Evergreen Urgent Care

Evergreen is the best urgent care I have ever been to (and Ive been to many!) From the initial phone I could tell that they were different. Every person in the practice was comforting, knowledgeable and seemed to take great pride in their office and work. I could tell that they place a high value on cleanliness, comfort and patient ease. It felt more like seeing a long-time family doctor than a typical ER/urgent care visit. Thank you, Evergreen!

They are AWESOME! I had what looked like an eye infection and I wanted to start antibiotics sooner rather than later. They got me right in!Everyone in the front office was sweet as pie ( Thats Southern for Really, really nice! ) and the practitioners were professional and friendly! There is even convenient, free parking during normal business hours!Highly recommended!

Got a same day appointment and was seen promptly. The doctors were kind, listened to me, and included me in the treatment choices. Had to be referred out for imaging and they called me back with results that day! Wonderful experience with knowledgeable and empathetic providers. I will be back next time I need urgent care! I had the BEST doctor’s visit with Dr. Miller and the amazing staff at Evergreen Urgent Care! I have been to many clinics stateside and abroad, and I have never been met with the kindness and proactive care that I experienced at Evergreen. From the scheduling coordinator to the PA, I felt a warmth that is so rare to experience at a doctor’s office. I feel they truly embody what it means to be a team and to be solution-based. I got right in on a Saturday afternoon, the receptionist was very friendly and kind. The Dr. I saw was also very kind and we talked about my condition, he was very swift at prescribing medication for me.I would VERY HIGHLY reccomend Evergreen Urgent Care! Honestly, by far the best urgent care Ive ever been to, and really one of the best doctor visits Ive ever had !

Had my immigration examination done here. Overall good experience and reasonable price. Dr. Miller and all the staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt expect to be reviewing an urgent care clinic, but these folks are great. I could tell immediately from the modern, minimalist intake form - that might seem like a silly detail, but I think it says a lot. This visit was the easiest, least stressful, and most competent experience Ive ever had with the American healthcare system. First time Ive ever thought Ill have to go back to that Urgent Care facility. A+

Extremely kindhearted, thoughtful and intentional patient care. I came in from out of state and I’ve never received such commutative care. They all introduced themselves, let me know what they were doing before they did it, and wanted to make sure I felt alright. I’m glad I chose to come here instead of the closest place to me. Probably the best Urgent Care i’ve been to. They are so nice, extremely accommodating, and friendly. They helped us when we got into a sticky situation and were extremely understanding. I’ve never had such a good experience. Even though we live 3 hours away, we definitely will be making the trip again. Worth it 100%

I have never in my LIFE gone to a better urgent care - as someone with a lot of chronic health conditions, Ive been to my fair share of them, and Ive never been to one where every single person I talked. to was friendly, kind, and caring!! I was visiting Portland when I missed the bottom step on a flight of stairs and fell down, twisting my ankle as I fell. Instead of going to an emergency room, I went to see Dr Miller. It was the best decision I could have made. He was able to x-ray my foot and quickly and accurately diagnose that I had fractured my ankle. He assisted me in obtaining a walking boot and recommended that I follow up with my doctor when I got home. After returning home, I was able to see an orthopedist who was an ankle specialist. He completely agreed with Dr. Miller’s diagnosis and plan of treatment. Dr. Miller is an extremely competent and caring physician. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Miller provided service for my immigration medical exam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Miller ensured all necessary tests and procedures were carried out efficiently and accurately. His expertise and attention to detail were truly reassuring. Incredibly kind and empathetic staff, almost beyond belief. The BEST urgent care of my life. Just happened to walk by while thinking i should have an issue looked at. I had a great experience working with Evergreen when I needed access to a medication, and I can tell that Dr. Miller and his entire team are incredibly dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to every single patient. Truly patient-centered care!

Dr. Miller was great at helping me understand my options, alleviate symptoms, and minimize my costs to diagnose & treat a bad cold (thought it might have been strep or covid or something else). He shared that hes a former ER doctor, and definitely showed an ability to quickly assess my needs and guide me toward feeling better. Selfishly, I hope I never come back, but when I need urgent care, I wouldnt hesitate to come here first.

I got a not-so-ideal cut that needed stitches. I have a fear of needles and anticipated more than a few tears. Lindsay was wonderful and made the process so easy. If more doctors were like Lindsay, I think people would be far less scared of needles. All of the thanks.

Took my insurance, saw me, and let me walk without even giving them a card. Told me the visit was covered by my insurance. Only learned when the bill came that they are out of network and never mentioned this to me. Pretty scammy to not even mention this at any point in the process. Won’t be returning.

My fiancé went to providence Milwaukie for a chest xray and it’s been two weeks and she still hasn’t got it worst experience ever. But me myself I went here to evergreen and got everything done within just a few hours everyone was so respectful genuine and kind super awesome people I told my fiancé to come and she had the same experience, it’s a bit of a drive from where I live but way more worth it I recommend anyone needing urgent care to come here amazing service.

Dr. Miller was really helpful throughout my entire process of trying to get my physical exam for my immigration paperwork. He is on the physicians USCIS-approved list, so he was always clear about the things that needed to be done and was super responsive throughout the entire process. His communication was constant, which gave me a sense of safety in an already stressful process like this one. And one of the best parts is that it was pretty affordable. I have a couple of friends who are going through the same, and I will definitely recommend him.

Came across Evergreen Urgent Care while searching a place for Immigration physicals. Starting from the time i called on a weekend to schedule an appointment, Dr. Andrew Miller has been amazing - Im surprised to see a call back within few mins of leaving a voice msg, then scheduled an appointment on Monday morning, whole process got completed the same week Friday (including an extended Medical check for me) - Im really happy with the doctors knowledge on the whole process and the thoroughness in which the Doctor helped me guide step by step. Clinic is also very clean, located in easy to access place with good amount of parking nearby. Easily the go to place for Immigration physicals and Im eagerly waiting for the Urgent Care support starting from April. I wish i could give more than 5 stars - but this is by far the best experience i had with a doctor in Oregon!!!

I would recommend this clinic with Dr. Andrew Miller if you are looking for a medical surgeon for the USCIS papers that needs to be done. Dr. Miller, what a competent and caring physician! I was looking for an urgent care that could run a basic test and I dont have insurance so I wanted to find a place that I could afford. I called around a few urgent care locations that rhyme with doomcare but a visit is $250 and that is just to get in the door. Ive experienced on several occasions, and so have close friends of mine, of going here with a relatively minor condition only to be told they cant help and charged for the visit. Maybe because most of the appointments are with PA-Cs not actual doctors, and they arent qualified to treat or diagnose many injuries etc. I didnt want to take that risk so I continued my search. I found Evergreens website and it said to call. Pretty simple. So I did just that and to my surprise my call was immediately picked up and a very nice man asked how he could help. I started to tell him what I needed an appointment for and that I was paying out-of-pocket so I was curious the price. Instead of him scheduling me and giving me a standard price he actually gave me the time of day and asked me to explain what what going on. As I explained my ailments to him, he patiently listened and followed up by telling me he would gladly see me. He also considered into the equation I was paying out-of-pocket and didnt want to turn me away for money reasons so he gave me a VERY reasonable quote for the visit. He had such a pleasant way about him that I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was going to be helped by someone that cared. I drove right over and Dr. Miller greeted me at the front where I was treated like an individual not just an appointment or a time slot to get through. Within five minutes I was escorted to a room by Dr. Miller and he actually helped me right then and there. He was so personable and logical with his approach regarding my case. He took all the time to listen and answer any and all questions I had. He gave me recommendations based on what I told him and he also obliged my requests for what I was asking for. He worked with my individual needs and navigated ways to help me get the medical attention I wanted without breaking the bank. I was literally floored with how helpful and practical he was. He really is an authentically kind doctor and person that genuinely cares for his patients and wants the best for them. I cant say I have ever had this kind of experience before at a doctor office--especially urgent care. The guy is just cool. He ordered my test and charged me such a fair price, beyond fair. He emailed me the following day with my results and gave me some recommendations of care and treatment which included vitamins and sunlight--something they dont teach in med school. HIs attention in the email was even exceptionally personalized and thorough. Um, can I have Dr. Miller be my primary care? HIGHLY recommend .

You will get expert care at Evergreen Medical and Dr. Miller. I had excruciating pain all night after a heavy meal and found Evergreen Urgent Care, which set in motion better care then I could have hoped for. I’m a Kaiser member and Evergreen was concerned that we wouldn’t be reimbursed, and made sure we really wanted to engage them. We appreciate them putting our interests before theirs, but I was too uncomfortable to go anywhere else. Dr. Miller asked all the right questions, pinpointed the problem and sent me to Kaiser Emergency with the information that I needed to help them focus on my problem. Kaiser took the information, confirmed Dr. Miller’s diagnosis and had me in surgery later that day. Dr. Miller and the team at Evergreen is fantastic and saved me from prolonged pain. Highly recommend their medical office as a first stop in any urgent medical situation.
