A.Joy Health was so helpful on the phone before I made my appointment for bloodwork. Everyone I spoke to from the person on phone to the nurse who was drawing my blood was friendly & welcoming. The office space was clean, and decorated differently than your average doctors office. I felt as ease and calm! It was a very pleasant experience! I’m glad I came here.

I had an excellent experience at the fingerprinting office. The young lady ( my apologies she told her name I forgot )was incredibly professional and made the process quick and easy. She was helpful and answered all my questions with patience. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of fingerprinting services!

Not a good recent experience for fieldprint appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 5:20pm and I was there before time but the lady took one of the woman who was late for her appointment. Very disappointed for this kind of procedure! Why do you want to take a person who was late for her appointment before the actual person waiting who is already scheduled and available at that time! Please improve your rules and regulations.

The staff is polite and efficient, today I had Alan who was thorough and explained the other services. I was early for my fingerprinting and there was no concerns, less than 6 minutes I was heading out the door. They have me in and out and the communication is seemless and smooth. I will be back.
