Had a kind of emergency issue this morning. Called and told my problem and Courtney fit me in right away. Liz at the front desk was very nice. Ive never had a problem at this clinic. Will meet my new physician next month

Very helpful and friendly staff! Quick to receive services, but the waiting rooms are comfortable and accommodating had I needed to wait. Above and beyond willingness to assist however possible. Blood work done on-site, not long to receive results delivered over the phone after permission and verification.

I recommend Tan-healthcare & Mrs Bianca Woolridge. It was my first time seeing her & she made me feel comfortable & confident in explaining my health & history. She took time to get to know me & ask all the important questions about my medicine & medical .. She was very informative & she did an excellent job finding out what would be right for me ..

This place here gets on my nerves I call to have my appointment rescheduled because of an emergency came up and they gave me another one for 3 weeks out after already waiting a whole month to get the appointment. Something needs to be down about these long drawn out appointments they give.

I dont usually leave a bad review, but this place was ridiculous. I went in for a third time after giving blood TWICE just to have them tell me they have to get blood work AGAIN. Apparently, they lost track of the blood I gave them the two previous visits. The only way I would recommend this place would be if someone was dying and they had absolutely NO other options. Even then, I would say theyre probably wasting their time.

I have family members that went there they sent RUDE nurse out in waiting room to tell one family member that had a appointment and had been waiting a hour that the doctor wasnt going to see them today -- another member called having seizures 21 times they called no answer,,, they love to take blood and not give you results

5 years ago, I lived in Orange and was going to this clinic. I recommended it to a couple of family members. They reported back to me of disappointment. I was shocked. Now, I understand why. I just moved back and caught covid. Needed to see someone to get meds so I called TAN. Couldnt get past receptionist. No appointment, no meds. Its not like I had never been there before.And I have insurance. Didnt know receptionist held a medical license. Wont go back there, now.

I just want to say, from the 1st phone contact I had with the TAN staff, they were extremely helpful and nice. Today was my appointment. The front desk was pleasant and she was helpful as well. My wife got to be seen as well. Its a good thing because bronchitis is our diagnosis plus she is worse off than me. The Financial Staff member was nice and easy to talk to. All the Staff were just great. I really liked Ms. Jackson the Nurse Practitioner. She was very knowledgeable. Ive been telling my Family and some Friends about the clinic. They do work on a sliding scale which is great for me. Lets get them more patients as I feel that they are one of the best clinics here locally. :) You dont need insurance to been seen there either

OMG … I LOOOVEE THIS DOCTOR! My gf was told to go here, so she went and she brought three packets home for my two kids and I so we can start seeing them since she liked them. I’ve had a horrible experience with Gulf coast , but TAN is the BEST! My kids were late for their first appt but they STILL managed to squeeze them in and got us in the back SUPER quick, Ms. Wendy I believe is her name is the SWEETEST and most attentive ! She triple checked my kids made sure she prescribed them everything they needed. She even took the time out of her day to explain to me everything I needed to know beyond the topic of what was discussed . She provided us with a bag full of information 2 big bottles of vitamin gummies for the kids and samples of the medicine she prescribed for me to have until my kids medicine were ready for pick up. They had us in and out super quick! And everyone else in the is the best!!! Since my first phone call you can tell they care about their patients. I cannot believe they even have any bad reviews because my experience was the best. If I can give them a 100 star rating I would . I literally left out of the dr telling my self to write a review.

Orange staff never has it together. My children see the pediatric And every time it is a issue from the first time we started coming here. The nurses, doctors, and front staff never have it together. Super aggravating that your child is sick you have to sit in your car until they are ready to see you. It really isn’t worth the aggravation to come here anymore.

The staff in orange are awesome, if u can get in. So far I have only been able to get in once for a well appointment and once for a sick appointment. Couldnt get in when I had the flu. Couldnt get in when I had strep. Cant get in now that I have a sinus infection do severe one side if my face and neck are swollen beyond recognition. Whats the point of this place?? They are absolutely no help what so ever! Its like they dont care!

They work on a sliding fee for those who don’t have insurance, definitely will recommend them!

I seen them back in April I was new patient and they told me they couldnt see till they got my medical record here it is the end of December and they are still refusing to see me

Nice to know they have a separate pediatric office. Very clean and the nurse was super nice!

They have lab onsite and take same day sick visit appts if you call first thing in the morning!

Walked in seeing smiling new faces. Great staff and office manager took care of us well.

Terrible service here been a patient here for over a year now and i can not get in to see a dr for nothing at all when im sick!!!! What the hell is the point of having a dr if u have to wait 2 weeks or better to be seen when u are sick ...and dont get me started on their awful phone service....
