We are beyong grateful for the team of nurses that assisted our baby boy Austyn. From the ER staff to the last nurse that discharged us. RN- Alison, Haley, Jennie. RT- Heather and Kim and the Pediatrics’s team in general, he had breathing treatments, they took great care of him and helped administer medication when he was in pain. Thank you once again for taking care of our little man while he went there his worse with having RSV and pneumonia.

The Women and Childrens Center at Franciscan Health is amazing. The staff is helpful, professional, and so caring. Every employee was terrific and special shout-out to the labor and delivery team. Chanelle and Breanna are superheroes and helped us through a lot with our delivery. Cant recommend this place enough for welcoming a little one into the world.

If you are planning to have a baby, I would advise against choosing this hospital. The way they treat you makes you feel worthless. I am referring specifically to the postpartum nurses, who provide terrible care. After delivering a baby, you are left to fend for yourself. Best of luck!

Just had my baby here! For some background, were a military family -- Ive delivered at NYCs Booth Memorial Hospital (dont know what theyre called now though), Onslow County Hospital in NC, and BACH at Fort Campbell -- St. Francis is definitely the nicest, cleanest, and best overall experience of all four pregnancies; which includes prenatal care at Southside Ob/Gyn, labor and delivery, and recovery too. Were actually a short walking distance from Johnson Memorial Hospital, but I rather make the 30-minutes drive to St. Francis instead, and Im so glad I did! Its the best choice I chose for myself, and well worth the commute!

A level III NICU, with the most attentive nursing staff Ive experienced. I feel comfortable knowing my newborn is in their care when I cant be there. I especially want to praise Leslie and Sammi. They are supper sweet, knowledgeable, and timely.

Rushed my wife to C section without knowing the reason and rushed her when I wasnt there.There was no other reason than they didnt want to wait and just hurry everything
