Planned Parenthood - Stafford Health Center

I had the pleasure of being assisted Cheyenne and Jennifer during my recent visit, and I cant praise them enough. They went above and beyond their duties to ensure my comfort and well-being. Their kindness and compassion shone through in every interaction, making me feel genuinely cared for. Their dedication to their patients is truly admirable, and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional care. I doubt if Planned Parenthood has any kind of incentive/ bonus program.. however, these two ladies absolutely deserve it! Thank you again!

Everyone at this location were nice and professional. They took their time to address any questions I had. This is definitely a great location!

Staffs are friendly, the only reason l give 3 stars is because the waiting time is too long. I went this location for 2 times, both times I waited around 1 hour for they called my name even my appointment time was way passed, makes me feel like there is no reason for make appointments. The recent one my appointment was at 2:30pm, l got there at 2:15 and they called my name around 3:15 . Then l have to continue waiting in the room by myself for the test result until almost 4pm.Perhaps they were really busy but still l don’t feel it’s necessary to let your patient wait that long.

Tasha a was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. Also her energy was top tier!

I had an amazing experience here. I was so anxious n nervous but they have an amazing team that talked me through the entire procedure. Melanie and Donna are two gems and an asset to this team- Amazing ladies!!! (Melanie offered to hold my hand through my procedure). Jennifer and the clinician Tashana are amazing. Tashana immediately recognized that I was tense and nervous and she was so patient and informative. I had an IUD placement. I recommend this place a 100%

I had an appointment on Friday at 9:30 am. I got seen pretty quick since I did pre-check in on my chart. I got the IUD insertion and when I tell you I’ve never been more comfortable ever. This was my second time trying it out since in the clinic before they werent able to inserted and mind that it was a medicaid clinic. But the doctor i got she was super nice and also told me what she’s doing every step at a time and told me to just stay calm breath in and breath out from my mouth. Also everyone was so nice the nurse’s including the people who work in the front made feel comfortable always asking how was everything if I have any questions. I’ll totally recommend anyone who’s trying to get on birth control or have questions about it. Don’t always believe everything social media says about birth control everyone’s body is different!

My wife had first time appointment today at 1 pm. I went with her on her appointment. They make us wait till 1.35 and when we ask the status of appointment to front desk lady she reply rudely and told us to wait another 30 minutes and reason of delay she gave us, is because the nurse who works inside start her day late today. If they know about the delay from the morning than why dont they call and inform all appointments that they are running late for the day? Time is money...We cancel our appointment and defiantly not going to the same place. Not just because they make us wait but if you cant commit your time than at least reply politely and nicely to have patient faith in your further service.

I came here for IUD removal and insertion and I explained to the nurses that I get very anxious with these procedures and the women were SO lovely and kind to me. Holding my hand. Talking me through everything. Helping to calm me down. I couldn’t have asked for more amazing people to take care of me. And this is the reason I continue to come to planned parenthood even though I have insurance now!

The NP Tashana at this location is amazing. Nothing like having a provider that listens to your concerns and works with you. The staff was amazing as well. Very courteous and had me in and out in no time.

I’m giving 5 Stars for my nurse practitioner directly Tashana Miller placed my nexplanon and was very friendly, patient, informative, she walked me through the whole process, and made me feel very comfortable! This visit with her meant everything to me due to me having a past bad experience at this location. Love her! Please keep her!

I’ve been to this location a few times, only one tome was very bad. My appointment for my yearly check up. I was undressed in the room for over a hour and it was cold. I had to call the appointment line and tell them I was in there waiting for nearly a hour. Still took about 30 min after that. Also after my test the person was still in the room as I was told to get dressed. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Doctor or not. I was told to get dressed more than once. All of my other appointment besides this one went great. Rating one star only because of this one situation. I’ve. Never experienced this situation and don’t know if that’s considered normal practice or not...

Although it was kind of a hole in the wall place that you had to drive around a back of a building to get to, I was very pleased with my service today. The front staff were prompt with smiles. The nurse was caring and sweet. The Dr. was kind and talked me through the whole service. Even when things werent going exactly perfect like I had hoped, the Dr. assured me, explained my options and waited patiently for me to make my decision. Thank you planned parenthood and ALL the volunteers and donors for everything!!! Many many of us would be lost without you.

People were so nice and welcoming. Appointment was very smooth and quick, and Mrs. Donna was so hospitable and had such a great personality.

I have been going to Planned Parenthood my entire adult life, having always been self pay with no insurance. I am grateful for their services and have donated monthly for years - I strongly believe in their mission. I have been coming to the Stafford location for my last few visits. I had my yearly wellness examination today with nurse Monette Chery and she was incredibly nice, patient, friendly and most importantly - didn’t rush me and listened to all of my questions and concerns. My experience in planned parenthood is wonderful every time, from check in to check out, and all the ladies who work there are always very pleasant. Thank you.

I found this clinic to be incredibly professional and welcoming! This was such a great experience compared to experiences I’ve had previously. 100% recommend for sexual safety concerns and needs.

I had a good experience. Would go back again.Honestly there was a beautiful Hispanic woman here I don’t know if she was single or not but I should’ve shot my shot lol but now I will forever live in regret. But the place is nice and quick was out within 20 minutes.

I have literally been to this center two times. I was 5 mins late on an appointment and the lady at the front desk took 42 mins to check me in and ask me why I was like. She said she was checking people out. 2 people walked out of the back. It took you 42 mins to check out two people? Then when I finally get called back 2 hours later, I sat in the back room for 75 mins, no one came to check on me and when I went to ask the nurse how much longer it would be she said there was one patient in front of me. When I was put in my room there were 2 patients in front of me. So it takes 75 mins to deal with ONE patient?? They take their time and have ZERO concern about you and what you have going on. And if youre on Medicaid, they will treat you like so. Im not and this is how I was treated in respects to my time. NEVER again. Please excuse any typos as I type this in my fury. It is very clean though. Thats the ONLY compliment I will give them.

I have never made appointments when i go to this clinic. i come in right away, and get seen . but thats probably because i go during the early morning hours. once you get in there to see a doctor it take about 45 mintues of wait time, but i dont mind as long as im getting treatment. No complaints here!

Dr. Monette was kind and professional and really made me feel comfortable with today’s visit. Thank you for taking extra care of me today! Whole staff was great!

Terrible job at verifying insurance before an appointment. Wasted my time going to my appointment only for them to turn me away!!!

This was the WORST planned Parenthood I have been to. As soon as I was going to pay they said they don’t take Medicaid? What planned Parenthood doesn’t take Medicaid then when my husband gave them his insurance from his job they thought he stole someone’s insurance but it clearly had his name on it. DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN. This place is very Racists and very rude to customers.

Waited an hour and a half in the exam room by myself, while they’re getting estimates and quotes. Don’t recommend if you value your time

Horrible place. I had an online consultation that I paid in June and they are charging extra money. I called and leave them my info so they can contact me and nothing! They just keep sending the bill were I own money 👎🏼

The place is small. Maybe 34 seats. I went on a Monday late morning and got seen fast. Staff was nice. Parking lot is small. Right next to a carpet store

It seems like every time I make an early appointment, I still get skipped by others. I never show up late and it still takes a long time to get seen from the lobby and in treatment.

I called multiple times for multiple days and every time theyd say theyd call back but didnt. When I finally got through they sent a medication to my pharmacy but when I called my pharmacy they said they never sent it.. by this point theyre closed and I cant do anything about it.. so another day wasted thanks to yall. Stop playing with peoples health.

If i could give a 0 star i would the wait is insane you make a 10:00am appointment and dont get seen until 12 or 1 pm what in the world then the staff is just sitting there doing nothing horrible place

Everyone was super friendly and got me in and out. If you arrive when they open you should be taken care of.
