Wonderful. So fast, clean and I didn’t even feel the needle prick! Lots of blood draws done with my cancer history and I absolutely didn’t even feel the prick to draw 7 tubes.The wait was maybe three minutes of even that long.Highly recommend!

I was in a desperate need to do my fingerprints and they worked with me for an appointment and helped me know what option I needed! They are amazing and whole process took 10 minutes.

This place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they offer, and gave me extra information I never received from any other company a like in their field of business. I went to another company for a hair follicle and tested twice positive for cocaine ( false results) I was pretty worried because of my problems I would face because of these results . I did some research found ARCpoint Labs of Tampa came in and took 2 test to prove I dont consume to witch one test was called a child guard test for extra proof. Both test came back negative. I cant thank this company enough. they took time to listen and cared about what I was facing made sure I did everything possible to find the conclusion of what was happening. ARCpoint Labs of Tampa is a place where you can expect 100% accurate results and I would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the customer service at this office. She had already taken her last appointment but i didnt know they closed early. She had an emergency to go to and she still took time out of her day to take care of me. I thank god for people like this. Miladys Valdes is a great person

My experience was wonderful. There was no wait. The person who helped me was kind and accommodating. I had a few questions and she answered them with no problem. The facility was very sterile and easy to access. It honesty couldnt have been better. Five stars all the way!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Gina this morning. It seemed that she was manning the lab on her own, but still managed to politely greet everyone and make sure we were attended to in a timely manner. She also politely but firmly made sure that everyone complied with covid protocols. I was so impressed that I even commented to her that she deserved a raise. The prices were a bit higher than other labs, but it was worth it for the positive experience of dealing with Gina.

Fantastic experience! Was going to get gouged by a downtown hospital urgent care center for a simple Rapid Antigen test, and found ARCpoint. Courteous, quand quick, and great price. If you need the test for travel, go to them.

Complete your form online and book appointment. Takes less than 5 minutes. Came in at 0830 for a 0900 appointment and was seen right away. Lady at front desk was juggling multiple people and phone calls at the same time and did it flawlessly. They do expedited and same day special PCR tests. So happy my coworker recommended this place.

The most rude, unwelcoming, and unfriendly receptionist I’ve ever spoken with ever in my whole life happens to work here! I was so upset that I am writing this review for the owner of the facility to know and maybe rethink as to why they hired this receptionist named Jennifer. I called today to inquire about seeking for an appointment for our DNA testing. I asked her what was the process and she replied with a rude tone if voice as if me asking that question make me sound stupid. I also asked her if there are extra things we need to know or do as their covid protocol and with a very cold tone of voice, she just answered, “just wear mask”. There are no pleasantries, no politeness, and no sense of professionalism at all! I really hope that she gave me the correct information about not needing an appointment and that we can walk-in anytime between 12 pm to 3 pm. If you can read this, Jennifer, maybe you should rethink your line of work as you are certainly not fit to represent this company. Try to be nice, your attitude will not take you anywhere.

Do NOT go here for covid testing. Extremely rude owner. Bought 2 rapid Covid tests for travel purposes for $80 each. We never received the emails with our results and the physical copy we asked for was not valid due to her writing the wrong year (2021 instead of 2022). Was not able to go on our cruise due to this. When calling asking for a refund I was told the emails were sent when neither of us got them, then hung up on rudely.Horrible experience and a waste of money, I want my refund!!

This facility is amazing. I use their services for random drug testing for the company I work for. I had five of my guys tested one morning. They were in and out in no time. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Id like to be able to access my own test results online and not have to wait a month or 3 for my doctor to tell me.

Milladys Valdes it’s amazing

Went today with an urgent need as covid test rules had changed just before my sons flight. We had zero time to get this done, but yet somehow they did. They rushed, they hurried, they did their best to truly help us and succeeded. thank you.

Arc points labs were rally good and professional in all of their service. I had to do RT-PCR TEST for COVID-19 and they were able to rush the request. I would recommend them highly to all of the community people. Help support small businesses.

The worse place to go to. I scheduled an appointment online . I drove all the way from Lakeland to Tampa ... got there on time. The lady there asked for my ID and told me how much shes gonna charge me which is a little bet over $200 and said they dont take insurance. Then said oh craaap the guy already picked up the samples and asked me to come the next day. I went somewhere else I did it for $50 with insurance...

This lab was fast, efficient and super clean and helpful! I needed Covid results ASAP for trip to St Lucia and I got results back within 2 days! PRC test required for abroad. Amazon service, highest level of professionalism from all staff especially the lab manager Khyati!

A very bad experience with the semora who works in the place. He treats me very badly for the simple fact of not speaking English. He made me of the place. Everyone who can not go to the place that avoids it at least today. It is a rude .made me feel really bad.

DO NOT TRUST DR. PATEL. We had a really bad experience here and I definitely do not recommend testing at this ARCpoint Lab. By the way, a lot of these other good ratings are here because they e-mail asking people to write a good review.So me, my 2 siblings, and my parents had to take a flight to Dubai through Emirates Airlines for my sisters wedding, and they required a COVID-19 test within 3 days before the flight. We took our tests at CVS for free 3 days before. The next day, however, my dad and sister had serious doubts on whether the test was a PCR test, which is what Emirates required. From what I found on the CVS test results sheet, it was clearly a PCR test (I looked up the test information online). However, my dad and sister insisted on coming to this ARCpoint lab and taking the tests as they did not want any chance of Emirates not letting us get on the flight, since it was for my sisters wedding.This lab was the only place in our area that did a PCR test with results the next day (flight was next day) so we had to do it even though it was extremely expensive ($280 for test plus $50 for expedited results, which made it $330 per person; 5 people= $1,650). I arrived at the lab first before the rest of my family and because I was still confident that the CVS tests were PCR, I brought the CVS test results with me. I asked the nurse working in the front and she said it was definitely a PCR test. I even asked her if she was 100% sure and she said yes, especially because it said “Molecular” on the form which she said it indicates it is a PCR test. So I told my dad who came in a little later and because he wanted to make sure as well, he took the form inside and asked as well. Apparently during that time, the doctor in charge of the lab, Dr. Patel, talked to my dad and told him that it was NOT a PCR test and that the Emirates airline would not accept the results. After looking around trying to find anywhere else that does PCR tests for cheaper and not finding anything, we had no choice but to take the tests here.Long story short, we gave the CVS test forms to the airport Emirates check-in just to see if it would work, and THEY TOOK US IN WITH NO ISSUE. We actually ended up getting the test results e-mail from ARCpoint, AFTER we already checked in with the CVS test results (which I didn’t have a problem with as they still sent us the e-mails with plenty of time to check-in). We had asked Dr. Patel to call us when the results were e-mailed, and when I told her what happened, she basically had nothing to say.At that point, I was not trying to fight this issue since we had my sister’s wedding to worry about. However, we were extremely distressed as it cost us over a thousand dollars for something we did not need (keep in mind my family is already in a lot financial stress for a WEDDING). We definitely feel that Dr. Patel saw that we were a desperate family who had to pay whatever it takes to get to my sister’s wedding, and thus, took advantage of the situation. I especially feel that because the nurse told me that it was “100% a PCR test”, but all of a sudden when my dad came in to talk, Dr. Patel (who benefits the most from getting our tests) told him it was NOT a PCR test. I recently called Dr. Patel after we came back from my sister’s wedding asking for some sort of compensation. Of course, she deflected blame and said it was not her fault. When I asked her about her nurse telling it me was a PCR test, Dr. Patel said “she’s just a phlebotomist and doesn’t know”, which I thought was funny.So basically, my dad lost about $1,650 even though our free CVS tests was all we needed. We received no compensation of any kind for Dr. Patel’s mistake and we feel that we were cheated for money. I would recommend trying any other lab testing place before this ARCpoint and if you absolutely have no choice, be careful to make sure if you need to do it or not.

Gave me a comprehensive explanation of what the test would do and what it would cost and time in which I could expect results. Got me in as a walk in and did what they said they could do. Cost is expensive but they are timely and transparent.

I arrived at the laboratory and the phlebotomist helped me because the other boy was sitting talking and he barely did anything to me without mentioning his bad treatment at the service, he left me waiting and the girl had to finish what she was doing to serve me when he was still on his cell phone. speaking without mentioning the stench of crow under his arm wait then for the signature and the segia sitting and the girl doing everything pay attention to his staff who I think they are not doing it he just plays boss
