their availability and was admitted within minutes.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Justin, Dr. Daulton, and the scheduler/receptionist (I wish I had gotten her name) were during my visit to this practice.They were efficient and effective, all while making me very comfortable after a trauma to my hand that required stitches.Not only were they extremely friendly and thorough, but they explained everything to me and helped me through my entire process from the moment I walked in the door. I highly recommend this medical facility and I am so grateful for the care they provided to me.

I sliced my thumb open and had them fix it up for me. They did a great job, prompt, courteous, helpful.

Walked in on a weekday morning to get a sinus infection diagnosis, and was good to go with a prescription within the hour. Everyone was so kind and great at explaining things!

We were traveling from out of state, and my daughter developed a horrible respiratory infection. Very easy to schedule this appt. PA Ryan was great, thorough, and got us on our way quickly. Highly recommend this UC

We did have to wait about an hour because we were a walk in and others had appointments. The office staff was very nice and helpful and the PA did a thorough exam and was very caring.

They took really good care of me after I got in. It was a long wait, but we did not have an appointment. The nurse and P.A. Were very easy going. It was not stressful at all.

Update; totally different experience. I made an appointment in an hours time and did not have to wait once I got there. The MA & PA were very nice & efficient. The PA bandaged up my fingers, gave me a referral & a drs note & sent me home with a few supplies. So fast & easy. A+It took me 4 days in a row to finally get in. Front desk informed me they shut their doors without notice or explanation and they cant update the website or answer phones. They are too busy bc there are no other walk-in/urgent care options in the evenings or on weekends. I understand now...but it still sucks.No one was wearing a mask in the waiting room or in the office except me, however, when I was sent to their other clinic (bc of high influx) they were masking.

Excellent care. Friendly staff and short wait time. My stiches were complete in no time. Plus free condoms.

I generally find this urgent care extremely convenient, however, todays visit was unfortunate. I took my daughter with something stuck in her ear, after paying 161.00, I was regretted to the E. R because they couldnt get it out because they packed 1 tiny tool. I would have ratger been reffered prior to losing everything in my bank account for the whole week. 😣😩😭Noill have a hospital book as well... This sucks...

1 hour wait from original appointment to see the provider, but once he arrived, he was excellent, helpful and professional. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Drove an hour with an injury because their website says this location does x-rays on site. They dont actually have an employee that can do xrays. Update your website.

They were quick and fast to process my papers. They were kind and understanding, showed true concern for my injury. They were fast to send an X-ray referral. I’m glad the process was fast and how welcoming the staff was.

Was the 3rd person at 7am. Didn’t see anyone till 8. Didn’t leave till 8:30. Longest appointment ever!!!!!!! So slow. And nothing is confidential you have to scream at the girl to tell all your info. And you can hear everything in the next room through the walls.

We are driving cross country. My 13 yo needed to be seen. The online check in was so convenient and easy. They were busy so we had a wait. The site/app keeps you updated on your status. The doctor was nice and easy to talk to. He also listened!

Very attentive PA. Took time with me to rule out any other possibilities. Have been here a number of times. Staff is attentive and kind.

I’ll start this off by saying the staff was pretty amazing, very kind, and sweet. My issue was that I had an appointment at 11am, I got there at 10:45am to check in. I was told they were an hour behind (which I understand) and that I needed to wait in my car. After 12:45pm (2 hours) I went to check in and I still had more of a waiting time…. I didn’t get a call until a little after 1:30pm (I’ve been waiting in my car this whole time). I got helped for a couple minutes in my room, they did a test and I didn’t see anyone for another hour…. Where I was told the doctor would be in in 20 minutes. I wasn’t seen until 4pm by the doctor. I understand things get backed up, I know there is lots of illnesses going around, however I wish if my wait time (for an appointment I had made the previous day) was going to be 2 hours and 45 min in my car and another 2 1/2 hours in my room they would have given a more accurate estimation on my time waiting. Or if I could have gone home to lay in bed while I was sick instead of sitting in my car for so long.The doctor and the staff, again, were very kind and sweet and helpful. I would recommend this place for the staff, but if you are on a time constraint I wouldn’t go here. This has not been my first experience here like this.

The staff at Nextcare was very professional and friendly. The appointment option was an added plus not to have to sit and wait in the waiting area. The admin was patient and kind. The medical team especially Josh, was good at putting my sick child at ease and answering any questions/concerns we had. The nurse was very efficient in administering tests and addressing all our concerns. I would recommend NextCare!

Staff was really nice they did a nice and quick visit. i only waited for 15 minutes as a walk in with 3 other patients ahead of me. The reason why it isn’t 5 starts is because of the lady at the front desk. She just had a really bad attitude from the start. She also didn’t offer me my insurance billing receipt when she offered it to the other people that had checked out with her. I had to ask for my receipt which i shouldn’t have to do personally. Not trying to be rude on the front desk lady but she needs to actually look like she wants to work. everyone else was super sweet.

My husband has been having some health issues this past month. Today he had to be seen by Marisol Corona FNP. Her bedside manner was excellent. She was quick but efficient and helpful. She genuinely listened to our concerns and we were able to explain his symptoms and she took it very seriously. Ultimately we chose to be seen at the emergency room after due to the possibility of a severe diagnosis that could only be caught by further testing in which her office wasnt able to accommodate due to the fact that we made an apt for the last 20 min they were open. She told us we could choose to go to the hospital to get further assessed, or we could get treated for the milder outcome and she would order the tests for tomorrow but in the meantime start antibiotics just in case. She was extremely thorough in her exam and treatment. I honestly believe that if you see this provider she makes sure nobody walks out of her facility in danger of becoming more ill. I normally go to a different Urgent Care but i will drive the extra few miles to come see Marisol Corona FNP!!♡

Online appt and fill everything online including your insurance made the process go quickly. I even showed up 30 min early and bam got in quickly. Pleasant and professional staff

Ryan, the PAC, was very knowledgeable about my situation and helped me understand what to do, Very nice and friendly place.

I dont care for the wait much when I have an appointment but youre there for a reason. I saw provider Marisol and she definitely helped make me feel like my visit was worth it. Explained things so I could understand and definitely helped me feel better about what I was dealing with potentially.

Took my parents there (90+ years old) when they both came down with COVID. 2nd in line at 7am, overall visit time was 90 minutes, so a bit slower than expected. But they thought the staff was excellent very pleasant and caring, and they easily were prescribed the paxlovid they needed. Overall they were very pleased with their visit and would recommend.

The Dr was absolutely amazing the the staff was seriously awesome with my daughter. The wait was horrible, but I guess everyone was there.

I was visiting flagstaff for the weekend and had to go to urgent care. I was skeptical but went ahead and went and the staff got me in right away (helps to make an appointment online and do the paperwork from your phone to expedite). The nurse and doctor were amazing! I see a lot of doctors due to stage IV cancer but have never met a kinder, sweet and caring doctor. I wish he was my primary care! Highly recommend!

I would rate next Care urgent Care five stars for their amazing team. The doctors were amazing and the medical assistance wss great as well but I had an appointment scheduled for 7:20 a.m. the text that it was in person appointment and when I got there at 7:18 a.m. they were locked up and there was a line of people that were trying to figure out why and calling. I finally was able to get a hold of someone after a 22 minute wait on the phone and they said they only do telemed appointments from 7:00 to 8:00. I really wish they would have put something on the website or sent a text saying they only did telemedicine appointments at that time instead of letting me schedule a in person appointment at 7:20 and then having to wait 40 minutes to find out what was going on. Again doctor and medical assistant were awesome just wish the offices scheduling was better

Its never fun too have to seek medical treatment, but i was pleased with everything here. The employees were Great, the wait time reasonable, and when the check in process didnt work on my phone, they immediately got me regular paperwork to fill out so as not to create delay.I absolutely recommend this facility.

Clean facility and great Doctor— Dr. Limbu was so sweet and patient with my 2 little boys and genuinely listened to me. He was great about doing the least amount of medication necessary and giving me options to ask me what I wanted to do instead of just telling me what to do. The wait on the weekend was surprisingly short but the wait today on a weekday took much longer than I was expecting (especially since I checked in before coming!)

Everyone helped answer my questions and the wait was so reasonable . The provider helped me quick, did a thorough examination, and evenCame back to answer my additional questions! It was a great experience minus my severe pain, lol.

I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. I could fill out all the paperwork online and insurance information which saved a lot of time. I was taken back within 5 minutes of my appointment. And waited in the room less than 5 minutes for the doctor. He was so nice and great with the girls. They even gave them lollipops! All in all I was there about 35, with checkin, seen, and paid. Highly recommend.

The physician and her assistant were wonderful, but the wait was wild. I scheduled an appointment at 440 and wasn’t seen until 640. When asked how far behind they were the gal at the front wasn’t transparent about how backed up they were, which was frustrating. I understood they were busy but would have appreciated knowing how long the wait was so I could be aware and just settle in.

Overall, I received great care at this facility. Upon arrival I was mildly intimidated with the check in process as it has been a long time since needing care such as this. Once inside, the care was phenomenal. The nurses and Dr Limbu were great. My issue was addressed quickly and I felt they were greatly concerned with my issues. Thank you for your great service today.

We were stuck in Flagstaff over the weekend for some car repairs after camping, and I wasn’t feeling too well. NextCare was close to our hotel and was open on Sunday. I was able to make an appointment online and fill out some prelim paperwork, upload my insurance/ID info, etc. to save time at the office. The front desk lady, nurse Rose, and the doctor (sorry, I forgot their names) were all professional and efficient. Doctor was confident in his diagnosis and provided info on what I can expect in the next few days with my condition. Only bad thing was that I had made an appointment online, but was still told I had to wait an hour though I checked in a couple minutes before my appointment. I was called to the back after 40 minutes, which I guess wasn’t too bad.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Next Care. Everyone was very helpful and I felt like they truly wanted to help me in an way they could.

Your facility is always clean and professional. The reception staff is helpful and timely. The Dr’s I have seen have had excellent bedside manner, asked questions and given answers to any questions that I have had, as well as listened to any of my concerns. The medical care I have received has been excellent. Being able to be seen in a timely manner has never been a problem. I will use NextCare again and recommend it to others. Thank you for your care.

Everyone here was wonderful and caring. They didnt seem to be rushing through even though I came in about 20 minutes before closing. Unlike another urgent care place in town where I arrived more than an hour before they were closing and they turned me away - not because they were too busy, but because they dont accept patients that close to closing time. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care not just because I got great care, but also because of their professionalism in their practice.

With being on vacation out of state this urgent care was excellent! Staff and all doctors we met were amazing and friendly! Everything very clean and organized. They really helped our child feel better from her ear infection with the correct diagnosis and medication.

I phoned my primary care physician on a Saturday needing to go to Urgent Care. I was told they do not have an Urgent Care Department and they referred me to NextCare Urgent Care. Upon my arrival the electronic check-in was a breeze! I downloaded their app and I was able to keep track of where I was in the queue. Once I accessed the exam room, the doctor was in to see me in less that five minutes! He was cordial and listened to my concerns. After a brief examination we discussed a treatment plan and I was done! From the time I entered the exam room until the time I left was less than 15 minutes! There were about 10-12 people ahead of me when I arrived but the wait was not too long. This experience was better than I expected having come from an area where a trip to Urgent Care could take up to 4 hours. At NextCare, I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

They had me in and out in less than two hours. Id say thats pretty darn good! My FNP Maxwell was very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns or questions I had. She was great! Very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!

I don’t have insurance and dealing with a serious UTI at the moment so out of the 4 different ‘walk in’ clinics where I live Next Care Urgent Care was open (Saturday morning).They were friendly, efficient and got me in quickly (within the half hour). The staff and doctor were nice and respectful ♥️.I will definitely choose this Urgent Care facility over the others if needed in the future.ER at the hospital typically run more tests then needed, takes most of your day up and is very expensive!

I had a problem with my eye and was visiting Flagstaff, and my daughter made an appointment for me online , and I filled out the questionnaire online. The next morning I was able to see the doctor at NextCare Urgent Care. He was thorough and referred me to an eye physician, who also made time to check my eye and give me his opinion on treating it. I appreciated their professional and timely care.

Got in quick for a laceration and follow up suture removal. Office is clean and orderly. I like the digital paperwork. High quality urgent care with a reasonable copay.

They are efficient and got me in as fast as the could. The doctor (Joshua) was very friendly and helpful. I came in with the stomach flu and they knew just what to do and give me to make me less awful. I was happy they were open on a Sunday too!

Doctor was amazing!!! The nurses were so nice and efficient! office staff not as helpful. Had 3 tiny kids and spent 30 minutes with sick kids filling out duplicate papers for each child. Not very friendly or helpful.5 stars for doctor and nurses3 stars front office

This should be your first stop for any urgent or emergency needs. You are seen promptly, rarely have a long wait, you can check in online and wait at home and not even have to sit in a boring waiting room. Ive gone to the ER in town and you will wait 2-6 hrs and get charged many times more. Dr is kind and awesome, check in staff is prompt and caring. Out family mt bikes so we unfortunately are frequent flyers for Urgent Care and this is your best choice.

Setting up my appt. online was easy. The staff was friendly and the whole process was fairly quick. PA Josh provided exceptional service and I do recommend this urgent care

I went in for a sore throat, took twice as long as I thought it would take. I was there from 4-6 for an appointment at 4:30, I was told that the doctor was administering sutures but they didnt give me an estimated wait time

The people here are so kind, professional, and competent. I just had the most fantastic experience getting treated after crashing on my bicycle. They really took such great care of me. Highly recommended!!

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The wait is about what you’d expect, though they are much faster than the other “urgent care” place over on Route 66.Once I was seen, they took the time to listen to my concerns and asked very thoughtful questions that showed they cared. Just as nice, they had me discharged quickly and I could get on with my day.

Idk what the name of the receptionist working the opening shift on 10/22/22 was, but she was so incredibly rude to my partner and I. she was inconsiderate and snapping at patients upon simply checking in. she told us to wait in our car, so we did for over 40min. when the online waitlist showed there weren’t anyone else waiting, we assumed we would just go inside since we weren’t given ANY instruction on how their procedures work. as we walk back in (mind you, i am disabled, on crutches, and need my partner’s assistance), we hear one lady call my name but the receptionist starts snapping at us again to wait in the car. i have faced medical discrimination before but this was just a lack of empathy, care, and kindness. the medical assistant that helped was slightly more patient but gave me the MOST AGGRESSIVE strep throat test i have ever received. the only kind person we saw was the doctor, and even he was in a rush. also i can’t forget that my test results were very loudly discussed w my name attached outside of my medical room. i can understand if the job is stressful or if it’s busy - but when there’s only 3 other people in the facility, it had just opened, and we weren’t rude? this type of behavior from a healthcare provider is just unacceptable. it is a shame bc i have had decent service in the past but i no longer feel comfortable coming here for care when the staff clearly couldn’t care less

Didn’t wait very long and the doctor really knew what he was doing, making good decisions and good recommendations. He seemed genuinely concerned about my issues. Plus, I was able to get the required x-ray right there on the premises.They also print out a good summary of your visit, including results and clear recommendations on what to do next.Recommended.

The nurse and the doctor I met with were wonderful. Went in for a COVID test, but had a bacterial infection. The treatment plan was carefully explained and they let me know my prescriptions were already filled when I left the office.

I came in with a big and ugly laceration on my face and needed stitches. The doctor who stitched me up took great care of me and made me feel a whole lot better. The doctor who took out my stitches did the same thing. I feel so grateful and lucky to have walked away with a barely noticeable scar. Thank you to the doctors and kind staff for taking great care of me!

Next care was fast, efficient and appropriate. I was whisked into to the care area very quickly. My NP, Sam was his name, was amazing. Personable, professional simply amazing. I will not hesitate to return if I am ever in need of a provider in the future. I am humbled by the patient care I received. Thank you Next care, thank you Sam.

The entire staff was amazing! Honestly I’ve never experienced such great customer service in health care. Everyone was so sweet and positive and I absolutely adored the doctor! I feel very well taken care of! To be honest I wish he was my primary care doctor!

Very disappointed. Last night we booked a 7am appointment time, the first available for the day. We arrived on site at 655am. Sat in the car waiting. I remembered I had received a text to check-in so I did that at 708am. We waited another 10 mins before finally leaving. The door to the facility says the hours are 7-7 on Saturday. However, this morning when I looked at the website it was saying the facility is closed today. Very unprofessional!

The staff in Flagstaff took care of my needs and were a credit to the industry. I really appreciate the effort.

The staff there are really nice. The nurse at the front desk was really helpful in giving me direction to the covid testing at the back of the building. The nurse practitioner Amber done the swabs test as fast as possible that I appreciate. Dr. Eric really put me at ease during our discussion about the test.Highly recommended!

The staff at NextCare were friendly and efficient. My attending physician was very enthusiastic and friendly, made me feel that he was genuinely interested in helping me with my issue. I have knee problems and hadnt experienced this much pain in it previously. I was worried that this was something that could impair my ability to work. The people at NextCare helped make going through facing my worries, an easier and digestible process. My thanks to all the staff there for making my experience a pleasant one.

The wait was long for just a few minutes with the Dr but they warned me ahead of time that they were busy and did a great job of managing the patient flow. They gave me the option to leave and come back which I did. The Dr. knew right away how to treat my condition and sent the order for meds to my pharmacy. The office was clean and staff were friendly.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I went in for a slew of stuff I’ve been dealing with for months that took me down bad today. They took 2hrs to practically go “damn that’s crazy, that’ll be $75”. Not only that their staff is insanely RUDE. Their receptionist snapped at us and when we asked question would ignore us and print out yet another paper. Their nurse refused to give my my vital and when I snuck a peak she moved the screen from my view. Mine you everything was high or low nothing was reading normal and wouldn’t see any of my questions. Then the doctor came in and boy oh boy. He said “wow, you don’t know what’s wrong with you do you with those slew of symptoms” made me do a pregnancy test. Fine, I get it I’m 23 it’s practically mandatory for a pregnancy test. My fiancé and I are 1 year into our TTC journey, We’ve had a miscarriage, and for the first time in months I ovulated 5 days ago. Not even a blood test won’t show a pregnancy 5dpo. As he was leaving and ushering us out he quickly and rudely and insensitively snapped out an “you’re not pregnant” after I just told him I just ovulated so it won’t show. When TTC a false negative can be detrimental. It was all around rude and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE in a million years.

The front office staff was very friendly and let me know the wait time. Dr. Limbo was so thorough and compassionate. He was extremely positive and I could tell he was taking time to make sure I had excellent treatment. Dr. Limbo explained my treatment plan in detail so I left with no questions. I would highly recommend this office and will use them again if need be. I will also recommend them to my friends.

The doctor I saw was kind, funny and warm while still being knowledgeable and professional. This is my second visit to the Humphrey’s branch and from start to finish I had a very positive experience. They are organized and informative in all aspects and make visiting the doctor an enjoyable experience. If you think about it, that’s very high praise!

We had an hour wait but the level of care, concern, and expertise of the staff was worth it. I saw an MD and the nurse was very nice. It was very well done !

I am glad NextCare was only five minutes from where I was staying while out of town. I easily made an online appointment for the next morning. The examination was thorough and reassuring. I felt I made the right choice to visit NextCare instead of waiting to get home.

On vacation and had to come here. Very efficient. Seen without a long wait. Staff was great. Doctor was very good and got me the medicines I needed. They even made sure the drug store to get scripts was open and close to hotel we were staying at. Hope you wouldn’t have to come here on a Vacation but if you do this is the place.

They are fantastic! I love everyone who works here! They really care about their patients and are so compassionate. Dr. Amanda diagnosed me and prescribed the appropriate medication for my needs. I highly refer them to anyone who needs quality care!

Service extremely slow due to amount of patients. Very helpful and polite staff. They really need more help.. Appreciated the doctor and the fact she took the time to listen; very thorough examination; and pleasant attitude.

Front staff was very friendly and welcoming. The medical staff attended to my daughters needs in a timely manner and listened to my concerns. Everyone was very attentive and caring, including Cory, who treated my daughter. I would definitely recommend NextCare to anyone, especially for those from out of town who may be looking for urgent care.

Dr. Limbu is attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Wait times can be a couple of hours, as it seems they’re under-staffed here’s in 2022. But recommended—they’ll patch you up when you need help sooner than a Primary Care Physician but it is not a Emergency Room type problem.

Was able to get an appt on New Year’s Day. Happy to have been able to go there instead of the ER. Good care, nice staff.

Your doctors and nurses are so kind and understanding, and your app is incredible. I cant believe how easy it is to schedule an appointment, and theres never been a wait for appointments.Also, you guys send the prescriptions to the pharmacy so fast that Walgreens texts me saying theyre putting the order together even before I get home. With my primary care physician it always takes hours or even days before the pharmacy receives the scripts. Thank you for everything you do!

I’ve been into this location twice and both times had negative experiences. The first was just an interaction with the receptionist when I walked in to inquire about rapid Covid testing. She told me supplies were limited, and unless I had an upcoming surgery the doctor would likely refuse me one. That’s fine if that is the protocol, but the receptionist was rather rude, disinterested and impatient. Nothing major, but I didn’t leave with a positive impression.The second and much more significant experience happened yesterday when I came in with a significant laceration to my leg that I was hoping could be stitched up. I believe it was a different receptionist, but once again she was robotic, disinterested and showed little care. I didn’t realize it when I walked in but the cut had started bleeding while I was traveling to the clinic, and I became aware of it during the check in process as blood started dripping out of the bandage wrap onto the floor. I mentioned it to the receptionist and asked about wait time considering I was bleeding a lot. Her response was “atleast 45 minutes and all I can do is give you some gauze while you wait in your car because of Covid.” There was no thought to even look at my leg, show any concern or ask one of the nurses or doctors to take a closer look to see if they could even help me.Given my condition this didn’t seem right to me so I left and went to the other NextCare in town where I have had good experiences in the past. I walked in there and without me asking, the receptionist quickly got the Provider to take off my bandage and assess my wound. When they saw it they quickly told me it was too severe, I was bleeding too much and I needed to go to the ER. I was disappointed about that, but of course was thankful they assessed it and gave an honest professional opinion. My experience with the other NextCare staff has always been caring, friendly and professional. I assume both locations are under the same ownership and management, so I’m not sure why such a stark contrast, but I would advise against anyone going to this location until they get things sorted out with their office staff. Perhaps the medical care you receive in the back is quality, but their front desk staff does not leave you with that impression

I took my 18month old son to be evaluated for ear pain while on vacation. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient! We were in and out of the office in under an hour. Thank you all for the amazing experience. If we are ever in town and in need of your services again we will be back. ☺️

I got care here as did everyone in our family for flu/bronchitis/pneumonia. The care is ok and better than nothing. Except with the case of my son. Dr. Limbu prescribed such a high dose of amoxicillion (875mg.) My son developed a allergic reaction. After getting worse with more symptoms, 2 days he went back. Next doctor Leighton never once checked throat for swelling just gave him a sterioroid shot and he had x-ray on chest. Sent on his way. 1 day later continuing to feel more sick. I checked his throat. Swollen tounge and throat. Went to emergency hospital. Which took care of symptoms and gave him proper antibiotics. Because of no insurance we payed for him to have Nexcare insurance till Feb. Now out Nexcare $200plus, who knows how ridiculous ER bill will be? Please dont say not yalls fault or that he suddenly developed a allergic reaction, it was careless Healthcare that should have been more caring prescribing and accessing his symptoms more throughly. Similar situation with a doctor prescribing to high of a dosage happened to me with serious results too 30 years ago. That is what tipped me off to his condition. Office girls were all great during our visits and I was very pleased with them. Thank you girls for a good job done.

To begin, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal, which is important when you really dont feel good - a half hour can feel like an eternity! But all of the staff and the doctor were friendly, polite and helpful. Even when i asked stupid questions they still were helpful!

Went in on a Friday around noon for an infection I couldnt resolve. The hardest part of the visit was the paperwork which insurance and government interference. I got in about 11:30 the online had said 11:15 and there was the paperwork. My vitals were checked. I was asked what was wrong. I was taken to another room where they lined up supplies they thought they would need for treatment. Another 10-15 minutes and I was seen by Emily Robbie. She explained what we needed to do and after examination explained the problem and offered different solutions on how to best solve the problem. Emily was the best person in healthcare I have experience with in a long time. Emily communicated, explained and executed everything perfectly. The price was also reasonable. Im still confused how urgent care centers perform more efficiently than hospitals. Thank you!

Front desk staff pleasant and online registering went well. But despite having an appointment, the wait was over an hour. Doc was friendly, brisk, and gave me a logical treatment plan that considered an imminent road trip, which I appreciated. Rated down for the wait and for the several folks who came for walk-in Covid tests whue I was in the waiting room and were refused because the one doc was only allowed to see a certain number of patients. No alternatives were offered, just told to come back tomorrow. There are other testing sites in town and you’d build good will and improve the brand if you provided that information.

Soooo…..the staff is was pretty friendly but they sent in someone to take my blood that clearly had no idea how to draw blood???? Almost made me faint then the second time they finally got someone who knew what they were doing then she put me on an antibiotic without asking which medications I was taking so had to come home and do the research myself one of the medicines I am on could not be taken with the antibiotic which could have caused a major interaction!!!!!! Just want to make them more aware so nothing bad happens to someone.

As a walk-in, I got in pretty quickly and did not have to wait too long to see the doctor. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. And the nurse was also friendly and efficient.

There were only 3 people waiting including us got there around 550 and was out by 730. Doc was great listened and was great with my son. Front desk I think needs a little more knowledge about insurance. With the way my insurance plan is there suppose to send the charge to my insurance and then I pay but they made me pay right then and couldn’t use my fsa card or credit card luckily I had my debit card with me.

Wonderful and quick. We were traveling to the Grand Canyon and I knew I needed to stop and get treatment for a sinus infection. I checked on the website and there was no wait, so I walked in. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They even sent my Rx to a pharmacy on our route. The doctor listened well. Its definitely recomend!

All systems seemed to work well. polite and helpful office. polite and personable nurse or aide. the doctor (josh) seemed knowledgeable, kind, helpful and took the time to explain what may be happening. and what the future needs may be. I liked all folks there

I was very happy with the atmosphere and cleanliness, and the staff were all kind enough. My intention is never to cut throats but I was a bit concerned about the level of thoroughness given my experience. I have had bronchitis before and after missing a day of work, I decided to visit Troyer to get on antibiotics before it became deep-rooted in my lungs so that I could return to work more quickly. As I said, I had no qualms with the kindness of staff, the technician was fabulous and my wait time was much shorter than I had expected.I was unfortunately disappointed that my doctor was not an MD. She was quite kind but she was in the room for no longer than 45 seconds and asked me only two questions before prescribing medications, one of which was not necessary. She was in and out so quickly that I did not have a chance to tell her that I had missed work and wanted a note from a doctor. I did ask her when she handed me my scripts and she did write one. I was, however, confused why I was given discharge instructions that were diagnostic of acute bronchitis and a doctors note advising that I may return to work the next day with no restrictions. I certainly did not feel like I could (or should due to spread of infection) go to work the next day. Again, she was gone before I could even discuss with her my issue with the note.Fortunately, the following day I was off work anyway but I did feel as though communication was terribly poor at the clinic. Overall, I am grateful for the antibiotics, they did help me recover and I did get what I came for. I likely will not return to Troyer as I feel that communication and patience is above all important to the success of good healthcare.

Customer service, speed and quality of care are all excellent. That being said, it’s still a long wait because there’s a severe shortage of urgent care centers in Flagstaff to meet the high demand. The best time to go is right when they open in the morning; otherwise you’ll be waiting at least 2 hours. But they do an incredible job.

Dr. K was amazing! One of the coolest, friendliest, helpful, and thorough doctors Ive had the pleasure to visit - and Ive seen a lot in my life. I felt completely safe based on their COVID precautions and youre super lucky if you get the doc who will make you feel rich & famous! Highly recommend this location.

The only reason this place stays in business is because of the lack of options in Flag. I tried to make an appt. this morning. None available but website says they take walk ins until closing at 7. Showed up at 4 for our son to be seen. Because of 10 patients ahead of us wouldnt allow us to put his name down. Love these businesses that are supposed to provide Healthcare but then get too busy 3 hours before closing! Ended up having to go to ER- no other option. Unprofessional service at best.

Due to not having insurance they wanted to charge me $190 before the visit nthat did not include any test. I had asked if they could mail me the bill and they told me no it is due when you leave.

They are so well organized and I was impressed by how calm and clean the clinic was! By far the best urgent care clinic I’ve ever visited! Staff was caring and super helpful!

Ive been dealing with a supposed surgical infection for almost 60 days. My surgeon has prescribed 3 different antibiotics and told me it may be MRSA, never tested it. Today 56 days later and issue continues I went to Nextcare and wanted another opinion. Dr. Rodriquez took 1 look at it, pushed around at the area and looked at me and said thats an abscess and needs to be lanceted . Took me into another room lanceted it and swabbed it and sent it to the lab for testing. So moral of the story, its hard to diagnose MRSA and prescribe meds when you have no idea what bacteria your dealing with. I cant thank you guys enough for this. All of the staff was very friendly and courteous from the moment I walked in till the time I left. Dr. Rodriguez was fantastic and took care of this horrible situation. I will highly recommend your clinic again.

We have understandably been to the UrgentCare in the Bashas shopping center at the top of Humphreys Street many times over the last many months due to Covid testing needs. I love this office!!!! They are so kind, so personable and try so hard to keep up with the massive demand and low numbers of testing sites and providers available in this town. Honestly, I have been so impressed by the welcome staff, the nurses and the providers, they are the best!!

Got in pretty quickly in the middle of the day. I liked the staff, from the front desk woman to the nurse (or care tech?) who took my vitals to the doctor. Dr. Limbu was really the best part of my visit; he was kind, efficient, clear and funny. Hes the reason I decided to write a review in the first place! Thank you to everyone there for taking care of me during my visit.

Limbu MD, Khadga is always Extremely nice and excellent bedside manner. The nurses there are very polite and nice. Check-in lady is a little rude. I use to like coming here because the doctor is awesome but the wait is unbearable. If you want to wait 30 Minutes to an hour after your scheduled appointment then yeah be very patient. Then wait another 30 mins on top of waiting the hour for the Doctor to actually see you. They take walk-ins before you, even if you scheduled ahead of time. Feels as if you Arent a priority at all. Wish they would fix this. If you have medicaidthen you are bottom of line automatically. Dont think Ill be coming here again.

The doctor I saw was wonderful, upbeat and friendly. When you go to an urgent care its usually because you feel a bit low. He changed that experience. The lady at the reception was great too

It feels so nice to see someone who cares for others by the simplest of gestures like listening with concern. He’s definitely intelligent and helps you understand the treatment plan he suggests. I was a walk due to COVID causing any chance of seeing my normal doctor or even anybody in that office about 3weeks out. Right there they get 5 stars, I didn’t feel like I was just another walk in time was taken to answer any and all of my questions for me. I don’t like doctors as it is with there I’m better than you complex I know that’s a stereotype and not all doctors are that way. I appreciate a sense of humor and the professionalism and this is where I’ll be going when needed.

The staff members were very efficient, patient and most kind. Having been checked by the doctor twice since my accident, I found him to be an exceptional Dr. and obviously is truly dedicated to his profession.

I went there about a year ago with my mom/we are European and are very particular about how we like our healthcare because we always got a really good medical treatment everywhere we went. They were amazing. Thank you for taking care of us and reasonable fee not some crazy separate billing scheme like most providers in the States. We love you guys and wish you the best.

They are providing clean and safe environment for patients. My doctor could not have been more thorough and concerned. He determined I should go to Emergency with the heart issues I was having. He even called me at Emergency making sure I was being seen immediately.

Every one was very professional. Registration desk handled everything as expected, name was on the tv screen with a wait time posted. Easy, clean bathroom accessible from the lobby. Took us in when our turn came and took vitals, and a few minutes later doctor came in. Listened to symptoms, diagnosed the problem. Verified by lab test taken while in waiting room before entering treatment room. Prescription sent to local pharmacy was ready with in the hour. I felt that it was a very efficient operation with everyone doing their part. Good place to go!

Most positive experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility. The tech and provider were kind and professional. I felt they really were there to help.

I am so grateful for this Urgent Care. My doc did an amazing job sowing up my foot and communicated with me everything I needed to know. The front staff was polite and helpful. This location in Flagstaff has the BEST practitioners on staff. Both, Dr. Khadga Limbu, MD and nurse practitioners Samuel Constant Small, are skillful, friendly, honest and efficient. I recommend scheduling an appointment and completing the paperwork online to expedite the process. Overall, it is the best urgent care clinic I have ever experienced.

So, we were out of state on vacation, from Michigan, when our oldest daughter got a fever. This urgent care center got us in quickly to see the Dr. He spent time asking questions and then diagnosed her and were out the door. Staff was friendly and very organized! Highly recommended.

Great experience and felt like I was cared about and treated promptly. Staff was professional and the premise clean. The only thing I will give feedback on is for the staff to make sure the pharmacy they are sending the Rx to is open. I was sent to the pharmacy that was already closed, when there was another one still open, resulting in me having to wait another 12 hours for meds. Otherwise, very satisfied with the visit and care received.

I was at the clinic early this a.m. & so sick. I was so impressed with the care I got, from the front desk, who was just very kind, to the NP Emily--who was very special. She really cared about understanding the history of my illness, then she understood my desire to get home today, since I was 6 hr drive from home. So she prescribed meds to treat my symptoms so that I could make the trip. Having the side effect of drowsiness was perfect since my husband was driving so I wanted to just sleep during the trip. So, what was a very tough ending to our trip was certainly made more bearable by having such kind & compassionate treatment. I wish Emily could be my primary provider! I have never needed any medical services while visiting Flagstaff, though I have been there several times, but I was so glad that this is where I went when needed. Thanks to all at this clinic, esp. Emily!

I usually don’t take the time for reviews but I feel that it’s important to thank Dr. Khadga for his exceptional service. I have been experiencing extreme attacks of fatigue and rapid heartbeat. He was compassionate and caring in his interactions with me and was quick to find out what was going on. Thank you!!

I walked in and got in right away which I was not expecting! The whole staff was super friendly and attentive and Dr. Sam really made me feel better about my situation. I really like this clinic and the way they treat people! Highly recommend.

Dr Limbi in Flagstaff was great! He tolerated my tolerance for pain and really listened to me. I had a huge cyst infection and on vacation ! It feels better already and he was very good in putting my stress into consideration! Was a clean office with good procedures in place for safety.

I dont often go to the doctor because of my severe allergic reaction to antibiotics but after increasing difficulty breathing, and the fact that I was just still so sick, I decided to go to NextCare. I checked in online, even though I had never been a patient there before, and I really wasnt sure how that would work. There were about 8 people waiting when I arrived but by the time I got my new patient paperwork completed, which only took about 10 minutes, most of them had already been taken back. The process at NextCare is a well-oiled machine: different processes are handled by different staff and each kept me apprised as to my point in the visit. Everyone introduced themselves but I was pretty sick and I only remember the name of my PA, Shari. Shari did an amazingly professional, complete and compassionate assessment of my symptoms and truly listened to what I had to say. Shari quickly took care of me and encouraged me to get back with her immediately if my treatment didnt help me to get back on the road to recovery as soon as I expected. Thanks to this visit and the wonderful, caring staff, I will not hesitate to go back if necessary.

Amazing and very caring and sweet staff. My son hurt his foot on Saturday and I brought him in Sunday for a checkup. I made sure they had X-ray equipment before hand. He had 3 fractures on his foot. They did a temporary cast on him and sent a referral to the orthopedist with two options. Very impressed with the care and cleanliness. Thank you.

This place was great! Came in as a walk-in and I was seen within an hour or so. I was there about 2 hours in total, which is great for an urgent care walk in. The doctor was great and really addressed my needs and made sure I got what I needed. If I ever need to, I would definitely go back! Also like that they are open on Sunday-huge life saver!

I made an appointment 2 days in advance online and was the only person in the waiting room, yet I waited for over an hour to see the doctor. He was seemingly the only doctor working that day so Im sure he was dealing with covid tests and such so that is fine. The doctor I got, Allan Motter, had very good bedside manner and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Motter to anyone. The nurse on the other hand came off as very condescending while in person and also over the phone when I had questions about my test results.

We were visiting Flagstaff for my older so ‘sSoccer tournament. My younger son was running a fever for a couple of days so I took himTo urgent care. Turned out he had strep. The staff at Next are was great. The office person had us make an appointment to come back later so we didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for a long period. The medical assistant was very friendly and helpful and the physician assistant was wonderful with my four year old.

I received great care for bronchitis and UTI. I couldn’t even h get a call through to my primary care office. I’ll be coming here for all my urgent needs.

Went to this location for possible appendicitis. First off, the receptionist was cold, didnt give very good instructions for the current covid protocol, and honestly was just one of the worst receptionists Ive dealt with in health care or any field, period. Then Im put in a room with an unspecified employee, tech?nurse? Janitor? Who knows....they didnt properly indorduce themselves. They take my vitals, scribble my symptoms on a piece of paper, and seemed annoyed the entire time as they triaged me, Then the Dr. comes in and he is very charismatic and kind. But spends literally less than 5 minutes with me before telling me he could do nothing at his facility and referred me to the ER. I was charged $200 on the spot for less than 5 minutes with a practitioner, and terrible service from his support staff. At least the hospital bills you later and works with you financially, and also has the proper equipment to diagnose you. Would never go here again. Only reason for two stars rather than. One is the Dr. did call to check on me later, which was appreciated. Still, my visit was absolutely not worth $200 in the slightest.

Very nice staff and doctor. Great service! Went at 9 am and there was not many people in the waiting room. Would definetly recommend NextCare Urgent Care
