RMA New Jersey Springfield

We had a very positive initial experience at RMA NJ as we began our reproductive treatment. The clinic maintains a clean and healthy environment. Dr. Shefali Shastri, our main doctor, along with the entire team of lab technicians and nurses, was extremely nice and attentive, providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. They are very detail-oriented and knowledgeable, demonstrating thorough planning and conducting comprehensive check-ups. Additionally, they are good listeners, which helped us feel heard and understood from the very beginning of our treatment journey.

RMA Springfield is a wonderful clinic. All of the staff members are kind, professional and helpful. Dr Shastri took on my case even though my case was complicated. I required PGT-M testing - the lab at RMA (Juno) was successful at building me a probe and completing the testing after another lab/clinic had failed to do so. Dr Shastri and my nurse Lynette walked me through each step of my journey with compassion and encouragement, especially when we hit bumps in the road. Alnisa at the front desk was always kind and welcomed me with a big smile on her face. The same goes for Jenn the phlebotomist and all the nurses/physicians assistants who were there for scans - they are all so kind and positive. Im so grateful for the exceptional care I received at Springfield RMA and would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of their services.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with RMA, and feel so fortunate we were able to receive their care and expertise. Everyone at the Springfield office was always so friendly and Dr. Shastri and our nurse, Jessica, were superb. Both were so knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely responsive. The phlebotomists at both Springfield and the Morristown office were also very good. We welcomed our baby boy into the world in February - thank you RMA!

Dr. Jurema has been my doctor since we started our fertility journey in 2015. We spent many years trying to conceive and suffered numerous losses. He was able to help us conceive our daughter who was born in 2019. We were lucky enough to again conceive and my son was stillborn in 2022. We thought we were done with our journey after his loss but after a year and a half decided to talk to Dr. Jurema and explore moving forward again with trying. He did my last transfer and it worked and we are currently almost 13 weeks with our baby. Dr. Jurema always checked in on myself and my wife and always showed compassion when speaking to us. He took his time during appointments and explained things and always made sure we felt comfortable. He is one of the kindest doctors I have had the pleasure of working with and I will be eternally grateful for all that he did for our family. He is one of a kind, and always listened to me and worked outside the box to help us be successful. He will always hold a special place in the hearts of our family.

We love everyone here at RMA. The staff is always friendly and has treated us so well. Dr. Constantini and her team is beyond amazing. They have been with us through our family building journey since day 1. We were blessed and grateful to have two successful embryo transfers (our son is currently 18 months old and having another one on the way!). We are incredibly grateful for RMA and their teams that has helped us through this amazing journey.

We had a fantastic experience with RMA. All of the staff was extremely patient with answering all of our questions (medical, financial, and everything in between). We never had any issue with getting appointments when needed, and our care team made sure every step was carried out seamlessly regardless of who was on call that day. We just welcomed our baby girl and couldn’t be more thrilled.

I primarily went to the RMA Springfield office to see Dr Shastri (LOVE!) and nurse Jessica (LOVE!). On weekends and for procedures I went to Basking Ridge. The front desk even wished me a happy birthday at an early morning monitoring - they go the extra mile. We had a wonderful experience while going through a difficult journey. Prior to RMA. 23 had bad experiences with two other fertility clinics in NJ and when I found Dr Shastri at RMA I knew we were in the right place with the right caring hands. I would recommend this group over and over again!

After years of infertility, taking medications, lots of Obgyn visits, and prayers; God finally led us to RMA. I was seen by Dr. Doreen L. Hock and her team at the Somerset location. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Dr. Hock is very professional and you can tell that she really loves what she does. My nurse Aisha Khan was super amazing and helpful. My husband and I absolutely love the care we received. We are finally pregnant with our dream baby, and will be back for more😊. Thank you RMA!

I previously underwent fertility treatments at a different facility, and while it wasnt a bad experience, it wasnt exceptional either. However, since coming to RMA, it feels like a night-and-day difference. The treatment here is nothing short of 5-star. My doctor (M. Jurema) is not only kind but he is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. Although I randomly chose him, it seems like the perfect match. My nurse (Rania) and staff are exceptional, always on point, and the behind-the-scenes team (Evelyn, Esthepany) are outstanding. Shout out the lab lady at the Springfield office (the one with the twins) she is on point! They all go above and beyond, checking on me and being available for even the smallest concerns. The level of care and attention makes me want to stick with them throughout the entire 9-month journey lol!-Kim Dare

After going to a not so great clinic, RMA was a breathe of fresh air. They are very organized. They really put a lot of effort and research into IVF and IUI procedures, in order to get the best results for women going through infertility. The care is individualized and not one size fits all. The doctors and nurses are caring. I had Dr. Osman. She was honest, straight forward, and helpful. I would definitely recommend RMA.

We just visited RMA and it was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. We were able to get almost all the tests ran right there in their center (both blood/ultrasound). We were particularly impressed with Dr. Jurema. He was patient, thorough, and overall just wonderful to meet. 5 stars!!

My husband and I had the best experience with RMA and Dr. Hong. This was the second clinic that we visited in an attempt to start our family, as we didnt have the greatest experience with the first one. Well I am ecstatic to say that we are currently expecting our second child all due to the amazing staff at RMA; and the Lord above :)My nurse Jessica kept in constant contact with me and kept my schedule on track with appointments, medication and such. She always responded to my calls and messages. I can honestly say she made an easily stressful situation a walk in the park.The receptionist Alnisa is such a joy at 6am monitoring. She always smiles and says Good Morning and she knows all the patients by name. If the waiting room isnt crowded she has some of the best conversation, along with great music playing in the background.The phlebotomists are so welcoming and also greet you with a smile at such an early hour. Everyone is in such a great mood it sets your day off with good vibes...and excellent test results! You cant find that at any other medical facility.Im glad my OB/Gyn referred us to this facility. Weve had the best experience and best results. We started with four embryos and now have one baby with another on the way, and you best believe that well be back for our other two embryos!

The entire team at RMA, especially Dr. Marcus Jurema, were absolutely incredible throughout our first IVF journey. From the beginning of the process, we felt extremely comfortable & at ease both in the facilities and at home. We especially appreciated their clear explanations of the processes and procedures, as well as their availability and responsiveness. Nurse Barbara, along with each and every nurse and assistant at the RMA in Springfield, quickly became like family to me & I will be forever grateful for everything they did in helping us to start our family.

The best doctors we have.. Dr. Shefali Sastri is too sweet with lots of patience. She educated me about every phase. Nurse Jessica always used to follow up me and always available whenever I need her

Had the best experience with Dr Jurema and his staff at RMA Springfield. felt i was always taken care of at the best level and they all knew my name and was always welcoming. Went through countless procedures and testings and all went smoothly and seamlessly. We are currently pregnant and very grateful and happy we went through RMA and would highly recommend!

Truly the best experience of my life. I never thought fertility/IVF would be easy or exciting, but the doctors at RMA, specifically in the Springfield location, were incredible and made my experience one Ill never forget! I was guided through the entire process, my nurse (Patrice) was a true angel, and Dr. Shastri restored my faith and confidence in doctors. The doctors and nurses at RMA are extremely responsive and very compassionate - they are on this journey with you from the very beginning to end. I cannot recommend RMA enough. Even during COVID, they were seeing patients and taking all precautions necessary from taking your temperature, screening questions, and COVID tests. I will never forget this experience and I am so thankful and grateful that I found RMA... baby #1 on the way!! :)

I started my monitoring at the West Orange location and after multiple inconsistent charting and incorrect reportings, my doctor recommended that I visit a new location and I’m so glad I did. The male doctor in Springfield is absolutely incredible. Although it’s a clinic, he doesn’t rush you and he really truly does a thorough ultrasound every time. My doctor was astonished by the difference of the results. I really am so grateful for doctors that care.

Dr. Shastri is truly heaven sent. Without her, I would not have my sweet seven month old baby girl. Dr. Shastri is beyond intelligent, extremely thorough, compassionate, and motivated. After two unexplained miscarriages, she thought outside of the box and never gave up on me. Words can’t truly express how forever grateful I am to her and all of RMANJ, especially the amazing Springfield office!

After so many doctors and others institutes we had tried for fertility, RMA was the only place that was honest and transparent whit our case, Dr Marcus Jurema was excellent, and proactive, no wasting time and helping us in every step to follow with our procedure. We highly recommended it.

Been going to this location since February 2019 and Ive had the most amazing experience since stepping foot in there. The entire staff have been so pleasant. I absolutely loved my nurse Jessica and Dr. Shastri. It was already a scary and stressful time but they made things better.

The staff and Dr. Shastri at RMA Springfield were caring and compassionate. They were available and informative every step of the way and truly helped my husband and I.
