I just recently got introduced to acupuncture and it has been life changing. Monika is knowledgeable and is a master of her craft. I have seen great of improvement in my wellness and feel very relaxed during and after each session. I look forward to my weekly sessions and highly recommend coming here. I had never had acupuncture before this. I had a horrible strained muscle in my neck that I couldn’t get out and my wife recommended I come to her acupuncture person. I honestly didn’t think I was gonna like this as much as I did. It did take a couple of sessions once I got through them all of my pain had gone away and I’m feeling much much better not only on my neck, but also my back and shoulders. I would absolutely recommend!

After several sessions, I have noticed a vast improvement with my lower back pain and overall energy thanks to the ozone treatment as well. The sliding cups experience was by far the most effective treatment as Dr. O knew that I could eventually do this treatment with enough sessions ahead. I decided to try acupuncture when I went to my chiropractor for an adjustment. Never done it before . The treatments Ive received are relaxing and helpful. I dont take medication unless absolutely necessary, I dont like taking aspirin. I will recommend her to my friends if they want a more holistic care. I enjoy my visit it helps me to relax.
