Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. The tech who drew my lab was very gentle and had a light touch. I recommend this lab.

They were fast and did a great job. Don’t go to quest diagnostics if you can help it. I paid $69 for a 12 panel screening and Yolanda and Cat were so nice and helpful. Thank god for people like this!

I went here for the first time today after a scare and had a glucose screening. I didnt want to wait for a referral from my doctor and to wait and go through insurance etc. (The glucose sceening is $49 If it were more than that Im sure I would rather go through insurance)Crystal is the young lady that attended me and she was quick with paperwork and she has such a gentle hand to draw blood.I didnt read the negative reviews before going to this location but I had no issues today.Update:I revisted this location just yesterday and still great and quick service. Laura was lovely, gentle and has a great sense of humor. Still highly recommend!

Quick and easy. I walked in, performed my test, and walked out in like 10 minutes. I made an appointment online. The paperwork to fill out was available for me to fill out from home. Super simple.

I came in today and was greeted by Catherine, she was so sweet and welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very gentle, and precise when drawing my blood! I have very thin veins l, so for her to get my vein, so quickly proves her skills. She’s is an amazing tech. She deserves a raise!

I recently visited Any Lab Test Now and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I was in and out of the facility in less than 10 minutes. The care I received was top-notch - the staff were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. To top it off, I received my test results very quickly, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Any Lab Test Now and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of fast and reliable testing services.

Fast easy. 2nd time I went was really humid and stuffy. Also I was not told to fast prior to my tests. if anylabnow allow us to go in for labs on our own without Drs sending us they should put those recommendations like fasting prior on their website. But that is a critique on Anylabnow as a whole not this particular location. The lab panel I went for were very pricey and some of them will not be as accurate now

Laura helped eased my anxiety about having my blood drawn. She even gave me a cold towel to help calm me down during the process! She is awesome (professionally as well as personality-wise)! I will not hesitate if I need to return for another blood draw!

WORST! Do not waste your time here. Their workstaff is absolutely ridiculous. Theyre untrained and uneducated. Their professionalism is non-existent. They dont know how to read their own paperwork or get things done. Waiting a month for results that took less than a week due to a mix up in paperwork, and then not being able to explain the results or contact someone who can. An employees here actually complained to a customer about not wanting to do this job because they dont get paid enough for this. Followed by others who are just plain rude and ignorant. This company needs to seriously look into their business because everyone needs to be either replaced or retrained.

Please. Dont go here.I went in for a simple drug test to get my exact levels, and not only did it take 2 and a half weeks for results, which render my levels being inaccurate due to time, it only became nerve racking after they initially informed me it wouldnt take more than a week. I had checked in on multiple occasions after being sent the wrong results, and it wasnt till the next month I went in and asked for a refund since I still hadnt received what I paid for. They finally gave me my results after denying a refund and then tried to dismiss me with a paper that still didnt have my levels on it. I had asked them to explain what the paper was, and the workers freaked out complaining how they dont get paid enough and cant read the results they gave their customers. I waited for almost 2 hours listening to them call multiple managers and other locations to help them read the paper they gave me and honestly my anger turned into pure disappointment knowing a company cant even train their workers to read what they give clients everyday. That day, I left with them saying they would email me the exact levels by 6pm and still cant give me a refund since I received my results. So I waited and still never received the email that day. So two days ago.. I went in after listening to three adults complain about their job and how its my fault since they arent even supposed to help clients read results.. I walked in and asked for results, after they lied to me saying my levels would be emailed the same day. She said, Well if you didnt get results we didnt. Then proceeded to fiddle on her computer for 20min then said Oh. Here you go sir.It took a whole month. And the worst part is, yeah. It gets worse. The page I had recieved finally with my levels, stated Received February 18th  this is 4 days after I took my test. They had received my results 4 days after, and it took a month to give them to me. After. I went in 3 times. It was just sad.

Emily - the young lady who helped me out this afternoon - was very kind, professional and enjoyable to work with. I travel a lot and have had to stop off and have these kinds of tests done in a number of places and this was the quickest/easiest/most pleasant experience I’ve had. Very well run operation

Erica outdid herself trying to get as many of my husband’s and my lab tests covered as possible with as little cost as possible to us! She did a wonderful job! Emily was fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Im a hard stick and she was able to draw my labs with no issues. She made sure to let me know when to expect my results back and made the process simple.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I get off work @5pm, everywhere advertises that they say close at 6. I get there before 5:30 door is locked and the lady on the phone “Yolanda” refused to open door saying she has to leave by 6 no later. (Don’t know how that’s my problem) and then Refused to give me her supervisors information and when she “did” it was a fake number.

Very great staff. They even went the extra mile to print out my email for my drug testing for me. I had gone to another place that did nothing to help me. These people at this location go out of their way to help you out and I greatly appreciated it. Would definitely recommend.

The phlebotomist was very fast & gentle. As someone who is terrified of needles, I appreciated this. There was little to no wait time. I did use my insurance so the person below me just didnt have a doctor referral. I recommend for anyone who has to get labs & wants to get it done fast without the suspense.

Came here for a COVID rapid antigen test today as I needed a negative one by Monday and I could not find one ANYWHERE. I was helped by a lady named Priscilla who made me feel welcome and the overall experience was pleasant.I will keep this place in mind the next time I need a lab test!

Good afternoon!I would like to give some feedback on my experience this afternoon with Any Lab Test Now at 5238 IH-10 W. De Zavala Rd., #134, San Antonio, TX 78249 . . .I must say that I am very pleased with the service received and the operation, from start to finish.  Since experiencing COVID symptoms beginning on the 27th of December, I have been trying to find a place to have a rapid COVID Test, with no success at all, including purchasing a home test kit -- as NONE are available anywhere in San Antonio -- completely SOLD OUT . . . that is, until this morning when I tried Any Lab Test Now.  Thankfully, I was able to request an appointment online (for only an hour later), and received confirmation immediately, along with intake forms I could print out, complete and bring with me to save time upon arrival.  When I did arrive, I simply called them and they came out to my car and instructed me how to do the swab myself while watching me.  Literally within minutes (probably less than 10), they came out with my verbal test results, letting me know that the written results would be emailed to me within the day.  The young lady who served me was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional, and made me feel completely at ease.So a big shout out to Any Lab Test Now, 5238 IH-10 W. Fast. Friendly. Discrete. Perfect. The environment is clinical so not much to expect but sanitation and they exceeded my expectations. The business end of it, emails, faxs phone calls... Again, above par. Overall the expierence was excelent. 100% recommend.

I’m usually a really hard stick and dread getting bloodwork done. Emily Hernandez is literally the best!!! She hit my vein in one stick with no fishing. I ended up passing out and she was extremely sweet about and had me lay down for a little bit before leaving.

After 2 unsuccessful attempts at another location, I was referred to this location. I was in and out in under 30 mins and only needed to be stuck once. Very happy with my experience here!

I went into Any Lab text now off De Zavala for some bloodwork today & over the last 7 years since my accident I’ve had a ton of blood work done but Rebecca was by FAR the best person to draw my blood in the last 7 years!! She was professional, super friendly & incredibly precise with taking my blood & the next time I have to have any bloodwork done, she’s exactly who I’m going to go see!! Thanks Rebecca...they are lucky to have you!!

I went to get a test done here for the first time and The lady’s were super super friendly and I would go back anytime to get things done. People like that should be always recognized for the respect and caring for there patients.

Rebecca at the DeZavala location bent over backwards to help me! She went above and beyond the call of duty after a mix up on pricing from my provider. Would highly recommend this location!!

I go to the De Zavala / I10 location in San Antonio many times a year for blood work. Rebecca Rodriguez is always kind, courteous and fast. Highly recommended!

I arrived at 8:30 am only to find the office closed. I called the number listed online and was told by an operator that she would call to see if they were “running a bit late” and that I would get a call back. 8:40 am, still closed and no call back. For a company that is supposed to be open at 8:00 am, I would say this is a fail. CALL before you go or this may happen to you as well.

This place is way overpriced for having 1 employee in a hoodie with a mediocre customer service attitude take your tests. Expect to pay out of pocket because they don’t take insurance either.

Waste of money… they do not have any proper equipment… just making money from people .. my baby and wife got negative in their test and immediately they have got positive in another test . Will not suggest anyone to go there
