What an amazing experience. They were my monitoring clinic for surrogacy and Dr. Mcnichols was so thorough, he answered all my questions and showed me pictures for better understanding. I felt like I wasn’t just a number. I recently visited another clinic for monitoring prior to this one and there is no comparison in the level of care or interest in my case.Also the office is beautiful and staff is so friendly.

Before coming to the Fertility Center of Orlando, I was a patient at another fertility clinic, and the experience was devastating, leaving me with little hope. Dr Milton McNichol is extremely knowledgeable he used pictures and diagrams to show me how my cycle should be and what could be the different causes. You can tell just by the consultation that he truly cares and wants your goals to be met. I highly recommend Him to anyone looking to start a family or even trying to figure out your menstrual cycle and different causes that can effect your cycle. I cant say enough good things about the Fertility Center of Orlando and Dr. McNichol. Im not from the area—Im actually about 8 hours away—and this clinic was the only one willing to accommodate outside testing for us, as we plan to go to Greece for IVF. I flew down to Orlando specifically for ultrasound and bloodwork, only to find out a week later, after returning home, that Quest Lab hadnt run my blood tests as requested by the clinic.What truly impressed me was that Dr. McNichol himself called me to get to the bottom of what had happened. Even though the mix-up was entirely out of their control, Dr. McNichol went above and beyond to fix the situation. He ensured that I could get my blood work done locally, saving me from having to make another 8-hour journey back to Orlando just for the tests.The level of care, compassion, and dedication Dr. McNichol and his team showed is something you dont often find. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fertility care. They truly care about their patients and will go the extra mile to make things right.

What really makes the Fertility Center of Orlando stand out amongst the rest is the staff. They are personable, caring, and VERY knowledgeable. Ive had poor experiences at other IVF clinics where the team is not compassionate and makes you feel like a number on a conveyer belt. If it wasnt for Dr. McNichol and his staff, we would not be having the happiest time of our lives with our newborn son. They made our dream a real possibility by providing more affordable fertility treatment options. Dr. McNichol is a very caring, conscientious doctor who always made himself available and approachable for questions. He listens and provides his time at appointments. There were times I did feel frustrated and questioned my treatment, but thats probably par for the course in the fertility world. You cant really argue with results.

Deciding to make the change to Fertility Center of Orlando was one of the BEST decisions of my life. I started my IVF process at another doctors office, it was impersonal, cold, and very expensive. I saw a different staff member every time and only had one visit with the doctor. I was feeling very discouraged. Incredibly grateful for the Fertility Center of Orlando for making our IVF journey successful in so many ways. That’s not to say that the journey is easy, but Dr. McNichol gained our trust by always doing what was right for us, even if it meant not rushing the process. He always listened to our concerns and was thorough when addressing our questions or explaining his approach. Our first IVF baby took 18 months from retrieval start to transfer. Our second IVF baby was immediate success, and we are 8 weeks pregnant while raising our toddler. Dr. McNichol and his friendly staff have wonderful bedside manner. We came to Dr. McNichol after working with another fertility specialist who was not the best with her interactions with us. Previous provider made us feel like we were bothering her and even clinic staff was so unwelcoming. Husband and I did not receive that type of treatment from Dr. McNichol and his team. We set an appointment up you can expect genuine, capable care. Nurse Ally and staff were very warm in their approach especially in interacting with couples/patients in a tough situation. Dr. Mcnichol and his staff helped us make our dream into a reality. We just welcomed our rainbow baby after years of unexplained fertility. Dr. McNichols staff were very prompt in responding to my question and they were very supportive. Thank you again Dr. Mcnichols and staff.
My and my husband’s fertility journey began in December 2018. After three transfers that did not lead to pregnancy, and many heartbreaks between two fertility clinics in two different states, we decided to pause. When we moved to central Florida three years later, we decided we would try “ONE MORE TIME”.Dr. McNichol and his team at Fertility Center of Orlando provided OUTSTANDING care. Being of ADVANCED MATERNAL AGE, a pregnancy would be considered HIGH RISK for me. Dr. McNichol was PROFESSIONAL and transparent as he provided open, HONEST information to us. His team was FRIENDLY and CARING to both of us, and we felt EMPOWERED, SUPPORTED and WELL-INFORMED in every step of the process. After one round of IVF at FCO, we had a successful transfer and I gave birth to our BABY BOY in the summer of 2023! We are so very GRATEFUL for answered prayers, and cannot say enough about our experience at Fertility Center of Orlando.

My husband and I wanted to conceive a second baby, and we had several drawbacks for that. We went to the Orlando fertility center. Thanks to the attention of the whole team, Dr. Mcnikol, and Dr. Carlos Luzena with whom I could directly treat my case, and perform the necessary diagnostic tests, we gave what was the best option to be able to conceive our longed-for baby. Today I have 36 weeks of pregnancy, I already have a date scheduled for cesarean section to receive the miracle of life in our arms. Thank you Dr. Carlos Luzena for guiding us throughout the process and giving us strength when we needed it. I faithfully recommend this center of attention. Ive been struggling with my fertility journey for a while and they helped a lot. Weve learned so much on just my first appointment, the doctor helped save months worth of time. I wish I had met this doctor years ago.
I wanted to get a little more detailed with our review because I was one that read through reviews after the consultation and I was like omg! Should we look elsewhere given that I read a couple of bad ones and was not sure how to move forward. But the whole team is amazing and we truly recommend them on your fertility journey. We actually worked with Carlos Lucena from the first consultation through the fertility testing and when I tell you this man is so geninue, so amazing, so caring, very very knowledgeable and he shows he truly care. He took his time to explain everything to us and made us feel so comfortable. When performing testing on me, he was very gentle and talked to me throughout the process. Especially the HSG testing because this one I was truly nervous for, but he was so gentle, I did not feel a thing. We love Carlos, he is truly such a sweet soul. Also the nurse Ally, she is amazing, sweet and gentle as well. Even for the HSG testing, as mentioned I was very nervous, but she spoke to me and even held my hand in the beginning portion as emotional support - love her for this. Kelly who is the front desk representative, always answered all my calls and questions. She called me back when she said she would, and she is so sweet and caring. Deidra is the office manager and we also did not experience anything bad with her. There were some financial questions we had and she gave us a call back on a Sunday to walk us through it. The next day we had to go in for a testing and while I was waiting for Ally to come into the lab room, Deidra, acknowledged me, said hello, shook my hand, asked if everything was OK, and if I needed any more clarification on anything. She was very approachable and was very kind. Dr. McNicol was the one who gave us our testing results, and he was genuine and very knowledgeable. He walked us through our results and his recommendations. Overall, we had a great experience, and the whole entire staff is wonderful, and they show they care for you and your partner. Thank you so much for everything. Because of your help, guidance, and support, we received the answers we were looking for and now know how to move forward. I am so glad we did not listen to the bad reviews and went through our experience and let me tell you, it was wonderful and you wont regret it! Thank you Fertility of Orlando!
This was one of the best fertility centers Ive ever been to. All of the locations in the Tampa Bay area are overpriced or do not have all of the testing that is here. I had to travel 3 hours one way but it was well worth it. Dr. McNichol did an excellent job explaining to my wife and I on all of the tests we did. He was very professional and if we ever needed anything else in the future well definitely return. Im very grateful for everything.

I had my first consultation at this office today. I have been a patient at another well known clinic in Orlando for about 1 year. When I tell you it was an amazing visit, that’s the least I can say. Dr.Mcnichols was so thorough. He explained so much that we didn’t know answered so many questions that we had. I left there with a peace of mind and not feeling lost. It is a bit more expensive than the other place but I feel like the commutation alone is worth it. I hope God uses him to help us achieve our baby dream.
I am moving to the orlando area soon and am so thankful to have found Dr. McNichol! We had our initial consultation over the phone since I’m not in town yet and it went extremely well! I really appreciated that he proactively sent medication to my current pharmacy to help stay ahead of things while my family and I prepare for our move to a new town. He takes his time explaining everything in detail and has great bedside manners. The clinic staff treat you like family. I most definitely recommend his clinic for anyone having issues getting pregnant.
I would 100% recommend Dr. McNichol. From our initial consultation until now (Im 9 weeks pregnant), Dr. McNichol and his whole staff have been wonderful. At our initial consultation he took plenty of time to hear about the unique details of our case, answering all of our questions, and assuring us that we were on the right track. He was personally in contact with us via phone call and email in the initial stages of the IVF process making sure everything was going smoothly. Once we got to the frozen transfer stage, we had several cancelled transfers due to my body just not cooperating. Dr. McNichol constantly reassured us, letting us know that it is so common for this process to take many tries before its successful. He was so patient, and helped us be patient as well. When something wasnt working, he would make minor adjustments to my protocol until finally we found something that worked! It has been a long journey, but totally worth it. When my husband and I are ready for baby #2 we will most certainly be back!
Dr. Mcnichol is awesome! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I came here with uncertainties about my wife, Ana Fields infertility issues but he was very reassuring. I have been trying to conceive for 4 Years, and I thought I had greater infertility issues but after a few tests I had done, Dr. Mcnichol told me I just had a vitamin deficiency which is causing my infertility issues and can be fixed with medication. Dr. McNichol and his staff are truly one of a kind. After a long and painful journey of infertility (one miscarriage and one ectopic pregnancy that ended in emergency surgery/tube removal), we decided to leave the large practice reproductive endocrinologist and go see Dr. McNichol instead.With deep understanding of the traumatic experiences of the past, Dr. McNichol truly helped us by taking us in right away if we had any concerns, gave us his personal number if we needed to call him directly, and took time to answer any questions we had. He answered questions with the latest scientific facts and statistics, drew pictures, and made things so very easy to understand. There were no surprises and he was very upfront and honest with us, which says a lot about his character and integrity.His office is decorated nicely, so warm and welcoming, and his office staff is friendly and accommodating. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The wait time was minimal, 15 minutes or less.Im happy to say that after many years, we are now expecting. We are so very blessed to have met Dr. McNichol and his staff. They are the best!!!

My husband and I are honestly blown out of the water by this office. We had a previous experience at a fertility center in Lake Mary that was lack luster and we just stopped going there.Im so glad we found this office and decided to go here. Dr McNichol and his team go above and beyond. Whether it be from answering questions or fully explaining certain processes, weve always left our appointments feeling more knowledgable and well cared for. He would answer questions thoroughly that previous doctors would not, and hed even draw us diagrams to further explain what he was talking about.Our first iui cycle was a success that unfortunately ended in a miscarriage, however, the office staff and doctor was very very compassionate with us. Dr McNichol sat with us and gave us words of encouragement after the loss.Our appointments have also always been very timely, in and out in the mornings so much so that Ive never had to inform my work that I had a morning appointment.The BIGGEST thing of all though: after hurricane Ian, my husband and I still showed up for our 7 am appointment, unsure if they would even be open. We pulled up to the building and saw all the power was out and assumed we would just have to postpone. We parked and realized Dr McNichol was there. He came up to us and asked what we were there for that day. He then went in to set up the backup generator temporarily so we could still have our appointment since we were already there. We were wowed as we were honestly ok with just skipping due to the circumstances.If all of that doesnt scream dedication and a care and love for his patients I dont know what else would! I will scream from the rooftops about this place and recommend everyone who needs care for infertility to go here!
Our first consultation appointment went very well. Dr. McNichol went over information very thoroughly. I look forward to the continuing journey. UPDATE: Dr. McNichol was awesome but the issue came up on when I had to go start testing and diagnostic. The office staff told me my insurance doesnt cover it yet covers my copay for appointment. They immediately advised me about the self pay. We found another fertility clinic in Lake Mary and my insurance covers testing and procedures just fine.

After going to one doctor and was failed, my husband and I reached out to Dr. McNichol and went for a consult. He spoke with us and gave us multiple options and what he thought would be best for us. From day one his staff was very pleasant to work with. Dr. McNichol called me personally with test result for everything that was performed. Every step of the way he was nice, compassionate, and understanding! The day he called us with positive results that I was pregnant was the best day ever! My husband and I now have twins and we are so thankful for the staff and Dr. McNichol!
I went through one round of IVF at this clinic. I chose this location because it was the only one in network with my insurance, UMR. The coverage that the insurance plan provides is very rich and this was the reason I decided to start the process. However, this clinic required $4,400 upfront if you are suing insurance, of which they said $1,700 was non refundable because of out of network charges. The remainder they would keep for anything the insurance didn’t cover. After completing the process, the insurance covered everything. The clinic is now not wanting to return the difference. Even my insurance company said it seemed like the company is trying to double dip, but charging them and then charging me directly and not running it through insurance. Dr. McNichol is kind and seems to care about his patients but the staff definitely does not. After taking the Valium the day of the transfer they insisted that we pay an additional $1,500 before they would transfer the embryo after they had already thawed it. We were shocked, especially since we didn’t owe anything additional but they were saying the genetic testing wouldn’t be covered so they wanted more money. This experience felt like a 3rd world country. I hope anyone reading this chooses a more reputable location.
Dr. McNichol and the entire staff go above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible. They were always available to answer any questions day or night even after office hours. After trying for years they were able to help us achieve our miracle. I Absolutely loved going to the Fertility Center of Orlando and all the people there!
Me and my wife went to Doctor McNichol last year in hopes of conceiving our second child. From the consultation appointment to the very end we have been so happy with this doctor. The process was quick and smooth and we were successful in getting pregnant via IUI. Although the office staff could work better on their communication skills we are thankful to have gone here.
We started our ivf journey June 14th and spent many hours praying about what center to use! God lead me 7 hours away from where I live to FOC!!! Every step of the way from booking the consultation appointment to the actual appointment everyone has been so so incredibly kind! Dr. McNichol is extremely intelligent and empathetic as well as his entire staff!! I experienced infant loss shortly before starting this journey so empathy and gentleness were super important to me! They have went above and beyond! I’m so thankful God lead us here and that we listened! We just had our first transfer so I’m excited to see how it turns out. Dr. McNichol is a phenomenal doctor! I started going to him after hearing great things about him from other patients. He has made himself available to me on weekends and after office hours to answer questions and ensure everything along the way is going smoothly. During office visits he takes his time to answer questions and have thorough conversations with you where Ive never felt rushed or left confused. Today was my first consultation with Dr. McNichol. I switched from a different office who treated me like a number. My experience with Dr. McNichol was so amazing. He was so sweet, informed my husband and I with everything we need to know. He made us feel like he really cared and was very honest with what we should do, etc. I’m so excited to move forward with this office. The office is also beautiful and the nurses were very kind.
Dr Nichols is amazing. I have finally found a doctor who is actually understanding my infertility journey. I went to two previous doctors , and my experience with them wasnt that good. As someone who is in the medical field and works with different doctors on a daily basis , I think that its worth to always try a doctor who is willing to help you succeed on your journey. Dr Nichols started me with the least invasive treatments to see how my body responded compared to one of my previous doctors who automatically offered me to have another surgery . Which I didnt want to , when I questioned him he said because my insurance will pay for the surgery not treatments . If anyone out there is looking for an infertility doctor, I strongly recommend doctor Nichols . In addition the entire staff was amazing, and answered all my questions and concerns. Im confident that everything will be okay 😌.
This is a SHADY practice! I was told to pay upfront for a test and they will reimburse me upon insurance approval. It’s been several months and several emails later and they still have not submitted it to my insurance company. I should’ve known better than to trust this shady practice! Don’t pay for services, have them bill it to your insurance company first, otherwise they will never submit it to insurance.
This is absolutely the best physicians office that I have ever been to. From my very first appointment 6 yrs ago, my experience here has been wonderful. Every staff member within the practice has been friendly and compassionate. I have never felt like a number. Dr. McNichol and his staff are always supportive and there to answer questions. During stressful or difficult times, it is comforting to have a supportive team behind you who are rooting for your success. I wouldnt trust anyone else with something so important.
Ive been a patient for about 5 months now and I have to say Dr.McNichol is the sweetest person I have ever met. Hes super kind and easy to talk to. He understood my urgency to conceive and we created a plan from day 1. This staff is amazing. Everyone there is very friendly. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get a call back. On more than one occasion Ive had to call in and leave multiple messages for a call back to go over test results or if I needed to speak with the dr about something. Aside from those issues I am glad that I chose Fertility center of Orlando.
This is the most tackiest out dated clinic that I have ever wasted my time with.They charge you for releasing your OWN medical records to you and it is not a guarantee that every detail of information will be in your file or yet alone provided for you. It’s $1 a page and not including imaging.They DO NOT HAVE secure email in this establishment so no emailing your records to you which most UPDATED clinics has that. They only allow the traditional old school way by going in for pick up or mailing it to your physical address and that’s just the RELEASE FORM! Your info will take up to 7-15 business days to be GIVEN to you.These people only care about money money money. They think they have high standard, but in actuality it is very below basic standards! No empathy, not a care in their hearts NADA, nothing!!They have NO SHAME! They also change management and a complete new staff (they are no better from previous staff trust me) so they don’t even know anything about prior clients yet alone anything about any follow up appointments. All they will do is reply to your reviews online, but that will never means nothing anyways because they do no resolve or change there disgusting rules.They will not reach out to you, you will have to do the WORK!I wouldn’t recommend a soul on this earth to come and get any treatment here yet alone a consultation.
Dr McNichol gave us hope after years of treatment elsewhere. We now have our double rainbow baby because of him.Keep in mind, I would have rated 5 stars because of the quality of care, advanced knowledge, caring demeanor, professionalism, and overall experience even if I had not gotten pregnant. He’s an amazing doctor and his staff is impeccable and caring... but he can’t get everyone pregnant. I do know that he will exhaust all easier avenues before suggesting invasive procedures. I can’t wait to try to conceive baby no.3 under his care!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about how I have been treated as a patient at FCO. Dr. McNichol is a wonderful doctor who is great at explaining his plans for your treatment and why he believes it is best for you. He is also open to talking to his patients about what they want for their treatment and receptive to any questions/concern. All of the nurses are amazing as well and so kind. I have had such a positive experience and I feel very confident that we will be able to build our family under their care.

The fertility center is the best place I’ve been to for fertility, I Googled best fertility clinics an this office popped up I read reviews so I decided to give it a chance an I’m so glad I did ,The office staff is amazing they are friendly,loving, an caring an they will do whatever it takes to make u feel comfortable they call u to remind u of your appointment an let u know everything you will need for before u arrive. Dr McNichol was Awesome Not only was he on time he also took his time to explain everything step by step, An after finishing my procedure he wanted to make sure I did I follow up by setting another appointment which I had already had an appointment. I drove from Gainesville Florida which was a 2 hour drive an it was all worth it, I’m excited about moving forward with this fertility center.
We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and professionalism from Dr McNichol and his staff. Everyone was very warm and encouraging. All the staff members knew us by name and made us feel very comfortable. The best part is Dr McNichol was with us at every visit making sure we our needs and concerns were being met. He is very knowledgeable and tailored our treatment plans based on our own data. All procedures were done in the office and definitely felt our privacy was respected. We went to a previous doctor in Tampa, and that doctor was cold and uncommunicative regarding our questions and we were unsuccessful with him as well. With Dr. McNichol not only were all our questions and concerns taken care of, but we were successful in becoming pregnant. He and his staff are patient and very caring. If you will be using this clinic please please please keep records of everything you spend money on because they are the definition of money hungry! Dr. McNichols wonderful very informative, educated me and my spouse on what treatment would help us conceive. BUT THE STAFF!!!!!! OMG from the office manager Deidre who is his wife, to the billing department, to the front desk girl Isabel all HORRIBLE. They refused to bill my insurance for my first visit claiming that my insurance didnt cover anything. I was told I had pay a large amount of money for the diagnostic treatments that I needed, so I paid and they in turn decided they were going to bill my insurance who in fact paid for my visits that they made me pay out of pocket for.I didnt find out until when I started receiving the claims information in the mail, so when I attempted to get a refund back the office manager Deidre first claimed that I didnt have a credit and that I needed to bring proof showing that in fact my insurance paid for my diagnostic testing. She wouldnt even allow me to talk to the billing department while I was in the building. I had to leave call the front desk to be transferred to billing for Isabel the front desk girl to lie to me and tell me the billing the department was close and I needed to call back, It has been 4 months and I still can not get the money I am owed. Ive had the front desk girl try to read off medical information to me like she was licensed to do that, Ive had the office manager Deidre corner me in one of there rooms not once but twice claiming that I needed to make additional payments because they are having issues with my insurance claims (the same insurance that she told me wouldnt cover anything but yet still was paying for my visits), and the two times that I was able to talk to latoya in billing she basically gave me the run around about why she couldnt refund me back my money.Oh and lets not forget Deidre all time favorite lie/excuses why no one knows what the hell they doing in that office sorry we just hired new staffing I have been going to that office since APRIL and to this day I have only seen ONE new face, so if she tells you that take it as a grain of salt. Now I call today trying to get my refund, first I was transferred to the billing department told to leave a voicemail but you cant because their voicemail box is FULL, call back and now the billing department is close for the day on a MONDAY MORNING at 9AM. Once again Im being lied to by Deidres little pet the lovely Isabel the front desk girl. If you come to this clinic expecting quality service your setting yourself up for failure. If you want a doctor that knows his stuff and will be honest with you Dr. McNichols is your guy but everything else at that place is questionable. Ive been a nurse for 10 yrs and never have I ever experience such foolery at any doctors office.
I have never enjoyed more going to a doctors office on the regular. The office staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. Dr Mcnichol took the time to thoroughly explain the fertility process with both my husband and I and has taken the time to answer any questions that I have each visit. He also goes out of his way every step of the way. Calling me on a weekend with results, helping find the cheapest solutions, and coming in on a weekend. Ive never meet a more compassionate understanding and experienced doctor.You can really tell that the entire staff really cares for you and just wants to help you anyway that they can through every step. This is my first time using a fertility doctor and I was initially terrified because I was not sure what to expect. But I have enjoyed my experience and most important it has given me hope that I can eventually conceive. I honestly feel so lucky that I found this office and highly recommend.

We understand that this is just the beginning but Dr. McNichol and his entire staff were amazing and professional. Dr. McNichol took the time to call Labcorp on our behalf to get clarification on some previous test result. He answered all 100 of our questions and did not make us feel rushed at all. :) Dr. McNichol is very informative and knowledgeable which is such a breath of fresh air considering our journey thus far.The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and sweet. The staff who did my vitals and blood work were all professional and lovely. Great team!I HIGHLY recommend Dr. McNichol and his staff. He is definitely worth the 1.5-2 hour drive from Tampa area. Researched this office about a few months ago. I’m a big review reader as recommendation but sometimes reviewers are not as honest as they should be. ( I get it, frustration & anger can bring out the worst in people) However, this was my experience: The doctor was knowledgeable, definitely knew his stuff, no complaints there. Was there a long wait? Absolutely what office doesn’t. The staff? Very kind, always greeted me, never had an attitude. My first IUI I am now pregnant with my second child bc the doctor listened to what was best for me in my journey along with his great skills in detecting the best Ovulation time. That was my MO from the start, the long wait was all worth it. Everyone at the office was very nice and professional. During my consultation with Dr. McNichol he explained everything to me. I am a cash paying patient and lives 1 hour 30 min out so he made sure everything that he was going to do was necessary for my situation. I would recommend this office he really cares about you, your situation and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I have hope that I will beat infertility.
We LOVE Dr. McNichols and his staff. He has seen us at the beginning of all 3 of our pregnancies and we couldnt be more pleased with his services. We have 2 healthy and energetic boys and this week we will find out whether our newest addition will be another boy or a baby girl! Thank you so much for everything! Do not recommend. I had a bad experience with this office. The receptionist was always nice, but its a challenge to get in communication with people there at the office. I remember getting blood tests done, and having to constantly call their office in order to get the results. After getting test done there the office did a bad job of contacting me with results. If you dont call their office constantly you wont get your results.I also had issues with with billing. My insurance company communicated that they would cover the cost of my treatment plan there, but that there were issues with the codes the doctors office used. As a novice when it comes to insurance I called Fertility Center of Orlando multiple times in order to speak with Deidra (the office manager) she never returned my calls. Even when I went to the office for appointments she was never available to meet.They were always available to bill me, but she was never available to meet or talk to me about questions I had about my insurance.I spent thousands of dollars there and never got the answers I needed. It got to a point where I was emotionally exhausted and tired of waiting for someone to call me back, so I decided to find another fertility clinic in Orlando.When I contacted Fertility Center of Orlando to release my records to the new clinic I was told I just needed to complete and turn in a release form. I was never told about any money that had to be paid.The Fertility Center of Orlando actually returned my call this time after I completed my release form, to inform me that they couldnt fax over the records because I had to pay 21 dollars to get the records released.All throughout my treatment plan and even after my treatment plan when I was trying to leave Fertility Center of Orlando has always been about the money. It was a very emotional, expensive, and frustrating experience!!!
I cannot understand how/why this page has such av great rating BECAUSE my experience was so unprofessional PRE and POST visit. Im going to keep it short but give enough info for the next person to possibly look for a better provider when it comes to fertility treatment. If youre looking for a place just to get shots to help fertility then they may be helpful.When I went, there were ppl walking in the room while Im spread eagle on exam table. UNCOMFORTABLE. I was left in the hallway waiting for next step after getting dressed. DR office was full of employees when he called me to the door and gave me the next steps. No PRIVACY once again. I mentioned a common supplement that I had read about that helps with egg production. He said, Oh yes, that too. I couldnt help but think about all the other potential info that was being left out. There was no follow up at ALL. Logged into portal, no documents AT ALL. One thing they did well was TAKE PAYMENT. Make sure this place offers exactly what you require ans up to your standards.
Dr. McNichol is one of the best, if not the best doctor my wife and I have interacted with. He performs all of the basic tests prior to starting treatment to ensure the right course of action is being taken. He very thoroughly explains everything and you never feel rushed when you are with him. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been working with Dr. McNichol since 2013. He is a highly competent, skilled and compassionate physician. He has successfully performed surgery and other medical procedures on me several times and has always given me referrals to the best specialists in Orlando to address some complex medical concerns. He is honest and direct in his responses to my questions and is very open to discussing all options and allowing the patient to make informed decisions. In addition, the nurses and staff are also very kind and caring. I said to myself I planned to leave a review after every appointment, so i can go back and read my reviews later in life lol. what can i say about Dr McNichol, hes great!! i was super nervous about my procedure and the nurse( Stephanie, shes great too) went and got him for me so we could talk again before the procedure started. he assured me he would take great care of me and he did. Ive been to big named fertility specialist (CRM) and i didnt feel as nearly as comfortable. they show compassion here and dont treat you like a paying number. Having worked with one of the larger clinics in Orlando previously, Fertility Center of Orlando was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is clearly very invested in the outcomes of your procedures. Theyre obviously very passionate about what they do. Another large clinic we went to previously had a window of time theyd give you where they might call you. If you missed that call, then you just didnt get to talk to someone that day. At Fertility Center of Orlando, Dr. McNichol gave us his cell phone number and we could actually text message him when we had a question. Ive never met another doctor who provides that level of support to you. Going through these procedures can be stressful and overwhelming. The entire staff here supports you through each step of the way and makes the process so much more enjoyable.
Doctor McNichol is the best Doctor ever. Hes caring, patient, and wise. May God bless his heart. He Will tell you exactly what is going and bring a solution so you could get result. Dr McNichol has been nothing but amazing! After a few hiccups with appointment scheduling, I am so glad to have found him after recently moving to Orlando. He has listened and went above and beyond for us due to my complicated situation. We have been ttc now for 6 years, and had no answers until seeing his office. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help or answers. Every penny spent has been worth it so far. Crossing our fingers we will add a new family member somehow!
I came to this office after reading amazing reviews. I have to say my first visit was disappointing. I waited almost an hour to be seen. My consultation was fine with Dr he is very nice and knowledgeable. Right after that I went into a different room to discuss the finances and the office manager came in and didnt know anything at all about me. There was no communication between her and the assistant who was in the consult taking notes just a few minutes prior. I had to go over everything that what was discussed and she had to pull the girl who took notes back in the room to verify. Today I called and spoke to a nurse to discuss some things and there were notes in there from my last visit stating there were certain tests to be done which I declined and dr OKd. So not even the notes were right. This is an important decision in my life and I already feel like I am losing trust in this office. The staff is very friendly. But they are so unorganized.
I can not say enough about this doctor and his entire staff. They have been very accommodating, compassionate and the bonus is I am pregnant! It has been very hard for me to find an obgyn office now to handle to rest of my pregnancy because my expectations are set so high by this office. I can not thank Dr.McNichol enough.

After my experience with CRM, I called Dr. McNichol’s office where everything just felt “right”. The entire team is phenomenal! Just so supportive, and positive in helping create the dream of parenthood become reality. The entire time my case seemed to be on the rare side of normal cases where I needed extra attention at odd hours. Dr. McNichol provided us with his cellphone number to stay in touch with my symptoms and be sure I received the best care possible. IVF Nurse Nikki is incredible!! She ran through every step and worked with my work schedule including caring for me alongside Dr. McNichol. I had my 3 year old at the time with me during every appointment and Nikki and Francy were always sure to help entertain him so I could get the full attention I needed from the Doctor. Everyone here has been like a family to us! We are beyond Blessed of finding Fertility Center of Orlando.After trying to conceive for 12 years, we found FCO online and called to schedule an appointment, they were an hour away from us (without traffic) so we decided not to do it. Then hubby was still wanting to give it a try, and from the consultation with Dr. McNichol until today (released) they have been a blessing to us. My husband and I could not be happier with Dr. McNichol and his ENTIRE staff! After being placed on clomid for 5 months by my OBGYN and it not working and due to my age was referred to a fertility clinic which was NOT the Fertility Center of Orlando. When I called to make an appointment, the lady was so rude and nasty to me that there was no way I would ever want to trust this process to them. My husband an I had driven passed the Fertility Clinic of Orlando many times so I decided to read some reviews and after hearing all the wonderful things women had to say, I gave them a call. From the welcoming voice on the phone I knew it was going to be different.We were very nervous during our consultation, not knowing what to expect but left that day so hopeful in starting our family. Dr. McNichol took his time showing us diagrams and broke down the different steps to where we could fully understand what would come next. He wanted to collect as much data on us to determine what steps we needed to take, starting with blood work, my husband getting tested and checking my tubes. The simple blood work showed certain levels were off that needed to be corrected before we could go any farther. Dr. McNichol does not just throw meds at the problem without getting all the data first, which really blew me away from any other doctor I have ever been to.The process is not a fast, simple one but I can tell you that you want a team that is on your side cheering you on the whole way. I am happy to announce that we got pregnant on the first egg I ever made through IUI and have just graduated! It was an emotional roll coaster and sad to say goodbye but each staff member played a huge roll in helping us create our family and we will forever be grateful!If you are looking for a building full of cheerleaders to help you on this journey, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else then The Fertility Clinic of Orlando!

Dr. McNichol and his staff are great! I was diagnosed with PCOS by my gynecologist and referred to a couple of different fertility centers. However, Dr. McNichol was the only one that made me feel like I was having a doctor appointment and not being given a sales pitch. It wasnt an easy, my body didnt respond the way it was expected to, but Dr. McNichol called me personally to give me test results, on nights and weekends, spending as much time on the phone as I needed and encouraged us to stick to the plan, ultimately saving us so much money by not jumping to IVF too quickly. Took almost a year, but I am 15 months pregnant with our first and I saved his voicemail from when he called to congratulate us because it was so sweet. We cant thank Dr. McNichol enough.
Dr. McNicols and the entire staff at Fertility Center of Orlando have been fantastic through our journey to become parents, again! We got pregnant in our first round of IVF, at another office, and unfortunately lost our son in the first week of the second trimester. We were terrified to try again but all we pray for is the gift of a child of our own. We found Dr. McNichols online and after our first visit with him we knew he was the right person to help us on our journey. I have ultra low AMH, with a poor prognosis of success and Dr. McNichols has been so comforting every step of the way. Our retrieval successfully gave us two healthy embryos and now were waiting to see what God has in store for us. We know that Dr. McNichols and his team did everything they could to get us to a healthy pregnancy! We loved the personal attention we received from everyone in the office, specially Dr. McNichols himself. The previous office we worked with was much different and we didnt see the actual doctor except for during the retrieval and transfer. Dr. McNichols promised to be present for as many of our monitoring appointments and he kept that promise through the whole thing. He even called to share updates with us through the cycle. We highly recommend Fertility Center of Orlando!!

Dr. McNichol is very comforting and easy to talk to. He is very knowledge and professional with the IVF processes.(The best in my opinion) His staff and him make the journey easy and pain free. After the first IVF Doctor I was convinced I would never do the procedure. Then I cam across Dr. McNichol online and after our first appointment and talking to him I changed my mind and was excited about doing it. Now my wife is pregnant with twins. He crosses all his Ts and dots all the Is. He makes sure everything is right and puts you in the best position to be successful. This is something I really appreciated. Words cant express how pleased and happy we are with Dr. Mchichol and his staff.

The front desk receptionist should be fired! She was very rude, disrespectful and people like that should not be working for a fertility clinic . The Dr Was excellent and so was the rest of the staff I’m currently pregnant! The 2 stars are mainly for the bad experience with the front desk ! It’s costly but I’m happy !

He listens to your concerns and works with you to determine the best option for your situation. My first transfer was a success and I owe it all to Dr. McNichol and his caring staff. Dr. McNichol is very diligent and patient with you and your concerns. He takes his time answers all your questions. He will call you at home to check up on you, depending we’re you are in the process. He takes the time to drawl you pictures to explain the unknown as needed. The office is very professional and quick to take care of your needs by phone or by email.
Worst experience ever!!! I’m embarrassed and hurt how this office and the Dr treated me. Lead me on to believe they can treat me to only tell me my BMI is to high and I have to lose over 100 + pounds to be seen. Not plus size friendly. They only care about your money. Please don’t waste your time and money in this office. The Dr isn’t nice anyways and he is very awkward and doesn’t explain anything. Or maybe it was just with me because he’s fat phobic.
We had high hopes for Dr. McNichols office. Based off the good reviews, we gave his office a shot. He is very nice but thats not all that matters here. From day 1, there has been nothing but frustration. His office staff cant figure out scheduling or billing. There was an issue every.single.time we went there. I would be told to come in on a specific day so a certain person would be there to process my labs or administer iv therapy....low and behold..that person wouldnt be there when I was told they would be. After making an hour long drive, I would have to have someone else do it..meaning i wouldnt get my results when promised or at one point I had to have dr. Mcnichol help someone who had never administered iv therapy before,perform it on me for the first time. It made me very uncomfortable. I even made a trip all the way up for the iv therapy, only to be told that they were out of iv bags. Are you kidding me?? You couldnt have told me that before my appointment?? They acted like it was no big deal and rescheduled me. Very very disorganized office. Although I did get pregnant (from femara alone)..I will not be back. Other than the initial consultation, there wasnt a single time that I left their office not frustrated beyond belief. We even addressed these concerns with the doctor at one point because it was too much and he played it off as new staff...but they werent all new. And you should be training your staff..not throwing them to the wolves to make you look terrible. They dont wear masks all the time or properly which made me nervous as well. I would have the nurse in my face,placing an iv with no mask on..they wear it like its an accessory..not like they are trying to keep you and themselves safe.

He was patient, kind and did everything in his power to help us. During our consultation he laid out the best path to a HEALTHY pregnancy and explained everything in a manner that we could understand. His office was excellent about communication after every test and we always felt like we were more than just a patient number. We now have a beautiful baby boy and were using Dr. McNichol to try for a second child! Dr. McNichol is always hopeful throughout the process but gives you real expectations--for me this was a plus as I wanted the optimism but didnt want to be set up for a possible disappointment. I have been to various fertility facilities for treatment but of them all , fertility center of Orlando was the only one I felt comfortable and open to express my concerns. The doctor was professionally elaborate and carefully gave recommendations that align with his patients options. It is easy to get access to the place but mostly when i get inside there , I totally like what I see: neatly and nicely organized and very customer_oriented .I will recommend it to anyone looking for a place for great care and service.

Im so frustrated, mad, sad. They play with my time like nothing. Keep rescheduling my appointments not taking into consideration I have a job. Last appointment after almost 3 weeks they couldnt find my results oh and they call me 3 time to reschedule in one day. I called and requested to speak to the office manager and never received a call back. My last appointment it was just to tell me by the doctor he didnt have time to explain the results he luckily found, well actually just one out of 3 after 2 weeks of my appointment being schedule he didnt have the results probably misplaced and he dare to asked me what they said to me when the procedure was done...and the few he had he was to busy to review them with us. But they charge me that day just to see his face.But still I paid just to hear that. This is a place where you suppose to fill calm, hopeful and that they support you through this infertility painful journey. I regret the day I went and spent so much money just to received nothing back.

I would definitely recommended seeing Dr. McNichol and his staff at the Fertility Center of Orlando. They were so helpful to us, my husband and I felt so comfortable and trusting with them. We are currently expecting and almost feel sad to be leaving them. (Bittersweet). They have a way of making you feel at home here and we couldn’t have asked for better.
I want to start by saying that this is one of the best fertility centers me and my wife have been at. Dr. McNichol is an amazing doctor and his success in this business certainly shows experience. He is extremely patient, understanding, and caring. His staff is also very professional well trained and courteous. We are in the IVF process with Dr. McNichol amd thus far very satisfied with everything. We highly recommend him and his staff.
I have been so worried about having to go to a Fertility Doctor since I was 18 and diagnosed with PCOS. I finally decided that I may need some medical advice and went to Fertility Center of Orlando for a consultation. The RN took so much time explaining everything to me and giving me a stack of papers that had information and diagrams to understand what I could potentially be up against, the tests that would tell me what might be wrong and what numbers they would be looking for, etc. I had a question that she even said she would verify with the doctor and she called me back within 25 minutes with his feedback.The whole staff has been incredibly kind, taking the extra time when needed to answer my questions and make sure I know what I am getting into — if you have to go to someone, this is the group to have on your side. I’m still going down this path but I know I chose the right doctor to help me do it!
Bring a lot of time and patience because they will make you wait.They also charge you first before any consultation, treatment, or analysis.Also, they had me come back for a follow up to discuss analysis results. After waiting a full hour, all they did was take my vitals (probably so they can justify charging $30 for the visit), and give me a printout. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL!
Excellent Service. The young lady on the front desk ( forgot her name) was so nice and made me so comfortable at my first visit. I usually live in Illinois and see FCI ( Fertility Centre of Illinois). Since I was travelling for business purposes and it was required to see my follicle size and baseline bloodwork at certain time of my cycle, so I booked my appointment with Fertility Center of Orlando. They did everything perfectly - provided test results within required time period. I must thanks to the lady who checked the insurance coverage - She was soo friendly and very professional and cleared my all doubts so patiently. Overall, my experience was amazing!! People must visit there. God bless you guys
My wife and I had been trying for a baby for about a year before seeing Dr. Mcnichol, but because of our ages (27 and 28), other places wouldn’t even see us. When we first walked in, we felt welcomed. We ran a number of tests and were told that the only way to have a child was through IVF due to some health issues that we were unaware of. As devastating as the news was, Dr. Mcnichol assured us that they would do everything they can to help us. After about a year and a half, we attempted our first cycle and we are now expecting a child. Through injections, surgeries, blood tests and numerous meds, the support from The Fertility Center of Orlando team has been unrivaled and genuinely appreciated. I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a beautiful gift. There isn’t a single token of appreciation that can come close to matching what they have done for us. Joanne, Yani, Nicky, Becca, Dr. Mcnichol, and everyone else I’m forgetting about, thank you, from the absolute bottom of my heart.
Dr. Milton comes across sloppy but very honest. He is not the cleanest but very receptive. You need to document everything with his staff as they are very undisciplined. If they tell you the cost of any lab work or procedure upfront make sure you document it. We ended up paying twice, to the lab and their office since the staff were dishonest. Do your homework before you spend any money here.
Dr. McNichol is amazing. We had previously done an IVF process with another clinic and at the end of the process we realized that they were only interested in money.Dr.McNichol explain to us everything step by step with patience and interest, even he is trying to make our dream como true without so many medications, looking for the best procedure adjustable to your pocket. I recommend the clinic to every woman how is trying to become a mom.
Dr. McNichol and his staff are wonderful. I travel often for work and they have always made accommodations to fit me into their schedule. I never wait long and the doctor is usually right on time with appointments.
One of the things I really appreciated was that they understand how critical things like getting results can be. We were so please that the doctor called us themselves and left a message in the evening. It was clearly after hours but they made the time to get us the results. Even better the very next morning he called me back and explained my results, answered questions and offered me solutions. There are a lot of doctors in town but when you find one that understands the human connection, that’s a keeper.

I had high hopes for this practice, but was concerned from my first visit. The woman at the desk didnt even ask for my ID or insurance before billing me. I had to ask HER if she needed them. There were other warning signs along the way - disorganization and lack of communication - but I stuck with them. Then my post testing consultation. I went in ready to try IUI, but Dr. McNichol told me not to bother and passed me off to someone else to discuss IVF. They left me in a room and said theyd be back. I sat for 20 min. before getting frustrated and walking out. The office was COMPLETELY EMPTY. They forgot they still had a patient and they all left! I saw 1 staff member, outside, at the dumpster. I dont think Ive ever been so upset. Their website claims that they focus on YOU, but I never felt that here. I was definitely left feeling very insignificant, and wont be back.

If there was ZERO STAR, that would be my choice. If you know whats good for you, run away from this place as fast as you can. There is so much fraud, theft and bluffs going on at Fertility Center of Orlando, my wife and I wonder why this clinic is not already under investigation. My wifes IVF cycle was canceled by Dr. McNichol after he gave us so much hope and assurance, it all turned out to be lies and more lie and more bluffs. My wife and I requested our deposit back the same day the cycle was canceled and we keep getting the runaround. After weeks of disappointment, frustration, anger and going through what feels like a battle, we still dont have our money back. They blame the refund situation on the insurance. ***If you dont have other choices besides this clinic, make sure you pray hard before going there and be aware. But if you do have other choices, consider them first because that might save you from the headaches and frustrations my wife and I are going through with them.
My family is forever grateful to Dr. Mcnichol and his staff. Dr. Mcnichol is the perfect doctor! Everyone there is caring, friendly, professional and lots of patiences !! Fertility center of Orlando gave my family hope. We welcomed our first son Zechariah July 2017.
I’m sitting in Dr.McNichole’s waiting room and I am so excited. This is my first round of iui. Most women come and see a fertility specialist to start a family with their significant other, I have as well, only I am doing it alone. I am a single 36yr old woman, finding myself without a male counterpart to start a family with and my biological clock has been getting louder each year. I made an important decision two years ago to go at it alone and it was the best and biggest decision of my life.The first fertility clinic I called was Fertility Center of Orlando. Like most of you that are starting this process, I’m sure, like me you have a hundred questions you want answered. To my astonishment when I called and was bombarding the receptionist with my questions Dr. McNichole’s took my phone call and answered most of my questions. This was when I knew he was the right doctor for me, no matter that I traveled an hour each way through Orlando traffic to get to the office. Dr. McNichole’s and his staff have been welcoming, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Dr. McNichole’s was forth coming and honest with my fertility status and did not give false hope but was encouraging nonetheless.As I said at the beginning, today is my first day of iui and regardless of my outcome today my review would 100% be the same. While I hope that I have a positive outcome with this round I am prepared to spend another month trying to reach my goal and I know that with Dr. McNichole’s by my side I can achieve them.
Its been a long ride for us and we get to the finish line with Dr. Milton Mcnichol and his staff!!! Dr. Milton was very kind, patient and attentive to answer every “little” question that we have. The staff were very supportive and kind too!! I highly recommend! We’re so happy now!

The staff and Dr.M were very nice and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the first visit especially because he seemed very proactive. The reason for the 3 stars is because I made it very clear that communication to me is very important and the follow up process between the patent and Dr is essential to me. Unfortunately, there was opportunity in that area on the Doctors part.
This place is UNPROFESSIONAL! Receptionists are rude. Doctor is too busy to properly speak to his cash paying customers. They keep telling my husband and I, to set appointments for any - little questions we have. Mind you, each consultation (visit) is over $200. Staff hangs up when you have questions to be answered and is rude. Were cash paying customers, no insurance. I expect to be treated with the utmost respect. This is the first office weve visited and with the way things are going, I know theres way better out there, even if its more costly.
Dr. McNichole is a wonderful doctor I have ever seen. Him and his staffs are very caring. They know what they are doing there. May the good Lord bless him and his staffs.
This place is dated and has a bit of a creepy vibe to it. I had to stay on top of them for my test results. Then, when getting blood work, I had to call them weekly for the results as well. Only to find out they had gotten them alot sooner, and somehow, the results were inconclusive, and they wanted to charge me again for another round of blood work that they messed up and never communicated if I hadnt hounded them. Please look for other facilities or if youre OK with a dirty, mediocore experience with child birth or having a child... go for it.
I was charged a $96 fee just to receive the results of the testing I had ahead paid for…. it took 5 minutes for an NP to read the results and they called it a “consultation”. I work in hospital based medicine as a clinician myself, and that’s no consult. Please revise your billing policies, that is unethical. I reached out to practice manager and asked for a return call with no response.

My husband went here and had all his testing done. My personal ivf center where my Dr is requested my husbands medical records. I called them 3 weeks ago and they told me they were faxing over the medical records and never did. This caused a cycle delay to move forward. And when youre dealing with this and you are over 35 every month counts.Furthermore, my husband waited over a week to get results back on his test, we were told they wouldbe ready within a day. After calling and leaving multiple messages over different days (very hard to reach someone who can help) we finally got a call back where my husband had to drive almost 3 hours and nothing happened there that couldnt have happened virtually saving a day of work from being used. I had previously asked if they could do virtual appointments as we live so far and they said they did.When they asked my husband to drive up to talk to Dr for the results we then got excited thinking something is happening so he took the day off just to be told sorry i dont have anything to help. The office knew how far we were as I had expressed that concern previously. And again, when you are going thru this you have to miss a lot of work to make this happen so I felt disappointed at how inconsiderate this was. Especially if the news is there is nothing we can do then dont waste a whole day to tell us. Just a call is fine.If you are looking for a place that makes sure they understand how important time is, this is not where you are looking for. 😔
Dr. McNichol and his staff are amazing! They are so kind, helpful, and understanding. They have made dealing with a difficult situation much easier. I highly recommend them to everyone needing help with fertility.
I read review on the doctor and I was happy with the reviews. I send an appointment request online, I was impressed the doctor called me personally on a Sunday. He gathered my information and I was happy with what my options are. The day of my appointment I was happy with what he was telling me, he made me feel comfortable. On my second visit my lab work was lost. I was kind of upset since I drive 1 hour for my appointment. On my next appointment I had a HSG performed and I found out my tubes are blocked. The doctor gave me options on what can be done to get them unblocked. He left it up to me to make the decision. I reached out to his staff to proceed with the procedure and I never got a call back. I called a second time and she told me she haven’t got to it and definitely will contact me when she do so. That was in June, it’s now August going on September I never got a call from his office. I did in June request my medical file to see another doctor in my area. Today was my appointment. As the doctor goes off the notes the notes are inaccurate. He noted things he could have not know because no blood work, ultrasound or hsg was perform during my initial visit. On the medical note Dr. Mcnichol put I had diminished ovarian reserve 1-2 on each ovaries. I explained to the new doctor that can’t be right because according to blood test that’s not what he told me. So the doctor decided to take a transvaginal ultrasound since I was on day 6. I had 6 eggs on my right ovaries and he could only see 2 on my left because my left ovaries is too deep. I am upset because I have to spend money that I have already spend just to see what my options are. I am paying out of my pocket.
Worst experience of my life. I came here about 2 years ago. The doctor is careless and showed little compassion. I call him Dr Nickel because that’s about as much as he’s worth. The receptionist was rude, incompetent, and repeatedly billed us incorrectly. When I complained to the doctor, he defended her and then I had an HSG scheduled. The procedure was traumatic to say the least. And guess who he brought in the room to ... watch... yes watch my HSG be performed. The receptionist that seemed to have a personal issue with me came in and stood by him as he poorly performed the HSG. I don’t even think he did it correctly. Save yourself the trauma and frustration. Go anywhere else.
Great Drs and staff. They made us feel very comfortable and always made themselves available to talk with us and answer any questions with very detailed information. 100 percent recommend them.
This fertility center is absolutely amazing. The doctor came in on a Saturday Morning to get my IUI done. He has answered all my questions, down to the very last detail. My husband and I have had a wonder experience here and we couldn’t be happier with the doctor and the staff! I would recommend this office to anyone trying to start their family! 🙏🤞🏻
Don’t waist your time with this clinicWe was ready to work with them very excited to start the protocol for IVF with the doctor ,until that day to bring the money , we supposed to bring 8k cash at first and they call one day before maybe we can bring 2k more , my husband was in shock he didn’t understand the point so anyway we came to the clinic and the wife of the doctor was very rude when we stat to ask for what we paying and how is working everything, she didn’t like why we put so many questions and she start to be very nervous frustrated, and call someone else to talk with me and my husband and she was there in the room ignoring us like we don’t exist, so all the conversation was thrown away to that person to speak directly with us, that was unbelievable, and before to start the IVF doctor find out i have a fibroid so off course we supposed to remove and I accepted, but the anesthesia for my body was just local and very painful and we pay 3k , all the technical stuff are very old, and the employers don’t have finish the medical college or university, just some courses back in Brazil or Mexic wherever from where they coming from, they have broke EnglishWe spent more than 4 year with a small hope but the attitude of the customer service every time make us to stop the processVery bad experience run how much you can because they see just money in us
