I visited this facility and received “Knock your socks off” service. Staff is AWESOME!!! Professional and friendly. I was a walk in and had to wait 15 minutes only and Aquila Apologized to me for the wait. I wish all facilities were like this. Top rated office. 10 stars!!

Wellnessmart is a great place to take care of Live Scan and TB testing for employment and volunteer screening. Staff are kind and courteous, and made the process smooth and easy. The facility is clean and there is free parking available.

Grant LVN was awesome. He was professional. He explained everything. He washed his hands with sanitizer. The front desk ladies were professional and had good customer service as well.

I stopped by for the TB Skin Test. It was super fast, easy and reasonable price( cheaper than other place). No appointment. Staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the worst clinic I have ever visited in my life. They dont care about your health. I only collected your money. I went to a physical exam. They didnt do anything. I didnt see the doctor or zoom in. Wowww, how ridiculous they told me to go to a doctor. Lmao, so they they are clowns woww dont come here go to another care center please its a waste of time here seriously nothing I came just to put my name they took the pressure and thats ridiculous the worst clinic ever

The nurse needs more training in drawing blood, she pricked me 3 times and she couldnt, she just hurt me. Ive never had problems with veins in other places. Its quick and easy. .

Came in for a sport’s physical and they are the cheapest around and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend coming here 5 stars ⭐️

Staff were very professional and welcoming! Great customer service! They also completed my TB and Livescanning very quickly. I was out of there in about 10 mins with an appointment. The office was also very clean.

Came here for a Tb test and Livescan for my employer and the team was amazing! I was able to make a same-day appointment and was in and out of my appointment within 10 minutes. Destiny was so helpful.

My visit was extremely prompt, professional and excellent! Hannah has “AWESOME” customer service she greets the customers with a warm smile along with a comforting tone for patients like I who often experience white coat anxiety lol. Thank you Wellness Mart for such Super Service!!!!

Staff is really helpful, professional, & prompt. As of now the Pico location does not have LiveScan. Torrance & Santa Monica locations do have it.I was able to come in as a walk in and be seen immediately at both T & SM locations for two different jobs.

One of the best places Ive been to. I had to get a TB test for my job and I lost my original copy that I had two years ago. Explaining my situation to the workers, not only were the two women who were working the front desk help get another copy of my TB test, they were able to refund me for the TB test I almost had to do. Seriously, this place is extremely reliable and I havent had such good service before in a small clinic like this. Seriously, one of the best!

I received a travel consultation with nurse Hannah today and I cannot express how valuable her knowledge, information, and recommendations were for my upcoming international travel. Beyond worth the consultation fee, and so very useful. I’m so happy with my experience.

Very warm employees and straight to the point with their work, while displaying their kind personalities. Clean space and good parking. Definitely recommend.

Came here on a Saturday to quickly renew my TB result for work. Although Hannah was the only one present, she was incredibly efficient and professional. Really loved her positive energy during our brief encounter. Im so glad that our company partnered with WellnessMart. I will definitely be back again to this particular branch (Torrance) just for her!

The place is clean and very organized. The RN’s were all professional and kind. All that was needed to be done was done in a timely matter. Will definitely be coming back to do CPR. Great place.

Make an appointment even though it says walk-ins welcomed. Makes everyone’s life’s easier. Its easy to assume that the workers don’t have a lot on their plate, especially if you’ve never worked in healthcare. Anyway, I went in for a drug screen at 11:20am and was out by 11:35am. Got my results instantly and staff was super nice. (: I’d recommend going here!

Easiest and high tech ( they used iPad and phones for me to check off health info)clear to work, labs, drug test. I got here early. Everyone is nice and professional. They have online appointments too.

I visited this place yesterday, the nurse there desservice me. I arrived at 2:30, for blood work waited in line as theyre was a couple of people infront of me. Later on this guys shows up at 430, and apparently was service first because he had an appointment at 330. He was an hour late! And this nurse decided to skip me over. When I was finally there with her, I explained to her I needed my blood and my job depended on. I had a problem with my card and I attempted to fix it with the bank she skip me over again with another client. This matter could have been fixed in less then 3 minutes. And refused to surrender service. Very disappointed.

Went in for a TB test for work, and Nick at the front desk clearly explained the test with placement and how/if it may react with a false positive etc. Super friendly. I went in the morning and didnt have a wait other than for the test to be set up. They give a reminder card for the results to be read for 48-72 hours after the test.

I have been to this location many times. They have great, friendly staff and the wait times for walk ins are not too long.

Nate makes this a 5 star establishment. Ive been twice. Once to get live scan and TB test for work, and a second time for some perosnal blood work.As soon as I walked for my second visit Nate immediately greeted me and quickly answered my questions. Spoke very well and was just a pleasure working with. Every business needs a Nate.

In both of my visits for my TB test, two different employees were a bit rude. For my second visit, I came and said I was here for my scheduled TB results, she laughed and said ok.... I said do you you need me to wait.... It was not very professional, didnt upset me, but I could see it tick of others.

A nurse by the name of Chelsea was moderately rude when turning me away an hour and 10 minutes because she appeared to be overwhelmed with only two other customers and said she wasn’t accepting anyone else. Very off-putting and undesirable experience. Will not visit again. Also the door is broken.
