AFC Urgent Care New Bedford

Staff was great!! However the waiting room has a lot to be desired… I actually went and waited in my car because it was gross. The chairs need replacing!! Floors sweptMaybe some housekeeping throughout the day to keep up with sanitary needs.Definitely would recommend!! The NP was awesome…staff was friendly and wait was not bad at all.. very efficient!!

The staff is always polite, thoroughly detailed and as timely as they can be. Any testing they can provide, it gets done. Somehow my child’s pediatrician that is well established in this city for decades NEVER has time for him , especially when it’s most urgent but his place has never turned us away or left him waiting desperately long periods of time suffering. Nor for myself either, not during Covid or now. I don’t know what the toll is on the staff to meet these amazing marks but I thank them tremendously and hope they pat themselves on the back and know they are appreciated.

I just left this place at like 7:40 pm. And the lady who took my vitals was so nice. 💕 The doctor with the beard was also very hospitable. Ive also never been corrected so nicely in my life h*ll yeah. 🎉💕 And he reassured me to extra points for that he seemed genuine to like he cared about his job. And after i left the lady at the front desk was so polite. thank youuuu. 🌸❤️

I arrived on time and they took me within five minutes of my time did not have to wait long at all from first entering. Place was very clean. Everyone at reception desk was very friendly and not too forward or anything. The medical assistant took my vitals and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor was extremely friendly, and helped me out and answered all questions. Some of the other clinics should learn from this clinic on how to treat patients and how it run. thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

I chose this location because of the reviews. Other urgent care centers had 2 and 3 starts and negative comments. Easy to schedule and check the status of your visit via text, easy check in. Place was clean. I was checked in and seen promptly. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, down to earth, and kind. All of that is needed when you dont feel good!! From the front desk to the nurse and the doctor, all were great!

This place was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helping. I was in and out, prescriptions sent in all within about 35 minutes. They even called me today (the day after I saw them) and checked in seeing if I was feeling any better. I have never had any doctor or office do that. 10 out of 10 would recommend for anyone. Thank you all for taking your patients so seriously. 10 stars. ⭐️

When I walked in there was two girls at the desk helping me register and and they honestly were so sweet and so helpful to everybody.. they didnt make you feel funny that you were having a hard time registering... they were patient absolutely super kind and I couldnt help but notice that ...it honestly makes me want to go to this urgent Care over any other lol...

Very quick and efficient. Everyone was nice and polite. They cared enough to listen. I love their simple enrollment process as well. VA nurse recommended them (since VA New Bedford clinic doesnt have a walk-in and were quite curt in their front desk response to my walk-in inquiry, polar opposite of AFC Urgent Care who were quite welcoming) and Im appreciative of that.

This was my first time bringing my daughter to this urgent care because I was unaware that they can take children. I didnt want to go to southcoast in dartmouth because we spent 3 hours in the car once when my daughter had a 102 fever it was a horrible experience. Coming to AFC we checked in prior to coming in they alerted us 15 mins prior to appointment and whike we got stuck in traffic they responded to my message through text which was amazing how fast an efficient they were. Once we arrived the receptionist was so kind to us and we waited in the waiting room for not even 5 mintues before we were called in. We were brought into a room by an amazing MA who was so kind and sweet to my daughter and even though she had to get covid and flu tested this MA made my daughter feel so comfortable she didnt cry after get swabed 3 times. The MD was also very professional and kind to me and my child. I definitely give this urgent care 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back in the future I was very happy with the services provided to us. Thank You AFC for an amazing experience during my daughters sickness its very much appreciated ❤️

So great all around. Check in and then get your place in line. If its a long wait you can sit in your car and they will call you when its close. Danielle explained everything very thoroughly.

Went in for my toddler. Called ahead to see how long the wait was. The woman on the phone was super nice, telling me that I could either make an appointment online or I could walk in. If I walked in, I would have a few people ahead of us, but it should be quick. Unfortunately they cant give exact wait times, which is understandable but she was very nice and professional on the phone. When I did go in, I was checked in at the front desk by the receptionist and then taken back quickly by the medical staff (wait times will be different every day). Both women were great and professional, and the inpatient coder gave my child a freeze pop, which was thoughtful. When the doctor came, he looked at my childs issue, knew exactly what was wrong, and my child was diagnosed and was given a prescription. I was made to feel heard, and my worries were validated. Thankfully, nothing serious was wrong. I was in and out quickly with great service. The staff gets 5 stars!As for my 4 STAR RATING-The waiting room furniture was horrible. All different kinds of colors with rips and holes in a lot of the chairs. It also looks very bleak, which most doctors offices do, but you could hang an inspirational poster or two. So basically, freshening up the chairs and making the waiting room feel more welcoming would be my only recommendation.

Everyone there was very nice, and I didnt have to wait long to be seen. But there wasnt much they could do about the pain in my leg, other than recommend I go to the emergency room at the hospital. I left there feeling like they dont have the equipment or the staff to do much to treat most people and so just tell you they cant help you and bill your insurance company to collect money without really helping most of the people who go there. It seems kind of like a scam, and Im not likely to go back.

AFC New Bedford MA Thursday 2pm for employment drug screen, busy place with children, adults waiting. Took face mask given the environment. Waited 30 min. Staff really busy hurried & still poite respectful.Great location near Market Basket Taco Bell. Plenty of parking.Even though you may be sick miserable you will have a Happy with experience.

Danielle is absolutely amazing! She is passionate and truly cares about her patients. Every time I go there for either my kids or myself we are in and out but our needs are always met ! I recommend AFC - New Bedford to all my family/friends

Worst care ever. Provider would not help, provide pain relief, and was a very rude judge mental woman, who called me names.Two thumbs down! This place doesnt even care about their patients!Provider had such an attitude and wanted an argument so I had to walk out: no documentation provided; no standard of care.

I recently took my son over to AFC New Bedford after work and couldnt be more pleased with our experience. The gentleman at the reception desk was very kind, patient, and helpful. After completing the registration and check-in process we waited maybe 5 minutes before being seen. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. The nurse was friendly and efficient. The doctor came in NO LIE less than 5 minutes after the nurse did! He was amazing listening to my son as he spoke to him directly (which I know made my son feel important) and listened to his answers. Of course I would chirp in too add details or specifics here and there lol! Over all I cant say enough good things about this walk-in urgent care center. It is clean, the staff are kind, respectful, and caring, they get you in and out without delay, all while giving amazing care and attention to what brought you in. This definitely was not the first time Ive been here. Everytime I do I am just reminding of why AFC New Bedford is my first choice when needing to be seen by a doctor either after hours for my primary or not extreme enough for the ER. Thank you to everyone at AFC New Bedford you guys are amazing and appreciated.

I came in to bring my two year old for spider bites and waited for over an hour while they called in people who came in after us to be seen. After going up to the front desk to see what the issue was I was informed that he was still trying to verify our insurance, so because of his incompetence my child and I had to continue to wait. Mind you we have active military insurance and I have never had a problem at any other urgent care. Do not come here if you’re expecting to get timely care.

Ive received prompt care here on several occasions. Danielle and Tammy are a great team; theyre good listeners and make you feel like your needs are being met. I truly appreciate the care I received.

Great company. Although the wait is long sometimes the doctors make it worth the while. The doctor took the time to listen to my needs and helped. Danielle is a great doctor. Down to earth. Patient and a great listener ! Went in for a tooth ache and left with meds to help me till I could get to the dentist.

Clinical staff that I saw were great and did their best under the circumstances. I called the day before to ask if urgent care could address my medical issue and was told they could. So I booked an appointment and when I was seen I was told they couldn’t help me. So I’m back to looking for a doctor and everyone I called was either not taking new patients or could see me in October. My condition is painful so it’s a long time to wait for something that could be addressed in one appointment and is routine This is where medicine is at these days.

Very nice experience, I was walk in patient and the wait is little longer than I expected. My advice is to remold the seats at waiting area and get more tablets to check in service ! Other than that I am grateful for all the professionals that work in that location

This was the quickest urgent care appointment.I have ever been through. Staff was excellent. They got me in and out in record time, while also giving me the care and time needed for my emergency. What a great experience.

I arrived after 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and they closed at 5:00. There were 6 people in front of me and somehow I was out by 5:15! The staff was friendly, the doctor was amazing and kind and I was diagnosed almost immediately with something different than I had diagnosed myself with on Google- ha ha! I highly recommend.

I would have given it a 5 star review if the place was clean and presentable. The bathrooms were dirty and the furniture in the waiting room were beyond wear and tear. However, I was seen quickly, sign in process was quick and the staff was friendly.

I was seen by two individuals. A woman who took my vitals, performed my vision test, and ran me through a short survey. I think Im in love with her. The examiner was professional and pleasant as well.

I received kind, fast and efficient care, including a promised follow up call with the additional medications the healthcare provider informed me she would prescribe me for precautionary reasons when my x-ray results came in. The x rays were healthy but the team wanted to be proactive and rule out any possible complications due to not implementing a thorough care plan. I loved that!What I appreciated most about AFC was how easy it was to book an appointment asap, while Southcoast had exorbitant wait times and zero ability to book an appointment immediately for the next day.When I am unwell the last thing I want to do is rot in a waiting room with other potentially unwell people.Thank you AFC for awesome scheduling capabilities.

This is best run urgent care in the area. The reception Staff all the way to the doctors that treated me were extremely professional and kind. They were well organized, and I highly recommend their services.

Made an appointment online the same day, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Super fast, nice and professional. Quick and to the point. The only thing is I’m not sure what it costs with my insurance, I guess that’s on me but it’s hard to understand all the insurance fine print.

A++ care. Today was my first visit there and they were great. The receptionist was quick, helpful and kind. The MA ( I think her name was Meghan) was kind, caring and does her job well. The doctor came in and assessed me and had me on my way quickly. AFC is the perfect example of what healthcare should be.

I went in with a Pencillin reaction. The staff from front desk to the back were kind and so helpful. The MA who took my information and the health care provider who saw me were very thorough. He went into a great explanation of why the Penicillin was causing a rash and vomiting. He listened to my concerns and I appreciated that. Great staff. I will use this Urgent Care if needed again.

Love it here! From the registration to the rooming to the actual appointment with the provider , the experience is great! Everyone is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The registration online is extremely easy, which facilitates the overall experience. Definitely recommend and will go back for if needed.

AFC was a fantastic experience. I used their walk-in services. Check-in was easy. Staff were kind and helpful and made me feel heard.

I made an appointment to get an xray of an injury to my foot. The website alludes to them being able to provide the service onsite, which is a lie. They got of the xray machine but not the signs at the facility saying they provide services nor is the website updated. I had to go to a nearby hospital the next day to have the actual xray performed. This is at best willfully misleading of patients and at worst fraudulent behavior. I would avoid like the plague. The urgent care in Fairhaven is a much better alternative

The staff was very friendly and fast. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful I ran into a problem and rather then sending me on my way she took the time to get me threw it and get the things that I needed for my dot physical. She was great!

They were very quick and made experience as comfortable as they could. I was probably there for about 30 -45 min in total and had everything I needed to go home and get better

The attending medical person, Danielle, was very nice and professional. She removed the contact lens that I could not. I was in excruciating pain and now I am pain free.

The nurse Practitioner that I saw, Danielle, hopefully I spelt her name correctly, was extrodernary. She fixed my problem better than my primary doctor. She was attentive and listened to me. She made sure to answer all my questions and told me I could come back and see her if I had any more issues or questions. I got into see them quicker than an er and with better care. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and answered all my questions. The provider was great couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I did online check in and registration which save time, I was in and out in less than hour.

Brought my dad in on Sunday was seen right away and referred to st lukes for xray. Got results in about an hour and a half later. Great service.

We were seen in a timely fashion and Danielle was very helpful in helping us get to the bottom of my son’s symptoms. Everyone showed great consideration in our care at the facility.

I took my son here after an injury because they say they do X-rays. They do not! After waiting to see the PA I was sent to the hospital to get the images. Only go here if you need no services. They do not have what they say they do.More time wasted.

I never leave reviews but this visit definitely stood out to me. Had a very positive experience there with my 5year old. Staff were kind, attentive and caring. From the secretary to the MA and the physician all were amazing. The secretary and MA gave her a snack, and the physican spoke directly to her allowing her to feel seen & heard. We are visiting the area for the weekend and brought our son in who hasn’t been feeling well. We didn’t wait at all, he was seen immediately by the nurse and doctor, diagnosed with strep and we were out the door in under a half hour. It was not until I had explained my issue and paid my $45 copay that I was told by the dr. that they could not help me because I needed a CAT scan and they did not have the imaging equipment. Rip off. Will never go back or refer anyone.

Unfortunately, I needed help on a Sunday, and the wait was 3 hours. While I was displeased with the wait, I understood that it was a Sunday and everyone was understaffed. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Dillion. He listened to me. He had an upbeat attitude and was compassionate and attentive! Great experience!

I have been here several times with my and my 4 other family members. Always a great experience. Dr Busby, the nurses, and front desk are always such a pleasure to deal with. I’m so happy when I go there and I see Dr. Busby is still there! Besides the actual pediatrician I don’t bring my girls anywhere else but here. These are my three girls and we have been coming here since the oldest was nine.

Went here for UTI symptoms was in and out in under an hour! Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and they had me provide my sample while I was waiting.

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. I arrived at 8am of a Saturday, and no waiting line at all. It is a great idea to have medical clinic in the neighborhood where you can walk with convenience! I can’t give 5 stars due to their poor hygiene and poor dressing code of service provider. I saw dry blood strains on the floor under the patient bed corner. The service provider walked in with his shirt taken off and tied to his waist I thought he was a plumber walking into the room by mistake!

I think when you’re dealing with elderly and we tell you how many times we go to this particular pharmacy and gave you the phone number that they should really follow through. My time at this facility was about 1/2 hr. The doctor was great. Listened to me and offered suggestions for my back pain. 5 stars for today 1/13/24Went today 3/3/24 for a toothache. Was in and out. Place is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Best urgent care around this area by far. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

Went here when it was busy but wait time was pretty good in and out within an about hour. Staff was wonderful, super professional and kind. I really felt like they listened to what I was saying and they gave appropriate recommendations that I hadn’t received previously. Overall, great experience would go back if need be.

Front desk was very helpful and willing to assist with a smile. Very efficient, wait time was quick to be seen, Medication was sent right away to the pharmacy. I would go back again for sure to be honest I was hesitant at first because we was not in the system so processing was a little overwhelming but the young lady up front assisted us very well.

Was able to make an appointment through their online booking with ease and was able to be seen after work approx 345-4pm on a monday. The front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful while checking me in. I waited maybe 15min to be called in, the nurse who took my vitals was personable and efficient. Once the doctor came In (another 5-10min) he had me in and out in no time and was very pleasant and informative. My script was ready to pick up by the time i got to the pharmacy. Thank you to the hard working staff here!

I made an online Same Day appointment. Every other urgent care was booked until the next day. I was sent a text message to register my information. I got to the New Bedford location, and paid my co-pay. I was met by the MA who took me to my exam room, checked my vitals, and asked me about my medical history. I was tested for strep, flu, and COVID. The doctor came in and checked my lungs, breathing, and heart. The doctor was very personal and attentive. Overall great experience. PS, I was negative on all 3 tests….

Super nice people. Unfortunately it was a holiday when I visited so they didnt have the staff on site to be able to accommodate my medical needs. Waiting to see what I was charged for my vitals to be taken before I can leave an accurate review. I will re-evaluate the stars given at that time.

Had an okay first experience however, I had to be poked three different time because there A1C machine wasnt working. Overall it was an okay first experience. I got there early, checked in and I was the first one called, there staff were excellent and professional.

The staff over at AFC New Bedford was top notch and made for a very pleasant experience. I brought my son in today(8/24) after he complained of an earache. Being new to the area, I was skeptical but Naomi was courteous and very knowledgable when checking us in and helping resolve insurance issues. She took the time to call the carriers, which saved me from having to pay out-of-pocket. The nurse and physician assistant were also great with my son, making him feel comfortable throughout the examination. All of this happened in less than an hour - Amazing. Hopefully we won’t need urgent care anytime soon, but if we do, we know exactly where to go.Thanks again,Val

Couldn’t get there until about 7pm so the staff wanted to go home (understandably) The nurses were absolutely phenomenal, kind, quick, and thorough. The (male) physician couldn’t really be bothered & simply told my teen daughter to go see her primary. Didn’t give much of an answer. Listened to her lungs. Did a chest X-ray. And said nothing else. (You could tell he just wanted to leave, again understandable to a point)

Friendly people feel like medical treatment was goog, but the wait was extremely long for the number of patients that were there.

All of the staff members were friendly and professional. This was my first time there, Makenna and her team were fast and efficient at getting me what I needed as quickly as possible. I left happy and satisfied in my choice to utilize AFC urgent care.

I went in got there at about noon on a Saturday. There were 6 people ahead of me when I got there and my appt was technically scheduled for 2:15p but I was seen about 1 pm. I was able to sign in using my phone by uploading all my information including my insurance info right from my phone which was something I hadn’t seen before.The person who brought me in and took my vitals was very nice. She asked me details about my health, meds I take and my health history. She was kind and compassionate.Once the PA came in he was thorough but very timely. I explained my history with asthma and my symptoms and what I had been taking over the counter. I told him what meds have worked for me before when I have been sick like this and he agreed. He also was able to put in a prescription inhaler I wasn’t able to get an appt to get from my primary care as I could not get an appointment for a few months. He was very nice and diagnosed me with bronchitis very quickly (which I knew I had). I got a text from my pharmacy about five minutes later after he left my room with the prescriptions he put in.What a wonderful experience I had even though I felt terrible. I give this urgent care a 5/5 for it being the Saturday before Christmas. I will definitely be going there again when I can’t get in to see my primary care!Overall if you are sick and it’s Saturday or even a week day put your trust in AFC urgent care as they care about their patients and are very thorough but timely.

Ruth Rivera is an excellent staff member always so kind and helpful. PA-C Eric Busby was super helpful and quick to give me my diagnosis today. Gave me the treatment I needed for my illness.

I’ll give 2 stars because the front desk and nurses were extremely friendly and outgoing. I went yesterday morning and The women who treated me was telling me about a bad review she received about her from another person. She proceeded to only have me unwrap the wound tapped the gauze on it a few times didn’t clean it just wrapped it back up and sent me to Saint Luke’s for X-rays because there’s was closed and they weren’t not even open at all…. Receptionist was awesome very nice sweet girl when the doctor came he made eye contact and then turned his face look towards the window and then at the paperwork while he was talking to me he never faced me and thensaid he didnt have to look at my throat that I seem like a healthy woman so there was no need to check Im sure I have strep throat it came out negative but I had hot soup right before I went I dont understand why he didnt look at the white spots on my tonsils for some reason that hospital being in that area can consume a lot of people doesnt matter who you are I felt like he was high because he never made eye contact

Went to AFC Urgent Care today for chest pain after falling into a piece of furniture yesterday. The woman who checked me in was extremely patient and kind considering I was nervous and falling over my words. The medical assistant who took my vitals was also very kind and accommodating of my obvious anxious state. The provider was sure to go over an explanation of my chest pain with me and reassure me it was most likely not a broken bone, and also made sure my lungs sounded okay. Overall a very quick and pleasant process, definitely one of the best I’ve had at urgent cares! Even just the explanation of the pain after he examined was very very helpful. I did not use online booking, and it really only took about 10 minutes for me to be seen and that included the time it took for me to be checked in.

I brought my son there for posion ivy they were very good they saw him right way and gave him medicine to clear it up

The wait time is a bit longer then I would prefer.Seems like they could use some more doctors.But every time I go here the staff are lovely and helpful and are definitely doing everything they can to keep our community healthy.Keep those doors open and those broken ppl mended!Go with Love in your hearts and a door will always open before you!

I honestly did not really have too many complaints. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and polite, as well as the medical assistants and doctor. It did take an hour or so to be seen, which is typically normal in an urgent care. I came in because I was having pretty moderate cold symptoms. I did not have much of an issue at all until a couple weeks later, I had noticed that they billed me $175 out of no where. Not in any point in time did ANYONE tell me that I was going to be charged that amount for just being SEEN! No procedures were done and I was not even prescribed anything. I was not warned at all, I was just asked to put a card on file for them, so I did. I was not aware at all I would be charged, especially since I have health insurance! It was absurd. I immediately called and asked why I was billed, and they had told me I would be refunded, still unaware of what I was even charged for in the first place.

Ashley Stack is hands down the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered at a walk-in. She cares about her patients needs, and has a sense of urgency that is NEEDED (and wanted) for urgent care. She patiently walked and elderly couple through their medical records and explained each topic with great detail for them to understand. Proceeded to offer cold water, and made sure TV was on and patients were comfortable. Ashley Stack is a very kind soul.

Overall, the urgent care clinic exceeded my expectations. It provided top-notch medical care in a friendly and efficient manner. Ashley at the front desk was extremely helpful and super nice. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt and professional healthcare.

I visited AFC today with concerns of a broken hip ,I was greeted with professionalism and staff that were eager to find what was going on, very polite and time efficient! This is my fourth or fifth time visiting this clinic and every visit is equally pleasant! I highly recommend AFC urgent care to anyone in need! You won’t be disappointed!

Very, nice, caring people. My only objection would be that I paid money only to be told they couldnt do much for me. If you are in need of serious prescription pain pills, they cant give them to you at urgent care. Be warned.

This urgent care was useless. I wasted my time to find out they couldn’t even help me. The doctor was not helpful. He did not examine me to figure out what could be wrong with me. He basically said he had no idea what was wrong with me and that there was nothing he could do. I was very displeased that he didn’t even try. And in addition, the receptionist should have informed me from the moment I checked in that this urgent care was only able to do limited services. They couldn’t do most of the services they offer, listed on their website. I was shocked. I basically waited for 60 minutes only to be seen for 60 seconds. I was very disappointed! And they better not charge me for doing nothing for me.

Front staff was great. Medical staff was awful. They do not care about you at all and will use Covid for everything. Went in with the worst cough I’ve ever had and told them I already took a Covid test so I didn’t need another one. They took one anyway, came back negative just like the first one then all they did was send me home!! No recommendations for what to do about my cough or anything else. Will NEVER be going back.

Waited over an hour just to be seen by a nurse. Who tried to take my blood pressure, the machine broke. So she took 20-30 minutes just to return to the room where the equipment was present (she said she had to grab stuff). I was tested 3 different times. Only to be tested for strep again. Just to be given an antibiotic, with no diagnosis and to be told I might have to stop taking the full dose because they didnt know what was going on other than something is going on in there as they looked at my infected tonsils. Im convinced you can get better medical attention from your local homeless man.

My experience was terrific. I went in to have an ear blockage addressed. Madison the tech was attentive and described the issue to the doctor perfectly. He told me she would conduct the Rwandan removal. She described every step and made certain I was comfortable. After the procedure was ove, the doctor checked it. I knew something was different. He gave me instruction on what to expect and a follow through if I was still concerned.When I went to my car and the music began, I heard one of my speakers that I couldn’t hear for some time.Success!I’m grateful.

Actually it was the first time taking my son, he is disabled. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was amazing helped me with the whole registration process and the medical assistant was awesome also took his vitals and as soon as the doctor saw him he was transfered to our local hospital..overallTime and professionalismDedication and compassion I sensed as a mom..Will definitely talk to others of my visitHighly recommend 👌

Terrible service by the Alcohol and Drug test technician. I was the only person in the office for a test at the time and it still took over a half hour to be seen. Said tech, stated that she was with another client yet she roamed about the office four times and even on her personal phone and no one came out the side of the office that she was located. When finally called I was I upset and it was shown on my face said tech stated that she remembered me from my last visit to which once again took a lot longer than it should’ve. I felt that she purposely took her time to get to me for retaliation. I asked at the front desk how long was the wait, I was told it shouldn’t be long because I was the only one there for a drug test and that I don’t need to be seen by a physician. If it wasn’t for my company mandating me to take it at this facility I definitely wouldn’t refer this location for its testing.

This is the best urgent care we’ve ever visited! Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and efficient. Having an assigned time and being able to leave for a little while and then come back is fantastic! The facility is clean and bright. This location will be our “go to” whenever we need urgent care!

Clean, friendly and most importantly FAST; no paperwork to fill out (they text you a link so you can do it on your phone) — upon completion it tells you how many people are ahead of you and a tough rough estimate of how long.. mine said 2 hrs; but I was in and out in 45mins. Staff was friendly, kind, and courteous. DR who saw me was pleasant and knowledgeable. I’ve worked @ 2 difficult local walk-ins (Tru Med in Fall River and Tristan Medical Center in Taunton) and this place blew them outta the park; waiting rooms were clean, spaced out seating with a giant smart tv. Exam room also extremely clean. My bf goes to the Lakeville one a lot, and it’s always at a MINIMUM 2.5 hrs.

Staff was extremely friendly. I didn’t have an appointment for my dot exam and they took me right in and got that and a drug test done right away! Was in and out within an hour!

Brought my son in for some kind of virus. He had a rash, fever and horrible congestion. They didn’t look at his ear or listen to lungs. Turns out he has double ear infections.That is protocol so here we are 3 days later wondering why his fever hasn’t broke, at another urgent care.They were very kind and gentle with him, but routine is important.

Terrible!!! Communication between the front desk and those working in the back is awful, no consideration for people or their time. I waited 1 hr and 47 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes for a simple urine sample. They only had one nurse working for the entire space on a Saturday yet continued taking walk ins and people that were SUPER LATE for their appts. Only gave one star because I have to

Very professional and clean office. The receptionist Ruth was amazing, very caring and helpful. The doctor was also great and informative. I was seen quickly and had an X-Ray done right in the same office. I will definitely go back there again if I need urgent care.

The doctors, nurses and staff are always helpful and friendly! Just stinks with everyone being short staffed…. Sometimes You have to wait hours to been.It’s hit or miss with this urgent care. Sometimes I’m in and out with in a hour but this time I had to wait a hour past my given time of appointment and then had to wait another 2 hours until I was seen by the doctor. Like I said, all staff was extremely nice but I was very sick this time andI was waiting with my infant( not a good combo)

This has become my go-to urgent care center. The staff is always friendly and the wait times minimal. If there is a longer wait, they have a virtual waiting room to reduce the amount of time you have to sit in the physical waiting room. Dr. Busby is always amazing.

This place was convenient and quick. The receptionist was very caring, understanding and helpful beyond the expectations of her duties. The doctor connected and made me feel safe and assisted me in a timely fashion. If I need assistance again this would be the 1st place I would go!!
