They only care about money and not their patients. They didnt check my health insurance coverage and never told me that my care would have costed half the price of the amount I had to pay them if I just did self pay. It was an absurd amount of money for a 2 minute encounter in which they only prescribed me an antibiotic. In the end, they took my credit card information by making me sign an agreement during the visit and charged my card $225. This is a crazy amount for a student like me who has no source of income. They should have, in the least, provided me with the information of how much this visit would cost, and if there was a cheaper alternative, they should have offered it, in the best interest of their patients. My insurance company still said that it is up to this urgent care to change the amount or provide the discount. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours, which the end result was Theres nothing we can do for you. So please, find a primary care somewhere else, or if it is a medical emergency, go to the hospital. If you must go to an urgent care, always weigh your cost options, and I hope everyone else will be able to get the affordable health care that they deserve.
This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite being in clear pain and discomfort, the PA took my condition lightly, suggesting I drink tea instead of addressing the issue seriously. She couldn’t even prescribe antibiotics and gave a senseless excuse for not doing so. Just a day later, I developed a severe infection, resulting in an ER visit and multiple follow-up appointments with my primary care doctor. I regret coming here, as seeking care elsewhere could have saved me time and led to a quicker recovery. I cannot recommend this clinic.
GO TO THE HOSPITAL INSTEAD! MUCH CHEAPER! Absolute disgrace this place. They staff at the front was not proffesional at all and when taken into the exam room the nurse made me take my own blood pressure and temperature. They force you to give them all your credit card information for a new policy which I agreed to. They told me there wouldnt be a charge only a co pay which I paid. Now a few weeks later I get a bill for 550$??? The worst part is they didnt treat me or even look at my injury just told me to go to the hospital. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you are extremely rich and dont care about throwing away money.
The staff was not nice. The provider who saw me barely listened to what I said and talked to me for less than 3 minutes. They told me they would send me a referral but I never got contacted. They took my credit card info and made me pay a copay on the spot of $35 for that brief encounter. A month later, they charge my insurance almost $600 and another $200 was taken from my bank account. DO NOT GO HERE, find a PCP or go to the ER.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The provider only took a glance at me before sending off a prescription that I was not even informed about and wasnt covered by my insurance. They then proceeded to overcharge my insurance and automatically charge my credit card without my consent. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Taken into exam room on time, nurse was nice, efficient and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. did his examination and asked what my expectations were. I had this upper respiratory infection for 10 days and he suggested antibiotics that would work if it was bacterial or if viral, just ride it out with otc meds.Got to my pharmacy and they wouldnt fill the rx because of the high dose of amoxicillin prescribed. Had to talk with doc to insure it was not written in error.Turns out it was not written in error since I had pneumonia !!!Doc never told me that and I was stunned by the pharmacist explaining how to take this medicine
Hampton Bays- The girl at the front desk needs some training in customer service, Doesnt make eye contact, doesnt address you just talks into the air, rude. Maybe you can purchase a customer service course two for one and the RN can go with her. I have had a past GREAT experience there before. The PA was acceptable though and the place was clean. The person on the contact line should go with them. I say thank you have a nice day and they just hang up. Healthcare in America.
The staff were very nice and visit went well The staff could not be any nicer. The PA was awesome and the x-ray technician. Everyone was so nice and helpful and concerned about my health.

Easy to get an appointment. Lovely NP. Left with no meds. Never recovered. Ended up at ENT DR received the correct meds and is now hopefully on the mend. Been misdiagnosed there two other times.
Ive been to this location a few times and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Staff is always very caring and helpful. Facility is well kept and very clean. Both the MA and PA were super kind and informative. The PA I saw today was Marisa and she was thorough, knowledgeable and understanding and I can’t remember the MA’s name but she was great, attentive and sweet. Its comforting to know there still a few practices left out there like this one that don’t just rush you out the door only to move on to the next patient quicker $.Here, the providers really care to address all your concerns and make sure any questions you may have, are answered.
Great service, beautiful office, very Hi-Tech, no wait...was in and out!! And then you get the bill and find out your insurance company billed you $209 because this is an Urgent Care facility. This place was great but unfortunately I will not go back because going to my primary doctor is 1/4 the price. The whole insurance industry needs to be torn down and rebuilt!
You guys were absolutely fabulous. I was having an awful day but everything from the cleanly environment, to the nurses, and the receptionist as well.... it was all lovely. And the wait time wasnt bad at all!

Clean facility. Walked in and despite 10People on line ahead of me (although not at the office yet), I was seen promptly. Staff was pleasant,, courteous and friendly - bent over backwards to make sure my insurance covered even though I said I was willing to absorb the cost, if necessary. PA was appropriately concerned and did the right thing. Highly recommend!

The PA and nurses were attentive and helpful. However, the receptionist was not welcoming or helpful. It appeared that the receptionist did not want to be there. Sad really, an older couple came in and the receptionist was not willing to assist with their check in. Not cool.
I made an online appointment. After a short wait, I spoke to a nurse and then a PA. They were professional and competent.

I was misdiagnosed. It WAS NOT viral it was bacterial . I should have been given antibiotics as I requested several times . I went to the ENT emergency who removed 2 absess in my mouth immediately assigned me antibodics and steroids because he was concerned of staff .

Doctor was very rude to workers. While i was waiting in the room for the doctor he proceeds to talk to a worker very rudely and condescending. He then starts to yell at her publicly in front of everybody. He then calls her to a private room but you can clearly hear him continue to yell. I thought this was very unprofessional and unacceptable especially in a doctors office/a work place. You do not treat people this way.
They were great! I felt welcomed and cared for from the get go even though I was feeling my worst. They sent me out with solutions and I’m on the mend.
The medical staff at this urgent care did everything they were supposed to do in terms of diagnosing my ailment, suggesting a means of immediate relief, and making a referral for further treatment. But this particular urgent care stood out for me because of the warm, pleasant, reassuring manner of both of the medical professionals who spent time with me.
Went for an appointment on Saturday - as with other reviewers seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed so had to wait a while for my booked appointment. Bigger issue was that, having been prescribed antibiotics the pharmacy has no record of the order and, despite contacting Northwell by voicemail and text, its now Monday night and still no access to my treatment (the issue was escalated to the proper department last night apparently).
I was very impressed by this facility and would definitely go back!

On 04/16/2022 my husband had a swollen Jaw that required urgent care. Made a save the spot at 1130. He was feeling worse as the morning went by, We went early because on the site it stated walk ins are available. We get there and right away, A heavy site women (did not get her name) said we cant take you, we are full and you cant wait in here. Come back at 10. We left waited in the care. I told my husband to go it and register and she refused because he had a save the spot appointment. (mind you you can just cancel it by a text.) I understand that they might of been full or there were turning down patients to be seen. Im not complaining at all about that. What is upsetting is the why it was done. She was rude, nasty. I can not image on why they would want to put just a unsympathetic, revulsion, sanctimonious induvial for the face of the company/front desk. I work in health care and this would not be acceptable. We pride ourselves to take care of sick patients. Someone who doesnt feel the same should not be working with the public. Especially in Healthcare. While walking out side the other patients that were also turned away. said it was unbelievable how that women was. One thing I cant remember what her name was but I can never forget the way she made my husband and I feel and never forget it was a Northwell Urgent care. Should be ashamed of themselves for treating people like that. I even sent this complaint to the BBb and they didnt even respond back. Would not except anything less.
Valerie Valentino has gone above and beyond for the ladies of the group home I work for as a medical coordinator, every time we go in there. She always talks to the ladies and makes them feel comfortable. She’s polite and pleasant and the medical assistant/ nurse was amazing too. Also want to give a shout out to Mr. Nick ( I think that’s his name ) behind the counter who always checks us in. 😊
I went there before reading all the negative comments and to be honest I had a great experience, thankfully. I went as a walk in at 9:30am with my grandma. I’m a nurse myself so knew what I was in for. It was horrible waiting the hour that they told me, but I mean I was a walk in, it’s expected. The staff was super friendly, attentive to our needs, and they even spoke Spanish. That process took like 10minutes. The only downside was their phone not working and unable to LVM. I was very fortunate and grateful for the staff that was there that day. However, I highly recommend booking an appointment online if you do not want to wait for the walk in time.
Amazing care! In and out service. Absolutely no wait whatsoever. The best suture removal weve ever had! The front desk nurse was so friendly, caring and beyond helpful. The office is BEAUTIFUL, too! High tech, bright and modern. This is my new go-to medical care facility. Unmatched, for sure!
I had great experience. Within 15 minutes I was able to see doctor and doctor’s knowledge about my illness and treatment plan was great. The place is very nice and clean. Staff is very professional and cooperative. Everything was great overall.
The facility was fantastic. The non-medical staff was courteous and prompt. The PA wanted nothing more than not to be there. She was more concerned with home remedies she provided for her children than performing a thorough medical examination. She was curt and dismissive. It is such a shame because the facility is lovely and staff was wonderful. But if the facility can’t provide physician staff that provide patients with a confident and medically sound experience then having a lovely setting doesn’t matter.

I was very Happy despite the fact that I didn’t have appointment, I was taken care of the minute I walked in, I was asked what is my problem to establish importance and how urgent was my problem. I was seen very quickly even though the office was busy. I also appreciate the fact that patients with appointments were taken care of instantly. Very good experience over all. I have never been disrespected like this in my life in what is supposed to be a professional facility. The front lady tried to rush me through the process, and was aggressive towards us. I could tell she was afraid of the virus in itself. You should not have people who are afraid of the virus working here - they should obviously expect people who do not feel well to enter the facility. She wouldn’t inform me on what to do next, and, when asking, she eventually just violently yelled at me to get out of the entire facility, and not to come back. She used profanity when yelling at me to leave the facility. Along with her, someone who I can only assume is a nurse or some sort of medic also yelled at me to leave. I wore my mask at all times, and didn’t disturb anyone. I have no clue as of to why I was treated with such disrespect for virtually no reason. I can’t tell you if the front desk lady and nurse were the bosses of the facility, and can just yell at anyone whenever they felt like it, because it sure seemed so. The service I received was inhumane, and I encourage that if you’re looking for a healthcare facility that provides professional and proper service, look somewhere else.
I went on a Saturday very sick. Non stop coughing, congestion and could barely keep my head up. Was told by Mike the PA that I was “a systematic” . And he sent me on my way with no medication. He even asked me if I had any questions for him and I said yes, how can you send me away without medication when I’m clearly sick…”just viral “ he said…By Monday I was worse went to another Drs and they were shocked I was not treated on Saturday at this place. Dr (actual Dr ) said my ear was full of fluid, throat was inflamed and lungs were wheezing. Called in Antibiotics as well as prescription cough medicine to help me finally sleep… Think twice before you go here …just to add I was given an inhaler for wheezing, amoxicillin, steroids and prescription cough medicine from a fellow Northwell Dr🙄but lost 2 days of work that may have been avoided if treatment was prescribed in first place

If I could leave no stars, I would. Front desk urged me to set up an appointment online to save my spot and come back because it would be an hour wait. I sat in the waiting room, booked an appointment and started walking out. The couple after me were urged the same thing but the man had difficulty walking and said he would wait. I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment only to be placed on another waiting list behind walk-in appointments that came in after my first visit there. The couple that walked in just before I walked out were leaving as I was walking in. After an hour wait, they sat me in a room and persisted to help people who they brought in rooms after me. Its an hour over my scheduled appointment (over 2 hours waiting in total) and Im still waiting. Poorly run office. The front desk guy was nice but completely mislead me and the nurse who sat me to wait now even longer was grumpy. Im debating on walking out. Learn to staff an office, smile at a patient, know how your scheduling system and wait times work, run more efficiently - just one medical provider to another. Disappointing and annoying.
Went in for a Covid Test as a walk-in. Expected multiple hours of waiting but was in and out, with the result, in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and competent. They said what my wait would be and in reality it was less than what they said. I was quite impressed.
Clean and sparkling new facility, staff is efficient, confident, well educated and friendly. They made me feel quite comfortable considering I needed a few stitches.Follow up phone calls were a surprise and welcomed. Definitely would go back!

She is kind, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Even though they were recently very busy, Valerie took the time to answer my questions as well as give me some required paperwork in a timely manner. This place is amazing! I could not get into seeing my primary doctor , totally booked for the week. Well that does not help when you are not feeling well. Simple sign up process online and instant confirmation of time you can be seen. Beautiful facility , professional staff, ease of signing up for appointment online and they follow up with you via text , doesnt get better than that. Glad we have them in Hampton Bays.
I brought my 92 year old mother to the Hampton Bays location because she got some sort of bite. We called and the receptionist said to come right down as there was no one there, no need to book on phone. Walked in and told we had to wait over 1 hour. Finally got in, the triage nurse was wonderful. However, the doctor was a waste of time. She never even came in to the room, stood at the door, looked at her arm from far away and said yeah, its a bite take benadryl. Waste of time and money. And she was rude and condescending. Dont waste your time!!!! They wouldnt let me post no stars. I wouldnt even give them one.
I cant believe how unprofessional this place is.I went in for a visit on 3/23/22.I had a swollen eye, I was seen by a PA for literally 5 mins.They are so incompetent they cant even prescribe a prescription... They finally prescribe something that doesnt exist, the Pharmacy gave up trying to contact them... You cant call this office... All calls are forwarded to a call center, and that call center is most likely in India...After about 10 calls myself I GAVE UP explaining to the person who barely speaks English about my problem.Two weeks later I received a bill in the mail, after they billed my insurance...So sad this is what Healthcare is now...Thanks for not helping me as I NEVER GOT MY PRESCRIPTION.
Love that I can schedule online. All the people in Hampton Bays NY were very professional and efficient. Valerie Valentino RPAC treated me. Because of her thorough exam and knowledge I had relief within hours and I was so much better. She gave me her email if I had any questions. I did email her twice and she promptly got back to me.
Snuck in the door 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Front desk wasn’t inclined to have me seen, but relented. Once I was in, PA Valerie Valentina ran quick tests, treated me, and told me to see an ENT the next day. She also has entertaining bedside manner. My condition was actually rare enough that none of my friends or colleagues had heard of it and the Internet had little on it. The good news is that it’s easily treatable. Her first treatment step was what the ENT would have done.
Ease of making appointments. Very clean modern facilities. Professional staff, thorough, and personalized attention. Wait times have been reasonable, and often there is no waiting. Prescriptions are submitted to pharmacy of choice where the medications are available.
Excellent facility with great staff. I booked my appointment on line and was seen immediately upon my arrival. The Doctor was thorough and I left feeling reassured and correctly diagnosed. On the mend and grateful to have this team on our doorstep.
I needed to have an x-ray done of my hand. Fell on it and overnight it began to swell up. Called there and desk said wait would be for over 2 hours. If I made an online appointment it would go much quicker. I listened to woman on phone and did. When I arrived there I was seen quickly and learned I had fractured my hand. Im very glad they were open and able to help me.
Im not sure you could have a more positive experience here! I was able to check in right from my phone at home and when I arrived I was seen immediately (unheard of in any urgent care/doctors office/ER)! The woman at the front desk was friendly, kind, and very efficient. A woman of many talents, she was also a certified radiology tech and did a fantastic and quick job at taking my x-rays. The doctor that saw me was quick, very kind, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. The staff we so personable they even addressed my boyfriend by name (who had introduced himself only once) as we were leaving. A broken pinky toe on vacation in Southampton could have been disastrous but thanks to Northwell Urgent Care it was just a mild hiccup in my amazing trip! Wish I could quit my job as an ICU nurse in Baltimore and come work up here at this fantastic establishment!
Its weird how inconsistent the reviews are.My experience was just fine. COVID test by appointment. A minute of confusion at the desk because I was quite late. Once that was sorted, I was shown to a room immediately. Tested, examined, and results all done about as fast as you could expect. Friendly, professional staff.
We arrived this place around 9 am. Resisters for care for high fever and body aches. I am a fully COVID vaccinated but they didn’t asked on the vaccination and they told us wait in the car. They told the estimated waiting hour is an hour. We waited 1 and 1/2 hours they didn’t call us. We drove 8 miles to an another “urgent care”. We spend two min to fill out the insurance info and waited 5 min. The exam took less than 5 min. The patient had a tick bite which causes figh fevers and pain. Went to the drugstore. After 2 3/4 hours later this urgent care called and is ready to see the patient. If your illness is “urgent”, you should think twice. This clinic doesn’t understand “urgent” or over advertised in my opinion. BTW I am a retired RN. Since I didn’t met the medical staffs I can not comment on that.but...

This place deserves no stars. I was visiting the hamptons for the new year weekend with my family, but woke up Friday morning in really bad shape , fully congested, unable to walk or stand, fever, body aches, the works - covid-style...found this place because there werent many other options near by. I walked in, didnt have an appointment - I expected a long wait. I was told to sign in via iPad and go back to my car and fill out the pre-registration. They said they would call me on the number I provided when its my turn. I followed the instruction and waited in the car for an hour...then decided Id go in and see how much longer until my turn. The man at the front desk says ooof...youre going to be waiting a while - theres 11 people ahead of you. So of course I expected another 2 hours to pass, while I headed back home and waited for the call instead of sitting in my car all day - and thank god I did - because 3 days later on a Sunday...Im still waiting for that call!!!! Thankfully I had my primary care doctors office in NY prescribe me something to the local pharmacy in the hamptons for some relief. What the hell is wrong with this office? This is called URGENT care? Or not so urgent? its disgusting and unprofessional. Do not go there if you truly need urgent care.I didnt even get a chance to see anyone in this facility - I need an explanation!!
Rude and completely lacking in any sort of bedside manner or compassion. The physician assistant walked in and made a diagnosis after 30 seconds. When I asked if could possibly be something else she said shes been a doctor for 20 years and knows what she is talking about then left the room. We didnt know if she was finished or coming back.People come to Urgent Care when in situations when they cant wait for their primary doctor. The urgency of this alone brings fear, anxiety and uncertainty. To have to deal with a nasty physician assistant pretending to be a doctor just adds more insult to injury.
This facility unfortunately is not very helpful. Had three experiences here and doctors were unable to help. We brought toddler in because he was crying in pain. We thought it might be sore throat or ear infection. Despite a full exam doctor couldn’t explain it. We brought him the next day to go pediatrician, which he found he had a stiff neck, which after treatment he was better the next day. I went this past week over the New Years weekend. Had to go twice since cold wasn’t getting better. After going the first time with no medication prescribed, I was than given a cough and allergy medication the second visit. With still no relief and back home in Brooklyn I called to explain I still was sick and wanted something new to be prescribed the doctor said no. Went to my doctor back home and was prescribed antibiotics and I am feeling better. I will never go back.
Terrible! Made an appointment online to “save my spot” , after waiting an hour in the car and with proof that they confirmed the appointment had the nerve to say that I didn’t have any, but that’s not the worst ,the attitude of the front desk employee ( Cristina) is horrible, rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to figure out what went wrong with the “ save my spot” online in a kind and friendly way , she was just blurting out “ you don’t have an appointment “. I’m very sad to have those kind of health care facilities on town were you take your love ones when they are sick to be only be treated without any careful consideration.
Having Covid symptoms I went on line where the website clearly stated no appt required to be tested . I arrived about 8:50 as they open at 9:00am. I waited on line as I was the 2nd person. Slowly more people got behind me about 10 of in total. 2 employees arrived separately to open the office , one of which said good morning so they clearly saw us waiting. it was now 9:10 as we tried calling the office as instructed on the sign on the door. There was no answer rather a recording where it Said to leave a message but we were not able. Frustrated I entered the office where the not so friendly nurse was there . I asked about the Covid test and she told me that we all need an appointment. When I asked her I’d she had any intention of coming out and telling us that she said there was only 3 of the in the office. She clearly saw us as even one guy was knocking on the window. I can not believe the lack of professionalism just thought we would go away .completely ignored we were all furious . Animals are treated better . Stay away from this place as you have other options. Disgusting way to be treated

Beautiful, clean building and office. Efficient and friendly staff. Loved the screen indicating when it would be our turn. The doctor was excellent and diagnosed something that was overlooked by another doctor elsewhere. Could not have been more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend to friends and family.
Came in on a Tuesday morning with my 84yo mother, was told it would be a 2-3hr wait. So we made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Came in 15min early and waited 45 min to get shown to a room. What was the use of making an appointment? We still waited until after the walk-ins we’re seen. Didn’t see the PA for another 20min.
Everyone was polite and personable. The PA and the assistant were both knowledgeable and helpful. My visit was quick and I left completely satisfied.
With one click on my cell phone I had an appointment and an immediate text message confirming my time. Dr. Silverstine was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I love that this GoHealth location is in my area. Only downfall... this is urgent care only cannot be used as PCP... but when your sick and cant see your regular provider this is definately the place to go! Easy access, quick and friendly staff :)
HORRIBLE, RUDE, DIRESPECTFULDISMISSIVE from ALL parties.Sooo disappointing as I’ve been a resident of hampton bays for years. Brought my three year old for a possible knee sprain. Not only was the front desk rude but the dr came out and was even worse. Refused to see us because it wasn’t “an emergency” situation but told us to go to the ER because it was an emergency….? Made zero sense!!! Don’t go here!!! SH has a much better facility:)
They were all excellent! So happy I found such a great group and Dr for my OBGYN medical care and will look for other drs I need in Northwell. Im very impressed.Thank You.
We made an apt for my mother to have her lungs checked. Every staff member had a horrible attitude, were extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcomed. We have been there before and had a very different experience. Needless to say the attitudes from the staff have deterred us from ever going back.
I was told on the phone that my vaccination would be covered by insurance, but when i arrived they said it would cost $81 dollars. I was not happy but paid before receiving my vaccine. Asked if there would be any additional costs, and they told me that the 81 dollars was the only cost. A month later i received a bill in the mail for $436. I found out that i could have gotten this vaccine for free at my local pharmacy. They lied to my face. Never going back here.
I went in for a COVID test. They were very knowledgeable about travel to Hawaii and told us what we had to do to enter the state. I had no idea and had not found anything on the web. They saved us much time and anxiety. The office is very personable and efficient. Thank you!
I was very sick. Had sinus pressure and my nose was so stuffed. I was able to go see the doctors on my lunch hour by saving my spot in line. This was so convenient and when I arrived I felt like they cared about how I was feeling and saw me right a way.
Second time at Hampton Bays Go Health Urgent CareClean , modern and techincally awesome re: appointment system. Can register and get appointment on line. Most important is the warm ,friendly welcome by Mary Ann, tech and manager. She runs the practice wirh efficency and kindness. Hard to find! I know because I am in the healthcare field. Medical staff were just as kind,professional and helpful. Normally I would have suffered through poison ivy and bad cold, but knowing how kind,efficient and medically sound the practice was, I took care of myself. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
The WORST service ever. Wish I could give negative stars here. Never met such an apathetic, unpleasant and unprofessional staff person in my life. Deplorable attitude. If you dont want to help patients, GET OUT of Healthcare - simple as that. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere, much less as a patient seeking assistance at a Healthcare facility. Save yourself the time, upset and aggravation and go somewhere else.
The female MD was very unprofessional, with a attitude. Her words exactly when she was out of the room if they dont like it they dont need to come back. I wasnt rude at all but ever since i walked into the buildong the whole staff wanted to ruch me and my mom out. If youre in the medical feild you cant have that attitude. Im extremely upset, im not coming back. I feel disrespected.
I brought my 2 year old here when we couldnt get into the local Pediatrican. It was an amazing visit from beginning to end. The staff was beyond friendly! We were there for a sick visit on a Sunday morning and it couldnt have gone any better! At the end they gave her a teddy bear (and one for her sister) that meant the world to her! Thank you and we will never hesitate to return if need be! It was also one of the CLEANIEST places I have been for a drs office. You can also make an appt online so you dont have to wait.
I love this walk in clinic. I tend to get better care and attention than at my childrens pediatrician. Kareshma is especially wonderful. She always goes above and beyond.
This place is run by disrespectful and ill mannered people. It is a FRAUD. They charged me $75 for a PCR test on the basis that my insurance was not covering enough. They made me pay for expedite service because they said regular free PCR was taking 5 to 7 days for the results… They billed my insurance $660 for Urgent Care (nothing urgent in my case) plus $285 for the PCR! this is flat Insurance FRAUD. Plus the receptionist (an X-Ray technician he said) told me that because i lived in the Hamptons i could afford to pay $75! Will never go back
My 75 year old mother went in to get a wound on her leg checked because it was taking a long time to heal, and was red and painful. They told her it wasn’t infected and there was “nothing I can do for you”. After a week of no progress we went somewhere else, where they immediately said “that’s infected” - gave her a tetanus shot, started her on antibiotics and referred her to the wound care center. I can’t help but feel this wound was mismanaged & would not have progressed if it had been treated with antibiotics right when she was first seen at urgent care.
I feel so validated seeing these reviews about how rude and disrespectful the front facing staff are. It’s actually shocking. I am almost laughing thinking how one woman is so overtly nasty she almost comes off as an SNL character. Woof never again.
We brought out child to the urgent care on a weekend for a specific test at the request of our pediatrician. The urgent care physician was made aware of this, since it was our sole purpose of our visit to the urgent care, was on the intake paperwork and verbally told to the physician multiple times. Since we never received the results of the test, we followed up with them. Guess what? The test was never sent! We were told that there must have been a medical reason for the doctor not to send the test. Ummm, not really. Clearly a medical error was made and now my child must be subjected to additional testing and invasive treatments since we have no choice but to treat our child as if the test was positive. I am purposefully being non-specific in this review since we will be filing a formal complaint with the DOH and OPMC regarding this serious matter. Now cue the response - we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us with more information so we can look into this in more detail. No thank you. Unless you can turn back the clock and then not have committed this medical error, there is nothing that you can do. Clearly this issue would have been better handled at our own physicians office, but unfortunately people get sick and need care on weekends and holidays, hence the need for urgent care centers. We just would have thought that a Northwell Health Urgent Care Center would have be able to provide care that meets the basic standard of care.
The worst urgent care I have been to. City MD puts them to shame. Waited over two hours, had the name on the board and then they skipped over us and said we weren’t registered. And had to wait longer. They were unapologetic and registered us two hours into waiting. Just horrible. 0 stars.
Came in after a nasty fall. Everyone was lovely, empathetic & reassuring. Medically thorough to a fault. Spent time assessing the injury....did not feel rushed or minimized. Would definitely use this care center again with confidence....hope I never have to!🙃
Bad experience. Saw the doctor for 5 minutes was given antibiotics for Tenitus. It didn’t work. I payed a 70 dollar copay and payed for my prescription, then received a bill for 500 dollars with no explaination as to what I’m being charged for. For that kind of money the doctor should know what’s wrong with me before I enter the building. Anything less deserves a major pay cut. When you call them about the bill, they have no information. When you call the company, they have no information. I’m waiting for an itemized bill, can’t wait to show people what rediculous charges are on it. DO NOT ENTER THIS CLINIC!
I went for Covid antibody test. First Hot spring day. They had room in their double waiting room but instead had me wait 20 minutes plus outside before waiting 5 min. In waiting room. Great team.i will use them again.
Everyone was so nice. I loved being able to Check in online. The office was so clean and welcoming. I have already told my neighbors in Hampton Bays about it! Thanks so much! Its nice to know there is a place so close for us to go 7 days a week!

Very well-kept secret in Hampton Bays! At a time when it sometimes feels like it takes forever to see an actual physician, the front desk was helpful & efficient, and got me back to the doctor with minimal hassle. The doctor himself was extremely engaged in my issue (which happened to be a tick bite) - spending a lot of time to make sure I understood what symptoms might constitute Lyme Disease, and various options for treatment. BIG fan.
I went there two hours before they closed and they turned me away for no reason saying they were no longer taking any patients without an appointment. The entire place was empty and their website still says that they except walk-ins?? Turns out I had lymes disease, but I had to drive to another urgent care half an hour away to get treatment. Call ahead because god forbid you’re going to the Urgent Care for Urgent medical assistance

My grandmother went to Urgent Care this morning in Hampton Bays, NY because she slammed her fingers in the car door. Dr Silverstein and Julia (the X-ray technician) took such great care of her. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent service she received.
Horrible experience with an a rude, unprofessional, ghetto staff. Man at the front desk won’t make eye contact, mumbles behind a mask, nurse or a doctor is yelling from behind an office divider. Unprofessional, disorganized, sloppy. Their treatment toward somebody sick and coming in for help is disgusting.
Zero stars. The provider refused to even see me because I am a chronic pain patient who is visiting from out of state. The provider and the front desk person spoke about me in the lobby loudly enough for everyone to hear, an obvious HIPAA violation, and the provider insisted she wouldnt even see me. Because of my forthrightness about my problem, as I was leaving the front desk person person instructed me to go to the ER and suggested I lie about my complaint to obtain what I needed.Bad medicine all the way around.
I slammed my finger between my car door and the rear view mirror of the car parked next to me on Saturday. Omg did it hurt. I had to have it looked at and Northwell Emergency was a block away. I had my two dogs with me and a car full of groceries and goodies. I was in and out of northwell within 20 minutes. Everyone was beyond nice and very good at their jobs. Much better option the Southampton emergency room.
Came here for an antibody test this past Saturday. The nurse & front desk staff were questioning me constantly for my reason of getting the test. They were saying things like do people still care about getting that test? and your insurance may not accept this. Front desk lady said I didnt even know we still do that test here. I was told to get the test from my physician so thats why I was there. But the nurse & front desk lady were just bothered that I was getting the test. Specifically, the nurse had an attitude and finally took the test. The test must of taken 20 seconds to draw blood. The staff asked more questions and wasted more of time than actually taking the antibody test. I finally left the hostile urgent care and I just received a call today that my test was not labeled so therefore they cant sent it to the lab. They said I can reschedule an appointment to come back. Just absolutely ridiculous, will never return! Go to another urgent care!
Do not be fooled by the ratings in this place. They generate the reviews by sending a fishing program only to get positive reviews. This place is not owned by northwell. It’s a private equity group that has an agreement with northwell. There is no physician on site. Never. It’s run by PAs. PAs are supposed to be supervised by a physician. No such thing here. They are only available by a phone call. And it’s never the same physician. They have to go look up up who the supervising doctor is for that dat. STAY AWAY. You are being filled that you are being seen by a doctor. This is a big scam plaguing medicine today. And these guys are at the forefront.
The staff is so friendly and fast, whenever we go in they take us right away. I brought in my three year old and they were so nice and gentle with him.

I googled Covid testing near me and this facility came up. Their listing says no appointment necessary for a Covid test. Drove there and was told appointments ARE necessary. Showed an employee where it said no appointment necessary and was told “That’s just generic”. I will take my business elsewhere.
I cant praise Kareshma enough. She has cared for my children on several occasions. She is kind, caring, and professional. Its such a relief as a parent knowing I can always get in to see her right away if my kids are sick (especially when their own Pediatricians office will have you wait hours or even more than a day when they are ill). I got there 30 minutes early and was taken 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start was put in a room for 20 min I asked if there was a reason it was taking so long and the lady was so rude and snotty told me to go back in the room and slammed the door and was told I couldn’t be treated

This is the second time Ive been to Northwell Health Urgent Care.....Dr. Silverstein is great....busy day....but he did not miss a beat and I was in out in no time....very professional staff....will definitely go back....Oh and PS....I googled all the Urgent care Centers on the North Fork where I live and none of them took Fidelis Healthcare.....I remember this from January when I was looking.....so now its to Hampton Bays

Thanks to Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care I get medical help for emergencies and illness conveniently and professionally. Ive recently moved from Brooklyn, 2 hours away. There my insurance gave many choices. Here, there arent many choices. Northwell accepts my insurance!

Dont bother making an appointment, youll be waiting anyway. Dont bother calling they wont answer the phone. Id be down to about 2 and a half quarts of blood left if I was bleeding profusely before they ask me for my insurance card and to please have a seat and wait to be seen.

Cannot contact the facility directly, you get sent to a call center and it puts you in a loop pressing to over and over you can’t get a live person. Service is terrible.
