Kevin and Hayley are wonderful! This place is fast, professional, the staff are friendly and have made this experience so much more pleasant than I could have expected. Will be using them in the future!

Really pathetic service. Zero stars if the option existed. Had to get blood drawn twice as the first one had thawed prior to testing, apparently fault of their courier service. Happens I guess. But having testing completed a week prior to the doctor appointment and they cant seem to get the results submitted to the doctors office in time? Via fax?? SMH. These guys arent cheap AND you have to pay up-front. Back to Labcorp regardless of distance. Oh - and the apathy shown when called regarding the issue cemented the need to submit this review.

Super easy to choose what tests I needed. Easy and not overly pricy. Quick appt. The staff thought were AMAZING! Friendly, considerate, and an outstanding job! Hardly felt the needle go in. They were awesome and professional.

I was so nervous to get my blood drawn, but I was in great hands at this location. I fainted briefly, but when I woke back up everyone here made me feel safe, accommodated and reassured. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take care of me and I would highly recommend Any Lab Test Now for their expertise, cleanliness, and human connection.

Booked a dog DNA test weeks in advance. Arrived to the store for appointment and was informed that not only were they unable to perform the test but that none of their locations in San Antonio could provide it either. Lacking communication between corporate and the physical stores.Update: approximately 4 weeks later, weve got the results we were seeking. Store hadnt done the dog DNA test before and had to order the test. 1 week to receive the test and another 3 to get results. Issues arose mostly due to a lack of training which the company eventually corrected. Satisfied with results so giving 4 stars.

They got the job done and the lady that drew my blood was very friendly. However the lady at the front was not very friendly. I brought a test kit from my doctor and everything had been paid in advance, mind you Ive only done this one other time so this process was new to me. She mentioned I would have to pay $35 which I’m totally okay with but I knew I had already been told it was paid for. I offered to show her the documentation that I had and she said she would just look it up in the system. Not sure why that wasn’t done first but that’s okay. I’m pretty understanding and would have kindly paid the extra fee. She ended up looking it up and I didn’t have to pay an extra fee. But from the time I walked in there was not even a greeting. I was just looked at. I would recommend just being a little more kind and welcoming. People coming into your facility could be dealing with a lot medically, like myself which is why they are getting blood drawn, so being kind can really go a long way. Like I mentioned the lady that did my actual blood work (wish I would have got her name) was very pleasant. If I didn’t have to go to this location recommended by my doctor I don’t think I would return.

Excellent service, fast and super friendly individuals. Marissa was extremely friendly and helpful and assisted exceptionally with my concerns and various questions. She remained calm, friendly, and professional and ensured I was in an out to be back to work on time. Definitely will be using this location for all of my future needs.

Front desk receptionist working 2/14/22 was rude. I walked in at 5:13 PM after just calling at 5 to see if they were taking walk-ins still. The guy on the phone was super nice and said yes he just asked me to try and get there by 5:30. In person the lady initially turned me away after saying they stop at 5:15PM. I shared what I was told on the phone and she just took my paper without comment and started to fill out the info before telling me that one part of what I needed for my blood work they didn’t do. So honestly it was a good excuse to leave because her overall attitude was terrible/unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Two stars just for the nicer man who answered earlier.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and showed wonderful disposition to assist. She took me despite it being close to the corresponding lab’s specimen pick up time. And that’s appreciated. Emily Hernandez, the blood technician did a great job; I never felt the needle coming into my skin even though I was attentively watching the process; that was nice!

What a great facility! Awesome crew, and very friendly and easy going! April is awesome, so knowledgeable and helpful! Anna and her team were amazing! They even gave me orange juice to help move the process along! Lol! Honestly the group of ladies at this location went over and beyond to make me comfortable! Anna even congratulated me on my new job as I was leaving! Should I need lab services again.... this WILL be my go to.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff here is! Miss Anna especially is so warm, kind, and professional. Anyone with littles knows having blood drawn is scary and stressful for them and for us, but Anna made sure my 4 year old son was as comfortable as possible. He actually left with a smile! If you ever have to take your child in to do lab work, I highly recommend making the drive to this location. They take a stressful experience and make it a positive one.

Not very secure in keeping personal info confidential. You sign in on a key pad - DOB, Name, email - and it already has this info populated from previous people in each cell as if you can select them. Yet, on the email you get as a confirmation of your check in, it has the message that your info is hidden for your protection. On another note, you have to sign out (on the receptionists computer) using a sensitive mouse to write your signature. This company needs to update/upgrade their sign in and sign out process equipment. I believe there are HIPAA laws that regulate these practices.

The visit was quick and they were flexible to draw from my hand vs AC. Clean and easy. Definitely recommend.

A little rough start on arrival not knowing which form to fill out and being told the form I had grabbed was the wrong one without her knowing what was needed. After that the experience was a lot better. I did run into a unexpected reaction that was my fault. I was not hydrated and fasting unintentionally. They were able to keep me seated and provided me with a beverage to bring my glucose back to baseline. We all laughed it off after and I ended up walking out with a smile. The overall experience was a good one. It was not busy at all and the facility was clean.

Was taking pepcid AC the day of the test. The test was $249 at any lab Test now at 17700 San Pedro Ave which was $140 more than Quest. The location asked if I had anything to eat, but didnt ask if I took pepcid etc, Test came back negative. I contacted the owner, who told me that the location was not responsible for asking those questions. Why would they ask if I ate anything but not ask if I took pepcid etc when it is common knowledge that you need to discontinue taking Pepcid 24-48 hours before taking this test? Since they are over double the cost of Quest, I asked them why they cant redo the test at no charge? I disputed the charge with my cc company and will post reviews where I can to get the word out as I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

My experience with these beautiful ladies are always positive. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The location is always very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, including employers, small businesses looking to test employees, etc.Awesome!

I was super anxious to get blood work but as soon as sat in the chair the staff person that helped me was so nice and considerate. She kept me distracted and was very patient. Would definitely recommend this place for blood work. I was in and out in 15-20 mins.

Ana and Crystal were extremely helpful in coordinating a very complicated lab test kit. If it hadnt been for them going above and beyond, we would have had to make a 3rd trip back to the doctor and lab! Ana is very customer service oriented and Crystal did a great blood draw! Thank you both!

When I arrived at Any Lab Test Now, I was greeted by Anna, who ended up taking my blood. I am extremely afraid of needles and she made me feel very comfortable. I ended up almost passing out and throwing up everywhere (due to not eating before). Anna was patient the whole time. She ended up having to take my blood again and I barely felt anything. A big thanks to Anna for leaving me with a such a great experience!!!!!

This lab rocks! Staff is super helpful and personable. Especially Anna! I had an issue, and she didn’t make me wait forever while she figured it out. Just a great place to go have lab work done.

Very professional & kind!!! Helped us through the testing with a kiddo that is sensitive to needles. That alone was priceless. Facilities are nice & very clean & we were seen quickly. We were given several options on how to receive test results, which was so convenient. I would highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

Love this location. Ladies were so helpful, and wonderful with my son. He has cerebral palsy and a very stiff arm. I will be returning soon for additional blood tests insurance wont cover.

Went yesterday, there were two female employees working, didnt get their names. They were both indifferent to our being there. I couldnt even get them to look me in the eyes to check in. They continued their conversation with each other and just pointed to the sign in sheet and told me to fill out a form, never once looking up. We were the only customers in the building at the time. Someone else walked in as I was about to sign in, one employee pushed the sign in clipboard to him before I could sign, and looked up smiling at him and in a friendly manner, asked him to sign in and grabbed one of the sheets I was pointed at (without explanation) to take and highlighted it for him giving him instructions on what to fill out.While neither were pleasant to me or my daughter, one was particularly rude. She looked at the test box our doctor had provided, the MD had written $25 draw fee. She turned to the other we and said its $35, right? Then pushed the box away and and made a comment about not doing it and it being wrong. I slid the box back and said the doctor wrote that, you would know the price better than her. We will pay the $35. She rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. The two girls then turned to the man who had came in and were joking and laughing with him.Then the one who had pushed the box away went towards the back and after several minutes, and without turning around yelled out you can come back. Technically the man behind me signed in first as they took it from me to give to him. My daughter and I looked at each other, then the man, back at each other, then towards the woman who had called out, who was now staring at me, hand on hips, with an impatient stance and demeanor. I asked who are you calling for? She asked well are YOU here for blood work? I looked at my daughter, who looked really scared now. I said, no, just her, but I didnt know if you meant her or him. She rolled her eyes and said her and turned away again. My daughter gets nervous with blood draws and due to the behavior of the employee who was going to be doing it, we left without getting the test. I will never go back to this location. I have never written a bad review to any place. I figure everyone is entitled to having a bad day. But as a nurse and a mother to children with chronic illnesses I felt obliged to warn others.*Update- after calling a different location, (who was very helpful and friendly) I was informed this particular test has to be done before 1pm as it must be placed in a freezer at least 4 hrs before pick up. When we went yesterday it was around 3pm. So, I am grateful we decided to leave as it wasnt going to be done properly any way.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, and made me feel at ease. It took much less time than I expected, and they were very clear on how I can get my results. Highly recommend!!

Its fine if you need a blood test done asap, but if you have any other alternative, Id recommend that. The staff is nice but inexperienced. When drawing blood, an incorrect needle was used and the needle was not secured after insertion which caused significant discomfort.

Highly recommend this place, I went in to get some blood work done and I have super difficult veins ... they’re hard to find, they role, they hide. But these awesome hilarious women made it easy to not get frustrated or discouraged through the process they succeeded and filled the tubes I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful. This place was a lifesaver! After going to quest for a specialized lab test and being turned away, I thankfully found this place and was really impressed! Not only did they do the lab test I was requesting, but they went above and beyond to label everything for me and get it in the mail. Anna and Emily were both incredibly helpfully! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!Paid $200 for a Covid Test here and the administering of the test was quick, however, after paying $200 and being guaranteed results the next day, the test didnt come in until two days later. I had to miss work to wait on these labs.When I spoke with the staff, they said they sent it to the email provided, however, they spelled the email address wrong. Not only that, they also spelled the patients name wrong and then tried to blame it on us for our handwriting. My spouse also asked BEFORE we left if they needed us to confirm anything, and the person who administered the test and reviewed the paperwork BEFORE we left said no. They did NOT verify name or date of birth for the patient for confirmation and THEY made the assumption that they knew everything was correct. The front desk person tried the excuse of I normally verify and check everything but I wasnt here that day. THIS IS JUST AN EXCUSE! EVERY STAFF MEMBER SHOULD BE VERIFYING! That is NOT a one person job!I only left two stars because the tech was fast at giving the nasal covid swab.This was a WASTE of money and if they had good customer service, they should have offered to refund us.

I go in regularly for B12 shots to increase my energy. Any Lab Test Now on 281 is awesome. Service is quick. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their employee Dana is outstanding! B12 shots work!

The ladies were SOOOOOOOO friendly and vibrant! It helped brighten my day. The phlebotomist did an EXCELLENT jo . Not only did I NOT feel the needle insertion I did NOT even get a bruise!! Would highly recommend this place from my expert medical opinion.

Came here for a Covid test and everyone was so helpful and patient. Virginia was the one helping me walk through my Covid test as I did not know exactly how to do it. She was really patient and explained exactly what I needed to do. I would definitely come back here again and I totally recommend this place.

This place is run by interns and inexperienced people, they took my sample and messed it up first time and I had to go again for hair folicle test. Next time i was there, no apology or anything that they messed up sending to the wrong lab, on top of that, lady took quiet amount of my hair, not one but two spots. This place definitely needs to know what they are doing.

I visited the Any Lab Test Now location in Arbor Park today and highly recommend them! Both the receptionist and technician were very friendly and professional but also made me feel at ease...not an easy thing to do as I hate having bloodwork done! No appointment necessary and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else! 😁

Came in at 5:43pm after rushing through traffic with my 5y/o sick child and they wouldn’t do it because I came in after 5:30pm, but they close at 6pm! And they lady who send us away had a such and attitude and couldn’t have cared less about a sick child now needing to go to an urgent care to get the labs!

I had to have blood drawn there and the girls Name was Emily. She did a fantastic job and didn’t hurt me at all. You could tell she paid attention to detail. THANKS EMILY

The way they speak to you is horrible. The first time I went the staff was great but this time the staff said oh God not this again and they kept telling me that I shouldnt have done any tests since I was exposed to a person that had COVID19. I dont understand why they are telling me that now since the staff ALREADY took me in and did the test.

Hello, I received results of a lab test today (1-15-15) and the 2 ladies that were there were helpful and friendly to me. We had a few moments of laughter and friendly interaction during which I learned that I also could get B-12 injections there.

Staff is professional and extremely helpful! We came into the facility right at closing with plenty of questions, all of which were answered throughly and with a smile. Thank you guys for your help!!

The place looks pleasant on the inside, the lady at the front desk named Anna M, is very rude and she snatched my I.d from me about 10 minutes ago from me typing this post. Pay attention to her it’s not that busy in there to have an attitude.

The lady I called was very short/rude with me when I called and asked if you did the 2 step ppd test. When she said “no”, I asked if she knew who did? She was having a side convo so I had to repeat myself and then she said “I don’t know”. It annoys me that your name is any lab test now when you don’t do any lab test now. The name is definitely not fitting. Please, change your company name and get friendly people to answer your phone!

If it says that you close at 6:00pm then that’s what it needs to be. I know that it’s a process to it but still at the same time what’s posted on the door and online needs to reflect the same thing whenever you come in. That’s False Advertisement
