I cannot recommend Dr Noorhasan more. Everyone is so kind and on top of things. Also big shutout to the billing department for getting things submitted in record speed. Just the kindest team!

So far everything has been perfect, the staff is very nice, knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable and will explain everything to you! I love the face that doctor is very hands on and not only just the face on posters, social media and the web! I had the pleasure of her performing one of my procedures and it was a pleasure! Excited about my next steps in the process 🤞🏾

I would recommend CCRM 10 times over, after a long journey to care finally landing with CCRM was nothing short of a blessing. Dr.Noorhasan is not only well versed and experience but has immaculate bedside manner. The entire staff made the experience better than I could have imagined. Dr. Noorhasan wasted no time in reviewing my records and making a plan of action.

Waste of money! I spent over $30k on a IVF procedure which was unsuccessful. Now, I am being asked to pay another $25k for another round! If you want your money to go down the drain then go here! It’s a scam!

We have been going through infertility treatment for almost 4 years and the I feel so blessed to have found CCRM and Dr. Noorhassan. This was my second fertility clinic as the first clinic’s doctor was clearly not up for dealing with a complicated case like mine. Furthermore, I’m a medical professional myself and need to understand what the doctor wants to do and why and the previous doctor was clearly not confident enough to provide me with answers and discuss various options with me. On the contrary, doctor Noorhassan was eager to help. She is very patient and confident of her medical knowledge and not afraid to discuss various options and provide a rationale to what she plans to do. She did so many investigations and tried many different approaches to get to the bottom of the issue. After a year and a half at CCRM, we are so happy that we are finally pregnant and the pregnancy is going well. Due to my anxiety from this tough Journey I had so many questions and concerns. Doctor Noorhassan and all the team were so patient, helpful and empathetic. The team from nurses, ultrasounds technicians, lab techs, surgery team and billing department were all so kind and helpful. You can tell they’re so professional and work so hard to make this journey more bearable. Their kindness and quick follow up on anything I needed made this journey much more easier. I’m forever grateful. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an expert in this field.

Money hungry and unethical. This clinic and their other locations don’t allow you to bring other embryos from previous cycles, not even genetically tested ones. They only want you if you are a profitable patient for them and need IVF. What if you froze your eggs when you were younger? Or before cancer treatments? Or wanted a second opinion? I gave myself 100 shots in the stomach for my embryos. Worked hard. Paid for the medications and dealt with the pain. But no. You want me to endure more costs, more pain, more treatments for your sake. That is wasting life, time and resources us poor women with fertility issues don’t have. Shame on you. You only care about your statistics and financial gain.

So back in 2011 I went through this service. Dr Robin was wonderful. Everything was paid. I went through a divorce we filled out the form to dispose of the embryos. Well 10 years later I start receiving storage bills. Ive spoken with Tabitha and Elle Bonilla to get this resolved. They lost the paperwork or the embryos were never disposed of. I did everything these people have asked. Im still receiving bills. We dont get responses from our voicemail or email. I have everything in email with what ive sent and what they said to do. I keep jumping through hoops for them not to do their job. Weve now contacted the states attorney. Its ridiculous that we have to keep going through this over and over. 10 years everything was fine then the turnover and boom. This is not good business. So their billing department is not good at all with communicating and i will name drop once again. Elle Bonilla, and Tabitha. I have all the communications stating it was taken care of This is ridiculous. I have ptsd from being in the service and this doesnt help. They do NOT communicate nor do they follow through so be ready to get ghost bills years later.

Adding an updated review:I became a patient of Dr. Noorhasans in April of this year and found out that I had a birth defect that affected the shape of my uterus. Long story short diagnosis: there was a wall of tissue down the center of my uterus that needed to be removed. Two surgeries, one in May and one in June and she graduated me from her services and let me know that my husband and I have the greenlight to start trying again and if nothing happens naturally in 6 months, well go straight into IVF.We just got our positive pregnancy test on our 3rd cycle post surgery after trying to conceive off and on since 2020.Weve still got to get through this first trimester but this positive pregnancy test was once something that felt so far fetched before getting help from Dr. Noorhasan. I am so grateful to her and her team

Thanks to Dr. Noorhasan and her incredible team at CCRM, I have a beautiful, healthy baby. They were so helpful on this journey making what is a hard, long process as pleasant as possible. Special shot out to Jami who always had a big smile and encouraging words for me, Heather and Alyssa but really all the staff were wonderful. Ive been going to see them for over 2 years and they were overjoyed when I finally became pregnant! When it comes to this process, you want the best and this team is the best in the area. I especially like how patient Dr. Noorhasan is and how she has real empathy which a lot of doctors these days dont. She never hesitated to answer my questions or give me her candid advice. I highly recommend them.

I had my egg retrieval today, and I cant gush enough about the care I received! The nursing staff, doctors, and overall clinic made this the best experience Ive ever had. Infertility is tough, but I felt completely safe and in good hands. Id highly recommend CCRM Frisco and Dr. Noorhasan. The staff kept me informed every step of the way, and I felt like they really cared about me and my experience.

I am jotting down this review with a happy heart and only joy. My journey with CCRM was long enough so I worked with most of the tech staff along with Dr Noorhasan. Throughout my time, I had amazing care & updates provided by all the tech - Heather, Jami, Mayra, Christina, Cynthia to name a few. Dr Noorhasan is very trustable and an expert at what she does. There was a time when we seemed to be slightly unhappy of the treatment plan but only to realize that Dr Noorhasan has customized the best possible treatment for us. Although,we had had to wait further long for the result , alls well that ends well. Would definitely recommend CCRM team and this facility.

The most incredible group of doctors, nurses and staff who treated me with the best care. Dr. Noorhasan is incredible! We welcomed our miracle baby last March and my husband and I will always be grateful to CCRM!

I cant express how much CCRM has done for my husband and I! I am now expecting my first child this year thanks to CCRM after 4 rounds of IVF.The staff and Dr. Noorhasan have been so helpful in our journey. The staff couldnt have been nicer, you have access to them through their app that they use, which is very helpful tool during this process. This is my 2nd facility I went to, I was not having good results at a local IVF Clinic and did some research to find CCRM. They use other medicines that my 1st clinic did not offer, the staff was more helpful, and they have the best embryologists that are in house, which is very important in how your eggs/embryos are handled.

This is the best IVF Clinic hands down! You are treated more like family than a patient. Dr. Noorhasan Is amazing she goes above & beyond to make sure she’s doing the best protocol for you! I’m forever grateful to CCRM Frisco Tx I’m now 16 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby! I was not an easy patient but they were very patient with me! Soo many amazing women at this Clinic but shout out to Myra (in cycle coordinator) & Christine, you ladies are amazing thank you soo much for all your patience with me! Thank you to Michelle on the surgery side you always made day of a procedure smooth & fun! I’m forever grateful for Deanna you are amazing I was blessed you have you by my side on transfer day you always made it fun & didn’t get mad at me for wanting to take a million pictures lol All Dr Noorhasan Nurse practitioners are amazing! I love Shana she has become a friend to me even calls to check on the progress of my pregnancy! CCRM Frisco is the best place for all kinds of fertility issues. Dr Noorhassan is very knowledgeable, and the entire team is super nice. God used them this year to ensure we got our miracle and bundle of joy, after trying for 5 years. Can’t thank them enough. Michelle in the surgery unit is exceptional. I won’t forget to mention Shaina, the NP who is compassionate and experienced. I highly recommend CCRM Frisco and Dr Noorhassan.

Highly recommend CCRM Frisco! Dr. Noorhasan is personable and knowledgeable. She helped me achieve my dream of becoming a mother after another doctor in Frisco told me I would never be able to have a child with my own eggs.I had three failed egg retrievals at my previous clinic with no embryos to freeze. Dr. Noorhasan recommended a different protocol and I ended up with an embryo on our first round. My son was born in April of this year and is happy and healthy!The office, nursing, and surgery staff is responsive and easy to contact via phone and the patient portal. In my experience, they are usually running pretty close to schedule so you can easily get in and out for your appointments, which is especially helpful if you work during business hours.

Call today for an appointment. I talk to someone at the front desk. She is rude, and not helpful at all. She put me on hold to get someone else to help me because she is clueless what she is doing. Luckily, Kayla is really helpful. She answers all my questions and very knowledgeable. I think that someone needs more training on customer service, or maybe she is just not a good fit for her position. The clinic will loose a lot of business/clients for that same reason.

Best experience ever! Since the beginning of my process the staff made sure to make me feel so welcomed and were so sweet. I honestly cannot say that I was unhappy one bit…. I was always cared for, listened too and most of all comforted when needed as a first time mom! Because of such amazing an amazing staff and a phenomenal Doctor I am now 6 months pregnant. I wish everyday that I could have kept this clinic and staff during my pregnancy but I am still so honored that I could share the first 10 wks of my pregnancy with them ❤️

Infertility is never a journey wishes to travel, but Dr. Noorhasan, her staff, and the surgery center team go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, cared for, and supported through the entire process. I had a great experience at CCRM. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had IVI treatment and I felt comfortable with everyone. I feel Dr. Noorhasan is kind and very knowledgeable in her field. Only down side was all my meetings with Dr. Noorhasan, seemed rushed and I didnt see her much during my procedure. Im not sure if thats normal for my type of treatment. I mostly saw Shaina Babu the NP through my treatment. She is such a sweet person, and helped me feel comfortable through the whole process.

I definitely recommend CCRM Frisco and Dr Noorhassan. I have been her patient for almost a year and love the care the nurses, and the physicians show. I also was successful with her. The appointments are usually on time and they are very responsive.

Its been 2.5 years since I did cryopreservation with Dr. Noorhasan and I had a terrible experience from start to finish. First, because my work paid for two rounds of freezing I feel they used up my benefits with poor clinical management. I was primed with birth control before starting which caused my left ovary to shut down and go to sleep for that month so it didnt produce any follicles during stimulation BUT Dr. Noorhasan proceeded anyway with retrieval. I feel it was medical malpractice honestly to proceed with just one ovary working. I was angry and went to another clinic for round two of freezing. I also was offended when at not even 35 the doctor used scare tactics about my fertility saying I needed to get pregnant in the next year. She came off to me as a business woman really trying to scare me. My levels were borderline/normal and little does she know I went on to conceive my son on the very first try at age 37 and conceived again on the first try at 38.5 with my daughter. Its been a couple years but I feel they need this bad review. Id go anywhere else. Maybe women who pay out of pocket get better treatment but she blew through $15,000 of MY benefits and now I have far fewer eggs on ice than I could have had. Go anywhere else. I’ll also note, the doctor and nurses doing my ultrasounds would not communicate with me about how many follicles there were, how they were doing/growing, etc. when I woke up after retrieval crying because only 2 eggs were retrieved the staff put an iPad in front of me as asked that I complete a survey. Unbelievable. Just an all around a very bad experience. A side lesson learned: poor responders or women with DOR can still get pregnant on their own. I took 600mg daily of Ubiquinol CoQ10 and took a prenatal and Vit D for many months. I think that really helped me conceive!

I can’t even begin to express how amazing CCRM of Frisco is! The Doctor is beyond compare and the staff is absolutely wonderful! I feel like they are family, my experience with them was that amazing!! Oh and I’m Pregnant!!!! They made my dreams come true at the age of 47! I’m so grateful to them for everything they have done for me. If you are having fertility issues, I highly recommend CCRM of Frisco.

Dr. Noorhasan, my NP Shaina, my nurse Heather and the ENTIRE staff at CCRM was incredible. It was a very long journey, lots of medications, lots of calendars to keep up with and stressful at times but they never let me/us miss a beat. No matter how small or big the questions they were always happy to respond. All my emails and phone calls were always returned promptly. Dr. Noorhasan is so friendly, super knowledgeable, caring and very approachable. Shaina made all the ultrasounds easy and comfortable as possible (there were a lot!). We appreciate everything this team has done for us and are forever grateful that we will soon be welcoming our rainbow baby! 🌈 The day we graduated from the clinic was so bitter sweet! We were so happy yet so sad to leave! (Also sad I forgot to snap a pix with everyone😭😭😭) They literally sent us off with a bang! Infertility is a struggle that many of us face, often alone and without any help. But with Dr. Noorhassan and her team, there’s no way you have to go through this alone! From my experience: From day one, the amazing staff and Doctor N have been supportive, understanding and rooting for me. I was someone that was really afraid of this process. But this group of amazing souls held my hand, gave me the most amazing care, and stood by me, every step of the way. They are professional, and make sure that I get all my dates, medications, and everything on time, so I can be best prepared. No matter what doubts and concerns I had, however silly, they always heard me and patiently helped me understand the procedures. Dr.Noorhassan is someone who goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr. Noorhasan and the entire staff were nothing short of amazing. My wife and I embarked on IVF journey to start a family with a gestational carrier. They helped us every single step of the way. Jami went above and beyond during the 2021 snow storm to ensure my wife had the time sensitive medication she needed for her retrieval. Now we are loving on our 3 month old baby boy and will be forever grateful for this amazing team.

Okay, so if you see my other posting on Dr. Noorhasan, youll see that I absolutely adore her as a patient of hers. She is extremely intelligent in her field (heck she can write and draw upside down), Ive experienced it in meetings as she writes/sketches, so you understand the process. She is consistent and does her best each time. We got pregnant from both attempts. First time IUI and second time ten years later via IVF, due to my age. This review lost a star from the office staff. They are nice, but their process isnt as smooth as Ive experienced previously. A lot of hiccups. A lot, which caused me the only level of stress that I was going through. I hope no one experiences the same, but if you do, try not to stress out about inaccurate information being communicated or conveyed. When you see Dr. Noorhasan save the day, itll all be worth it and you will see how her knowledge and ability to stay flexible is a God Gift. I am still grateful for the ENTIRE staff. Simply saying the procedures or internal office communications, could use some continuity. We gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. He was born a Micro-Preemie due to my compromised cervix at 44 years of age. My wife and I are ecstatic, because he came home closer to his DD with no ongoing illness or medicine and is healthy. He is 1 now and my wife and I will always be grateful to Dr. Noorhasan, because she cares and really does her best. I would love to use her 1 last time, to try and conceive a child at 46.

I highly recommend CCRM Frisco, Dr.Noorhasan and her staff to anyone who is looking into fertility treatments. They are friendly, caring, make the process very personable and easy to undertand and guide you through every step of the way. I have been a patient of CCRM Frisco and Dr.Noorhasan for more than 5 years; they helped my husband and me establish our family, we now have 3 beautiful children. We have had services done including: transferring embryos from out of state for use, IVF embryo transfer with successful pregnancies and babies delivered, embryo storage and finally disposition. The process is lengthy and can be exhausting, but I appreciate all the care and attention to my needs that Dr.Noorhasan and her staff gave in order to make my journey as easy as possible and make our family goals a reality!

Absolutely love Dr. Noorhasan, Jami, and the entire staff at CCRM! I became pregnant at almost 43—a true miracle! Wonderful team who always made me feel nurtured and cared for. And they are fun! I love these people, and highly highly recommend CCRM Frisco!

Since beginning our infertility journey, we didn’t know what to expect. At CCRM we were so relieved to be informed by Dr. Noorhasan and all the wonderful nurses and office staff throughout each step of the process. It made going in for testing and treatment less stressful. We appreciate that Dr. Noorhasan wanted to cover all the bases including monitoring and medication for the needs of my body for our 2 IUIs. We are now graduating from CCRM and will definitely be using if needed in the future because of the wonderful and friendly experience that we had.

After an abysmal experience at a competitor, our experience at CCRM has been night and day different! They answered the phone and we were able to easily schedule an appointment. We also received a confirmation text AND email! Post exam, the results of testing were available quickly.

Dr. Noorhasen and her team are wonderful. Our IVF journey was not easy. We had a lot of disappointments throughout the years; however, her team was always so caring and helpful. Her nurses are quick to respond to questions and do anything within their abilities to help you out. Also the nurses on the day surgery side who are there for the retrievals, transfers, and other procedures are fantastic too!! The embryologist are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand each procedure and all of your options. I can’t say thank you enough to the wonderful staff at CCRM Frisco!!! Today I’m holding my 6 week little girl as I write this review. The journey may not have always been the easiest but it has definitely been the most rewarding!!I know there are a lot of fertility doctors in DFW, but I appreciate this clinic because they don’t shuffle you around between multiple doctors. I saw Dr Noorhasen at almost every visit. She takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable each step of the way. I always recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with fertility!

Why go through all that paperwork just to be treated in such a condescending manner? Front desk staff is really nice. There’s an app which is convenient. The video chat feature cannot be shared by the couple so that was tough on a work day, but we won’t be back so all is well that ends well.

The doctor at ccrm is extremely insensitive, uninterested and uncaring. The whole experience with her made us very uncomfortable. We always felt she didn’t take into consideration our needs or our interests. We also never got call backs from ccrm’s staff in the month that we tried to see them, and after many attempts to reach out, we just decided they are not worth the time. Save yourselves the effort and avoid this place.

My husband and I love Dr. Noorhasan and the staff at CCRM. She was so thorough with each step of our process to conceive our baby girl. Every appointment we were given one on one time to ask any questions we had and if we thought of something after, the nurses were great about getting back to us. The embryologist was also great at answering all my questions while we waited for our final embryo count after egg retrieval. We have been to another clinic in the area and I know what it feels like to be “another patient” receiving the same treatment as every other IVF patient. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Noorhasan because she took the time to review my situation and make adjustments to the protocol as needed. We can’t wait for baby #2 with CCRM!

We had a great experience with everyone at this clinic, from Dr. Noorhasan, to the nurses and front desk staff. IVF is a mentally draining process but they made everything smooth along the way. I couldnt ask for a better team. Dr. Noorhasan is very knowledgeable and her IVF plan worked to a T. We now have a very healthy baby boy from our 1st try and more embryos frozen. Financial team has also been very transparent with us as far as the cost and to our surprise, we ended up paying less than the estimates.

Dr. Noorhasen is an amazing and knowledgeable physician. Her entire team was also wonderful and always made me feel welcomed and seen. They remember your name, your journey, and small details to make you feel like you working with your own family. Our fertility journey was long and Covid didn’t make it any easier. However, everyone there went out of their way to make sure the journey continued as soon as it could. Dr. Noorhasan took the time to make sure my body was in the best shape to prepare for IVF and I was able to have a successful pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby boy.I would recommend her to anyone looking to start or continue their fertility journey.

I went to CCRM in August 2019 for a general checkup. Just to make sure everything was in order for my new husband and I to start creating the rest of our family. However, the tests showed that to do so on our own would be essentially impossible. We were devastated. But the great people at CCRM held our hand, literally, and walked us through the process of IVF. It was not easy. But CCRM of Frisco made it feel like it was just a small hurtle to overcome. And they were with us each step of the way ensuring we had all of the medicines and all of our questions answered until we got our double lines and that “pregnant” notification on the stick that tells you your efforts have paid off. CCRM even helped us find out OBGYN that helped us the rest of the way. We know that without CCRM, we would not be parents of our wonderful, beautiful daughter. We thank them from the very bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Noorhasan is SUCH a wonderful doctor. Her entire team and staff are wonderful people too, which doesn’t surprise me. We attract what we are, and Dr. N is a great person with an incredible fertility story. Her own personal truth and journey allows her to relate and empathize with patients. She brings so much more to the table than the clinical side of fertility. We appreciate how she and her team stay up to date on the latest research on improving egg quality, going above and beyond to educate patients on how to incorporate dietary and lifestyle changes that will help their overall fertility. You don’t see many other fertility doctors doing this. We drive 12 hours one way for our treatments with Dr. N. We had local care where we are from for several IUI cycles, but they didn’t make us feel special the way CCRM Frisco has. We are so glad we chose to Dr. Noorhasan for our fertility journey, and we have such peace of mind that our embryos are safe and sound with CCRM frisco. I would highly recommend this facility if you are considering IVF.

We came to Dr. Noorhasan after a failed IVF cycle at another area clinic, where we were just another number. She was extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. She is conservative and works so hard to give you the best chances at pregnancy success. Her staff is so professional and great at communication. We are just so thankful to Dr. Noorhasan, Kimberely, and the entire staff for helping us to achieve our dream of another baby. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Billing beware. Went in for an appointment and was sent a bill a month later. Spoke to an office representative who said they would try to run my procedure through out of network benefits. Never heard back from them. Left several messages requesting a call back. Continued to get the same bill in the mail without being run through insurance, which has now been sent to collections. There are no ways to pay bills online or to get a hold of anyone and their business office directly without leaving a message. I have no problem paying my bills, but would like a conversation exclamation of why I wasn’t run through insurance.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for 10 years. I went to many fertility physicians in my area but when I traveled from Houston to Frisco I knew I was in the right place. No other center could compare to the wonderful team that we had the pleasure of working with here. Dr. Guerami and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and most of all compassionate. I really appreciate Dr. Gueramis straight out honesty and willingness to answer any questions that I had in a way I could understand. Tama was always available whenever I called or e-mailed (even on her days off) and was able to keep me calm (despite the hormones) and reassured that everything was going according to schedule. The receptionist and financial ladies were a pleasure to speak with and were willing to go the extra mile for my every need. The surgical team added to my great experience here by checking on me every few minutes after my procedure to make sure all was going well and to make sure I (especially) was doing well. They thoroughly explained aftercare and answered all questions. Although we were successful on at our first attempt, if we had to do it over again there would be no doubt in my mind where I would go. Thank you all for being so wonderful.If you are looking for a place that truly makes miracles happen in a calm and welcoming environment then this is the place.

I’ve done 3 rounds. 1 singleton and a set of twins.Ccrn- It’s not a mill- yet. I don’t like some of their “standards” for 40+ patients (I’m ok what the twins again etc but they tell me it’s not an option to implant 2 again based on my age. I turned 40 recently. I’m going to ask again for wavers etc- my embryo s we’re harvested when I was 32-37. I have 6 frozen!overall I’d prefer this clinic over Dallas ivf- Dallas Ivf is a “mill”. Dallas Ivf has no idea what to do with you if youl have nice corporate insurance- they tried to scam me etc. I did a lot of work with Dallas Ivf- avoid them unless you’re self pay- Dara Havemann is great at Dallas ivf but honestly a baby is a baby. A uterus is a uterus. Trust me- I’m a veteran!!!!!! Instead, Use ccrm!!!!!The issue with Ivf , as you’ll find, is that clinics care about about their numbers- not your possibilities.I recommend Ccrm!

Ours is a first time IVF success story. We had two chemical pregnancies prior to starting our IVF journey. Dr. Noorhasan got extensive testing done and figured out that we had a chromosomal translocation and blood clotting factor as possible causes of infertility. We started the testing in Oct 2020, had our egg retrieval in Jan 2021 and got the embryos PGT tested to make sure we implant only genetically normal embryos. We had our Frozen Embryo Transfer in April 2021 with one of the two normal embryos that we got and delivered a healthy baby at full term in December 2021. We are very thankful to God, Dr. Noorhasan and the excellent and compassionate team at CCRM-DFW for helping us bring our precious baby into our lives.

We LOVE Dr. Mehta and her staff. She walked us through every single step of the IVF process, gave us statistics on how likely we were to succeed and was so compassionate and gentle. Every procedure, even the dreaded HSG, was tolerable. She was quick and respected your time, yet you never felt rushed. Her whole team is awesome and friendly. We really are happy we found Dr. Mehta and will refer her to everyone who asks for a reproductive endo! We are thrilled that we are now 15 weeks pregnant with a baby boy! Thanks Dr. Mehta!

Dr, Noorhasan and her staff including Jami have been outstanding! I had to Nascar my fertility process due to being diagnosed with breast cancer and they went above and beyond to try and make it happen. They did just that and I was able to freeze an Embryo and hopefully when all this is done, my next chapter will be to have a baby. Thank you again to all the staff at CCRM Fertility DFW. Yall rock!!!

Communication is little to none. Honestly, thought this establishment would be better but theyre like a few of the others that simply lack customer service and care. RUN away. Dr. Yin with the Accupuncture is absolutely amazing.

Made an appointment to see them for an HSG and a sperm analysis for my then husband. Was told over the phone that they were unable to tell me if my insurance would cover it, but they required a $110.00 deposit. I paid for my husbands sperm analysis as that wouldnt be covered ($99.00) I was told that If my insurance didnt pay, that deposit would be applied to the balance and I would simply pay the remainder (I was told the total cost could be an upwards of $900). If the insurance covered it, they would refund my card. Insurance came back that my OOP portion was $69.00. They owed me $41 refund. I called and the receptionist told me they would take care of it. I didnt bother calling again or checking. Infertility had finally taken a toll on my marriage, and there were greater things going on for me to focus on a $41 refund. Two years later I find out they sent me to collections for $69. I have spent the last year fighting this charge in collections. They claim that the $110 was an office fee and I am still required to pay the $69. No amount of logic used can get these people to understand that when using insurance, theyre not allowed to charge more than what the contracted rate from the insurance. This has turned into a billing nightmare and still continues sitting on my credit report.

My doctor gave me a referral so I called and Michelle answers I read to her exactly what my doctor checked off on the referral (HSG) hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and she paused and asks again the service and I read it again word for word then AGAIN she paused and asks what is the referral for AGAIN I tell her I just want to make sure my clamps are still clamped and the referral says HSG Omgeeeeee silence then she starts to ask about the referral 🤦🏽‍♀️….. at this point just forget it!!!! I couldn’t even get scheduled because the person answering made such simple referral details so complicated in whatever mind she had UGH so frustrating it was such a simple inquiry 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ do better.

I began seeing Dr. Guerami two years after seeing Dr. Madsen for my first pregnancy. Dr. Guerami was supportive, kind and made every effort to put me at easy during my office visit. I also appreciated his frank talk (I am not a fan of sugar coating). Dr. Guerami told me what the plan was and he made sure to follow up with me regularly. He made sure all my results were explained in a way that I could understand. The staff has always been courteous, kind, patient (even at my most neurotic) and prompt with results. The simple acts of kindness by the staff went so far in my estimation and let me know exactly how much they care about their patients. Now for the good stuff: Under Dr. Gueramis supervision and guidance, I became pregnant with almost no medication within six months. I am 8 weeks and although this will be my last pregnancy (cmon, Im almost 34), I would HIGHLY recommend Frisco Institute for Reproductive Medicine and specifically Dr. Guerami to anyone who struggles with infertility. Dr. Noorhasan is an incompetent doctor. I just wish I wouldn’t have given her a chance. I did my IVF with Dr. Mehta and since doctors changed at this facility, I went with Dr. Noorhasan only because my insurance was not giving me any coverage where Dr. Mehta went. So me and my husband decided to give this new doctor a try ( I will always regret it). First, she missed two giant polyps on my uterus for which I ended up getting a surgery at another place. N then she did my embryo transfer way too early when my lining wasn’t thick enough. She wasted my A quality embryo and I don’t have too many embryos. I will always regret going with her and wasting my such a good quality embryo which could have been a successful pregnancy. Now I owe them 500$ for this epic fail. What an irony. Safe your time and money and find a better doctor.

Zero stars! Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or respond to voicemails. It’s been a week of unanswered phone calls, very unprofessional! CCRM save the response directing me to your practice manager at the same phone number that does NOT get answered. Definitely not healthcare. There’s another fertility place on Warren Pkwy in Frisco that’s a couple minutes from this place. They answer the phone, save yourself the headache of this place.

Dr Noorhasan took over mid IVF cycle for us. She was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to meet with us and answer any questions we might have. Her and the whole staff are amazing and helpful. We cannot wait to go back and try for baby #2!

We have 4 year old through Dr mehta, she was very warm and spent good time with us. staff was very caring and responsive. this was around 2012 but we went for another cycle it was very different. I would suggest to look for different center you will see difference not only in care but also financial aspects. I saw her 2015 again, most of my concerns which she should have known since I was there for my first one went unnoticed and unheard. cycle was total waste I got some expensive meds that went unused. Dr mehta was too quick never cared to listen what was going on and staff was very unprofessional. it was just waste of money and time.

This is an amazing practice - Dr. Mehta is fabulous and so is her staff! I am over the dreaded age of 35 and my husband and I suffered a tragic loss last year at 18 wks. Despite these challenges, after reviewing my history the first words out of Dr. Mehtas mouth were you will have a baby...we will do whatever it takes, and you will have a baby. Dr. Mehta quickly put a plan in place and 4-5mths later we were pregnant. I am only 11wks at this point, and am keeping my fingers crossed for a positive outcome, but am optimistic. Not only did Dr Mehta help get us to this point, but she continues to check-in on our progress. Just the other day I received a warm caring message asking how things are going and to make sure I keep her updated...technically have not been a patient for past 5 wks. Finally, would be remiss if I did not comment on Dr.Mehtas staff. They are amazing!! Always kind, quick responses and attention from the nurses and a sincere sense of caring for their patients. Overall Dr. Mehta is great and this office is wonderful!!

Dr. Mehta is a great Reproductive Endocrinologist. She helped us to have a wonderful daughter & we are now pregnant with our 2nd thanks to her. She is knowledgeable and caring. I always felt that she helped me make the decisions not just telling us what to do. I would & have recommended her several times and I will continue to do so.

I dont know where to start..... so grateful to have met Dr. Mehta. She and her staff are incredible. Not only do I know that I am getting the most expert care, but also feel like they are all immersed in making sure I am successful in my endevours to have a child. They try and accomodate my needs for scheduling since my work hours make it tough to get away. Dr. Mehta see me herself every time. The nurses are staff always return my calls the same day. My journey is just starting, but I know that I came to the right place.

Have a very difficult time getting a hold of someone to speak to at your office. There are way too many outsourced answering services or something, and then when you do get a hold of the office, it hangs up on you. Im sure theres some issues going on, but it needs to be way easier to get in touch with you guys as this fertility journey is difficult as it is.

This review is for Jamie from Dr. Noorhasans office. I left a voicemail with questions and Jamie returned my call within a few hours. I asked her more difficult questions, she returned the call within a couple of days, especially during COVID 19 difficult time. I was blown away by Jamies responses, kindness, and great customer service. I dont get this kind of fast reply/answer/treatment where I am from. I wish I live near Dallas-Fort Worth, so I can go to that CCRM location. Thank you Jamie for all your help.

For the sake of time. I will keep it short. I have gone through 5 IVF treatments including a PGS tested embryo. No success. Switched to Dr. Noorhasan after seeing 4 other doctors. Currently pregnant. If you have had several failed cycles please RUN to Dr. Noorhasan. Everyone is kind and professional (surgical, embryologist, finances, nursing, front office). Dr. Noorhasan is the BEST doctor and second to none.

Thank you Dr. Guerami! I highly recommend Dr. Guerami. We had visited other clinics and were given high pressure, invasive and costly treatment plans. Despite our age and difficulty conceiving, Dr. Guerami was honest and upfront about our situation and expectations. Aside from age, we did not have any diagnosed fertility issues. Dr. Guerami was informative, helpful and willing to pursue IVF/PGD if we so chose, but he did say although chances were small, we could get pregnant naturally. Well, WE DID! Literally one month after deciding the cost, stress and invasive procedures were not what we wanted to pursue we got pregnant with a healthy baby girl!Being in the medical field myself, I truly appreciate his principled, scientific approach and motivation to help the patient not sell expensive, unnecessary procedures.Thank you Dr. Guerami for your professionalism and wisdom!

Dr.Mehta and her staff are amazing. Very caring and professional. We had a successful experience from there and I am so glad I went to this office. She is straight forward, listens to problems with lot of patience, takes the right approach with detailed explanation. She also calls up regularly to enquire about the situations. One of the best Dr. and Staff I have ever seen. I strongly recommend her.

Dr Noorhassan helped our family grow. She helped us when we had almost given up hope. So knowledgeable, calm, friendly. We will never forget her contribution to our family!!

They are rude the doctors don’t care about they do anything until you start the process and don’t even care to respond! You do not want to ruin your beautiful experience to bring a child because of this place! I want to make sure no woman feels what they made me feel for years of trying to go through this process. I finally gave up!!

These people are very unprofessional.I have so many reasons for hating this place I could write ten paragraphs but Ill be succinct.The doctors and nurses have the bedside manners of a wet mop, the nurses dont return phone calls, they give incorrect test results which was very confusing until we realized what was going on, and they dont properly prepare you for the first time visit. There were things we needed to know that we most certainly werent told about. I almost felt that they had no problem saying, Oh well, youll just have to come back next week instead of telling us from the beginning what needed to be done. Its as if our time was of no importance to them at all and they were looking for a way to charge more so we had to come back and pay for another visit for something that we shouldve been told to do on the first visit, so that was an extra co-pay we had to fork over.Im sorry we ever went there.The only nice thing I can say is that the girl who answers the phone (Michelle, I think) was super friendly every time I talked to her.

Great staff and Amazing Doctor.Dr. Durrett Noorhassan is amazing. Since she took over the practice feels brand new and has a great atmosphere!

This is a wonderful facility. Especially for LGBTQ. They make you feel awesome and safe. Dr. Noorhasan is very knowledgeable and so is the nurses here. Great place.

The entire staff here are all informative, helpful and the best. Anytime you have a question or issue they seek to help and resolve. Everything was easy, transparent and always moved forward. I would come here again for any reproductive issues along with referring them.

They messed up with my blood test. I had to re-do them again at my own exp.It was terrible experience when I wanted to speak about it, they didnt respond for almost 2 months though followup calls madeI feel like i should NOT recommend anyone.Very bad,:-(

I dont have anything to do with this company and i have never used their services yet ive recieved an email saying i owe over $900. Im 22 with no kids and have never had any type of contact with this company.

Every single visit Ive had with them has been positive. Procedures are done quickly and efficiently and I really enjoyed getting to know their team.
