CAPS Pregnancy Medical Clinics

I went here for the first time for a 7 week ultrasound. I had a lot of nerves since this is my first pregnancy, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I recommended this place to a friend due to the amazing experience

After far too long, I found a Primary Care Physician and got an appointment for a physical. Yesterday, I visited COLFS Medical Clinic for my appointment with Dr. Karen Saroki. I only knew what I found on her CIGNA profile but she had all of the things I was looking for in a doctor.I knew the area and the building well so that was not hard to find. Walking from the parking lot up the path to the sign that shows 3750 and 3760 you have to take the path to the right toward the front of entrance of Building 3750. Before you enter into the lobby of 3750, there is a door to the right of it that says CAPL Pregnancy Clinic on the door; that is the door you need to use to enter the suite.When I entered the suite, it was so nice and clean. I was greeted by a personable nurse at the front desk who took my information, checked me in, and gave me a clipboard of forms to complete. Once I returned the paperwork to her, she escorted me to sweet and homey waiting room where she closed the door and took my vitals. It was great not feeling like part of a cattle call when getting weighed in. The nurse left me and said the doctor would come get me shortly. I sat (and took pictures and selfies HA) while I waited which only took about 7 minutes. Dr. Saroki came and escorted me to a room across the hallway. I had a seat and she went through my entire medical history and every line item on the forms I filled out. Ive not had a doctor do that in well over 20 years! I was gobsmacked that she was that thorough. While we chatted she had a PA taking notes for referrals and follow up appointments. She made suggestions and gave me options for next courses of treatment and care. It was remarkable! I was expecting this kind of concerted care...hoped for as we all do but didnt expect it. That took about 25 minutes or so. After the chat, we went next door to an exam room where she checked my eyes, ears, throat, heart, lungs, reflexes and such. She asked more questions and had her PA jot down additional referrals.The exam was done. She let me know all of my next steps and walked me out. I checked out with her nurse who completed and gave me copies of my referrals and follow up paperwork.I left that positive experience in the best mood with a huge smile and feeling of warmth and care from a medical doctor and practice. It was refreshing!Thank you, COLFS and Dr. Saroki for taking the time to care about me and my body and treatment.

I absolutely loved going here! I’m a new mom and young. I had a lot of worries and concerns and they made my first experience amazing. They were super nice, helpful and accommodating! I had taken a test at home finding out I was pregnant not know what to do, how far along I was and what I should be doing from here on out and they set me straight. They were super nice, reassuring and answered all my questions with no judgement. They gave me all the resources and information I needed to go from there. Turns out I was 11 weeks and so happy but nervous and they were super supportive and I couldn’t be more grateful! I never once felt uncomfortable with them and actually felt so relieved after seeing them so you should definitely go! They will take care of you :)

The ladies at the clinic were so sweet and listened to everything I was thinking. They gave me so much help and encouragement. The extra info they were able to supply was so helpful and have me what I needed to get started on my journey. I got to see my babys heart beat and that gave me comfort too. Thank you!!

Staff at CAPS are amazing!They’re so kind and patient. Very clean and patient organization and would highly recommend to everyone!They provided excellent information for a first time mom. Thank you all for a great experience.

My hubby and I recently visited this clinic for my pregnancy ultrasound. The staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands.The ultrasound tech was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain each step of the ultrasound and answer any questions I had along the way. It was an incredible feeling to see our little baby on the screen..The clinic was clean and well-maintained, they printed the images of the ultrasound for us, which was a really nice touch.Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to any expectant mothers waiting to be seen by OBGYN. The staff at CAPS was absolutely amazing! They were SO accommodating and sweet and informative. They truly care and are passionate about helping and guiding women, regardless of where you are at in your journey. The facility was VERY clean, warm, and updated. Not cold and sterile and unwelcoming at all. I actually liked it better than my regular obgyn office. They were so sweet to let me bring my 3 year old daughter in and include her in the process. They even gave her a little gift at the end because she was such a good girl. I was blown away by the care I received and felt like I was given all of the information I needed an a digestible manner. Thank you CAPS for such a wonderful experience and thorough care.

I am so thankful to have been seen at CAPS pregnancy center. They are incredibly welcoming, I felt so safe and taken care of. This place was so peaceful and helpful! Pregnancy can come with a lot of unknown but their health professionals and the volunteers are knowledgeable and wonderful!

I am so lucky to have stumbled upon CAPS. Upon entering, I was greeting by such friendly positive and supportive people. I had an ultrasound scan which relieved a lot of anxieties. Aside from pregnancy screening, I was made aware of so many resources within San Diego geared toward new moms.

I have nothing but the BEST things to say about the employees and CAPS facility. The staff was professional, kind, informative and made the appointment feel personal and special! Thank you soo much for what you do!

This is one of their new locations and the entire staff is so so sweet and welcoming. I had my first ultrasound here and they made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had with thorough answers. I didnt know where to start with this whole process and they really helped break everything down. I wish they had their own OBGYN that accepted my insurance, theyd be my first choice in this journey. Highly recommend this location if youre looking for great customer service and punctuality. Thank you CAPS!

My OB doctors office couldnt get me in until about almost a month and a half to two months out. I went to CAPs to try to see how far along I actually was and Im so glad I did! I ended up being 18 weeks, which was a lot further into the pregnancy than I originally thought. That ended up lighting a fire under the OB MD office I chose! Everyone was super friendly, accomodating, and non-judgmental and would provide you with resources for different options should you choose. I would definitely recommend and return if necessary! I can’t believe I found this clinic by chance! These were such kind and understanding people. Very patient with all of my questions and they gave me so much info. Not to mention they did my ultrasound for free! They also took my appointment the same day. I definitely recommend them.

I love this place omg. Miss Meagee the Rn Nurse she was so kind make me so welcome. She was professional and caring and calm me down. Also miss Kim omg she was beyond helpful she listened me and calm me down. I was so negative till I went there also the front desk I forgot her name she had long blond hair. She was so wonderful as well I love them everyone of them. I never have medical office as kind and patient and nice and helpful like them.
