What an amazing experience! Starting with the friendly staff, exceptional facilities and extraordinary customer service. They made me feel I was at my own home while getting my IV therapy. The “zen” music and comfortable environment are awesome!! Se me olvidó mencionar que el staff es bilingüe!!

NIVA Health combines nurturing care and alternative medicine to provide a unique experience for all of its patients. In the front office you have Justice and Lucie, they receive their patients with a smile and a warm greeting. The office Manager Lanita is very knowledgeable and personable. Chandra and Czarina are the sweetest and most patient caregivers I have met in while. Czarina is very considerate and is always making her patients comfortable making it a great experience. Cynthia is super pleasant and extremely proffessional, she walks you through the process and clearly explains everything. After a few weeks they all call me and my son by our first name, what a pleasant feeling. They definitely take customer service and care to the next level. The IV treatments are given under medical surveillance. Blood work and an EKG are performed prior to beginning any treatment. My blood pressure is also monitored. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent care that is now covered by my insurance. I highly recommend this amazing place to improve your well-being and overall wellness.

Wow!! What an AMAZING experience!! I cant recommend NIVA Health enough!First, Czarina, who did my EKG & who got things set up for me, was Great!Then Cynthia, the Nurse Practitioner (who reviewed my labs & administered my IV Therapy), was OUTSTANDING. She knows her stuff & explains everything really well.And to top it off, both of these girls are extremely kind, helpful & super nice.The cherry on top was that my Insurance covered it 100% (Florida Blue PPO).Highly recommend NIVA Health!! Niva Health was absolutely incredible! The staff was super friendly and loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. Cynthia was very informative and made me feel at ease while reading my chart. Chandra and Czarina were lovely doing my IV (I’m a hard stick and it wasn’t painful!). All in all the ladies who work here are amazing and I will definitely be coming back!

I love coming to Niva! I just finished up with my 11 th injection. There has been so much improvement in overall well being for me! I had major back surgery 9 months ago, and I knew my immune system was down because I kept coming down sick etc. I saw their advertisement on FB about how Medicare covers the injections. I had to call because I did t believe it. The young lady said yes, medicare covers injections. She ask for my info and I was approved. Since I am on the F plan, I pay nothing. I am feeling so much better. All the girls are wonderful in the office and very have bubbly personalities. I just love them all. Being a medicare agent with over 500 clients I certainly have been telling all my clients! I travel 50 miles one way to come to the clinic because I feel it is worth it for me.

I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. I have seen everything. I have to say I was a bit apprehensive to try IV therapy but it truly works As a Director of Nurses my priority is patient care and customer satisfaction and these place has it all. From the check in until the last check up before I depart it’s a pleasant environment. Lanita y very attentive and she keeps the place running appropriately and effectively. Lucy and Justice so kind and polite. Czarina and John great with venipuncture with best practices of infection control. Last but not least Provider Cynthia so knowledgeable and caring. They have the perfect combination to heal you from inside out. Everyone that knows me can tell you I am a very particular and difficult person to please but this team earn my heart. Don’t change your amazing customer service and care recipe.

I have been coming to the Orlando CURRY Ford location for about 2 months. Everyone here is awsome and friendly. Their professionalism is awsome. The IV treatments have given me a real boost. I highly recommend you take advantage of the service.

I had lost my youngest son on Memorial weekend. My friend had mentioned taking a B12 complex to ward off any depression and keep my energy and mood up. I saw the ad for NIVA on Facebook and the insurance offer and thought that would be a great way to nurture myself. It was the best decision. The staff here is beyond amazing. So friendly. Ms Czarina is the sweetest and caring person. Ms Chandra , Cynthia are so attentive. Lanita is office manager and checks on you regularly to make sure you are doing well. Front and Back desk Lucie and Justice also very friendly. I am a hard stick and Czee always gets it right every time. Not a bruise ever! The best bunch of people you will ever meet. Come relax with these guys. They will take great care of you and my mood has much improved as well. A lot of it is from their loving character. Get in here you deserve it!! ❤️

Great staff and the vitamin therapy is wonderful I plan on staying as healthy as I can for as long as I can and this is the way to do. Our food is completely deleted of any nutrition and has so many chemicals, is bioengineered and we need more vitamins for a healthy lifestyle.I highly recommend Niva Health Orlando

After visiting the neuropathy clinic of central Florida at Baldwin Park I have experienced improvement in my nerve pains.The staff is very friendly and exactly what anyone would look for when they go for treatment of such a tense condition.I must say that together with the procedures/treatment I have seen drastic improvement in my condition.I feel happier now that I am able to walk without the constant pain and discomfort.

Extremely awesome experience, fantastic and caring staff. I recommend NIVA Health to help with mens ED procedures. I had the Gainswave and PRP-Shot. If you wanted to try it, but were reluctant, or thought it would hurt, I can assure you it did not. My highest pain level on a zero to ten scale was zero, with zero being the lowest. When contemplating injections you can be apprehensive about pain...the staff constantly inquire as to how you feel and take every step to minimize any pain. Prior to me receiving any shots into sensitive areas it was proceeded by multiple actions/protocols to reduce any discomfort. Lidocaine injections were used first (did not hurt at all), followed by a cold numbing spray right before the injection of the PRP. Totally zero discomfort in my experience! Every step of the procedure was explained by the staff, not only the providers, but the office manager as well. If you are hesitant or apprehensive (I was) I will assure you those emotions were wasted in vain. I highly recommend Niva Health Orlando.

I have been coming here for a few weeks now and the first day after getting my treatment with red light therapy and shock wave therapy I felt so much better with my plantar fiscititis and I wasnt in pain the next day when I woke up and started to walk. I didnt come here for the plantar that was just added bonus, I came for my nueropathy because i was having numbness in my big toe and in the middle of my foot and now my numbness has gone away 90%. I had it everyday and now Ive only felt it one time. Ive also changed my eating to no sugar and no inflammatory foods and everything together has helped so much. Im grateful for finding Niva finding me!

This office staff was amazing! The staff is smart and extremely helpful, not to mention very friendly. Especially Christina. I came in for neuropathy pain treatments. I have immediately felt relief. I went in for some red light treatment in my legs ans Tiffany and her staff where absolutely amazing! Not only did the treatment work but Tiffany was such a wonderful person to deal with she was understanding and compassionate and made the choice easy for me to choose them to help me! I would choose Tiffany and her staff over and over above anyone else.

When i posted my review first time .I only gave one star. This time I am editing and giving five stars, because I was pleased to receive additional treatment free of charges . Hopefully additional treatment will benefit me gradually

Great teamThey are processional in performing their daily medical tasks and always in a good spirits.

The team is outstanding and works very hard to provide outstanding care for each patient.

They pressured us into paying $8850 for a program that is nothing more than an anti-inflammatory diet geared for over weight people with diabetes. There are no doctors on staff. They don’t answer their phones and rarely return phone calls. Our Mayo Clinic neurologist was shocked at what they charged for this program, including what they charged for injections. Don’t waste your money!

The staff at Neuropathy Clinic of Central Florida were awesome! From Allison at the reception desk to their manager, Tiffany, everyone was patient and kind. Very helpful explaining everything to me! Great customer service!

How disappointing. First there is no one there that is a doctor. I went in and was sat in a room where an I pad was brought to me on a pedestal at which point a woman spoke to me about treatments and payment options. Never was i examined to see possibly what the issue may be. When the lady on the i-pad was done she said sit here for a few minutes and then go back to the desk, but not before she told me what it would cost me $5,000 dollars for the treatment. once i start the payment plan or pay up front then someone would see me. What a scam.

Its my first appointment and the experience has been excellent. The staff was very friendly throughout the entire process, they explained the analyzes and procedures to me in detail. I only had to pay the deductible since the medical plan (UMR) covers the rest. Ill definitely be back next week!
