I honestly dont have enough good to say about Dr Walder and her staff at Spectrum Acupuncture. I was in horrible back pain from surgery when I began treatment and I am significantly better now. I couldnt be happier with the results. Dr Walder is extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being warm and friendly. She and her staff run a first-rate medical facility and I am so grateful that I found them.

My wife has suffered from neropathy in both feet for over a year. We found Dr Walder and after meeting with her she told us there was a possibility of reversing some of the damage. It was evident after the first couple of sessions there was slight changes each time. The staff,Rachel and Kim, are so personable and helpful. Ive received treatment at 20 or so different acupuncture clinics in my teenage and adult life and Spectrum Acupuncture & Wellness is easily one of my favorites. Everyone on staff is considerate of and responsive to my health goals. The org structure of a staff partnering with an acupuncturist on treatment and office administration is new to me - and I 100% see the value in that now. This is a well run clinic. I highly recommend acupuncture for treating a variety of ails. Dr. Walder and her team are top rate and have helped me address chronic sinus issues and healing from a concussion and broken wrist over the years. Where to start? I suffer from severe anxiety and was looking for alternatives to all the medications I have been on. In my research I discovered that acupuncture has helped many people and was interesting in trying it out. I did a Google search for places near me and read through a lot of reviews. That’s how I discovered Spectrum Wellness. After reviewing their website I noticed they advertise helping people with their allergies. I’ve had bad seasonal and environmental allergies all my life. I decided to give it a try. It’s been 2 weeks and I feel so good! My overall mood and energy level has been better than it has in months! I no longer feel as sluggish. The brain fog has gone away completely! 1 week in, I had an eczema flare up and they have been able to help with that too!The office is peaceful and full of positive energy! I started over the winter with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Surgery and epidural injections helped somewhat, but not a lot or not lasting. While I still have pain, the intensity and frequency are much reduced after acupuncture treatment at Spectrum. It took several months, but Ive now moved on. I can bike and hike again, usually with little or no pain. I can fall asleep at night again. When the pain does come, it now usually fades away in a short time. Dr. Devorah Wilders acupuncture regimen sped up my recovery from tendinosis, after months of being ignored and maltreated by the traditional medical establishment. Her office was flexible with rescheduling me and accommodating my unpredictable work schedule, and she did a great job explaining exactly why she was proceeding with the treatments in the way she did.What was a sharp pain in my arm is now just slightly stiff and its getting better every day, thanks to these acupuncture treatments.

Dr Walder treats the whole person like no other health care provider Ive ever had. The combination of acupuncture, herbal remedies, and general sage advice are a true gift. Most recently, she offered me ozone treatment (I was SUPER skeptical), and I didnt even know what it was supposed to do, but I tried it because she generally offers good things. The next day, my nasal passages were clearer than theyve been in decades. It was only after getting that result that I looked up ozone therapy and learned that that is indeed one of the things its good for! Shes a great listener too. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Walder while pregnant. My baby was breech and her treatment, combined with help from my doula, helped to flip (and keep) the baby head down. She was an important guide during the second half of my pregnancy, always offering support and knowledge. I saw her just 48 hours before delivering my son via a successful VBAC.

I had a 20 minute facial relaxation treatment that included a collagen face mask, heated treatment table, LED photon light therapy, ozone therapy AND a infrared light too. Ive started coming here December 2022 due to nerve damage and pain after having surgery on my cervical spine. I love how Dr. Walder is so thorough in explaining exactly how shes going to tackle the nerves during the treatment process. Prior to seeing her I was not getting any sleep dye to pain and now Im able to get some sleep which lets me know her process is working.

My jaw was locking up from stress and I was afraid I was doing permanent damage. Id never tried acupuncture before. The experience itself was incredibly soothing, and over several sessions the problem just went away, and stayed away for at least 2 years. Thank you, Dr. Walder!

Dr. Devorah Walder came recommended to us by our midwife for newborn craniosacral therapy. She was very gentle with our newborn, and quickly resolved some minor issues in just a couple sessions. She provided great advice and instructions on at-home care, which eliminated the need for a follow-up visit. She was helpful in providing recommendations in case we needed to see another specialist, but it was not necessary in the end. We highly recommend her!

I was new for acupuncture therapy, and was skeptical about it, but I am glad I choose this place. Very organized & pleasant staff and clean treatment rooms. Dr. Devorah is very knowledgeable, she really listens her patients and come up with personalized treatment plan. I cant recommend Devorah and her practice highly enough. About 6 months ago, I was in such excruciating back pain that I crawled into her office, having never had acupuncture and trying it as a last resort. At the end of the first session (I did 5 sessions), my pain level came down from a 9 to a 3 and I walked, nay glided, out of her office. Four more sessions later, my back pain completely subsided. I cant thank Devorah or her staff enough .

I have been bothered for years with trigger thumb/arthritis in my right thumb. I was getting cortisone shots twice a year, which helped for a while but then the pain and stiffness came back. I did not want to keep getting cortisone shots which do more harm than good in the long run. After reading several favorable Google reviews about Spectrum, I decided to give it a try. I am now about ten sessions in, and the pain has considerably diminished. I know that acupuncture takes time, and it has been well worth it. I have been to several acupuncturists over the years, and I can say that Dr. Devorah Walder is by far the best--she has the knowledge and expertise.

I have long been skeptical about acupuncture. Then when I experienced an ergonomic injury at work, my sister suggested that I try Dr. Walder at Spectrum Acupuncture. My experience has been phenomenal. A very painful shoulder condition that my excellent primary care physicians were able to help only at the margins, predicting a lengthy recovery, quickly became pain-free and then entirely healed under Dr. Walders care. The office has been a pleasure to deal with. Ive been able to make and change appointments around easily. We worked out payment arrangements and insurance billing in an easy and friendly way. I only wish I had more than five stars to give this review.BTW -- since my initial use of Spectrums services, I came back for treatment of another injury. While biking recently, I had an accident, which led to a painful soft-tissue injury. Once again, Dr. Walders acupuncture services brought immediate and profound relief. I am a very evidence-oriented fan of Western medicine, but I have experienced incredible gains in health and wellness from the care I have received at Spectrum. I recommend them enthusiastically, without reservation.

From the first time we met I felt seen and heard , Dr. D not only worked with me in treatments to regulate my cycles and follicles, but she help me move through the depression of our loss. In the elevator on my way out of Spectrum Acupuncture years ago, a stranger asked me why I was so happy. I’m a skeptic turned loyal patient, originally forced by debilitating postpartum IBS I developed in 2016 from the stresses of new motherhood and extreme lack of sleep from a baby who was not a good sleeper. Conventional medicine had no answers or solutions for me and I was desperate, so I tried other options. Thankfully I fully healed in less than a year, and I’ve continued with Spectrum ever since to maintain my health, help me through the everyday stressors of parenting two young kids while playing hard in a busy career, and combat the anxiety I’ve been prone to my whole life. After acupuncture, I notice increased energy and that my face looks healthier (I swear it reduces the dark circles under my eyes). I think it helps me maintain a healthy weight (and lose weight when I put on extra pounds during stressful times). Better than makeup and as important as exercise. I also think it helps with mind-body integration and coherence. Devorah is also great with newborns, babies, and kids (feeding / breastfeeding / digestive / constipation issues).

I met Dr. Devorah at a seminar and received acupuncture treatment from her. She is an amazing acupuncturist with so much compassion. She helped me with some health issues that I was dealing with and taught me some self care that has become part of my routine. I wish I lived closer to her clinic in order to get regular care from her!

I have been going here for years for a variety of reasons. They’ve helped me with post op ankle surgery recovery, as well as stress/anxiety management, and gallbladder/digestion support. Devorah has also made some stellar recommendations for other local providers. Oh, and love the cushy chairs in the rooms! Highly recommend their services.

I dont think its much of an exaggeration to say that Dr. Walder saved my life. I was in a long recovery from a car accident, and (for medical reasons) I wasnt able to see my doctors and specialists, but I was struggling with intense and somewhat mysterious symptoms that were impacting my quality of life. I am so happy that I found this practice and Dr. Walder. I first came to see Dr. Walder for a broken ankle, to help with both pain and healing. Three years later and I am still a regular patient who benefits from acupuncture for anxiety, sinus pressure from allergies, headaches, hormonal imbalance, and post surgical healing. Dr. Walder was also able to relieve my shortness of breath symptoms after I had contracted COVID (fully vaccinated and boosted). This was my first experience with acupuncture and it has been very beneficial.

Dr. Walder has helped me so much. I originally came to her for low back pain that really didnt respond to anything else. I had tried steroid injections, chiropractic, and was considering surgery. Ive been going to Devorah for years. She has fixed me many times (shoulder pain, knee pain, scar tissue and on and on). The pain goes away so gradually and naturally that it takes time to realize that shes fixed me. But she always repairs and makes me feel better. I highly recommend.

Because I work in an office full-time and was told by the receptionist that Spectrum offers zero appts. after 1:00 pm on weekdays and zero appts. on weekend days. Way to serve the community, LoL. One star for answering the phone and providing the info that Spectrum only serves those who are fortunate enough/have the ability to take leave from their jobs for acupuncture.
