I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Rosa during my phlebotomy session. Her professionalism and skill were immediately evident. She made the process smooth and virtually painless. Ms. Rosa was gentle, thorough, and put me at ease throughout the entire procedure. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and her warm, caring demeanor. If you need a phlebotomy service, I highly recommend Ms. Rosa. She did an outstanding job!

Super easy and convenient place to get testing done. I have used their services twice, and both times were great. Anna is so patient when drawing blood and comforted me when I was feeling faint afterward. She really cares about the patients who come in and will make sure you are taken care of.

Just left the New Braunfels location and Anna was not only helpful and professional, but she was friendly, kind and and by the time I left the lab I felt like I had known her for years. We talked about all kinds of things and laughed and joked and I had FUN giving blood…..WHATTTT?!?! The lab is clean and warm and I will only be going back to this lab in the future when I need lab work done. And I hope Ms. Anna is there because she is seriously amazing!!!

This location was easy to find. I went in on Saturday morning and there was no wait. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Anna was very sweet and pleasant.

Been doing a lot of testing lately. This place is an expensive ripp-off. Their excuse is they are a private lab. Additional charges after they tell you everything is Ok. Nice people not nice business. Stay away!!

Can’t rate the facility itself. No one was even there. I stopped by to get some bloodwork and they are closed. Web, FB and door say they are open from 8am- 6pm. That probably needs an adjustment!
