Both PAs Brandon & Dina were excellent and listened to my concerns and description of my symptoms. They helped me get to the bottom of what was going on with me as it was apparently not covid. I would highly recommend them even to my own family.

Extremely disappointed by the way I was just treated after years of using this urgent care facility since I moved here. I had DIRECT contact with Strep. I went for a rapid test. It came back negative. I had a $40 copay. PA said she didn’t want to give antibiotics unnecessarily, but she would send PCR. She said to call if symptoms worsen. Overnight, I get a worse sore throat and develop 102 fever. I call this morning and the same PA is not there (she’s off today) and I explain that I’m not paying another copay when I was told to call. The woman on the phone says there’s nothing she can do. I say, “can you have Dr. Rivera call me first thing tomorrow so I can get antibiotics? My MIL 70th birthday is this Friday and I need them today.” She says, “Ok” and then I hear “click”! I was not nasty. I did not get loud. I simply explained I didn’t think it was fair to have to see another provider all over again when the first visit was not completed properly. I will be going to my PCP from now on.UPDATE!!! I have reached out to Northwell multiple times with no response. In addition, I received a bill for lab work that I never authorized amounting to almost 100 dollars. Why would Ms. Rivera not give me antibiotics, but send away for COVID testing and strep that I have to pay for when I was literally there for direct contact with strep? It makes no logical sense. By the time she called me for the results, I had already missed 3 days of work from a fever and was on antibiotics from my PCP. In addition, I went to the facility to complain about the bill and left my number and the info with the front desk rep, Brian. He said he would pass to the facility manager to call me. I have yet to hear back. NORTHWELL and the PA DELAYED MY CARE, charged me for it, charged me for unnecessary testing and caused me to miss work. Then they don’t even respond.

Absolutely least friendly receptionist ever.Cared nothing at all about us and was super rude.I’m shocked they would hire someone like that. We’ve been going here for years and won’t be back again.

Glad to have Urgent Care a short drive from home for treatment for facial swelling from wasp sting and received a dose of medication there. Only flaw: The prescription for five more days of meds did not wind up at my pharmacy, and efforts to reach GoHealth took hours to get a response. I wound up returning the next morning to ask them to try again.

I get my appointment very fast and i dont have to wait. The lady in reception and the doctors are all super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all

Staff is always super helpful and listens to my half witted explanations of what I think is wrong with me, and then does testing and gets it right every time! I would literally be dead without them. Keep up the great work team!

Very nice and concerned staff. I was taken to the emergency room via ambulance due to my medical conditions. I received excellent care at this facility and by the ambulance paramedics and by the hospital. Thank you!!

Everyone here was very pleasant and caring. The office was clean. The PA listened to my concerns and examined me thoroughly.

Waited over two hours for a Covid test while staff was just sitting around not doing anything. Everyone on staff deserves an award for being lazy, incompetent and just overall unprofessional.

I was seen for a poison ivy breakout and PA Dina Rivera prescribed Prednisone and a cream to use on my rash. She explained my reaction to the ivy and why it was spreading. Doing better while using the meds and cream.

Only use this facility if you need a quick swab. On multiple visits over the years I was given misinformation from the Physicians Assistant, Dina, on staff. The most recent being that I was positive for the flu and she told me to stop breastfeeding because I could pass the flu to my infant through my breastmilk. After knowing better than to believe that (bc when a mom is sick she passes immunity to the baby through the breastmilk) + a quick google search and consulting with my pediatrician, all confirmed she gave false information.Overall it is a clean facility and the medical techs who get you set up are nice, but I would not recommend for anything serious.

This is such a fantastic service! Very easy to make an appointment. The staff were very friendly & attentive.

They took me in quickly, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly and caring. They made sure to ask enough questions to figure out that they needed to test me for Covid again even though the home test was negative and they tested me for the Flu which turned out to be Positive. Then they quickly sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I am very greatful!

Was an easy walk in experience for a check up on an issue that made me want to get looked at

I’m a regular here, everytime things feel out of my hands I run to them and I’m ALWAYS taken care of, leaving feeling like I know more or there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Good service, time efficient most of the times and very close to me distance wise.

The physician assistant PA Dina was EXCELLENT. She really listened to me when I described each symptom and went the extra mile to prescribe extra tests to provide me with an accurate diagnosis and treatment for my sickness while also factoring in my past medical history. I would recommend her to anyone.

The absolute worst/unprofessional urgent care I have ever been to! My first time testing positive for Covid and the NP or PA, whoever she was, came in the room and just simply said “so you have Covid, but you knew that already”. So smug and condescending! How would I have known that?! Is Covid the only sickness people can catch now a days?! That’s definitely not how you tell a patient they have an illness! Terrible bedside manner!!! Not to mention the assistant was so cold and rushed all of the vitals! ZERO stars for this place! As a Renal RN I would never treat my patients like such! They all need to be re-trained on bedside manners or find another field to work in!!!

10! Amazing support team! The health team was extremely efficient and they sincerely care about each patient! Amy, my doctor, was very thorough and made keen inquiries in order to prescribe the best care so I could get well!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Stephanie Mercer - PAC, Charlie Severance, Alzmat and Ahmad. Not only were they professional and compassionate but there was a calming atmosphere as well from the moment you walked in. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation (split my finger open close to the palm and had ring that was stuck on as well). Stephanie was able to remove with soap and water and stitch it up with very little pain. I am thankful this Urgent Care Center hired the right people. Thanks again.

I came in for what I mistaking believed to be a tick bite resulting in a skin rash on my arm. The attending nurse and Doctor examined me right away and provided a correct diagnosis, provided an Rx to my Pharmacy and provided me wit instructions on how to treat the contagious rash. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very courteous, caring and professional. Thank you so much. Everett

I was so happy to find you open, not crowded, and to find that you could test me for Lyme. The staff were very kind and personable. The young man who saw me first(intern perhaps) asked what I was reading. That impressed me . Very rare . The PA was wonderful and kind, and the nurse who drew my blood was also very kind . Your center is now my first choice and I will highly recommend to everyone I know.

Walked in at 7:53 pm for an urgent care with a 102 fever and was denied a check up saying were not taking more patients. With no one waiting.

Not the best experience with the front desk. I scheduled an appointment online for a COVID test. When I walked in for my appointment I was abruptly told to just go sit in my car, they didnt ask me for my name or what time my appointment was, nothing. So I went and sat in my car for an hour and finally got fed up and went inside. All to have the man at the front desk tell me I wasnt even scheduled! I nearly lost it. I was eventually seen, but this whole experience was really inconvenient and unprofessional. Whoever deals with patients when they first come in at the front desk should be a bit more engaging, friendly and competent. Thank you but I think Im a bit put off with this urgent care center.

The whole experience was quick and easy. I checked in online & didnt have to wait to be seen which was a plus... the office was very clean and updated. Stephanie Mercer the PA was great! She was very attentive, thorough, and I felt extremely comfortable under her care. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and explained everything in-depth to me when diagnosing and prescribing medication. I will deff be back the next time I am feeling unwell!

They are professional, fast, thorough, caring and are doing amazing work.Many thanks to all there, the diagnosis and suggestions I received were on point, and I ended up needing surgery after go health sent me to hospital for testing and scans due to unbearable abdominal pain. Turns out I had an infected gallbladder and needed surgery, Im home now and recovering, thank you everyone at go health, Im very grateful to you all❤ I wont hesitate to return for myself or family in the future, a relief to have a medical provider open until 8pm that can be trusted and relied upon in an emergency right nearby.

Made an appointment for 1:15pm during my lunch hour. This is the closest location to my office. I arrived at 1:10, checked in, and was then told to leave and wait in my car because, despite the empty waiting room, there were appointments ahead of me. When I asked how long the wait would be and explained it was my lunch hour, I was told they didn’t know and couldn’t tell me. I don’t have the luxury to gamble on whether I’ll get seen or not and risk not being back at work on time. I guess I’ll stay sick then.

We made an appointment and didn’t see the PA until an hour after our appointment

PA Dina Rivera is a gifted professional. She fully examined me for my complaints and prescribed treatment that is improving my condition. I was falling apart when I went for help and everything is resolving. Some people are truly healers.Plus her medical assistant (formerly a professional EMT) who I didn’t write down her name was exceptional in asking the right questions and helping me to get the right treatment. These two are a dynamic duo!!!!! I’m very grateful.

The staff at the Northwell Urgent Care in Huntington on 25a are the nicest people Ive ever met. They stayed late to accommodate my son and I. They never made us feel rushed and they were so incredibly friendly. I was truly blown away by the care we received. Thank you!

Very clean office. Very convenient for emergencies that don’t call for a emergency room visit. Check in was very easy if you are part of the Northwell Health family of doctors. Prescriptions are sent over to you pharmacy immediately plus there is a CVS right across the street if need be. The receptionist at the Huntington office is very sweet and pleasant.

Dr. Steele was very attentive and thorough. Her assistant had taken a history of my current meds and an overview of the reason for my visit.

I have been to Northwell Health several times, and have always been greeted nicely and taken care of by Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera is caring and very friendly.

Nice staff, the professionals dont listen when you tell them what med works for you meaning they go by the book. I think I know myself more than strangers who make a medicine or antibiotic preferable, as if all people are the same.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have NEVER seen an actual doctor when going here. A PA is not a doctor. This last visit, I went in after having a bad sore throat for over a week. All my other symptoms were getting better except for my throat, I could see myself it was very raw. They said they saw ulcers but my strep rapid test and covid test was negative. Would not give an antibiotic bc strep was negative. Instead, gave me a useless steroid drink to help with symptoms of my sore throatFinally, 3 days later I got in to see my pcp who prescribed me an antibiotic bc even though strep is negative my body might need a little helpThank god for my pcp!! My sore throat was practically gone after 2 doses of my antibiotic.This place is no help.

Every single staff member was empathetic and kind. Every single staff member eased my nerves with the kindness they showed. Exactly what the world needs right now. The center is immaculate! I felt safe immediately upon entering! A huge thank you to all workers there, for they are risking their own health to keep everyone safe and healthy! Best Northwell Urgentcare I’ve been to!

Went to GoHealth to have a contact lens removed from my eye. PA Amanda was very friendly and competent. Successfully removed the contact. Very quick and efficient experience.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon right before closing. There was no wait, everyone was extremely accommodating and nice. The nurse and PA answered my questions and prescribed medication that was sent to my pharmacy. Overall, everyone was really helpful and I didn’t feel rushed even though I was there around closing time. I would definitely recommend.

Not so urgent care. One person showed up this morning. They were not organized. 10 people waiting for an hour until it opened. This is embarrassingly ineffecient and just seems like a money grab, rather than an actual medical service. In my estimation, there were about 15 patients for COVID testing, and maybe 6-8 staff members, and it took about four hours to do a nasal swab that takes about 15 seconds. I realize that they need to take each patient individually, and get vitals and process them, and perhaps they were not all there for a nasal swab. I realize they are understaffed. My point is that this was not urgent care. It was remote outpost overflow clinic at best.

Yesterday was my second visit here, Staff is very nice and helpful. Very fast check in, and Doctor saw me in few minutes. Dr Dina explained me everything and very politely told me how to take the medication . She is very professional and polite .This place is very neat and clean , and much better than most of hospital emergencies.

Went to urgent care since I wasn’t feeling well and since I made an appointment I got in fast to be seen and now I’m home feeling better since I’ve been taking the meds.

I had very little time to even fit a doctor visit in but I knew I needed medication for my poison ivy. I had only an hour break to and even though I thought that would be impossible Northwell walk in clinic made it happen . The staff was really friendly and I was seen within two minutes of walking in by the nurse and then it was only about a five minute wait until I was seen by the healthcare provider . All my questions were answered I never felt rushed or uncomfortable and the experience although Id prefer not to have had it at all was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to others! They called my prescription in right away and in under an hour I had my medication and have been seen and was able to get back to work .

We had the need to make 2 visits in 3 days for different family members. First, my 15 year old daughter, then for my husband. We received excellent treatment from both the staff and provider both times! Both times were also very fast, without making us feel rushed. My husband needed an X-ray and they brought the machine to him, rather than have him hobble all over the building! We also got follow up calls from staff after both visits to check on the patient. I highly recommend this facility!

Don’t waste your time with this place. People here don’t know what they’re talking about. Front desk clearly didn’t know what’s covered in my insurance plan. No doctors work here. Only PAs who don’t listen a word of what you say. I came in with a condition that I get every now and then. I told them my doc prescribed me X medication and I usually get better within 3 days. PA ignored me and sent me home with “rest and fluids”. I expected more from north well.

From the receptionist to the doctor everyone was kind & smiling through yet another crisis. Dr Michelle (sorry dont know her last name) is the only doc Id want!! Im sure everyone else is great yet she has such a love in her heart & smile. The Huntington location at 241 East Main St is the very best!!

Wonderful experience Dina the PA was amazing! Very sweet, attentive to my needs. Explained everything. They did a very thorough exam and tested for everything which really set my mind at ease because I was worried I contracted something while traveling overseas. In the end it was just a stomach bug but everyone was so nice. Very state of the art and tech driven. Would def come back again!

Absolutely loved the ladies over at the Northwell Health Urgent Care. Entire staff was extremely kind & there was no wait. My son was taken care of immediately. Very professional & caring staff. Even received a call asking how my son was feeling just 3 days after being seen. Highly recommended!

When I needed help for a deep cut on my hand, I knew I was going to the right place! They took care of me immediately. Friendly staff, and extremely knowledgeable medical professionals.

I found the northwell health urgent care facility clean, associate were pleasant and help me with what I needed to know. The doctor was very compassionate and answered any questions I had. 2 years ago, I gave this facility 5 stars. My family and I had continued to go to get services at this clinic, and was always pleased with the staff and services. Today 12/27/20, my husband, son and myself were treated very disrespectful and rude by a security guard, which they never had and acted as if he was the doctor. We felt we were coming into a prison, not a facility where sick people are treated with kindness and respect. We were given the following appointment shown below. At the kiosk in the clinic it said we will be texted and also given the option to go and be texted when they were ready for us. We all had fever, and my son had fever for 4 days. We have been tested for COVID at another facility, were given a negative test, and all we wanted was to be checked by a doctor, and find out why my son’s fever had not subsided for 4 days. I made this appointment at around 1:00 pm, and were given our first appointment at 3:45pm. At 1:45pm I was called and I told them I had left the parking lot but will be there shortly, at 1:48 I was at the parking lot and called them and the militia security guard came out and said our appointment had been canceled and treated us with disrespect and indifference. This facility lost the services of a family of 5. Loved this facility but do not know why recently they are treating sick patients with such disrespect. I ask the managers of this facility to reconsider how this facility is being run. Our experience is not an isolated case, as we saw others being treated the same.

Excellent emergency services. Dina the physician assistant should be rewarded by northwell or something. She caring loving she an excellent listener she don’t rush you. I highly recommended this place for any emergency situation. Place is super clean you could eat off the floor staff are excellent. All as a big team. Be well and ty for all you do be safe🙏❤️🙏❤️

Not feeling well but was impressed by the efficiency and great attitude of all the staff from the receptionist to the scribe , the Dr and the X-ray tech. Good first time experience

Friendly staff and I was in and out fairly quick. The diagnosis was incorrect but there wasnt much any DR could do for my illness. They are quite expensive however - $225/visit is considerably higher compared to other walk in clinics as well as seeing your GP. Use this if need be but there are less expensive options out there which I feel as just as competent. Given this, I would probably use as a last resort.

GoHealth Urgent Care Center in Huntington is an excellent facility. All staff members are very professional. They execute their responsibilities in a very organized, timely fashion. I highly recommend this facility to others.

The first time I went to an urgent care was over the winter when my boyfriend was incredibly sick and I am so glad we chose this place. They encourage the use of hand sanitizer, which I was thankful for since I was not sick, and were very professional and friendly throughout the process. The doctor seemed very knowledgable and personable, not like they are trying to rush you out at all. Probably the best part is that you can sign up for your appointment online and show up at that time instead of waiting there for hours! They also have a tv monitor that shows you the list of patients waiting and the estimated wait time for each!

My first time going to this facility and the staff was very professional. They really worked together as a team. Very accommodating to my needs. Unfortunately a very busy time for urgent cares. Make sure you make an appointment.

I get that youre all very polite there, but do you know what youre actually doing? I was just recently misdiagnosed poorly. I came in there with hopes that youd help me with my breathing problem. I explained to you that I do not have asthma, but yet you still prescribed an inhaler to me. You checked me for covid and high blood pressure. It came back negative What I needed was a drug called Statin. Not once did you even mention it. Ever since then my breathing has gotten worse and my chest feels like its caving in. Plus I paid you out of my own wallet. You did nothing to help but instead you caused me added stress that I do not need. I seriously do not recommend going to this location.

Dr Steele and staff are amazing. They work tirelessly under these unprecedented circumstances risking their own health to help others. No amount of money or commendations would be enough for the risk they are taking. They are true heroes.

First time just I moved here and couldnt make better choice.

Walked in at 4:40 on a Sunday when they close at 5. I had just gotten bit pretty badly by a dog and my leg was bleeding and the size of a football. We drove out of our way to this location because of the amazing reviews. We walked in, signed in, and then the receptionist came out and told us they werent seeing anyone else today. We explained what happened and she repeated herself rudely that they werent seeing anyone else, and then walked away from us mumbling we already have 3 people waiting. We drove down the block to the medi center, were seen within 2 minutes, and are on our way to the pharmacy with an antibiotic prescription (it is now 5:07). Needless to say I will not be going back to Northwell.

The staff at Northwell GoHealth Urgent Care on East Main Street, Huntington - including front desk, nurse, and physicians assistant - offered excellent and respectful service. A quality experience that I would recommend to all.

Every staff member from the minute you walk through the door were welcoming, informative and very respectful. I highly recommend if you’re not feeling well the care they give you is Excellent.

All staff were extremely professional, courteous and patient. I didnt feel rushed at all and left feeling confident that i was diagnosed properly.

Because I had made an appointment online, I was seen by a nurse almost immediately. The staff were friendly and patient, and the nurse who saw me shared that shes vegan, which is a wonderful testament that she knows about staying healthy.

Went to get the Covid swab and antibodies test and my entire appointment took about 10 minutes, no wait time (around 6:30pm). I got my results in 3 days, pleasantly surprised how quickly they came.

CHECK IN ONLINE FIRST. I walked in at 8:30am on a Monday and only one other person was in the waiting room. THREE more people came in after me and they were all seen first because they checked in before me - online. I waited about an hour. There was only one nurse, one doctor, no receptionist. Both of them were very friendly and apologetic for my wait. The office was clean and bright and they offered coffee and tea in the waiting room, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Excellent customer service. Showed lots of care of love for what they do. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Popped in at 8:00am the minute they opened. The staff was friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful. We waited less than 5 mins to see a doctor. Her diagnosis was accurate and treated effectively and efficiently. Thank you so much!

The facility is clean, well lit and the staff courteous and professional. They accepted our medical insurance when another facility did not. They were very conscientious about the follow up and showed genuine concern. I highly recommend it.

Do not come here for a walk in Covid test. They will tell you that it will take 30 mins - an hour but it will be at least double that time. The women at the front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful and have an attitude with anyone who asks follow up questions or for an update on where they stand in line to get tested.

Ash was a very courteous and helpful employee Wjo helped bre aloo poop t in getting my Covid results to Syosset surgery center for surgery the next day. Went out of his way to do a good job!

The most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever met.The experience was better than going to Huntington Hospital {Huntington, NY}.The doctor at GoHealth was a bit surprised with some of what the hospitals doctors information {which was wrong on the doctors part}.Know youll walk out better.

The doctor I saw was a joke. Tattoo on her neck of a paw print. Was wondering if she was a Vet Assistant rather than a real doctor. After telling her I cannot take a steroid, even though I had sinus and tonsils swelling and a on going sinus infection and she wouldn’t give me a antibiotic but a steroid for my nose only. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I will never go back. Doctor said she couldn’t tell if it was viral or bacterial. She needs to go back to pre med 101.

Northwell go health staff and the nurse practitioner were excellent, helpful and knowlegeable to take care my issue. My left arms are swelling due to a bee sting.

God forbid you work for a top cancer facility in New York. Theres no direct number to this place to get medical records. Its all facilitated through a phone tree which makes it impossible for anyone to speak to a person. The medical system we have is embarrassing!!! Its 2022, there should be easier ways to facilitate patient care than this nonsense.

I saw Dr Ryan Murphy. It was a very positive experience. He explained details in a way that I totally understand and am confident with.

I went into the office on a Wednesday for a Urinary Tract Infection. Was given 5 days worth of Antibiotics after my urine was sent out for culture. I finished the 5 days worth and two days later the infection was back. I called the office and told them my Symptoms, they could not prescribe me any other medication or at least give me a refill after explaining to the receptionist that i was in pain and my symptoms were back. I was told they could do nothing for me. Was not a helpful answer at all. Didnt seem like they had any other suggestions for me or want to help me in anyway at all. So now Im in pain, with a fever. If symptoms perist i will be making a visit to the hospital

YOU ALL SHOULD WAKE UP AND START SCREAMING ABOUT WHAT NORTHWELL IS WELL ON ITS WAY TO CREATING. MEDIOCRE AND AT TIMES DANGEROUS, IRRESPONSIBLE AND NEGLECTFUL HEALTHCARE. STOPPING AND KEEPING PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR DOCTORS, YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE STAFF (receptionist, nurses PAs) A THING OF THE PAST. This may seem trivial to some but if you ever end up needing extensive Medical attention or hospitalization you will soon find out for yourself. Northwell labs, Northwell Urgent Care, Northwell Hospitals, NORTHWELL DOCTORS ARE EXACTLY THAT NORTHWELL DOCTORS NOT YOUR DOCTORS ANYMORE! SPEAK OUT!!!

Sassy and argumentative young lady at the counter told me I had to wait 2 days for a employer mandated Covid test. Drove to Excel Urgent care in E Northport and was given the test with in 30 minutes by a polite and professional staff.

Very professional office with knowledgeable, kind, concerned and friendly staff. Diagnosis made and appropriate treatment rendered. Very pleased and satisfied with visit.

Everyone at this facility deserves credit. The whole staff was so kind. The gentleman who worked at the front desk on 12/26 was so kind and patient. Very caring.

I went in for a pretty quick checkup I felt like I had a virus with a little bit of an upper respiratory infection. I was taking in immediately and the doctors were super nice. I would definitely go again.

Went today for the 2nd time when I know I am getting a sinus infection because it has been something that has happened many times over the years. They take a $35 copay , take my temp, blood pressure, oxygen level and listen to my heart. Tell me take otc meds and see and ent. That is BS. I couhave used thethe copay $ and uber $ that I paid to get home for otc drugs since you did nothing else for me!Their response to me was to email them with my full name and a phone # so they could contact me. I did and 3 days later after never receiving a call i got an email with how can I help you? Really I have to explain everything again? I dontt think so! Can your reps not read?

The staff went above and beyond to help my 89 your grandmother receive the COVID-19 vaccine. There was a mixup on my part about the appointment and they made sure to get her in for her shot. I cant thank them enough for giving her a potentially life-saving measure! Thank you!

They are polite and you get in and out quickly

The staff was knowledgeable and very nice. I received proper treatment with me pre-existing taken in to consideration. If you need urgent care, this is the place to go!

I’ve visited this location a few times. The staff is very knowledgeable and always recommend the appropriate medicine , over the counter or prescription. I learned on my last visit that you can make an appointment online and check in at your location 15 minutes prior to the time given( you don’t have to wait in the office).

Went in for a rapid & pcr test on 12/9/2021. I have not received my pcr results but my insurance was billed. Please tell me how that makes sense.

I rate this Northwell Health a 10 , I was waited on right away and well taken care of .

It was a wonderful experience. The nurses and doctors were so nice!! I felt alot better since the doctor gave me the medicine that helped with my illness.

Everybody there was very helpful and didnt take too much time to let me know the results of my injured foot. They have everything on site which reduce the waiting time dramatically for the diagnostic

I saw NP Suzanne Carmino..she was great, diagnosed and treated me quickly, made me feel at ease. The entire staff was welcoming and considerate.

Dr. Jennifer Steele was amazing. She asked all the right questions and was able help me. So insightful. Terrific experience from start to finish.

Dont wast your time or money, went there on Monday doctor told me I had allergies but to come back in a few days if I wasnt feeling better, I went back on Wednesday feeling worse and was told I told the doctor I know my body this is more than allergies and she said I was wrong!! On Thursday on Thursday and worst pain I went to see my doctor in worse pain I went to see my Doctor Who quickly diagnose me with a sinus infection! Like I thought! I Will never go there again!!

The MOA, or assistant PA, that took my vitals and performed my strep and flu tests was absolutely amazing and full of knowledge. He explained everything in such a professional way. Awesome young man!!!!

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Got a COVID test, was called to apologize and say it was contaminated, then got a negative result somehow and no one knows what happened in between the test being “contaminated” and then the same test coming back negative. I will not go back. Very untrustworthy
