My experience from start to finish with Dr. Levey was exceptional! I would recommend him to any of my close friends and family.His staff was very professional and friendly. I had a laparoscopic myoectomy and let me sum it up in one word, seamless! Minimal scarring & pain. I went to several Doctors prior to finding Dr. Levey and he was the only one that had the confidence that is needed when choosing to go with a doctor.He was thorough but down to the point, didnt over complicate the surgery (and this is coming from a very nervous patient). Im so glad I chose him for my surgery - if you are looking for professionalism and a great outcome, Dr. Levey is your answer.Thank you Dr. Levey & Staff! 👍🏼👍🏼

Went to Dr. Levey as a second opinion on a possible emergency surgery. He was thorough, informative, and fast-acting. I got into surgery within 4 hours and feel much better already in spite of post-op pain. Im so happy I found him. I knew right away he was the right doctor for my case.

Dr Levey is AWESOME! He has a dont worry, I got you attitude which I find comforting. He acts like a real guy and not a stuffed shirt doctor. Due to fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, severe pain and bleeding he removed my uterus, cervix, tubes and some pelvic nerves. Operation went smooth and his follow up, care and concern were amazing. I think he is the coolest guy and a hell of a doctor and surgeon. He spent a huge amount of time with me before surgery, at all appointments and after surgery. I have had MANY surgeries and this hysterectomy was one of the easiest. Love, love, love him!!!

If i could leave 0 Stars i would...My surgery was LAST AUGUST (2017) robotic assisted endometriosis removal. Dr. Levey knew I had a UTI from my pre-op appointment & never prescribed medicine. He told me while I was being prepped to go under, saying that the medicine would be ready immediately for pick up afterwards. He then operated on me WITH AN INFECTION. While in recovery, he left the hospital without signing discharge papers. The hospital staff was beyond angry claiming that he never works with anyone else and he is the only one who can sign these papers. Hours later, they finally got his cell number and found him. My prescription for the UTI was NEVER PRESCRIBED. After 3 days & multiple phone calls, a prescription was prescribed but it was for more pain killers and not an infection. FINALLY I was given meds. Dr. Levey DID NOT PERFORM MY POST-OP APPOINTMENT. I was sent to a new doctor by him at Maiden Lane. The pain and complications that followed were extreme. I spent every week going to see this doctor and being told my pain is because of a UTI. Every week from August to October I was back in their office being told the same thing. I ended up back in the hospital after a visit in October. 1 year later I am still dealing with chronic pain. I have yet to regain my full quality of life pre-surgery.In April 2018, I received a bill. I was under the impression (per emails and conversations with the Maiden Lane billing department) that I completed payments in the fall. I am now being charged an additional $500 for a doctor he claims was assisting him. A doctor I have never heard of. If this doctor existed & truly helped in the surgery, the hospital would have been able to have them fill out my discharge papers.THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER SPECIALISTS IN THE CITY. DO NOT GO HERE.

DR. Levey is one of the greatest he did my surgery and discharged me the same day i was able to walk around ,i drove after 5 days. I have no regrets going to him i did research on the internet and found him he is very gentle and listen to all your problems ,very helpful staff ,i will recommend any one to visit him .i will surely and happily keep him as my GYN Doctor.

I would give zero if I could. Do not go here. There are many other insurance accepting specialist within 30 min on the train - go there. I cannot stress this enough. You DO NOT MATTER.You will wait months to get in. You will be playacted. You will be given a prescription that WORKS - but you cant get it refilled even if you have refills ON FILE. Ever. Doesnt matter if you call 2 weeks, one week in advance. This MAIDEN LANE conglomerate does not give a flying frack about you. You dont matter. The MEDICAL PORTAL to send requests goes unanswered. The messages sent internally go unanswered. The MANAGER is utterly useless and helpless....And Dr Levey is the WORST. He loves billing, and he loves vaginal plastic surgery. But if you have pain, and you want help, go elsewhere.This is as close to corporate evil as you can get.I have Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I manage it well through physical therapy but due to my scoliosis my transverse peritoneal is tight.They have not helped me, they did the first 2 months with valium suppositories and then left me in the ditch. I didnt matter, to Dr Levey or to the conglomerate that is MAIDEN LANE.Nor will you. Google other providers. Shame on this practice and shame on Dr Levey

I have had an incredibly terrible experience with this office! I called to make an appointment and was rescheduled + cancelled on 4 different occasions. The staff did not accommodate me for the cancellations, since any new appointment made, got cancelled as well. The constant excuse for cancellations is because doctors suddenly became busy and that there is nothing further that can be done. And it was an issue across multiple doctors not just one, that they would suddenly become busy and wouldnt be in that day (dr blanton and dr levy). I felt very disrespected on 4 separate occasions. I WOULD NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS OFFICE! This is not a way to run a business or treat patients. This office will only waste your time (constantly putting you on hold and cancelling on you).

I would give zero reviews if I could. My gyno who I do like referred me to him (same practice) for my endometriosis and adenomyosis. He was awful. Awful on first visit. Followed up on my own for a second visit because the pain was worse after the medication - it was a tele visit the second time. Totally distracted. Blew me off and my concerns. Didn’t care about my pain or my new conditions. Didn’t have my files pulled up. Called in a prescription with the completely wrong first name. I emailed him again through the portal as the symptoms grew worse. He accused me of yelling at him. So then I finally did yell at him. Unprofessional. Only in it for money. Billing is a joke. Send you to PT to waste your time. He talks in circles. Hands down the worst medical experience of my life during one of the most painful times in my life. He should be ashamed of himself. A Dr takes an oath. He can’t even get your name or diagnosis or treatment plan right. He’s a mess. Stay away. Far far far away!!!!!I am now responding the the Drs response below.Not only did I not do any of the below, but as you can see the Dr JUST relayed personal I formation about a “proposed” mental illness”, thereby releasing potential medical information about me to the public — how sad. This is after I was sent medication to the wrong person, and after for weeks I complained about severe pain that now has caused a potential loss which I am dealing with alone without a doctor from the practice. How shameful of him. How dare you discuss psychiatric illness of a patient when you are not specialized in that practice nor are you legally allowed to discuss medical history of your patients. Are you that dumb? Are you that cruel? Shame on you?! Threatening your life? What are you talking about? Your career? That’s on you!!!!In addition, I never threatened your life - that is slanderous and libelous. Shameful as I deal with a potential life threatening situation. And only Dr. P could have shared any of this with you. You just went on GOOGLE and tried to share private medical history?!?! After blocking me from my medical records? You are a sick sick sick human and if I were a doctor I might say you have some issues. But being the compassionate and empathetic person I am, I would never judge you on that. How dare you even suggest what you did. Not only does it paint me as a liar but it paints the mentally ill as people who should not visit the doctors office when they are ill, because doctors like you will write them off. Everything I stayed, was not far off from other reviews sir!Adding on:The doctor has now deleted previous comments knowing they break doctor / patient confidentiality as well as other laws. But don’t you worry my friends in the disabled world. Whether it be a mental, physical or other disability I will fight for you. We all deserve medical care. Doctors might be “disgusted” by us or putt off by us or don’t want to “deal” with the burden of the extra time, but we deserve care just as much as any one else. Even someone with anxiety might find it extremely difficult to find a doctor, make an appointment and show up. Not everyone will understand that, and that’s ok. I do. And many other do too. I am here for you and I know that it is NOT OK to be written off. To be “dismissed” as I was, no. To be left to start the process all over again because of one doctors ego ... sad. The mental health community deserves better than this doctor. As I mentioned, He has since deleted his horrendous comments about mental health patients and what I perceived as their inability to be treated because they can’t act like others. This is a sad day, but it is not the end. I am lucky enough to know this and I will fight the good fight. If any of you out there suffer for anxiety, depression, etc. know that you are NOT alone. This is one bad apple. I will find the right one for us. Xo

Please dont go to this man he removed my fibroids 10years ago and I have never been able to conceive after...I have 2 children after his surgery NOT ONE PREGNANCY! AND HE GETS ANNOYED WHEN YOU ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS

Everyone from reception to Dr. Levey were great! They were warm, thorough, and answered every and any question I had. I highly recommend!
