Amazing facility, these girls know how to do it right!! Everything is so cozy and peaceful, clean and chic. It smells amazing when I walk in and automatically puts me at ease. I love all the services and they offer several; the head spa is drool worthy 🤤 Def recommend!

11/10 recommend this place. Mariah is wonderful and has done such a great job on my lips. Lip filler was the best thing I could have done! I went from not having much of a top lip to the wonderful lips I have now. She did a great job explaining how the process worked. She has seen 2 more friend/family of mine for lip fillers and she did amazing job. Pricing is great and I highly recommend you guys go see her!

NWA Aesthetics and Fertility have been such a great help in my weight loss journey. Dr. Tobey is attentive and very responsive to all my questions. She has been very supportive throughout the whole process. They are always flexible and eager to help!

Beware: attend one open house and they will make you beautiful, take amazing care of you, and make you their best friends.I attended an open house earlier this spring— unsuspecting! I had no idea that they’d:#1: come in under any local place I’d explored before, price-wise, across the board— Botox to weight loss.#2: treat me so incredibly well, walk me through every part of the process, and make me feel at home even though I’m a first timer to all of this.And #3, make me feel gorgeous, with expert artistry around accenting my natural features.In addition, I signed on for way more than I intended to because they made it really easy to scale at a pace I was comfortable with. I was never subjected to high pressure sales nonsense and still somehow keep adding new services that I am so grateful for every single time I look in the mirror. 🙌I see Dr Tobey and Mariah both, and I am fast at work on making both my best friends for life. In both areas of specialty, they’re absolutely experts, and still priced lower than competitors in the area.Also, they’re both just genuinely good people and that counts for SO much.I was unsure about aesthetic procedures before this— sweet Mariah is an absolute ARTIST. I feel like I look the best I ever have in under 90 days 🤯Basically, this is literally the best medical spa in NWA. It’s going to be hard not to love every single person you meet there, and you’ll walk out with new friends. You should just be ready for that. 🙌

I had filler done to correct my incredibly lopsided lips. Mariah is truly gifted! I don’t have any better pictures, but you can definitely see the correction to my lips! I left my nose in so you can see I didn’t rotate the photo. I’m so happy and I’ll be back to upkeep my new symmetrical lips! 👄 Thank you Mariah! 🫶🏻😊 AND I’m excited to book with the other ladies! There are so many amazing services that are offered!

10/10 recommend the 1 hr scalp Rejuvenation treatment! Lilly was so nice and explained everything. I’m a long term sufferer of dry scalp and my hair and scalp has never felt this good. I’ve told all my friends and co-workers!

Mariah knows what she is doing! She’s always great to suggest more or less filler and Botox, BUT only if it’s needed. She makes the most of everything and is not going to make you spend unnecessary money because it’s not about the money for her, it’s about YOU!!

Mariah is a very professional and amazing at her job. She applied numbing cream on my lips before the injections I only felt one little poke other wise it was just pressure. Would highly recommend!!
