I feel welcome every time I come to the clinic, staff are nice and friendly. Dr. Harry is always very attentive and listen to your health needs and concern. She addressed your concern and ALWAYS examins you and treat you kind and respectful. She is a beautiful human being. God Bless her.

Dr. Khan was very helpful and knowledgeable glad he’s available to treat my mother. The office and staff always friendly and helpful. Appointment are fast and location convenient and clean.

The customer service at the Bill Beck office from Betsy, Naomi, and Mercedes was top notch!! They were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!!

I love Dr. Harris she is professional and always take time to listen to what I have to say about my health. However, she could really use stronger administrative staff that doesn’t just cater to 1 nationalities and understand how HIPPA works.Scheduling can be a little tricky, and the nurse never calls patients back.

I would rate this service with zero stars if given the option. I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for several months. Initially, my primary care physician was repeatedly on vacation, causing delays. Subsequently, despite my persistent efforts to contact the office, I encountered further obstacles, including being informed of IT system malfunctions on one occasion. Eventually, after a three-month wait, I secured an appointment with a different physician. However, less than 24 hours before this appointment, it was abruptly canceled, and I was informed that the doctor is currently unavailable. This situation is unacceptable, characterized by inadequate customer service and excessively long wait times, resulting in a depletion of necessary medications. Dont waste your time here, especially if you need good care.

Dr. Joy was/ is excellent. She left unexpectedly and I truly wish I could follow her. She was one of the best doctors I have ever had

Truly 0 star, horrible customer service, horrible management. Canceled my appointment in less than 24 hours after waiting for almost 3 months. Truly heart broken at this point with their behavior.

Horrible experience here, they denied seeing my girlfriend being 36 weeks pregnant because of an insurance issue. She had Medicaid and they didn’t want to switch it over so they kept billing her until they denied to stop the doctor from seeing her because she owed a small balance horrible patient experience. No Sympathy whatsoever

I don’t recommend this place at all!! Today I had an appointment and when I get to the office apparently the nurse is the one who let me into the room and then the same nurse come back to process my appointment and the doctor was not there to check on me!! The nurse was on the phone with the doctor or someone apparently and they were guiding her what to do and how to check on me through the phone!! Is this even okay?!!! The nurse didn’t know what was going on and she was on the phone with someone going through what to do for me!! Then she called another nurse to be in the room with us without any idea what is going on!!! I know it is not the nurses fault but there was zero communication of what is going on and why the doctor was not there for my appointment!!! I’m still going to report this further than here because I don’t think what happened is even legal!!!

Today Ive had a very positive experience here. Monday seems to be a great day to go. Quiet and efficient. Great new to area doctor, he really listened and a personable medical assistant. Be flexible with your schedule.

My doctor is actually great and she takes the time to listen to me however the front desk is horrible it’s like a high school with all of these nurse assistants. they like to joke and play around a lot. all the paperwork that I needed I didn’t receive because they were too busy playing around and not paying any attention to the paperwork that was given to me. I also ended up with someone else’s blood work order. And this was my first visit, I don’t even wanna imagine if I decide to stay here.

My appointment has been canceled twice. Initially booked a month ago. After numerous texts and emails to confirm my appointment. I even took the day off. Ridiculous!!!Going elsewhere!!

The worst place I have ever attended with my daughters, they never answer, they cancel appointments just because, they never reschedule or return the call... And as if that were not enough, dentist appointments can only be made on Mondays in the morning. tomorrow... It couldnt be more complicated... Terrible customer service. Thank God we have changed.

The worst place to get medical attention, you can never contact the secretary if you are sick, they dont have an appointment for the same day. Asthma example They give you an appointment for 1 week later. A nightmare for refills, leaving a message with the nurse will call you back and they will continue the day if they do.

I had an appointment at 2:30pm and they told me that the only doctor who speaks Spanish was still with a patient from 1:30pm and there were still people waiting, there were 5 patients before me and it was 3:00pm and the patient was still waiting. at 1:30 pm I was still inside….close that clinic 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
