Visited the lab today 6/13/24 at 11:30. The Tech was warm and welcoming, she told me her name but I do not remember. The lab was clean and I was provided with great service.I received a B12 injection. The Tech was knowledgeable and handled me with care.I will return.

My daughter’s doctor ordered some blood work and were told to check labs around our area for the best price since we’re self pay. We found this Any Labs location in Rockwall and ordered the labs online and made an appointment for the next day. We checked in about 15 mins early and the phlebotomist told me there was another panel with all the labs we needed and it was even cheaper then I originally planned to pay but was definitely helpful as money doesn’t go as far as it once did. My daughter was nervous, but the phlebotomist was so sweet with her and was super quick! We’ll definitely use this location again in the future!

I had the best experience this morning at AnyLab in Rockwall! I made the appointment early this morning since I was able to fast before getting annual bloodwork done. I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment, and was immediately assisted by the most friendly, energetic, information, and helpful staff. I was able to pay, get my blood drawn, and even get a chosen Vitamin B12 shot with lipotropics, ALL within 10 minutes. I was amazed when I noticed all of the test services, including a long list of shots, all listed online! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in a lab environment! I will definitely return to this location for any needed testing and for those regular shot injections that I choose to receive weekly and monthly. What an amazing team! When I walked in the office, I could feel the positive vibes. As a small local business owner myself, I would HIGHLY recommend Any Lab Test Now (and will).As a patient that has had 6 surgeries this year alone, Ive been to many other labs (employees did not even greet me, and had no sense of urgency. I dont think any of the other places ever smiled (very important).The entire team in Rockwall, were so kind, happy, friendly and truly seemed to care. Additionally, they had a sense of urgency and shared valuable information with me.Moving forward, I will always make sure my doctor sends any orders to them!

I visited the Rockwall location on 9/14. Jo was the only one working and was absolutely fabulous. I had several kits sent to me by our remote (Austin) doctor and was in a bit of a panic because I didnt know what to do with them. Jo checked us in, made the labels, drew the samples, and that was all I had to do. I have received confirmation emails that the samples made it to the lab. I will happily use ALTN again in the future. P.S. - Jo gave some special attention to my 17-yo son who had never had blood taken before. My son got a little pale and shake and Jo noticed before I did. Great work and a great experience!

Any Lab Test Now is a great place to get lab work done without having to get lab orders from a doctor first. Patty is super sweet and always does a great job drawing me and Jo and the rest of the office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend!

She even called to make sure we got everything we needed and that we received the test results. My functional medicine doctor sent me here for lab work today. It was my first time using Any Lab Test Now. I have to say that Patty and Jamie were both so kind and helpful.They clearly explained the process and took care of everything. I also learned about the numerous other lab testing they offer. It would be so convenient to have your test results in hand before visiting your primary doctor. And would eliminate the need for an extra office visit. I went to Any Lab today in Rockwall to get a Lipo B12 shot, and I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman who administered my shot and at the front counter was so sweet! She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I will be going back! :)

The service was great, but I specifically asked about insurance when I called to make my appointment. I was told I could file on my own, but they did not process any claims. My insurance is now rejecting my claim as I do not have a diagnosis code. Apparently Any Lab Test Now does NOT provide diagnostic codes. BEWARE.

I LOVE this place for testing! They truly have every test imaginable, we even saw a dog DNA test on the list 🐶! I’ve not been inside because of COVID-19 mandates, but what’s better than not having to get out and go in? Having all tests conducted right there in your car! Very friendly, energetic staff, and quick results. Both times I’ve made an appointment for the COVID-19 Rapid Test, I was in and out in 15 minutes tops.

The B12 shot was a huge lifesaver! I am a business owner who is married to a minister and also have three small children ages 1 3 & 4. due to this Im always so tired dragging from place to place morning after morning just trying to get through the day. I have been hearing a lot about the shots and though i was interested I just couldnt seem to find the time to stop and get it done. Finally, the opportunity presented itself at the right time and I must say I made a great choice! The first thing I noticed was my restless nights immediately turned into deeper sleep. One night I slept so hard I didnt hear my alarm lol. I honestly had not sleep well in weeks. I needed the rest! The morning after, I felt so refreshed and awake! I could also think clearer, worker harder and longer. Lastly, I also noticed my stomach starting to significantly go down which was a huge plus!!! Needless to say, Ill be getting these shots on the regular. Highly recommend!

Same day appointments available for CoViD testing. Rapid or PCR. The whole process took 10 minutes, and the tech was so gentle. The only drawback was the expense, but when you really need a test, and no one else has appointments for 5 days, you pay the fees.

I had made an appointment for 11:30a and arrived about 11:35a. I was in a huge hurry and really needed to get in and out quickly. I walked in, told the tech I had an appointment and was directed to fill out two short forms. There was one tech (Pricilla) who looked like she was cleaning something. As I filled out the forms, two men came in and talked with Pricilla. She seemed to know them and was discussing their tests with them in front of me. I sat down in the waiting area and expected to be taken back shortly. Pricilla came out from a back room and told the two men it was their turn. Thats when I left.I called and spoke with Pricilla over the phone. I told her I wanted the manager to call me so I could explain my experience. Pricilla hung up on me. She called me back about 20 minutes later and told me she had spoken to the owner, Lois, and she would be calling me shortly. I asked Pricilla why she had hung up on me and she said that she had not hung up on me. I told her there were only she and I on the phone. I hadnt hung up so who had hung up? She didnt have a reply. Im waiting on Lois to call me.*UPDATE*I just spoke with Lois. She was polite and professional. Shes going to talk to Pricilla to get both sides of the situation and call me back. I am always impressed with an owner that doesnt just throw their employee under the bus and totally agree that Lois should speak with Pricilla. Hopefully this will never happen to another customer.*UPDATE*Lois and her manager (Phylicia) called me back. They were gracious about the whole thing and offered me complementary service to fix the situation. They both really seemed to care about providing a high quality and professional service. We had a long talk and they were both very considerate and concerned with the standard of service that they provide. I had no intention of ever going back to this business but their consideration won me over.

This lab should not be in business. Our experience here couldnt have possibly been worse. 3 of us went together for lab work. We were very clear about which specific tests were needed, and went through the itemized lists with them confirming several times while there. THEY STILL GOT EVERYTHING WRONG. 1) My mom requested a specific test. They tested my dads blood for it instead, but not hers. 2) All 3 of us had to go in a second time because they said they didnt draw enough blood to do all tests. Despite being irritated, we went back... And then a few days after the 2nd appt., we got a call that we had to GO IN A THIRD TIME. --ALL OF US! The excuses differed depending on who we spoke with (didnt get enough blood still, the lab made a mistake / its their fault, were still training our employees so they made a mistake, etc.) The third time, we all refused to go back and decided to cut our losses and move on with the partial results wed gotten. Throughout, communication was HORRIBLE. For example, all 3 of us are adults + separate entities... But they would email one person about an issue and forget the other two. Or call someone else, but not the others. Or tell us they left us multiple voicemails when they never left any. Even after verifying emails & phone numbers, poor to nonexistent communication continued.THESE ARE NICE/COURTEOUS PEOPLE, BUT THE MANAGEMENT AND COMPETENCE OF STAFF ACROSS THE BOARD IS A TOTAL DISASTER. STAY AWAY.I really dont understand all the positive reviews. Maybe folks are showing mercy because the staff are very nice to customers and apologetic with mistakes.One or two mistakes is understandable, but this was a circus.

They couldn’t find my paperwork multiple times. After they said they had it, then they magically didn’t when I arrived and thought I was supposed to bring some kit with me. The desk was out of hand sanitizer but they are a covid testing facility. My arm is of course bruising which normally never happens. They also seemed to lack experience in the test I was receiving. I have no understanding why there’s five star reviews.

I had a really great experience going to the Any Lab Test Now location in Rockwall. Their spot is right on I-30 in a strip near Schlotzky’s, which includes Edohana, Smoothie King, and Chase Bank. It’s basically right behind Chiloso and also across the freeway from Lake Pointe Church. Lois, the owner, was also the person who greeted me when I walked in the door. She is a very kind woman who runs a clean and efficient facility. Along with many types of testing for most needs, they also offer some great B-12 shots among others, and MD-led seminars on disease and nutrition. They can test for substances using varied methods and can also test for vitamin deficiencies. I met some regular customers who come in on their lunch break to always get their weekly B-12 shot to keep up their energy and metabolism levels. Lois provides great information from her knowledge base as a 15-year nurse. I will definitely continue to come to this location when I am in need of the services they offer.
