CCRM Fertility of Rockville

I am so happy I switched from Dominion Fertility. I’ve been going here for about a year and every single staff member at CCRM is amazing and professional, from the front desk to the phlebotomists. Any doctor you get will be fantastic; I love all of them. Their offices are always timely and well-run. The systems for managing paperwork, appointments, and customer communications work great. I always feel like I’m getting personal attention and never feel rushed. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Martini! I came to CCRM Rockville after multiple failed cycles with another IVF clinic in the area and Dr. Martini gave me hope again.She is kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent, and resourceful. I have been constantly impressed with how she always has a “next step” to improve things and get a better result. I have always felt like we were making progress even when my body wasn’t cooperating.The staff has also been extremely kind and responsive and I love how easy it was to message my nurse Jan on the portal app!The facility is clean, new, and welcoming! I love how I can see the ultrasound screen so I can see exactly what’s going on and almost all of the time my ultrasounds were done by the doctor which was great for getting real time updates on what was going on.I highly highly recommend Dr Martini and the CCRM Rockville team for any of your fertility needs!

I cant say enough about how amazing CCRM is. We had the BEST experience through and through. From the nurses, to the front office staff and doctors, there’s no better team. They were with us every step of the way, each visit they remembered my name without having to look at the chart, they answered EVERY question and genuinely cared. I felt so safe and cared for by everyone. Dr. Martini is the absolute best. When she went on maternity leave, I saw Drs. Carpinello and Owen who just as fabulous. I was so nervous to graduate because I was afraid that I wouldn’t receive the same type of care as I did with CCRM. The salve app they use is also so convenient. You can message them at anytime with questions and someone gets back to you in less than 24 hours. Thank you CCRM for everything.

This organization is terrible. The doctors may be incompetent. Theyll also take your money under bogus pretenses and procedures and have no record in the system that large payments have been sent. We currently have 5k this is just missing and we now have another bill for $1250 and if we dont pay it, then theyll kill the 3 babies that have been cryogenically frozen. Getting an answer or request to fix account statuses may take up to 5 weeks so they can recalculate your account. This certainly has all the hallmarks of an undisciplined practice at best and fraud at worst.

I write this review through tears. For the first time in two years, they are happy tears. I came to CCRM after a traumatic journey at another clinic, and about a week post tube removal after an ectopic. From the start, Dr Martini was caring, knowledgeable, and really cared about our success. She personally did most of my ultrasounds and responded directly to many portal messages. She was cautious to “control for all variables” and did things that the other clinic refused to do, and we had success! I have referred many people to CCRM and will continue to do so. I also encourage people to stray away from the other clinic. I felt hope for the first time in two years and felt that I was cared for, even when I was a brand new patient. Now that I’ve graduated, I feel sad to not be her patient anymore, but so grateful to have graduated after all I’ve been through. I can’t thank Dr Martini and her team enough. She is such an incredible doctor and person.

The BEST experience! From the front desk staff to Dr. Martini, we couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received. Dr. Martini is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She explained each process to the tea, we have never left an appointment feeling confused but instead fulfilled and ready for the next steps. Without a doubt we would use this agency again and most importantly work with Dr. Martini. Literally 1000/10 experience.

Words cannot express how much gratitude my husband and I feel in our hearts due to the great care, attention and services that we received from Dr. Martini and her team. From our day 1 consult and to graduating today, its been a pleasure being under their care. I was referred to Dr. Martini from my fibroid surgeon who advised us to seek insight from Dr. Martini to explore other options for our journey to parenthood. As luck would have it, we are convinced that another procedure at CCRM plus tips from Dr. Martini - gave my uterus the rinse that it need! (hahaha) We got pregnant right after! Despite not ending up having to move forward with the fertility treatment she still treated us with the upmost care during the early stages of pregnancy. Being someone with high anxiety due to past traumas, Dr. Martini and team made sure to always make me feel comfortable during each visit, and even after hours when I would send messages after messages in the patient portal due to questions and concerns that I had. Each visit has been such a calming and positive experience and I am so thankful to have been cared for by such a spectacular group. I am sad to not be able to see you all weekly anymore but I know it could not be forever. Thank you all for everything that you have done for our growing family. We cannot wait to send baby pics! You all are such a blessing that we will never forget. God was up to something special when you all were brought into our lives!

It’s been 3 weeks now they didn’t send my husband test results yet and I try to reach them all the time . They r coming up with the excuses . They r very irresponsible people.
