This LONG and honest review about my experience .On this day 1 year ago I found out I was pregnant and now I am holding my perfect healthy 3,5 months old baby girl!Thank you Fertility solutions!I was a patient at the different place before coming here and i cant be happier i switched to this place.  Appointments were easy to make and I didnt have to wait months!I mostly went to Providence location and nurse (Julie) is the best person ever (I am not sure if she still works there as it is been a year): compationate, kind, professional. She always made me feel good and confident.My doctor was Dr. Kowalik and I never actually saw her in person, we had 2 on line video consultations. You have to prepare questions to ask, otherwise not much information given. All my questions were answered, but (!) her approach one step at a time is just not for me. I prefer to know all my options, what is going to happen at every step of fertility treatment, and what to expect next otherwise my anxiety kills me. In short: lack of detail resulted in me googling way more then I should have. I just felt like I wasnt receiving enough information.Dr. Huang- had pleasure to meet her. She was kind, caring and very patient  with me even though i was not her direct patient she answered all my questions. She did few ultrasounds for me as well, very reassuring and professional, I really liked when my US aligned with her shifts:)Overall- EVERYONE was nothing but nice throughout this hard and emotional journey. (Except 1 front desk person in MA location, but it was rather exception and maybe that was a bad day for her. Happens).2 things that made me rate 4 stars and not 5 are:1). This place not open on Sunday (even thou I was assured they are). Which I think a little strange. So if your perfect fertility window falls on Sunday, well, you gonna wait till Monday and hope for the best.2). Mixed up with prescription. I dont think it was 100% fault of Fertility solutions but lack of communication on their side really took its toll here. In short: cvs specialty didnt send 1 medication (because it had to be regular cvs not specialty), i found out late and appeared those pills were not available, had to call 5 -6 pharmacies untill I was told by pharmacist that that medication has different name because it was rebranded. (How would i know, right?) And I had to wait 24 h for new prescription according to insurance rule- so silly (I might be off in some details, it was a while ago, but it was so stressful as I had to take 1st pill on Saturday and was able to get prescription only on Friday, night before). It still worries me that if I wasnt on top of this situation, I wouldnt have my baby now.

This review is way overdue, as Im sitting here staring at my perfect 2 month old baby boy. As a fellow physician, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Huang. She is smart, efficient, responsive, thoughtful, kind, compassionate and truly cares about your journey. There were many ups and down on my way to success and she was with me every step of the way. In the Providence office, Julie could not be more helpful or supportive. I started my treatment at another local facility and it could not have been more disappointing or frustrating. If you are pursuing treatment in Providence, there is no other option - call fertility solutions and see Dr. Huang.

Infertility in itself is a stressful journey, and finding somewhere where you feel understood and safe is a whole other journey on its own. I’ve been seeing Dr Anania and Dr Sacha for about a year now and just completed my second surgery yesterday for my Septate uterus. Their quick responses (no matter how many questions you send their way) and their details explanation of any testing/procedure and bedside mannerism is absolutely a 10 out of 10. Julie Perry a nurse within the practice has also been so helpful, you can tell she loves what she does and cares for every single patient that comes through that door. She has answered my calls as she’s walking out the door and kept me informed through every step of the way. If you are having a hard time with anything infertility related this is the place to go!

This practice has some of the best doctors and nurses. I was very nervous about going through ivf and everyone was helpful. Julie in Providence helped me get over my fear of blood work. She is always so kind and can answer so many of my questions. The communication was next level. If I called with a question within an hour or so a nurse or a doctor was calling me back with an answer. I’m sad to graduate to GYNO. I love Fertility Solutions and so happy they were part of my journey!

Dr. Huang and the fertility solutions staff were all so helpful over the course of a very stressful and emotionally charged process. Julie in the providence office is such a sweetheart, the nurses on the nursing line are patient and understanding and answer all the questions you have, and Dr. H was also incredibly responsive and informative when I sent her messages in the portal. Even the financial department was amazingly helpful with navigating insurance frustrations. Thank you to the whole team!!

I cant say enough great things about Fertility Solutions. Their entire team is so professional, supportive and responsive. We were guided each step of the way with our IVF process. We felt so safe and they made a very stressful process feel actually super easy!Thank you to all the doctors and nurses of Fertility Solutions!!

I am so glad I decided to switch to fertility solutions at the very start of this process. I was at the most well known facility in Rhode Island before this. That place made me feel helpless and discouraged, not to mention receiving 52 bills for one service two months ago which I don’t miss. The reviews for Dr. Huang we’re completely spot on from my experience on day 1 to this day (Im almost at trigger shot phase). She has the best bedside manner that I have experienced from a physician in a long time, specifically the medical professionals I have dealt with around this process. She is realistic but also acknowledges the possibilities and the progress throughout which really makes a difference when trying to stay positive amidst so many unknowns and with so much out of your control. The head nurse at Providence is also absolutely amazing. She is helpful, nurturing and answers all the questions all the time, always available for follow-up. Its just been an exceptional experience I would highly recommend if you’re not feeling this way where you currently are to switch to this facility regardless of the outcome that’s why I’m doing this review now because to me the service I’m getting goes such a long way for such a trying and difficult but exciting thing to do in life.

Dr. Huang is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had in my life. She is unprofessional and rude, and treats you like a number. Have pain? “Oh, you’re not jumping off the table you’ll be fine.” Bleeding? “Huh. That’s weird. You’ll be fine.” Completely messed up cycle after her imaging? “Nah, not possible.” Keep in mind, FS isn’t open 24 hours or 7 days a week, so be prepared to pay $200 an ultrasound, be told you need 10 of them per cycle, have to drive to Dedham to see a doctor — who has work? — and never have your appt actually line up with your cycle because “oops, we’re closed on Sundays.” Save yourself the heartache and go to Boston IVF, where they actually know what they’re doing.

This place is really amazing, I cant recommend it enough. Everyone from reception to the nurses are friendly and care about you. I worked closely with Dr. Huang from the beginning until the end. They make the process warm and personalized. The testing seems long but it is thorough and they made sure to cover all the bases even though I went in with a pre-diagnosis. It was reassuring for me that they cared about me as a person and not a number. Dr. Huang really is amazing! Shes responsive, gives clear instructions and wants to get you pregnant fast haha. It felt like she knew how important this was for us and that felt special. We went through one round of medication and we got pregnant! She was so excited for us and made sure the pregnancy was viable until about 6-ish weeks. Transferring my paperwork from FS to my OB was so easy and detailed. She made sure I had consultations with Obs and maternal/fetal specialists due to my health complications. I could really go on and on but if youre looking for a fertility place, look no further! We are expecting our baby girl due end of January. Thank you FS team! (I went to the Dedham office once and can say the same thing about the Dedham office. Such nice people!)

Dr Huang, Julie and everyone at Fertility Solutions have been nothing less than amazing. When I was first referred to them by my OBGYN I was heartbroken and scared. I was nervous about the cost, the let downs, the procedures, the medications and surgery. Everyone at Fertility Solutions made my experience so comfortable and joyful. I have been with them over 2 years now and finally have my miracle on the way. I would highly recommend Fertility Solutions and Dr Huang!

Fertility Solutions has been soooooo amazingly supportive and empathetic throughout my fertility journey. I had a couple of scars at the beginning of my pregnancy and without hesitating, they made time for me to listen and see me in person and provide comfort & empathy in the difficult times. Thank you Fertility Solutions! We will forever be thankful ♥️

I am so happy with this practice. Both doctor K and H are amazing. They’re kind, explain everything, and are quick to get back to you on the portal. I like that they had a Providence office, it made it much easier for my monitoring appointments. Any time there was an issue they were quick to get me in, and the Dedham office is open on Saturdays which was a huge help. The nurses are sweet and very thorough when explaining test results to you. They always call you back the same day with those results. This practice does a lot of monitoring which made me feel really comfortable, because of that the nurses suggested I apply for FMLA with my work and they explained the process which I super appreciated because I wasn’t sure how anyone makes time for all these appointments! I am beyond happy with them and their staff. Special shout out to Julie who runs the Providence office, such a sweet and kind woman. You will wait past your appt time until he providence office, but it’s because sometimes they need to emergency squeeze someone in before you which I was totally ok with because they squeezed me in more than one time. Fertility treatment is emotional and difficult but this office makes you feel like you aren’t alone.

Only leaving this review to rave about Julie. She is the person who gets your blood sample at your appointment. She is absolutely the sweetest person ever and made the experience very pleasant! Thank you Julie :)
