It took 6 years of surgeries, IUI and IVF to finally get our miracle and going to Southwest Fertility made it all possible. Doctor after doctor ignored my concerns about having endometriosis and the first appt with Dr Gunnala made me feel like I was in the right place and someone finally understood and agreed with me. The team was there with us every step of the way and never gave up on us. They always had the best attitude and made us feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back to try for siblings!

Whole heartedly I can recommend Southwest Fertility and Doctor Vinay Gunnala. Dr Gunnala and the team at Southwest Fertility Center were incredible. The moment we stepped into their office we were greeted with warmth and positivity. We were apprehensive at first due to a poor experience with another fertility clinic in the past ,but Southwest quickly put those fears to rest by providing a detailed step by step program that ultimately led to our little miracle. Dr Gunnala consistently set and explained expectations for every step of the process and was constantly reminding and reassuring that we were doing everything we could. Dr Gunnala and the staff truly made us feel like we were family as we went through each step. The process of IVF is very physically and emotionally tough but they made our journey as comfortable as possible. I cannot say thank you enough to the SWFC team for their excellence, precision, care, commitment, and stellar communication during what is otherwise considered a very strenuous process. Their method of conveying scheduling for medication, labs, and appointments was always accurate and clear, helping me to feel grounded. I worked closely with Tara, Lana, and Shelley, who were beyond considerate and knowledgeable. And of course, Dr. Vinay Gunnala was the best Doctor I could have asked for. He made the challenges of IVF entirely manageable and poured his heart and soul into helping my husband and I build a family. I’m almost 13 weeks now and can’t wait to update the team with my progress and also return for future transfers.

**** The best Doctor and TEAM ever***We had been trying to conceive naturally for 15 years. As we got older we realized we needed to know what was wrong. My first appointment with Dr. Vinay Gunnala was on May, 2023. He found out the biggest obstacle were FIBROIDS! I needed surgery Dr. Gunnala explained in detail about the procedure and the possibility of having a second surgery because of the size of my fibroids. My first surgery was on July of 2023 and the second on February of 2024.After the surgery and fibroids out of my uterus we had to wait for my body to heal and we started IVF round in April of 2024.And now 8/30/24 I’m 12 weeks pregnant with my little girl. And all I have to say is thank you, thank you, thank you.This fertility clinic is Amazing!Wanted give special thanks to ..Shelley, Karla,Yvonne, Agatha, Mirna and all the staff!!Everyone that works here is awesome and so sweet, they are so caring and make you feel heard and understood! We’ve tried for over 5 years to conceive and 2 weeks ago we graduated from our fertility clinic which means 12 weeks pregnant! We are the over the moon excited for being able to come this far for the first time. Every question we had was always answered, every milestone met, we were congratulated and felt like we were a part of the SFC family. Dr. Gunalah was a disappointment and a waste of money and time for us. As a young couple, we underwent a process where we produced 9 embryos, but unfortunately, none were successful under her care. We suspect that the eggs may have been damaged during extraction, leading to weak embryos. Right from the start, we felt unsafe and uncared for during our experience with her. To make matters worse, her son conducted our final consultation and failed to clarify the next steps with us. We were left emotionally damaged without any explanation or guidance on what went wrong or what to do next.However, there is good news! The month following our failed IVF cycle, we miraculously conceived naturally. Only God knows how to explain our successful pregnancy after such a disappointing experience with IVF. We send our best wishes to everyone, but we would strongly suggest considering other options instead of choosing this clinic.Best wishes to you all.

I have gotten pregnant twice and had successful pregnancies with SW Fertility Center. I could not have done it without them and are FOREVER grateful for their help! My son and my daughter are perfect and I can never thank the team enough.We were blessed with our son in 2019 after 6 years of trying (I struggle with PCOS). Unfortunately we had a difficult time conceiving again after our son so we went back to SW Fertility and had my daughter back in January.If you are struggling with fertility issues and are reading this, please call and schedule an appointment! Dr Gunnala and Dr Vinay are the best doctors and not only that but their whole team (who was the same 3 years later) is the best! Everyone from Fran at the front office to Vanessa in the back to the three amazing nurses Shelley, Lana and Agatha, they treat you like FAMILY. Before coming here in 2018, I had been to five other doctors and numerous other fertility treatments with no success. The difference with SW Fertility is that they incorporate other medications along with the fertility medication which helps increase your chances. They will do the stair step approach if necessary because their goal is to help you get that family you are hoping for! I can never thank them enough for always trying their hardest to help me get pregnant.

I want to do a lot for the staff at SWF. I still cannot believe I am a mom. I am enjoying my moments because everything has happened so fast. Time flew by, and I could not let it continue without thanking SWF for helping us create our precious baby girl. My husband and I have had a very long journey; we had no idea how much work was required to conceive. Going in, we thought we would come out pregnant on the first try, but we had to start the process three consecutive times. Each time, I only had 2–3 eggs (out of 7 from 13) that made it to the blast. I knew I had to help my doctor help me become pregnant, so I changed my diet and mental health with support groups and lots of positivity within my circle of family. We could not give up on ourselves or the process of becoming parents. Dr. Vinay was amazed by our determination to continue to push through. I must say SWF played a major part in our lives; they went above and beyond to make sure they supported me with extra medication, extra care, extra encouragement, and extra discounts. There are no words to describe how awesome everyone at this facility is! Im forever grateful for all of the care they’ve provided and cannot recommend anyone else but them! I first went to SWFC in January of 2023 after struggling to conceive for about 2 years. After many test it was determined I had many symptoms of endometriosis and was referred to another provider to address this issue before starting the IVF process. In October of 2023 I had a long 6 hour surgery in which I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and ended up having both fallopian tubes, 1 ovary, my appendix, and many adhesions removed. Once healed we started the IVF process in January. After retrieval I was feeling heartbroken as I only had 1 of 7 embryos make it. I had a fresh day 3 transfer which implanted! I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and still in shock. If you’re looking for a clinic that truly cares about you, this is it. Dr V., Lana, Tara, Janet and everyone else is amazing!

I am a single mother by choice with a surrogate. We switched to SFC from ARMS when our hopes were all but in the toilet from how things went for us at ARMS. ARMS admittedly lied to us, dragging our process out over 9 months for 100% bogus reasons, which they later admitted and ended up refunding some of my money because of it. We were at SFC for EIGHT WEEKS before we had our fresh transfer. In that short 8 weeks, they gave us back our hope and we were able to be excited and happy again about making this baby. (Both) Dr Gs made us feel like family, like they genuinely cared about us and our dream of making this happen. COMPLETELY different then how we were made to feel at ARMS. After spending almost a year being given the run around for this and that reason, our experience at SFC restored our faith. Little things like after our transfer, as we were walking out of the office, all the people that had a hand in our journey up to that point were standing in the office to wave us off and tell us good luck!! We were overcome with emotion at how many people were invested in us being successful. Everyone. The women who drew our blood for labs, the finance manager, to the nurses and of course Dr G. It made us feel like we couldn’t lose. It was one of the most heart warming things I’ve ever experienced. And when we graduated onto OB they sent us off with hugs and hand shakes while playing the graduation song over the loudspeaker 😁😆 I am so thankful SFC was suggested to me. My only regret is not starting with them originally. Now I have a beautiful daughter who is the epitome of health and literally the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever laid eyes on. Born 2/2/22 after only 1 transfer she’s my little lucky charm💚💚💚

I was serving overseas when I decided to freeze my eggs, and I could not have found a better clinic to work with. Dr. Vinay Gunnala, Dr. Sujatha Gunnala, the nurses, administrative and financial staff were ALL phenomenal. I primarily worked with Dr. Vinay Gunnala while I was overseas and for the treatment leading up to the egg retrieval. It was so wonderful to not feel like just a number (like some fertility clinics) but Dr. Gunnala personalized my treatment and worked with me to help me do the testing and preparation from where I lived overseas. Dr. Sujatha Gunnala performed my retrieval (they both do the procedures, just depends on the day yours falls who performs it), and she was absolutely excellent. I had a very successful procedure. Freezing my eggs at SouthWest Fertility was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I highly recommend SouthWest Fertility Center.

Can’t say enough good things about SWFC. From the front desk to the doctors to the billing everyone was wonderful to work with. It’s a fantastically well run place and I feel so lucky we found our way to them!

One year ago today I started with Southwest fertility, and I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant with a perfect baby girl! I had the best experience with everyone Southwest! We traveled a minimum of 3 hours one way for each appointment because there’s no fertility clinic in our local town and it was beyond worth it. The staff was very accommodating knowing we were traveling. I did 2 (failed) IUIs because I personally wasn’t ready to make the jump to IVF, but when we did I truly could not have been in better hands. Every step was explained clear and in addition to this baby we have 2 more frozen PGTA normal embryos. As someone who had low AMH, this is huge to have gotten 3 and I truly credit it all to Dr. Vinay and his staff. We frequently visited the Glendale office and can’t say enough amazing things about the girls there. Shelly, we love you. I also had a very involved husband who felt like all of his questions were answered and he was also kept in the loop. We actually begged to stay at the clinic longer once we were pregnant and they kept us as long as possible. I can not recommend them enough! They are truly family now and we miss them dearly but look forward to coming back for #2!

We love these people! When other doctors told us we would never become parents, SW Fertility gave us the gift of embryo adoption. We are now 10 weeks pregnant with our first child. Throughout this journey they have been supportive, easy to reach, and very happy for us.We will be back to do this with another of our frozen embryos.Dr. Gunnala, Tara, Shelley, Janet, Norma, Fran and all the others- THANK YOU!!!!!

The best clinic to go for if you need a wonderful healthcare team to assist you in your journey of having of kids. Dr Sujata and Dr Vinay are excellent and the pricing is very competitive. Would recommend to everyone seeking help.

This review was a long time in the making. As a gay couple, my husband and I wanted to find a fertility center that not only provided the science needed for us to have a child but also the understanding and compassion we were looking for. The IVF process can be a long, tedious period in a couples life that has its fair share of ups and downs. Southwest Fertility center was amazing from the start. As a gay couple in a conservative state we were nervous if we would ever find a place open and receptive to our journey in becoming dads. We were welcomed with open arms, no literally lots of hugs going around. Once we had found our surrogate southwest fertility provided us with a list of egg donors in their network as well as an outside network we could choose from. After deciding on our egg donor we were off to the races. Our first transfer was a success and here we are with a 3 week old healthy baby girl. Our dream is now a reality and we have Southwest fertility center to thank for making the process not only a success but a true joy! A VERY special thanks to both Dr. Vinnay as well as Janet, this process wouldn’t have been the same with out your knowledge, compassion, humor and just love for what you do! There aren’t enough words to describe the appreciation we have for what you have done for us.

Going to see Dr. Vinay Gunnala at SW Fertility was the best choice we have ever made. After trying to conceive unsuccessfully for 3.5 years, we are now pregnant with our first child!!As the second fertility clinic we went to, Dr. Gunnala was thorough with testing and gave us guidance with all next steps, yet he still left us with the ultimate choice as to which path we felt was right for us. Dr. Gunnala performed a laparoscopy to diagnose and then remove endometriosis and 7 months after surgery we began IVF.Since we live in Flagstaff and would have to drive down multiple times each week, we greatly appreciated being able to visit the Glendale clinic for appointments and the attentive care we received there, although literally everyone that you will interact with at SWFC is caring, kind and highly competent.We cannot thank Dr. Gunnala enough and the entire care team at SWFC! Their knowledge, expertise and genuine care is unsurpassable. I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Gunnala to anyone needing assistance to become pregnant!

Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Vinay Gunnala and his wonderful team at SFC. Prior to go to Dr. Gunnala we suffered a miscarriage and months of TTC with no answers as to why we could not get, and stay, pregnant. We were both over 35 and worried that we may never have our baby. Dr. Gunnala was recommended to me by my OBGYN who said that, “He actually cares.” Little did I know what a rarity this can be in the fertility world (based on some friends’ experiences). And she was right, Dr. Gunnala and his team actually care. There was never a time that I didn’t feel supported, important or heard. And when we chose to transfer a low level mosaic embryo, Dr. Gunnala was ready and willing to take that chance with us. That low level mosaic turned into my beautiful, healthy son who will be one in February. I recommend SFC to anyone dealing with fertility issues, and I will definitely be returning for baby #2.

I am very grateful that I found DR. VINAY gunnels at the South west Fertility Center, I have been to a few fertility centers before this one, and this one by far is the most wonderful office that I’ve been to, The doctors are wonderful, and the nurses are very nice and caring, after trying for 3 1/2 years with no success I am now finally four months pregnant, and I couldn’t do it without the help of the South west Fertility Center, so I encourage you if you feel like giving up, don’t give up it is possible it just might take a little bit of time and patience, I highly recommend this office, and I will be returning back, thank you South West Fertility Center

Thank you so much Southwest Fertility Center! Our desire in becoming parents has been a journey. We originally started at a different clinic which unfortunately gave us little to no hope and we felt like we were just a “number”. When we decided to come to Southwest Fertility center for a second opinion it was a day and night difference due to the care and guidance given by our IVF doctors Dr. Sujatha Gunnala, Dr. Vinay Gunnala, our Embryologist Dr. Shaheen Panjwani, as well as their nursing team Lana, Agatha, and Shelley. We felt it in our heart they were there for us during this difficult time 24-7… literally you could call them at anytime. Financially everything was explained and written down easy peasy thanks to their billing agent Janet! We looked forward to seeing Janet every visit. Even though it was hard not knowing the outcome Janet would always get my husband and I to smile and laugh. We have since referred some of our friends and they have had the same incredible experience. Thank you again for everything you did to help get our baby girl here Southwest Fertility Center! I dont know that I have the ability to convey in words just how amazing Dr. Gunnala and his team are, but I will try my best. Our journey together was almost 4 years long and will probably continue once we are ready for Baby #2. We had struggled with infertility for years and when we finally decided to seek medical advice, we had the pleasure and luck of working with Dr. Gunnala. As a physician myself, I cannot praise his bedside manner and genuine compassion for his patients enough. I think I will always remember how he literally wiped the tears from my eyes on multiple occasions, from being terrified of not waking up before receiving anesthesia for the first time to almost not wanting to wake up before a D&C. We went through 6 unfortunate and gut wrenching losses but always felt so supported throughout them all. He was even willing to collaborate with another physician upon my request, as I wanted to add treatment for potential autoimmune issues to his protocol. There were multiple times where I wondered how it was possible to feel as though I was one of his only patients, when he clearly has a busy practice, as evidenced by his constantly packed parking lot! He even checked in on me regularly after I graduated from the clinic with my last pregnancy and was one of the first to congratulate us on our 6x over rainbow baby. His NP, Shelly, also deserves special recognition, as she was always trying to work me in to the 7am ultrasound appointment slots and was tolerant of (and even laughed at) the slew of profanities that were hurled in her general direction during various procedures. In the world of infertility, the only guarantee is that there are no guarantees. But there is some comfort in knowing that you are receiving the best of care with Dr. Gunnala and his team.

Im not sure if I can adequately put into words how special and how much Dr. Vinay and his team mean to me and my family. After all, what do you say about a doctor and team who changed your life?We came to Dr. Vinays office after having a very unsuccessful consultation at another practice. We were immediately drawn to his warmth, candor, and supportive nature -- these qualities are something that turned out to be invaluable. We proceeded to have months of fertility treatments, including two rounds of IVF.There were tough conversations. There were tears. There were some really scary days. But there were also lots of laughs, lots of hugs, and lots of reassurance that our dreams of becoming parents were within reach. It was easy to tell that Dr. Vinay and his team truly cared about us, and our success was their success.In March 2023, we had a successful transfer and we are expecting a healthy baby girl this December. My husband and I walked away from the IVF process feeling stronger, healthier, and more prepared than ever to be parents. It was certainly never the way I imagined conceiving, but it ended up the perfectly imperfect way for our family to start. Hello everyone! Me and my husband are patients of Southwest Fertility Center and would love to share our story.My husband had a vasectomy in a previous marriage. Then after we got married, we decided we wanted kids together. July 2020 he got a vasectomy reversal for our honeymoon, how romantic! Well things went good, numbers were ok but we still could not conceive. So after a few months of trying, almost a year probably, we went to southwest fertility. The BEST decision we could have made. They ran tests on me and it turned our I had some issues. I needed to have some (a lot) of polyps removed and had to have my left tube litigated. At this time my husbands numbers started dropping and we thought his vasectomy reversal was scaring over. At this point, we of course knew the odds were not quite in our favor but we kept pushing on. Dr. Vinay Gunnala preformed the surgery I needed and it was successful. We were ready to move forward with IVF. Our egg retrieval was great! We ended up with 32 eggs I think? But after all was said and done and we got the results from the genetic testing only 2 came back transferable and only 1 a grade A. I remember sitting at my step-daughters softball practice in tears after getting that call thinking I would never be a mother. But we kept pushing forward! We did a frozen transfer and she implanted the first try and we were blessed with our baby girl in January.Dr. Vinnay Gunnala is an amazing doctor and person. He makes you feel like family and his bedside manner is the best there is. He communicates everything and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire staff is that way. From Shelley to Agatha, Karla and Fran, they are just amazing people. Now, they dont always answer the phone. Why? Because they are always busy caring for their patients. They prioritize patient care but Fran ALWAYS calls you back ASAP. The office is not open 7 days a week, but there is always someone there and a nurse on call. They do know, periods are not a scheduled event and our bodys are not programmed. I had multiple weekend appointments and thought to myself all of the time, wow...this staff/doctors really care because they are always here!I know first hand the trials and tribulations of IVF. It takes a toll on you emotionally, physically and financially. We are still making payments on our girl. Through the ups and downs and tears of joy and sadness we kept pushing on and now we could not be happier. IVF is not an easy road. It is expensive. It is an emotional rollercoaster full of ups and downs. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I have the ultimate faith in Southwest Fertility Clinic and Dr. Gunnala. Me and my husband were even talking about trying for our second baby... If we can save enough money that is because we would have got to through the entire process again but would in a heartbeat if money was no object!So if you have read this please dont give up. The cards might be stacked against you but miracles happen every day and the Southwest team will be there every step of the way.

When we started our fertility journey we didn’t know what was to come. Truly naive to all that would be asked of us: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This journey led us through such a soul searching path and we couldn’t have made it through without the love and support of the Southwest Fertility family.And this is why…From the moment we stepped foot in the door we were treated as family. We had been invited into their home and welcomed with open arms. After our first meeting with Dr. Vinay Gunnala we knew we had made the right choice. He listened to our story, genuinely interested to learn about us individually as well as a couple. He thoroughly explained each option and took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns. Always took the time to be present with us. Same goes for the rest of the staff. No matter how busy the office would be, everyone was always pleasant and took time to answer any questions. Which is important since the staff is who you communicate with more. We never felt dismissed, unheard, or unappreciated.My hope is your journey finds its destination soon…. however, if your journey takes time, as ours did, you will not have to venture this journey alone. Shelley Rosander, NP and Vinnay Gunnala, MD are some of the most thoughtful, considerate, and trustworthy providers you could ever meet. Having been to one other clinic prior to SW Fertility- I can tell you this place is special. In the uncertain world of fertility- it helps to have a staff that you know has your best interest at heart. Even though we ultimately weren’t successful in achieving a full term pregnancy, I would absolutely still recommend this clinic to anyone attempting to beat the odds and get pregnant. You won’t regret your time spent with Drs. Vinnay and Momma Gunnala, nor with Shelley or any of the other kind, caring staff.

We are forever thankful to Southwest fertility center for helping us conceive, the whole team is amazing. We consulted Dr.SUJATHA GUNNALA (Dr. SG), she is amazing, patient care oriented, kind, listens to your concerns, takes time to evaluate, suggests/administers the care needed. She gives options to try like IUI before trying IVF.In our case, Before coming to Southwest Fertility Center we tried for 1 year to conceive naturally and our previous Obgyn did not even consider evaluating for polyp and was pushing us to wait 1 more year and keep trying to have baby naturally thats when we consulted Dr. SG, she immediately prescribed multiple tests to evaluate the root cause of the issue, it was polyp in the uterus. She scheduled a surgery soon after and removed it. We did go with IUI because I was over 30 years old and I wanted to increase our chance of conceiving. But Dr. SG did not push any treatment on us. She always made sure to provide accurate information regarding success rate, side effects etc. before administering the care which helped us to set expectations and be prepared for mental and financial toll each treatment may come with. None of the care team pushed us into services/treatments that we were not comfortable going through.They are not included in Progyny fertility treatment insurance, If your insurance uses Progyny for fertility treatment then they are out of network. But the care team discusses with you the cost of each treatment, any assistance and payment plans available from the get go.We would definitely recommend Southwest fertility center for your fertility treatment needs, we have nothing bad to say about them.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude and love for this clinic and their staff. My husband and I started our fertility journey in September 2018. Between office visits, lab work, IUIs and then IVF; I never questioned Dr. Vinay Gunnalas plan for us or his medical expertise. We trusted him and the process fully and welcomed a beautiful, perfect little girl in July of 2020 and are now expecting a baby boy in March 2023. Our IVF miracle babies. Being diagnosed with unexplained infertility is not easy, and I still have so many unanswered questions but with the help of Vinay and his amazing staff, I have a beautiful family and I owe that to them. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, NP Shelley and Janet in billing there isnt a single staff member who didnt make an impact on our journey to parenthood. The office became family and will always remain a huge part of our family. We LOVE SWFC and Dr. Vinay and his staff and recommend them to everyone we know who is faced with infertility!

My husband and I went to SW Fertility for 8 months. During that time, our interaction went from good to horrible with their staff. The communication got progressively worse. Their billing manager, Janet, is tactless, unprofessional, and frankly offensive.Both Doctors walk you through an elementary level PowerPoint presentation and speak to you as if you have no basic level understanding. The pressure towards IVF is exceptional and it’s clear they prioritize money over their patient’s experience.In my profession, I teach women to advocate for themselves daily, and I could no longer go to a doctor’s office who cared so little of their patients own reporting of their physical experience.My husband was disgusted with the way they dismissed me in our consultation. I will say, Shelly, their Nurse Practitioner is an absolute gem and we will miss her.Unfortunately, I would absolutely not recommend this place if you care about your journey in its entirety.

My wife and I first came to Southwest Fertility Center in November 2019 to start our fertility journey with Dr. Vinay Gunnala. He and his mom have the absolute bedside manners and are kind and compassionate and have always given us hope regarding the ability to get pregnant. We started off with a natural IUI cycle, and then I continued with 3 medicated IUIs before moving on to IVF. Throughout the process, he was very empathetic and continued to give us reassurance that I would get pregnant. Our frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle worked and I officially graduated from Southwest Fertility Center! The nurses are fantastic, and throughout our time there, we really got to know nurses Agatha, Lana, Shelley, as well as the medical assistants and billing staff. They were always flexible with appointment scheduling, were kind, answered all of our questions, and always made us feel comfortable in their office. They are all absolutely fantastic and were always our biggest cheerleaders throughout the whole process. Im so thankful for everything they have given us and will definitely be coming back when we decide to try for baby #2. Thank you Southwest Fertility Center for giving us the opportunity to become parents, we are so grateful.

Dr. Vinay Gunnala had a positive attitude while staying realistic and forthcoming about the challenges. When we had some disappointing results, he was patient, caring, and accessible when reviewing where we stood, what our choices were, and what the risk/reward of different potential options could be. Those decisions were some of the toughest and heaviest of our lives, so having an empathetic and knowledgeable doctor was critical to get through them.The nursing team is a big part of the process from start to finish. They were professional, skillful, patient, and available 24/7 to respond to questions and needs. The entire SWF office appears to have a supportive and collaborative culture which makes everything run smoothly for patients through the many complexities, costs, and time sensitive nature of fertility treatment.We are very excited to be expecting our first child in August thanks to SWF’s care, support, and expertise!

Let me tell you why I love SWF!We had been trying to conceive naturally for 9 years. As we got older, we realized we needed to know what was wrong.I started going to see dr Gunnala in 2021 I believe. We did many many tests and ruled out as many factors as we could. The biggest obstacle were the fibroids. I needed surgery. The team helped me get an appointment within a few months for surgery. It was in March of 2022. It was very challenging and scary but I will never forget the way Dr Gunnala looked at me in the operating room. He said “I will take care of you” or something along those lines (I had medication) and I remember feeling better knowing he will be there performing the surgery himself.With fibroids out of the picture, we had to wait for my body to heal and we started IVF around august of 2022.Janet took very good care of us and was ready to answer all my questions when it came down to finances! She even advocated to get me a good deal and I just can’t thank her enough.Karla was such a delight to see everyday at the west clinic! She took the time to explain to me how the insurance works.Shelly has a special way of just calming you down during all the appointments. Very patient with all my super random questions I had. You were amazing Shelly!Malisa was like an Angel when I went for my egg retrieval and then my transfer. Those two processes were very overwhelming and you kept on reassuring me that everything will be ok. 🥺I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and I can’t wait to bring my baby to the office so the office can see the miracles they helped me create!Thank you so much! I reached out to SWFC in September 2021 after we had been TTC for almost a year. It was scary taking that first step and admitting you may need some help but I am SO grateful I did. I read through all the testimonials and felt this was the place for us. After meeting everyone at SWFC that was further confirmed. We began testing immediately and by November 2021 we had a plan in place. I likely have endometriosis based on symptoms but I opted not to have the surgery to confirm. We had 2 unsuccessful IUIs but everyone remained optimistic and supportive. We decided to move onto IVF. In March 2022 we did a fresh transfer and she stuck! We felt so lucky it worked on the first try. Flash forward to December 2022 and our beautiful baby girl was born. We are so so grateful to everyone at SWFC. Dr. Gunnala is fabulous and I honestly wished he couldve been our doctor throughout the whole pregnancy! The nurses and staff are equally amazing. I cannot recommend them enough! If we decide to have a second baby we will be back : )

I am so appreciative of everything this clinic has done for us. Dr. Vinay Gunnala and his team were so supportive of our struggle and journey and were with us every step of the way.Our journey was a long one, but with a happy ending. We were at another big IVF clinic in AZ and had an IVF cycle there, but had a rare and unfortunate outcome. The embryologist (who we never met) told us the results, but the physician never called or followed up with us. It felt horrible and like they never really cared about us. Then we found Southwest Fertility Center through a friend’s referral.This clinic was the total opposite of the previous clinic we were at. This clinic was so much more friendly and personable. Dr. Gunnala is the most compassionate and understanding physician. He truly cares about you and wants the best outcome for you. He took the time to explain the whole process so that my husband and I would understand every option that we could choose. He also gave his preferences, but was willing to do what we wanted to do. We had to go through 2 more IVF cycles and had a loss with one implantation as well as a gynecologic surgery in between, but Dr. Gunnala never gave up and just kept pushing forward and we are so grateful! It is a very scary, stressful, and frustrating process, but Dr. Gunnala and Shelley, NP kept me calm and hopeful throughout the whole process. They answered all of my crazy questions and were always there to help. The whole clinic made us feel like family. From checking in, to blood draws, to ultrasounds, every person on the team was so friendly and was there for us. They were with us in the heartbreak when we had a loss and felt the joy with our success. We are now in the third trimester of our pregnancy with our first baby and are so thrilled for the future. We have Dr. Gunnala and his team to thank for this and if we have another baby in the future, we will be back!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! The whole entire staff makes you feel like family. We traveled from Texas to do treatment here and they made it so easy for us so that we do not have to travel back and fourth too much. Our nurses always checked in with us via email even while pregnant both times and after giving birth! I had the pleasure of being able to see both Doctors, one with each pregnancy and theyre both amazing especially for taking their time to video chat with me!! I cannot thank this facility enough for blessing us with our babies. I recommend this place to everyone who has asked us about the process! If we ever decide to have another baby we, we will definitely be returning for a third time. Thank you southwest!

The SWF team was absolutely phenomenal during our IVF process. Dr. Gunnala demonstrated his expertise and showed genuine care during our treatment. They patiently answered all of our questions and had excellent bedside manner. The nurses were very professional and educated us through each step. Lastly, the billing process was seamless and easy to understand. The SWF team make a very stressful situation easier to navigate and we are so happy to have worked with them.

We came here after a year or so of struggling to keep a pregnancy. The doctor and staff were always so kind. Although we got pregnant without intervention they saw us through the first trimester which was our first time getting that far. We are so grateful for our daughter and the staff here.

My husband and I knew that IVF was the only way we would have a child as he’s had a vascetomy. What we didn’t know we were up against was fibroids, adenomyosis and subsequently one ovary and uterine scar tissue. We were given a 2% chance of retrieving any viable eggs. With our strong faith, we went forward with the IVF process and our healthy baby boy was born via surrogate Jan 2023. Dr Vinay Gunnala has sublime bedside manners. Between him and his nursing staff Lana, Agatha and Shelley along with his financial savvy billing agent Janet, SWFC is organized and ran like a well oil machined. We were treated with the utmost respect during our 4 year journey. Your hope and faith will remain steadfast while going through the highs and lows of infertility because you will receive personalized care. We are forever grateful to Dr Gunnala and staff.

Almost 5yrs ago we discovered SWF Center and started our journey! My wife and I then got pregnant with our first baby boy… and now with our second baby due 09/2022! We love the staff here and have definitely become Framily. Shelly is my provider here and just love her! Everyone I’ve come across have been great… the nurses.. receptionists.. and Janet! Always felt comfortable and welcomed here. I continuously refer friends and family here because I’m confident in their care.

6 yrs trying and it finally happened! I cant explain enough how amazing all the nurses, doctors and staff are. They truly understand your needs and help you through everything. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. As anyone who has struggled with miscarriages and/or infertility know, this is an extremely stressful time. From my first appointment, I felt like Dr Gunnala truly cared. He took the time to listen to my history and explain how he was going to proceed with his plan of care. I came to this office after previously going to another fertility specialist who I was not impressed with, and Im so glad I did. I ended up getting pregnant on my own shortly after I started seeing Dr Gunnala so I cant speak to any actual treatments, but I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. The office as a whole functions really well, are very well organized, and I never felt like just a number to any of the staff I came in contact with. If I ever need help in the future I will definitely return!

When my journey began with Dr. Gunnala I was a bit skeptical about the IVF process. Dr. Gualala quickly won my wife and me over with his excellent bedside manners and attention to detail. From the start, we were comfortable with his soft tone and attentiveness to the many concerns that we had. Unfortunately, our initial foray into IVF was unsuccessful thus very painful. Dr. Gunnala was compassionate during this period and respected our decision to take some time to decompress. He was also very flexible in adjusting to our schedule and process while also thinking outside of the box and adjusting our treatment plan for our age and concerns. We have found success at the Southwest Fertility Center but the process was so genuine that we would absolutely consider coming back. Good luck to anyone out there that is beginning this Journey. It will definitely take an emotional and physical toll. However, I can truly say you are in great hands when choosing Southwest Fertility Clinic.

Our little miracle - Words will never be enough to express how thankful we are for our little miracle. After multiple losses, we never thought we’d have a baby but on Feb 24th our dreams became reality when our daughter was born. Everyone in the office became our personal cheerleaders, they celebrated the good news and held us when there was bad news. You gave us hope when we had none! We are forever grateful!

Words can not describe how amazing Dr. Vinnay and the staff are at Southwest Fertility. After struggling on our own for 6 years my general OB referred my husband and I to Southwest Fertility. As someone who has anxiety going into medical places, the friendliness and family like relationship the staff forms with their patients won me over and made it hard to leave once we had our little miracle. Dr. Vinnay answered every question that I had during our journey and was incredibly supportive of our decisions. He and staff were by our side during all the exciting times, as well as the difficult. My family will be forever grateful to these amazing people for their kindness and assistance in expanding our family with the addition of our beautiful baby girl.

It was a great experience getting treated with Southwest Fertility. We were trying to get pregnant for almost 8 years with no success. Later was suggested to this clinic and currently my wife is 10 weeks pregnant. We would really like to thank DR.VINAY GUNNALA for his support throughout our journey. My wife and I were unable to have children naturally so we came here for both IUI and IVF, the latter taking 2 tries and finally working! We always felt very important and the staff was always treating us as true family members, celebrating with us in successes and mourning with us in our failed attempts. We had all of our questions answered and I was always included in the process as the father and never treated like a sidekick. They truly want what is best for us and our future baby and we will definitely be returning for any future kids, depending on how willing my wife is to have more :)

To this day I have yet to find a doctor that was as thorough and as passionate as Dr G. Ive started to write a review for SW Fertility Center so many times, but I always end up getting all teary-eyed (the good kind) and giving up because I just cant seem to put all my emotions into words that feel big enough.I never thought Id look back at our journey through infertility with gratefulness but, in large part due to Dr. Gunnala and all the staff at SW Fertility Center, thats the number one emotion I have when I reflect. Dr. Gunnala and the staff not only helped my wife and I to reach our goal of having a baby but also helped us to be proud of our journey.Infertility was hard; theres no doubt about that. But, because of the care, compassion, humor, knowledge (I could go on and on) of everyone at SW Fertility, I am finally able to see that the journey we went through to grow our family was beautiful. Im sharing my story in hopes that it will reach people who truly need to find the best fertility clinic in Az.I was diagnosed when I was 25 with stage 4 endometriosis. I was told that one of my ovaries was wrapped around my intestine and I went to 3 different specialists that would NOT touch that ovary. After multiple surgeries, I was given a 50% chance to conceive.10 years pass and still nothing.. I literally gave up all hope! I had a horrible infection on that left ovary in March 2019.. the specialist I saw told me after surgery that I needed to either see a fertility specialist or have a hysterectomy done. We chose to find a fertility specialist.It was by luck/chance that my work was having a health fair and I noticed a fertility clinic booth (SOUTHWEST FERTILITY CENTER) I walked up and met Janet (love her) so very personable she literally answered all my questions. So I took a shot and set up an appointment.The BEST thing I have EVER done for myself! I met with Dr. Vinay Gunnala (the most gentle soul) he gave me the option that I had after all of his thorough work ups. I just broke down and cried, because for once.. for once there was a ray of hope! He was very confident (this means everything to me) and compassionate!! I will never forget what he told me, he said, the other doctors just put a bandaid over the problem, but we are going to fix it I not only had the opportunity to have him doing the surgery, but also his amazing mother, Dr. Sujatha Gunnala, who has over 30+ years experience! I felt like this was a dream come true, I felt like royalty. I couldnt believe that I had 2 of the best Fertility Doctors working on me! After 5 hours under and very precise work, they were able to fix me! They did what 3 specialist wouldnt and SUCCEEDED!! From there I started my IVF treatments.As of tomorrow, 1/13/2020, I am 12 weeks pregnant!! We did it!! We did it ALL with the love and guidance of Southwest Fertility Center❤RNs Agatha and Lana were my guides, they gave me the run down and were also on call when ever I had questions! They stayed on top of me and always followed through.The medical assistants Yvonne and Vanessa are also amazing, both awesome at drawing blood and making you feel at home. Going to miss my talks with these ladies and them making me feel at ease.How can I forget the heart of the facility, Janet (billing manager) thank god I met you everyday.. she goes over all expenses very thoroughly and answers ALL questions you may have regarding the clinic.Karla (front office) always remembering me by name and going over all expenses very thoroughly as well. She gives you all the options you have.Fran (front office) going to miss this smiley face and warm welcome everytime I come in. Always fixing my scheduling issues with no problem.Charles (the embryologist) such a sweet soul! Made me feel like he was taking care of just me and my embryos.Last but not least, Nurse Practitioner Shelley. Thank you for going over the ultrasounds in detail for me and my family.. This is my mother in laws 1st time being involved in a pregnancy of her grandchild and she could not believe how much you really cared and stopped as she took pictures on her phone.Thank you everyone at this facility for going above and beyond, for being family to me and taking care of me! There is no limit of recognition to give to a place who has FOREVER changed my path in life and who has given me such a blessing. I will forever recommend you all with confidence and pride! After 3 miscarriages following IVF at a clinic in California, I came here to Southwest Fertility Center. It was the best decision I could have made. I had success after my first try with Dr Vinay Gunnala. I am truly so thankful to him. This clinic and staff are wonderful. They care, and they took good care of me. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had here, from the staff to the knowledgeable answers I got to my million and one questions I had! I was referred by a friend, she specifically advised me of her wonderful experience she had with Shelley, with expectations held high all the staff exceeded my expectations! I have something amazing to say about each person that makes up this wonderful team but I would like to give a special shout out to Dr Vinay Gunnala, he is hands down the best Dr Ive ever had! I was skeptical about having a Male fertility specialist and he honestly is better than any woman Dr. Ive ever seen. He made me and my wife so comfortable, his bedside manners were great and most of all he has more compassion than any Dr Ive had. He really cares for his patients. Dr Vinay Gunnala right away was concerned about my endometriosis (as many other Dr were in the past) but he was able to give me answers and make me feel comfortable to follow through with surgery which he also performed. Aggie and Lana the nurses are very prompt at answering questions whether its during or after business hours and never make you feel like an inconvenience no matter how silly the question may feel. The billing manager Janette is seriously amazing with answering questions and always gives you a good laugh and lots of love! The staff exceeds the highest expectation. SWFC is family owned and it absolutely shows. They honestly became family to my wife and I, so much I hope to see them at baby showers birthday parties, etc. As I moved from SWFC to an OB I was sad to know I wouldnt be seeing them as often! We love everyone there so much.

IVF can be a scary time in any prospective parents lives. Having to pick the right office, learning the process, building trust and becoming comfortable with the staff all while keeping optimistic of the very uncertain future. My wife and I had gone to multiple offices to try and find a good fit. We were left feeling misled and lied to. Between price variances and lack of information, this led us down the Google pipeline. Search after search and call after call, we finally landed in the lap of the very heartwarming presence of Janet. We bonded straight from the gate and she had me ROTFL. For the first time during this process, I felt comfortable. My wife and I decided to give this place a whirl. From the first time we stepped foot in the office, we felt like family. The entire staff deserves massive credit for helping make our dream come true. Thank you Southwest Fertility team!!! Our family is now growing by one and it is all because of you!!!

Southwest fertility staff is amazing. Just had my second FET today and whether this works out for me or not I would continue to recommend both Dr Sujatha Gunnala and Dr Vinnay Gunnala. They treat you as if you’re the only patient there even on their busiest days, never feel rushed and they make you feel that they really care for good outcomes. The nurses are great and knowledgeable. Janet the finance coordinator is super helpful always and has a great sense of humor. The embryologist was very professional. Awesome job all around!

I could not be happier with the care and results I received at SW Fertility Center! Dr Gunnala is such a sweet doctor. She was very determined from the first visit to figure out what was wrong and make sure that I got pregnant! I had struggled for SIX years to get pregnant with 4 failed attempts with fertility medication and various other doctors. I have PCOS which caused me to not ovulate every month. All of the assistants, front desk, nurses, everyone were GREAT! Lana & Shelley were great to work with! They were both so sweet and kind to my husband and I. I can now say that I have Graduated from SW Fertility Center and am 11 weeks pregnant! If it was not for Dr Gunnala and her team, this dream would not have come true. I am so thankful for EVERYONE at SW Fertility Center and would recommend this facility to anyone trying to conceive (THERE IS HOPE!!! I AM PROOF).

I was referred to Dr. Vinay Gunnala per my general ob after I had some difficulty getting pregnant naturally. Fortunately, we were able to get pregnant with 1 round of IUI after having a minor gynecological surgery done in preparation for it (which Dr. Gunnala performed) and during this time Dr. Gunnala and his staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was very attentive and knew the exact plan Dr. Gunnala had in place and while at some point I was seeing the fertility nurses more often mainly for weekly ultrasounds, Dr. Gunnala still kept in close contact with me to let me know that everything was going smoothly. I appreciate all the care given to me by Dr. Gunnala, his nurses Agatha, Shelly, and his MA Vanessa and Janet with billing (just to name the few whose names I could recall). And Dr. Gunnala has the most amazing bedside manner. Absolutely 100% would recommend if you are looking for a fertility specialist in the Valley.

The care, respect, and professionalism by the Drs Gunnala and their team is simply outstanding. My wife and I are both physicians and we were so very impressed by how much individualized care we received at Southwest Fertility. I absolutely adore and love everyone in this office. They all genuinely care about each and everyone that comes through their office. I’m always excited to see everyone every time I have an appointment. Most of all I want to say how I love and am so grateful for Dr. Gunnala, I’ve been going to her for years and finally decided to go through with fertility. She is without a doubt the best of the best with such a big heart! I did 3 cycles of Clomid and I got pregnant. I did loose the baby, but I’m 43 and miscarriages are very high. Nothing that this office did, they are the ones who helped get me pregnant and I will 100% go back and see them again. I highly recommend this office without any hesitation, they are the best!

I cannot thank Southwest Fertility Clinic enough! I tried for 5 years to get pregnant. Prior to SWFC I went to a different fertility clinic where I was just told all the things I was doing wrong and the unlikely possibility I could get pregnant because I am plus sized. When I first met Dr. Vinay Gunnala I went in expecting the same thing but was completely surprised. Dr. Vinay Gunnala did not focus on my size but on what I was capable of and the possibilities ahead. He explained all my options and we made a plan together. I was apart of the process the entire time and never felt like I did not have a choice in what happened. The staff was so supportive. My first cycle did not take and I was very discouraged but I had the whole staff behind me. They gave me the hope to continue trying. Thanks to them I was blessed with my baby boy after so many years of trying. I cannot thank them enough for their positivity and encouragement.

I’m not sure what to say. Dr Gunnala, Dr Vinay Gunnala and the staff and nurses at Southwest Fertility Center are some of the most important people in our lives because they made our baby girl possible. After 6 years of trying to conceive on our own we sought out treatment. We did a year and a half of IVF treatment with them. Had success but some losses. Dr Gunnala then suggested we do a laparoscopic surgery to diagnose and clear out endometriosis. She preformed the surgery and the very next month we conceived naturally. All of them are incredible people who became what felt like family. They were there for us every step of the way and we trusted them completely with our care. I feel forever grateful I found them. They are the absolute best.

SWFC helped us through 2 pregnancies and we could not have been happier with our experience with them! We actually started with another practice initially and moved to SWFC for a second opinion after a recommendation from a family member. We got pregnant almost immediately after switching and then decided to consult them again when we were ready for baby #2. Everyone there was so kind and caring. We felt like they were invested in our fertility journey and had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I went to visit Dr. Gunnala as we are trying to conceive and she was absolutely wonderful! She was personal, kind, & immediately had a plan for us! Im so glad we chose Southwest! We have nothing but compliments for this medical practice! Choosing a fertility specialist and embarking down this path is not a light decision. My husband and I had already met with 3 other practices before meeting with Dr. Vinay Gunnala. However, as soon as we met him, we knew that he and this practice were the absolute right fit for us. From the very start, the entire staff, front desk, billing department, medical assistants, nurses, NPs, and physicians, made us feel comfortable and like family, which is a quality that we felt was absolutely necessary. This practice is one that you spend a lot of time with, they work with your schedule, always return phone calls in a timely manner, and are accessible by phone and by email. Thanks to them, our stress level throughout this process was definitely manageable. And thanks to them, we will be welcoming a bundle of joy in a few months! They are incredible people. Thank you so much to the Amazing Drs. Gunnala, Shelley and the nurses at Southwest Fertility Center. We had such an amazing experience at Southwest Fertility Center and we welcomed our son thanks to the team in June. I found Dr. Vinnay Gunnala to be so warm, comforting and professional. Shelley was so helpful and helped explain the process and the details along the way which can be overwhelming but worth it for our family.

I had an an appointment at another place and Southwest fertility center came up on Facebook and I decided I would call and make an appointment and told myself I would decide which place to go based on the phone call. Once I hung up after talking to Janet I knew I had made my decision to keep my appointment with Southwest fertility center and that was the best decision I could have ever made.From that first phone call everyone one has been so nice, caring and they never judged me . Being older and weight being and issue I was worried no one would even consider seeing me based on those two things. Dr. V Gannala or anyone at your practice never once made those two things an issue , yes of course he explained the chances and risks as I would expect but it was never the focus. I cannot thank you enough for your help to make our dream come true. We are so in love with our little baby boy you all help us conceive.

This facility is nothing short of amazing. I am a physician and a business owner so my scrutiny is over the top. My wife and I were referred to SWF by Janet, one of their employees whom I have known for almost 20 years. Dr. Sujatha Gunnala is a pioneer in the field of fertility. She clearly knows everything there is to know and with over 30 years in her field she has seen it all. Dr. Vinay Gunnala is one of the most kind people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone made us feel welcome and important every visit we had. I The staff is friendly, professional and sensitive. We are a high risk couple due to our age and low and behold we got pregnant on our first attempt. Today we are 84 days away from the birth of our child. All the tests we have done tell us we are having a healthy baby. We couldnt be happier. Thanks you Drs. Gunnala and thank you Janet for the referral. We hope you realize the tremendous impact you have on the rest of our lives.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at the center. We were trying to conceive on our own for over a year before we finally decided to reach out for help. After all the diagnostics, I was initially disheartened by our chances but Dr. Gunnala gave us hope that wed find a way. Thankfully, we decided to try and were lucky enough to conceive after the first month of suggested treatment. We are now excitedly awaiting the arrival of our twin boys next spring. 💙💙Its unfortunate to see that the center has any negative reviews, but negative voices always insist on being heard. Please dont let their sour attitude color your opinion of this wonderful fertility center.

I couldn’t have asked for a better office in this journey. They were kind, always called me back, scheduled me in last minute. From front desk to ultrasounds to financing- this is the dream team. So happy to have found them and recommend them to everyone for their baby-making journey!

If you’re considering fertility clinics, please do yourself a favor and meet the doctors, nurses, and support staff at Southwest Fertility Center. I can’t imagine going through this path of intense emotion, insecurity, and finally joy, anywhere other than SWFC. We felt welcome and comfortable there from the very beginning. It is a family-owned clinic, and they really step up to that ideal by treating their patients like family. I never once felt like I bothered them with too many questions at my appointments, and my occasional anxious calls to the after-hours on-call nurse were always answered with patience and expertise. When things went poorly I truly felt their disappointment too, and when we finally got pregnant and it “stuck” they celebrated right along with us.All this mushy stuff is great, but “what about the quality of care and the success rates?” you ask...Regarding quality of care: SWFC has either the doctors or the nurses doing everyone’s exams, no matter what stage of this process you’re in. In perusing some of the online forums, I realized this is very uncommon. Most clinics seem to delegate “smaller jobs” to paraprofessionals or techs. They are of course competent to perform these exams, but would they recognize a problem outside of their scope if there was one? Could they answer unrelated questions you were waiting to ask at your next appointment? I found it very helpful and validating to have a nurse or doctor present at every step of the way. I could ask about weird sensations or symptoms and knew I was getting a knowledgeable response.As for results, look them up! SWFC has consistently higher than the national average success rates in every age bracket! As an older mom-to-be in a same-sex relationship , we didn’t have hundreds of eggs and endless supply of donor sperm, so it was very important to us to get results within one or two rounds due to the ticking clock and financial expense. We did consider the bigger nationally known clinics we have here in the Phoenix area, but their success rates compared quite equally to SWFC and their process felt like an assembly line. That’s not the environment I wanted to conceive our baby.In conclusion, getting the highest quality of care in an environment so full of kind, welcoming people, is my ideal medical scenario. That’s what you’ll get at Southwest Fertility Center.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone at SWFC. I am in the middle of my treatment with the clinic, and have had amazing results thus far. Janet in the billing department went to bat for me, regarding an authorization issue and never made it seem like your problem, you fix it. Both my fiancé and I are 100% happy with SWFC and would highly recommend them to anyone.

After seeing Dr. Vanay for almost a year, we are happy to announce the birth of our baby boy! Although we conceived naturally after having to pause treatments due to Covid, we did have endometriosis surgery in January of 2020 which aided in our conception chances. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Vanay more.Although some of the reviews I agree with (sometimes hard to get in touch with them on off hours and the demeanor of the older RN who does the ultrasounds) that is a minor issue for me. The care from the doctors is the most important to me.You will feel supported by Dr.Vanay, welcomed by the front desk staff and the nurses who take your vitals/blood. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone struggling to get your little miracle!Just know that it takes a lot of patience but the doctors will be there to support you all the way. Good luck to everyone out there!

Had 20 eggs retrieved and frozen in one cycle at 35 with Dr. Vinay Gunnala. He and the entire staff are heartfelt and welcoming. As we are on our infertility journey for uterus issues from AS, he’s optimistic about the outcome. I love going to the clinic and have had nothing but wonderful experiences.

Im so thankful to the entire staff! They go above and beyond! For example, I needed a different medication during my round of IVF and instead of having to drive all the way to Phoenix from Buckeye, one of the staff met my husband in Avondale to pick up the medication! Saved us time and stress! And Im due with my baby boy in October after a successful first round of IVF! Thank you all! I think of you often and could never thank you enough!

I can’t believe this place got a few one star reviews. I’m seeing Dr. Vinay Gunnala and he is such a great doctor! He is so kind, detailed, thorough, and has such a warm bedside manner. I had surgery done by Dr. Gunnala, then went through IVF. I’ve been 100% pleased with the entire process so far. I’ve been asking OBGYN’s to look into my reproductive issues for over a decade. I’m so thankful Dr. Gunnala was able to diagnose and treat my particular issues with in just a few months. I feel like I’m finally being heard. I graduated the clinic last week as I am now 12 weeks pregnant. I’m so thankful for this clinic!

This was my monitoring clinic as I am a first time surrogate. My RE clinic is in California. I had at least two visits prior to my embryo transfer which went fine. I then had 4 ultrasounds once I was pregnant. The first one was 6w5d. The lady who was an ultrasound tech (don’t know her name bc she never introduced herself!) older woman. She was very short with me and would not allow me to take pictures or video for the parents who are in China. I explained to her that they would love video of the heartbeat and pictures. I had to beg for her to print me images. She had music on in the background and I couldn’t even hear when she tried to listen to the heartbeat. Told me she wasn’t sure she could hear one that it was early. But then emails my clinic saying heart rate was 121. Why would she not tell me this since it was the heart beat confirmation appointment. I left in tears and not reassured baby was good. I complained to my RE clinic and the next two ultrasounds I had a male dr. He was amazing! Introduced himself. Asked how things were going and if I had any symptoms. He explained every single thing he was measure of and looking at. Fast forward to today. I left their office bawling. I ended up having the same woman for my 11w5d ultrasound this morning. I was a nervous wreck going into this appointment bc I experienced severe bleeding with a clot on Sat. I was on bed rest all day yesterday let my RE. In walks the US tech who says “what are you doing here? We don’t usually see patients this far along, you should have been released to your dr already!” I was shocked. I then tell her I told the dr last time I would be back one more time. She then tells me “he must not have known how far along you were!” So the dr has to know how far along you are bc he has to make sure baby is measuring on tract with the week. She was all excuses and lies! Again no introduction and never once asked how I was feeling or how the pregnancy was going. She gets started and I ask to video the heart beat and she goes “I don’t know” I explained that the dr let me video and take pictures for the parents the last two visits. She then ignores me so all I got was three not so great pictures she took. She is halfway through the ultrasound and I said can you please check for a sub chorionic hematoma bc I had severe bleeding on Saturday. She then tells me “I can’t see anything but baby bc your so far along! I can’t even see your ovaries!” She didn’t even look! So now I leave with no explaination of why I had bleeding. Praise God baby is ok! Then I need blood work and they refused to draw my blood bc it said lab Corp on the top. Last time we had the same conversation as it also said labcorp and they still drew my blood for me! Overall great i days experience was awful. My husband and my surrogacy agency both called and complained on my behalf as I was at a different lab getting my blood work done. I did receive a call from Janet in a different position who apologized which I did appreciate. I honestly think this lady doesn’t deserve to be in the position she is in. It’s a fertility clinic and so many patients there have had so many losses and have spent so much money to have a baby and they do not deserve this type of bedside manner. She made me feel like a number and a huge inconvenience.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 5 years. Prior to going to Southwest fertility center we did a few rounds of clomid and trigger shot injections with timed intercourse. No luck. I was told at that time that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). As a result I have irregular periods menstrual cycles often with a dark tar like appearance. Then I went to an acupuncturist for a year to get my menstrual cycles more regular. I dont know if it helped any but I still didnt get pregnant. My husband and I were referred to Southwest fertility center by a couple of our friends that had success getting pregnant and having a beautiful baby boy with the help of Dr Gunnala at Southwest fertility. We went there and the staff was extremely friendly! They tried to accommodate my work schedule for all my appointments because it is very difficult for me to leave work. Several tests were done to determine if there were any issues standing in the way for both me and my husbands fertility. Turns out the only obstacle was PCOS. I also have type 1 diabetes. We tried IUI a few times with no luck so then decided to do IVF. From the IVF we were able to get 7 high quality embryos. We did a frozen embryo transfer with one embryo. Then we did three more transfers with two embryos to increase our chances of pregnancy. It was disheartening because no pregnancy resulted until our very last frozen embryo transfer! Unfortunately I miscarried at 7 weeks! It was devastating but the one good thing that came from it is knowing that my body actually can get pregnant. My husband and I decided to take a break from fertility stuff due to stress and cost but I have to say that Southwest fertility clinic was so wonderful and supportive to us through our entire journey! They really are awesome people! We are trying Ovusense....an ovulation tracker now....and if we dont get pregnant within a few months, we will go back to Southwest fertility center and see if they can help us while utilizing that device for a more cost-effective approach if at all possible, otherwise we may consider doing IVF one more time.Go to Southwest fertility center and they will take care of you like you are their family!

I love Dr. Gunnala, I have been seeing her since 2013 for some woman issues and she took good care of me. I trust her 110%. After I took care of my problems I wanted to have a baby. She give me all the options that where best for me.But I decided to go somewhere else because of financial reasons. I had tubal reversal and failed. Came back to her for possible IVF she is amazing and I have been going thru all I need to have it done BUT I had an issues again. I had to have surgery, she has been so good to me and caring I feel so well taken care off. She coulf off done my IVF before my surgery and see if it worked. But No ! she wanted to do things the right way. Im looking forward finishing IVF with her. I recommend her with no DOUBT. Staff have been awesome to me. All of them are awesome and Im thankful for each one of them.

We moved from Houston and we’re referred by our doctor there. Dr. Vinay Gunnala was on board with our planned treatment, and helped us make it happen as quickly as possible. We didn’t miss a beat and after one round of IUI we were blessed with twin boys!! Everyone who works there is amazing. I highly recommend them!!

This place is amazing and the staff is so sweet and caring! They helped my wife and I reach our goal of starting a family together. We are expecting our baby boy in just 10 weeks and plan to return to them when we are ready to have a second child! I HIGHLY recommend going here for any and all fertility treatment and needs.

Dr Vinay Gunnala is great! He is so thorough. He eased my mind about trying to get pregnant. I left my first appt very hopeful and some stress relieved. The office environment is great front desk staff is so nice with check in and insurance.

Dr. Gunnala and her Team, are the best in town! The nurses (Fran) and the whole team are also so committed in what they do. They help you throughout the whole process so that you dont feel alone. I first went there in 2018 wanting a child of my own (not having a partner) They welcomed me with no judgement and after the first IUI (I used one of their in house donors) and found out it worked. I had the most adorable blue eyed, blonde haired son in August 2019. Hes the best thing to ever happen to me,. So much so that I had to try once more. (Same donor) It took a few tries this time but I am now expecting my last child in April 2022. I thought I was never going to be able to have kids but they made it a reality and Ill always be forever grateful for the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff for giving me my two miracles that I desperately needed and will cherish forever. If I could give more stars I would. I had a long journey due to Type 1 diabetes, PCOS, and blocked tubes but Dr. Vinay never gave up hope and cheered me on to the finish line. The entire office has become family, even helped watched my adopted son during visits when I had no one to babysit. Ive never had a doctor be more caring and patient with me. All I could wish for now is that he could deliver me!

I have been to a few offices in 3 states , this office is average, Dr. G. is very nice and motherly, you have to keep an eye out on billing issues they once told me my insurance expires at the end of the month, so I said yes its a monthly policy for one year and I never been to a place that did not understand that super basic concept, but the biggest disappointment was in the rude attitude I received more than a few times from one front worker named Carla, she was super rude and i reported the issue multiple times but she just seems to keep getting ruder , why is she still dealing with people? is she a part owner? LOL they need to remember that their patients are the only reason they are all working and they need to be civil and correct their attitude to patients.

Janet in billing is awesome, transparent, & very helpful. She is quick to answer your questions through social media. Dr G, Shelly NP, the nursing staff, and Fran are very knowledgeable and accommodating. So far we are getting great positive results & being heard every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this practice.

DR. VINAY GUNNALA and his staff, just to name a few Agatha, Fran and Karla, have all been amazing. We came to this fertility center and were welcomed with open arms - literally ❤️. DR. If youve ever had trouble with insurance or get confused with the whole process, Janet Tibbets who handles all of the centers billing, is FABULOUS! A year after I was a patient, Janet walked me through some complicated insurance claims that turned out to be easy peasy with her help. Thank you!

I’ve been struggling with fertility for some time and in the process of searching for good doctors i found this place. After calling to get prices and scheduling availability i decided I’d never come here because the billing manager Janet was extreamly rude and talked to me like i was stupid just because i was asking questions and trying to learn more info. She acted like i was wasting her time. So distasteful! Bad impressions unfortunately last and they won’t be revieving my business.

Does your team do tests to see if i’m infertile or not?

Im a man who went in to do a fertility analysis because my wife and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year with no luck. This was my first time at a facility like this, and my experience was less than satisfactory.The ladies working there are nice and did their jobs. Im sure they have lots of experience with women and couples. Maybe men dont go there by themselves much so they dont know how to accommodate men.After filling out papers and signing in I was taken inside. Led by a nurse I was brought to a small room. I mean, like 4x4 small. I thought this was the prep room before I go to a larger room or at least one with a sink and toilet. Nope. She says youll be collecting in here, shows me the light switch and tells me theres a TV if Id like to use it, then leaves.Ok, now Im not experienced in any of this, but something seemed...off. 4x4 room, one chair, a small night stand with napkins, and a tv. I mean, it was enough to make anyone impotent, ya know? So I thought Id try the tv and see if it may change the mood.Boy do these people not know a thing about modern men. Youre trying to stimulate arousal so a man can collect semen for analysis, and whats on tv? A slide show of women in bikinis. Wow did that get things going, oh boy! I felt like I was in elementary school again where me and my friends found a sports illustrated magazine and got to see scantily-clad women for the first time; but I digress.I used my own means and collected the analysis...now what? Im supposed to just walk out of this closet and hand the jar off to the nurse...without washing my hands? Maybe they dont know whats involved with collecting but they dont seem to be too concerned about hygiene. I handed her the cup and she handed me a pen to sign something. So now Ive touched a door handle and a pen without an opportunity to wash my hands. I thought for sure shed direct me to a wash room at this point. Nope. She tells me to have a nice day. I had to then ask for a wash room. Test results came the following day.I received the test results via email of a chart that doesnt explain anything, and a phone call where I was told my analysis was goodSerious?! I paid $160 and filled out paperwork for an hour detailing every aspect of my intimate life with my wife, for what? So you can hit me with a good and a chart with numbers without explanation?Long story short, theyre definitely not equip for facilitating men, I wouldve felt cleaner had I collected in the bathroom, and for the love of unborn children everywhere, if youre going to have a tv in the collection closet, put some porn on it would ya?

The pros of this place are that they try their best to work with your insurance. OK...so thats the only pro! Now for the cons....I have been there 10 times and STILL no one remembers me! My name, what Im even doing there!? Nothing! I had to ask everyone, every step of the way what I was doing that day or what it was for. As for test results....they act as if theyre not important for u to know! If you call for them, you are placed on hold and asked repeatedly what kind of test, who you are...etc. I dont understand how in such a delicate time you are not showed compassion or even the remembrance of your name. So sad!I say....go somewhere else!

The doctor lied about their hours he said oh were open 7 days a week because your period doesnt know what day of the week it is theyre not by the way they also will never answer your phone call will tell you you need something like a prescription for a doctors appointment say they called it in and literally never call it in and by the way did I mention they will never answer their phone like ever. And when they do they will never take responsibility for the stuff they dont do oh that wasnt me that was her

If I could give no stars or less than that I would. Reception was rude and it has taken weeks to get a phone call back. I have yet to be able to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. I went with another facility and will not recommend this one.

Called three times and was forwarded to a voicemail box by the receptionist all three times. I left contact info all three times and nobody ever got back to me.

Would give 0 stars very unprofessional waited a month for my appointment to not have a appointment as well as them rescheduling my appointment twice and loosing an hr. of work. Would take my money somewhere else.

If I could give you more stars I would gladly give them to you. My husband and I thank you with all our hearts for your attention, from the beginning! We were patients for more or less 3 years. We traveled 6 hours to appointments and I dont regret it at all, they were always very understanding, each and every one of them were angels in my infertility journey. Dr. Gunnala always gave me a word of Faith, always so kind and always told me dont give up! Like his mother, I remember how they always had a hug or a show of affection for me and my husband.I appreciate them very much and I hope that God blesses them always, they were our angels 💗Today I turned 17 weeks pregnant, and I know that there is still a long way to go, we go with all the faith in the world, and with all the gratitude to God and the SW team 💗
