Dr. Oetken is a wonderful clinician. He takes the time to ask really thorough questions and take a good history, and seems to be very precise and yet cautious when prescribing medications. He diagnosed exactly what was going on and gave great advice for healing and rest. The whole facility is very clean and the staff is courteous. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment if possible; my wait time when I scheduled an appointment was less than 10 minutes versus a walk-in last week, which was almost an hour. Great clinic and staff, I would definitely be back for emergency needs.
I have been a regular patron of this urgent care facility, always receiving exceptional service. However, my recent experience has been a stark contrast. Today, around 10 am, a friend needed a minor check-up on a cut/wound in his finger. He initially wanted to go to another Urgent care facility, but I convinced him to visit this one based on my past experiences. To my disappointment, the receptionist told him there was No Provider and continued mentioning they dont have X-ray facilities, etc., without even looking at anything. The required treatment was nowhere close to needing an X-ray. In the end, my friend was asked to go elsewhere. As a result, he went to Ascension St. John Urgent Care South Memorial down the road (81st & Memorial) and got the necessary treatment. Because it was a minor issue, he was in and out quickly. He felt the treatment was like day and night between the two Urgent care facilities.I am deeply disappointed and embarrassed by the type of reception and care my friend received. As it was a minor issue, a nurse could have easily taken a look and performed the treatment or made an informed decision. I had recommended this place based on my past experiences, and the contrast in service was stark. Luckily, it was not a critical or urgent matter. After this experience, I am now contemplating whether this is the right place to go in the future. I will let you decide if this will be your first choice Urgent Care facility you want to go to. This incident has certainly made me reconsider my future visits.
It was snowing quite heavy when I arrived at Access Urgent Care. I was very thankful I was the only one there. I was immediately helped. When I was asked why I was there, I responded - I just want to make sure I don’t have pneumonia. I had called my primary care twice the day before, then called them back in the morning of the day I headed to Urgent Care - I just needed the name of the Urgent Care they would prefer I use. They told me to go to Access Urgent Care. Access Urgent Care did a chest X-Ray as well as prescribing two antibiotics and a cough medicine. I was definitely pleased with their care!
My visit to this urgent care got me what I needed. The wait was long but I didnt make an appointment and it is flu season. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable but barely spent any time with me and seemed a bit rushed. But again, they were crowded and I still got the medicine I needed. Also, it would be great if they could turn off the absolutely horrendous music on a loop in the waiting room.
I was able to get right in with no problem. I had been exposed to hand, foot, and mouth disease and had started to get painful sores all over my fingers. The Dr that I saw barely glanced at them and said it was not hand, foot, and mouth. She then tried to tell me that the sores would only be on the palms and not fingers and that you can only get hand, foot, and mouth once in your lifetime. I told her that my granddaughter has had it at least 5 times in her life and she shook her head and said that isnt possible. Then I told her that my son had recently had it and his sores were all over his fingers and looked just like mine. She dismissed everything I said and sent me away telling me that I was fine. I have since been diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth. I wasted my time and was called a liar. I will never return to that clinic again and that quack of a doctor needs to retrain or be fired. It was almost closing time and I honestly think she just wanted to go home. She called what I had a dimple rash..blisters are not rashes. She should be ashamed.
Very pleasant staff. Checking in online makes the process quick and easy. You can make an appointment, explain your issue and give most details prior to arrival. Very good experience.
The employees were very nice, all 3 that we saw. Our complaint is, I’ve never seen such filthy windows in a drs office! The lucite screen in Front of the receptionist was also filthy. There was torn up paper in the examination room that we were in. It just made us wonder how clean this place is in other areas. When people come in and see such filth, they really wonder what kind of a doctors office this is.
Ive been sick more than not lately! Stomach bug, then ear infection, then flu, now bronchitis! The team at Access Medical Center (claremore and Tulsa 81st locations) have provided phenomenal care for ALL of the above!! My little boy was also very sick and couple of weeks ago and the Pryor location team did a great job with him as well! Thank you ALL!
Presented @ the Center with a suspected ruptured bicep tendon. As a new patient it, of course, required filling out paperwork which was typical new patient info. Relatively quick & easy. Waiting to be called back by nurse was dreadfully long (1 hr). Finally got called back by nurse for vital signs, previous health issues, medication history, etc. Then taken to exam room to see provider (PAC). The P.A. was quick to see me, examine my arm and discuss his preliminary diagnosis. They scheduled me for a follow-up with an orthopedist. All in all, a good experience except the one hour wait before being engaged with medical staff. I believe a one-hour wait at mid-morning on a weekday was longer than it should have been, especially when the waiting room only had a couple of patients. Actual care was OK once I finally got to see care giver(s).
I forgot to get authorization from my son to get my granddaughters physical for tennis, they worked with me to find a solution so we didnt have to cancel & come back. They were so friendly & so helpful. The physical was thorough, Im so happy I just happened to be near next care urgent care & was able to get in & out with everything we needed. Thank you all so much.
Everyone was kind and got me in-and-out very quick. I hate the QR code check in but understand that is a corporate issued service. Unfortunately, I do not recommend visiting within the hour they close. I arrived and checked in at 7:30 pm and was done at 8 pm (closing time). I had a growing eye pain and while they wrote me a script, it never got sent off. I called three times the following morning when they opened, listened to it ring the first two times and then finally got a hold of someone. She was kind and I understand it is not her fault for anything - but whomever sent off the script did it 45 min after I got off the call. As you can imagine, my eye is still in pain. Please just send off the scripts faster. That was the least bit “urgent” of care I have ever received.
Made an appointment at 0820 online. Went to open the door at 0815 and it was locked. I didnt see anyone inside. There were several other people sitting outside waiting and then they all left. I wouldnt make an appointment with this place unless you know they are open for sure, despite what their hours online AND the front door says.
I had never before been to the 81st & Mingo location, they made going to an unexpected doctors visit a very pleasant experience. From the nurse to the doctors they were all so kind which was very appreciated. If ever needed I would definitely go back.
I was taken care of quickly. They provided the exact information I needed to feel better as quickly as possible, as well as what medications I should use to help in my recovery. They were very compassionate, thoughtful, and professional. I will certainly feel confident to go there whenever my personal doctor isnt available to see me.
I was charged EIGHT times on my credit card for one visit. The medical staff and service are amazing, but you will have to check your bank account constantly for 2-3 after coming here.
Staff was courteous and professional and I was seen in a very short time frame. The waiting area was clean and had sanitizer available in several areas. Dr. Aliyeah was very good and very pleasant to work with.
Quality care! I was greeted with a smile and I only had to fill out/sign one form, at reception! I was called to an exam room in less than 10 minutes! The receptionist, the CMA and the PA were all kind, professional, respectful, and competent! I had a skin ailment that was examined, diagnosed as Staph, then was treated accordingly. I will absolutely come here again, and recommend Access Urgent Care to others!
Best urgent care experience I have ever had. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor all excellent. Was using this as stop-gap til I could see my regular doctor but Daniel Oetken PA-C was so thorough and competent that I feel no need to get any further treatment. Surprisingly great experience.
Everyone was real nice and I got what I needed to get my new job. Im very satisfied!
Friendly, helpful staff. Short wait time. Received excellent medical treatment. Good experience.
Listened to me. I was in a lot of pain. All staff was amazing even helped put my necklace back on.
I showed up 20 minutes before closing time, and the staff was welcoming, highly competent and efficient. I was seen/treated by Daniel Oetken PAC, and he was absolutely amazing. He treated me with respect and courtesy, taking time to explain why he felt it was important that I go to the hospital ER to be treated, and when I made a face and started explaining why I just couldnt go spend a whole night in a hospital ER, he didnt shame me, he offered up an alternative plan, calling in some meds, and just gently urging me to not let it get worse, go to the hospital if it doesnt respond quickly to the medicine. I appreciate both his concern and his considerate compassion. I highly recommend seeking him out in the event of any potential health emergency. Hes a good egg.
Professional Kind. Caring. The best experience ever. This was a most pleasant urgent care visit. My 93 yt old Mom. Quick and easy. We will go back. The girls and guys where very helpful and thoughtful. Thank you guys.🙂🙂🙂🙂
It was professional, fast and easy - friendly folks in the office- pharmacy was ready
Every person I dealt with of very friendly and made me feel like they cared about my health.
The Access Medical Center Urgent Care facility on 81st met and exceeded my expectations for an urgent care facility. Staff was friendly, wait was not long, about 30 minutes. Dr took great care of me. This was my 2nd visit to facilty.
Fully staffed and there wasnt a wait at all. The staff was courteous and fast. I just had to get a drug screen for employment and the paperwork took longer than the actual visit.
The staff and especially the doctor very personable very caring and in my opinion very efficient they had a workload today but my experience was great 👍
I had a lacetation on my right arm. I waited to see the Dr., and when he entered the room he greeted me warmly.I reminded him that I had seen him a few years ago. I was very pleased with the care and consern he showed me last time, that I returned to him for treat today.
Doctor and nurse that looked at me were very nice, but the older receptionist with glasses was rude and getting an attitude with me. She seemed to not be interested in what I was saying. After they did a shift change, the second receptionist then started eating and was on her phone the entire time before she decided to call people up.
I’m still sick with the same thing even after meds didn’t feel like the dr listened to what I had to say to think it’s time to find a new place to go since dr Scott left I have only been able to get into the dr office one time and still don’t have a pcp
I can NOT recommend this place. Sat waiting to be seen with two people in the lobby in front of my for TWO HOURS. Absolutely ridiculous. What part of “urgent” is this? Geez a nurse and doc could have seen me and I could have been in and out at other places.Just made me even regret coming here. Will NOT come back to this location. They don’t have enough staff to quickly get people in and out. Horrible experience.
Excellent care! Not too long of a wait, was seen quickly when I was called back, and got results all within an hour or so. Excellent care from the CMA to the physician assistant. Have always had a great experience there—considering lol! Highly recommend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nurse Practitioner Haleigh was awesome!
Amazing customer service, clean establishment, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
I took my husband here for abdominal pain and fever and they tested him for Covid. The test was positive *even though the one he took the day before was negative* so they blamed Covid and discarded his main complaint. His fever and pain became unmanageable to the point that I had to call an ambulance to pick him up. They had said his appendix had already completely ruptured and leaked down into his pelvic area for it looks like quite a while and it’s settled too close to his intestines to just place a drain so they have to perform an actual surgery. They are trying to keep him from going septic on something that should have been less intense had he been properly looked at and listened to. COVID is not a blanket excuse for negligence.
I had impacted ear wax paired with an ear infection. Jarrell (spelling, I’m sorry if I’m wrong!) was able to rinse the ear and remove large amounts of wax with very little discomfort in my part. I have had this done many times before all over the country, it is always miserable, but today was the easiest visit I have ever had. Truly a talent for medicine. Thank you!
Very professional and helpful. The Dr. as well as the nurse was very thorough.
Unorganized, very long wait times with no one else waiting. Staff was clearly overwhelmed.
The wait is 40-1hr long, but it’s within reason for the size of the facility and workers! It was swift once I got in and then I still waited 20min for the doctor, but outside of that the experience was nothing out the ordinary!
I didnt know if it would be a good idea to drive thatFar,to see a Dr. But I cant get my Dr. To contact me,or even get a hold of someone else at that office!???SO I & I AM JUST SO LUCKY TO HAVE WENT TO THIS ONE OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE TO BAD,FORME they could not have been any better than if they had been, Family need I say more & AGAIN A VERY BIG THANK YOU FOR 😊 EVERYTHING. !!!
The front desk was awesome and very helpful getting it to be cost friendly for me as I am cash pay. The Nurse Practitioner was super friend and validating all my concerns. However the MA or nurse was rude, and unprofessional. I tried to explain how I am never sick but have been sick the last 3 weeks, obviously that’s unusual. She should consider a change in careers if that is how she consistently treats patients.
I was in the waiting area for over an hour and one person was called back. My throat is swollen and the doctor confirmed seeing literal pus pockets in the back of my throat but wouldn’t give any medication until a test came back that I was told could take five days.Literally don’t go here. The ONLY bright spot is how nice the nurse was that did my vitals.
Service was quick. Did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Staff was very courteous and professional.
Well, I can say that I should had went to the hospital, because they didnt prescribe anything. I waited almost 3 hours. Doctor suggested a EKG, even after I explained I was having Terrible headaches, it comes back normal and I was discharged. Grand total of 425 dollars. And left with the same problem I came in with.... So the staff friendly and bedside matter didnt really matter much to me. Seen that I was charged only to have a conversation 😔
Very clean facility. The caregivers are the greatest. They are efficient, listen, and care. I would work here if they would accept me. Very good atmosphere. I will not go to another ER, if I get to choose.
I healthcare facility that does not open on time is dangerously life threatening! Staff needs to be here 15mins before opening
Convenient location off of hwy 169 on 81st St. Friday afternoon lobby was practically empty. Front desk representative was professional and polite. Medical assistant was also polite and professional. Quick visit with a nurse practitioner and out the door in just over an hour.Took 1 star off because x-rays were taken by a medical assistant and not a qualified technologist. It was clear that a person performing x-rays does not understand the concept of radiation protection. Lead apron was placed over chest and x-ray was taken of the chest, making that exposure useless (non-diagnostic) and thus increasing radiation dose to the patient. X-ray had to be repeated without lead apron to produce a diagnostic radiograph.Makes one wonder, what other corners are cut compromising patient safety without knowledge of the patient?
My husband was taken to the facility and upon admission was told the likelihood was Great that he would need to be transported to the ER. He was charged a $65 copay and taken to an exam room where his blood pressure and temperature was taken and I was told that he DID IN FACT need to go to the ER and an ambulance was called. I feel a copay was not warranted for this visit and I feel it is in poor practice if there is foresight that the patient will not be seen in urgent care, they should NOT pay a copay.
Strep test was run on site and quickly got diagnosed and a prescription, kind and professional staff.
Very knowledgeable and nice people. Received excellent care.
Nurse, doctor and staff were all professional and kind. Got me in quickly even without an appointment.
I really love the online appointment setting and being able to see where we are in line. It makes it much quicker to get in and out. I was in and out within 30 minutes for an injured hand and they did X-rays so it wasnt just a see the Dr and out. Everyone was so polite and nice to communicate with.
Only had 3 people working so my appointment was over 40 minutes late and the front desk attendant didn’t think to inform me of this until we paid. I would’ve happily gone to another Urgent Care otherwise. There were 4 other people in the lobby when I came in so appointments apparently mean nothing here. The facilities did not seem clean. I hope no one comes back here. We had to cancel the appointment because our son needed to go to bed so they would’ve been more than an hour wait.
Great time, didnt wait long. Everyone was so nice, I didnt even feel it when she gave me a shot.
This was the fastest and kindest urgent care i’ve ever been too
Friendly and professional personnel from front desk to the doctor. Highly recommended.
I went in for a physical and blood work so I could do voluntary work for a hospice center. After waiting around 3 hours I was taken back. They took my weight, blood pressure, temp., pulse, and checked my eyes. They then drew blood and said they were done and I could go. About 30 to 40 min later they called me back and said I needed to come back so they could finish my physical. I told her I didnt understand. Why didnt they finish it while I was there? She couldnt tell me. She said I would have to wait in line again of course. They were not busy the whole time I was there. I would recommend a different urgent care if at all possible. Someone dropped the ball and of left it to the receptionist to try and explain. She had no idea why but used the excuse that they had been extremely busy.
Don’t waste your time on making an appointment with this place. They don’t honor it.
Nurse practitioner Wisotsky took the time to address all of my concerns. My medications got called in to my pharmacy right away. Thanks to her I was feeling better by the next day . Really recommend coming here , they take great care of their patients.
Awesome place, pretty clean, very friendly staff. Took my 6 year old in and was in and out in an hour. I think Ill bring my kids here for urgent care compared to even pediatric only urgent cares. Thanks again!
Ive utilized the services at Access Medical Center- Urgent Care Clinic twice now in the last 2 months. Both times I received excellent care by a caring, knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I actually set up my appointment ahead of time so I was able to be seen and discharged within a reasonable amount of time. Each visit I was seen, evaluated, labs and X-rays taken, and my situation discussed with the Provider. I was out of there in under 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Access Medical Center on 81st Street In Tulsa to anyone seeking urgent care services!
Usually go to the Riverside location. For some reason it was closed on this Saturday. I chose the location on 81st. I made an appointment at 1pm. When I arrived, they informed me that they had so many walk-ins that they were running behind and could not tell me exactly when they would get me in. The receptionist was consistent with her message to other patients.I do not see the point of making an appointment and having to wait 2hours to get in. Pretty frustrated to have to wait that long.
It was really easy to find, the facility was very clean. The staff were all friendly and loved my kids. They listened to my needs and provided exactly what I needed. The visit was really fast and convenient. I appreciate the way Access Medical Centers on 81st took care of my family and I. Plus lollipops at the end!
Wonderful Dr. Very understanding and the nurse was warm and caring!!!! ☺️
Husband went in yesterday and doctor lady was very rude went in for sore throat cough congestion, had nurse swab his throat and never even looked at it herself popped her head in his room just to tell him shes prescribing antibiotics without even talking to him or taking a look at him. Will not go back . Also never even got the results for the swab test and was never told when we would get them. Really a waste of time .
I was very pleased with the care that my son received. The facility was clean and the staff and doctor were very polite and caring. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Only one other person in the waiting room when I got there, I waited around 45 minutes in the lobby, then when I got into a room I waited another hour and a half to two hours. The doctor spent a total of two minutes in the room, told me what I already knew, wrote a prescription and after the receptionist told me it would be about $90 for a visit, I was charged $205 with no apparent reason.
I found out when I arrive there was no provider and they were doing tele-health visits. I was so happy that they were still able to see me and get me in and out quickly. The clinic was clean, and everyone was friendly. Betsy the MA gave me a shot and it didn’t even hurt. I will be returning to the 81st St location and would highly recommend Access Medical 🙂
Don’t waste your time here . Is a joke . They make you make an appointment for next day and not having staff to see people only one PA We had an appointment for 10:15 and we have been waiting for over an hour and they keep make us wait . No one is in the waiting room and they keep saying they are running behind .
They care ! I am impressed by the quality of service. Use your phone to schedule your appointment and you ll be in great hands
I got some debris in my eye while hiking and all my tried true ways of getting things out of my eye failed. My wife too me to Access to see if they could help. Their check in process was efficient and the staff very helpful. Fortunately the wait was not long. Their PA on duty evaluated what needed to be done. So I got the relief I needed and the checkout process went smoothly also. The staff was professional, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend them.
My doctor & nurse on staff were amazing during my visit. Came in not knowing my serious health condition. They were both were so compassion & caring. Can’t say enough nice things about the both of them!
I came in at the last 5mins before close and they were able to get me in and fixed up within an hour. I’m sooooo thankful for their help!! Everyone was extremely nice.
The assistant was wonderful delightful.. loved her.. but the actual Dr need some customer service skills/training.. I’m super BIG on customer service because it’s what I do.. so Im pretty HARDDD there.. she was wrinkle and came off attitudish she just didn’t set well with me like she didn’t really want to be there.. like “ugh more patients “ lol that’s just how I felt! ..she then left out for a longgggg time then came in and gave mom a steroid shot and sent over antibiotics.. however that’s exactly what I felt like she needed but never got an exray .. we went through this before and my mom actually had pneumonia… but we will never go back 🙏🏾😊
The APRNs do not know what they are doing. Oh and by the way Everyone is not after pain pills. Next time, well there will not be a next time, I will let you know exactly how I feel about beong labeled a drug seeker but bc I was in pain. Paid 35 dollars for a freaking Zofran. LEARN some REAL medicine, or get a Real docotr, im a nurse ande know more than you do. Zero stars
Top notch experience. The facility is new, clean, well located. Staff was professional and engaged. The PA was thorough and had a great manner. Testing for my instance was on-site and rapid. Well done.
It wasnt horribly busy. Check in consisted of filling out the paperwork on ones phone.... Easy. I dont have to wait but about 15 minutes. Staff was very cordial and helpful as well.
Very professional, caring staff/doctor. Very little waiting, which is always appreciated when you’re not well. I will definitely go back.
The staff was very helpful and explaining to me what and how to take take care of my arm that injured.
I brought my daughter in for a possible UTI. They dont do on-site testing. They said her results would be ready in a couple days. Day 3, still no results. Nextcare emailed me the results the next day and those results was just a blank page. Its been a week since I brought her in and Im literally on the phone, on hold, and they will not answer their phone. This place is never that busy where they cant answer the phone. Urgent care wasnt urgent, especially when they only do Teledoc calls on Mondays. So the visit was in their exam room as a Teledoc visit.
Loved being able to make advance appt and fill all paperwork online, extremly clean and easy to find, staff was friendly and professional. Great experince overall
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. they are sweet and friendly. They were respectful And helpful. If you have a blue Cross Blue shield my blue they will take you. Thank you much for your help.
PA Megan is awesome. She was kind, funny and exceeded our expectations. The woman at the front desk, I apologize for not remembering her name, but she was so kind as well. We loved the how the staff was so personable.
We were seen quickly.Receptionist was friendly and professional as was the PA who saw us. He listened and examined my husband and gave his recommendations, along with a Rx for antibiotics.
All of the people that worked at the 81st and hwy 169 location were wonderful, from the ladies that checked me in , the nurse and the doctor. Although my pharmacy is still waiting on the doctor to give the ok to switch from capsules to tables on my prescription. Other than that I would highly recommend this location.
I had a work related injury a few weeks ago in which I had to return 6 weeks later to have blood redrawn. They had me schedule the appointment for today at 9am and they assured me they would have me in and out promptly. I arrived early and they didnt even unlock the doors until about 9:10am. I sat and waited until 9:40am while they called numerous other people to the back even though they made me schedule an appointment all those weeks ago. I wasnt even set to see the PA today; I was only meant to have a quick blood draw. The woman working the front desk wasnt very polite either. What is the point of requiring an appointment and promising promptness if you arent even going to open on time or operate in a professional manner. They cant manage punctuality on their end, but they are quick and relentless to harass me about my previous bill, even though they were supposed to bill my employer directly. The PA I saw at my initial visit was absolutely wonderful (so was the phlebotomist), but that was the only good part of my experience with this business. The LEAST you can do it open on time when you have scheduled appointments.
This is usually my go to because the doctors are fantastic but the lady at the counter with the piercings was rude. She got my sons name and birthday wrong in the check in and was rude when I asked her about it. I swear she said “I’m not doing this” a good 10 times to a coworker if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. We’re already stressed and worried when we come here your attitude about having to do your job is annoying
I had tried going to the Center local to keep but they have been full for several days. I had to see another one of my physicians today to confirm that the reason I was seeking medical attention was not due to a reaction from my migraine treatments. After confirming it was not I drove to this clinic and there was a minimal wait time. Front desk and medical assistant were very very friendly.
Do not choose this clinic! They send you to another clinic for lab work but dont bother to communicate between them so they have no clue what your doing there or what kind of labs you need done. Then they lose the lab test results & even though you have a copy of the results they say you need to go back & do them again?!! After taking time off work AGAIN you do as your told. Sat in the lobby from 3:30 to 5:30. Finally you are taken to a room & still you wait & wait while listening to the doctor & nurse chat about everything under the sun. Finally ran out of patience & got up & walked out without having the blood work (which takes 10 minutes top). I will not be back
I had a major toothache & couldnt be seen by my dentist till next week. I was greeted by the nicest front staff Ive ever came in contact with. And I didnt sit more then maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. I had a extremely sweet nurse and I did not sit long before I was seen by the doctor. Overall a wonderful experience and I would totally recommend this place. I was in and out very quickly which is great being a mother of 4. Thank you access medical!
I arrived at 3:50pm on 11/5/22 with a cut that needed to be sutured. The receptionist was rude as they were closing at 4, only to tell a staff member I could not see “we have another one”, staff member then replied “are you kidding me”. I have been in the medical profession for almost 30 years and have never been treated as an inconvenience. The PA was awesome but the staff needs more training in customer service. Extremely disappointed as I’ve been to the 81st location several times.
They were great! I came in with multiple issues and the nurses and doctors were very attentive and listened. They did all the tests I asked for. They were super busy, but made sure every question I had was heard and answered to the best of their knowledge
Went here for the first time in quite a while 4/10/22 because my family Drs office is not open on Sunday. I had a great experience despite the reason for my visit. The front desk personnel (wish I had gotten her name) was wonderful, very informative, and pleasant. Dr Cornwell was terrific as well along with the nurse. The wait was not long for being a walk in, I would highly recommend this clinic if you are unable to visit your primary care physician.
I made an appointment and I have been sitting here for 2 hours and still nothing. Why did I make an appointment. I look out and Tha doctor is staring at the computer doing nothing. This is crazy.
Friendly, helpful staff that got me in to see the doctor /PA as quickly as possible. They asked pertinent questions and made a quick and accurate assessment of my physical health and prescribed medications accordingly. Thank you!
A lot of people are upset about wait time, but we’re in a pandemic. Medical facilities are just overworked and are doing the best they can. I had the absolute BEST experience because of the staff. Of course there was a waiting period, but it wasn’t too long. I fractured my leg and was in a lot of pain. The nurses, were so incredible. They cracked jokes with me and gave me a lot of reassurance. I didn’t feel like a patient, they treated me as if I was their daughter. A motherly touch was provided ✨with my care. My PA was Alex and she walked me through it all. Thank you so much! Thank you to the nurses names I already forgot 😭 you were amazing as well!
They certainly are doing better. I saw a PA whose name is Donna. She was amazing in every way. Made me feel like she really cared about me. Wish I could see her every time. Staff is very understanding.
This location is convenient and I loved that I could book an appointment. I was well cared for and sent promptly on my way.
81st and Mingo is the worst operation I have ever visited. Unprofessional front desk staff people in the waiting room could hear the staff complaining about other staff not doing their job, complaining about patients coming in. There is no customer service skills at all. Employees complaining because they should have been gone an hour ago. Employee telling other coworkers they have had it they are leaving. Patient came in for a chest X-ray because she is having trouble breathing they told her it would be 1 1/2, patient left she was very sick front desk didn’t triage her or ask a nurse. Rude to patients. Front desk staff constantly leaving the front desk and patients can’t get checked in, in a timely manner. Employees would benefit from customer service training and how to handle the daily work load/stress of health care.
I do not recommend this urgent care. I went back in January and maybe waited an hour, without an appointment. That’s fine but, I made an appointment for 2 today and got there 10 minutes early like asked too, because I figured it would be much less of a wait. 2 HOURS later they text me and tell me I can come in, when I already left and was being seen by another urgent care. I waited maybe 15 minutes for the new one, which I know isn’t always realistic for every visit at every urgent care but come on, 2 HOURS? When I made an appointment? Don’t offer appointments when you’re not going to honor them.
Had a nice experience fast and friendly
Been to this location several times. It was easy to schedule online (highly recommend—you can do paperwork on there and have it all ready so less time at check in). Staff is very pleasant and attentive to why I was being seen each time.Only negative which isn’t really bad (won’t affect my 5 star review) is when you check in online and tell them you are there, it’s unclear what to do next—do you wait for a text to come in or do you just go inside? Not sure so I’ve gone in both times with no issues so just a suggestion to tell patients what to do upon checking in online.
Dan was amazing. I had a corneal abrasion. He was able to identify it, treat the pain, and show me through a photo the damage I did. Very thoughtful and caring. I’d recommend this clinic over any of the others because of him and his team.
The lady at the front desk (DeAngela?) and Betsy and then the doctor (last name started with M) were second to none! Fantastic service and were open and honest with me. Definitely will be back.
The website was fairly simple to navigate the ability to fill out most things online was convenient. Was able to get a same day appointment online and with plenty of time to be early. Waiting room had nicely stocked vending machine. Masks and minimal limit of people inside. Had covid test done in a short amount of time. Physician assistant was very nice and the nurse was as well. Would come back to this location if the need arises.
The attitude from the staff made me want to walk out the door from the first interaction. Then the policy I couldn’t go in the room with my son when he requested me without any explanation. How can I sit in a waiting room but not the exam room with him?Having a little customer service and nicely explaining the policy would have gone a long way. I understand rules and that the staff is enforcing them- I’ve had to be in that position. But the approach and tone of voice goes a long way to whether you have an oh ok I understand you’re just doing your job or wow they are rude and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t go there. 🤷🏻♀️
I have been to too many clinics that have made me feel like Im just another number on the patient chart that they need to get in and out. Urgent care is not at all that clinic. They genuinely want to help their patients get better as quickly as possibly. They are super professional and yet have a very family like atmosphere about them. Im always confident I will be taken care of the best way I can be when I go there. Thumbs up to them.
I used the online services. It was very nice. The staff very professional and the doctor was very good at treatment. No waiting, just tap your phone you arrived for appointment and they will tell you when to go in. They were faster than any other place I have ever been too and saved me the high expense if an ER visit at the hospital costing a fortune.
Very pleased with our experience! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and we didnt feel rushed. Facility was clean as well. Id recommend this Urgent Care.
Very professional and kind. Everyone treated me like a person and not a number. The clinic is clean and they are proficient.
I’ve gone to other access medical centers, but this has been the weirdest one. The staff were all very friendly but it was short staffed, it seemed. They told me, after an 1.5 hour wait, that I probably had what I said I thought I had. They sincerely apologized for the wait but I wouldn’t want to experience it again. Also, bizarrely, if you pee in a cup, note that they do not have a sink in the bathroom. So…judge that as you will.
I fell on the ice so obviously wasn’t able to book online in advance. I waited over an hour for triage and then 40 more minutes to see the PA. All in all I was there for over 3 hours. Staff was very friendly, apologetic and informed. The exam room was absolutely freezing. One PA is hardly sufficient and she was working as fast as possible. For this reason, I don’t think I’ll go back. This is not the first time there has only been one provider and way too many patients. Apparently volume is of more importance to Access. Too bad as your staff and patients deserve better!
Everyone at the clinic was so friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed visiting with the provider. I think he was competent and I enjoyed talking to him about Maine
I booked online and the doors are locked. Tried to call the number on the door and no one answered.
Daniel and the entire nursing staff were excellent. Their personalities and compassion were wonderful. I went in with a foot injury and in pain the team was attentive and prompt. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing an urgent care visit.
Very nice people and they did a great job of taking care of my husband. The doctor really knows her stuff and understanding I would highly recommend this place.
Great nurse and PA lady who did chest exray was very glad i made the choice to go there. Very concerned about my well-being. This is an urgent care i would highly recommend. The receptionist was also very nice
The front registration staff and the clinical staff were wonderful. In these busy times, I appreciate all they do. We had a great experience and would recommend. The online scheduling and check in process was very simple and quick too.
Go somewhere else. We used to come to this facility before when it was managed by the previous owner. It was good back then. Now, the appearance of the location is running down. Staff was ok. Check in was fairly quick. But there were three staff people just watching how the lady in the computer was processing the check in. The most disappointing part was the interaction with the Dr. I was waiting with my wife in the room and Dr. Fairlie just came without acknowledging I was present. Did not bother to greet or say hello. Very impersonal service. We felt just like a number. Its like a constant here in any Urgent Care room in the U.S., Doctors are rushing patients like in a production line. Personal interaction is no longer important.
Visit was great. The wait time was short and I have no complaints there. However, when the Dr called me the next to let me know the results of my X-ray she said that she would call me back with answers to some time sensitive questions. I waited two hours and decided to call them instead since they would be closing soon. I waited a little over a hour on hold and decided to call multiple times and multiple numbers in hopes of getting ahold of somebody. I never spoke to a single soul. Total time on hold was 1 hour and 38 minutes and still was left with unanswered questions.
Except for having to wait a while, our experience was very good. Donna, the nurse practitioner who cared for was exceptional.
Disgrace. Appointment at 10am. Clinic is shut. They have posted opening times for Christmas Eve on Google Maps and posted at the clinic indicating it is open from 0900 - 1600, yet no one is here. What a waste of time.A simple email indicating staffing issues or similar would have saved a trip.Definetly not recommended.
Elisha at the front desk was kind, empathetic and efficient.Donesha, who took vitals, was patient and efficient as well. Patience was important seeing how I brought my 1 year old in.Dan, the PA, was excellent. He took measures to make sure my baby was not scared of the exam. He considered many diagnoses and narrowed it down to the real problem and gave thoughtful treatment.I’d recommend this team to anyone!
Got in fast in walk in, check in process was fast, the Doctors were nice and patient and made sure I didnt have any questions
Facility was clean, the staff very pleasant. Wait time was lengthy but isn’t that always the case?
The staff at Access was friendly, professional and listened to my concerns. The facility itself needed some updates. There was no sink or trash can in the patient bathroom. Plug in covers were missing. The front doors needed a good swipe with winded.
Oh my! This was by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. They were so fast and incredibly nice. I had the pleasure of meeting the clinic manager, Jamie Evans. She was so understanding of our reason for being there, and beyond helpful. Amazing.
This location has been amazing both times I have gone. First time for myself after driving to 3 other UC locations. They were still accepting patients and got me in and treated quickly. The 2nd time for my daughter when the pediatric UC was booked for the day by the time they opened. We came here and again got in right away. The staff both times were professional and very kind and welcoming. I will go here every time from now on.
Took my son in to be seen. We were promptly taken back and out the door with a prescription within 35 minutes. PA was very knowledgeable and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and social too. Overall, great experience.
The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Being a new patient, it took a little time to get seen but once back there, it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
Absolutely awful experience. My full review is too long so heres the shortened version (which is still kind of long). 2 hour wait (which is not even part of my real complaint). Doctor had no idea what he was doing and did not care, he also tried to rush me out as quickly as possible. I mean literally said 2-3 sentences including the one saying he was writing me a prescription for antibiotics and then he tried to walk out the door. I stopped him to ask questions, very first one being, what do I have? His literal response was “I dont know”. And he said it in a how would he know type of way but with a smile on his face. I responded with a what do you mean you dont know. He said “its upper respiratory something” (which i obviously knew before coming in and had been sick for 6 days). His response to me asking if i was contagious “everything’s contagious”. When I tried to get advise on whether or not to go to work, he told me to do whatever i wanted and since i was concerned about coughing around customers he said “just tell them you are getting over a sinus infection” which he made clear he did not know what I actually had so he was telling me to lie if i wanted to work. He also had me get a steroid shot which he would not tell me what it would do.At the end of it I spent literally 60-120 seconds with the doctor (and the only reason it lasted that long is because i kept stopping him from leaving by asking more questions). They charged me $208 with insurance when my copay i was expecting to be $50 max. They did not give me a breakdown of what i was paying for which I later realized. And on notes where I got the shot, they typed “patient declined to wait 15 minutes” after registering the shot to wait for side effects which was an entire lie! They did not give me an option and sent me out as soon as they were done. And I had never received a steroid shot before so glad I did not have an allergic reaction. Will never be returning to this location.
I had very little wait time. The PA (Dan) was very thorough and explained everything to me. I was there yesterday and am feeling better already, I was diagnosed w/the flu and acute bronchitis. He is very personable and he listens to you. The nurse (Denisa) was extremely conscientious.l would highly recommend this facility .
They were professional kind and caring. They made me feel so special. They made sure I was comfortable turned up the air so I wouldnt freeze and made sure I knew where to find the restroom. What I loved the most is everyone of them acknowledged me professionally and lovingly Thanks for taking good care of me. Ms Carolyn Boles
Very professional and focused on the exam needed! They did not aggressively push unnecessary measures or treatments!
The doctor that treated us was beyond awesome!!! It was the second time we’ve seen her, and both times, she acted like she really cared. She wasn’t in a hurry and took the time to really understand what was going on. The support staff could be more personable and less aloof, but the doctor made up for it. Five plus stars!!!
What a great staff! Thank you for taking care of me. Mariana greeted me with a warm welcoming smile and helped me get signed in. Abbey took my blood pressure and was great at making me feel comfortable. Zac who attended to me has great listening skills and answered my questions and concerns. Thank you. Kaylee assisted and was very professional. There were 2 others young ladies who saw me on my way out .They smiled and wished me well and Thanked me for choosing this place. I wish every medical center was like this. Thank you for the excellent care!!! God Bless You All!!!
They were fast and efficient. I was dreading going to an Urgent Care and even had to take my younger son with me. I was in and out in just 45 min. The staff and Dr where very accommodating and pleasant. If I need an Urgent Care again I will definitely use them again.
I am very pleased with how professional and caring this clinic is. From the front desk to the nurse and doctor, the overall experience was very calming and comforting. The clinic was very clean and I didn’t wait more than 2 min after paper work was done.
Terrible experience. Refused to see me even though I am in extreme pain. Says they need $190+ upfront or no medical services can be rendered. They offer no payment plans, or anything of the short. Disgusting practice only focused on making money, not caring for people.
The nurse Veronica did a great job & was very caring.Meagan Kassem, PAC was compassionate, helpful, listened & took very good care of me.I was very pleased with their services & appreciative for them helping me to get on the road to recovery.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
This is the only urgent I will go to. The staff from start to finish are always so kind and regardless of how busy it is they take the time to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed. Thank you all for the amazing job you do and for being there for our family of five when needed! 81st and Mingo.
Lady at the front desk was helping someone and told me to wait then 30 seconds later six people walking behind me and she checked some of them in with that being said, two people that walked in behind me were seen first and I waited one hour before they called my name. Definitely will not be going back and I do not recommend.
No appointment necessary. Staff efficient and professional. I went for a covid test but had my results in 15 minutes. I was negative for covid but had a bit of flu with respiratory tract infection. Got a prescription sent to my pharmacy for antibiotics and was done.Very nice atmosphere.
I was referred there a couple of years ago by another Med Center that was very busy... And was amazed to pull in parking lot and see three cars and it being so nice and clean inside and I had no wait time. Everyone is very nice and professional... The times Ive been in there since Ive really liked and trusted the doctors Ive seen including today. I felt like he was very honest with me about what was going on and very concerned with my problem. And was making sure that I understood how serious it was and what I needed to do about it. Ive only been there once when it was too busy for me to stay but it was just a bad time of day. But feel like I have been treated well with whatever my problem was every time Ive been... and if I do need a med center its the first one I will go to even though I have one a mile away from me and another thats just a couple of miles away. And I do refer everyone to it. Thank you
The staff was very quick and efficient not to mention friendly and courteous. It was nice to feel like they cared about me as a person. They ran tests, found the problem and prescribed the correct medicines. I left the facility a very happy and satisfied lady. Thank you 👍😀
Called and got an appointment for 1145am to have my son and I tested for COVID since he was exposed to it at daycare. Checked in at 1145am and was here in the waiting room until 2:37 pm. The wait was annoying as I was also working remotely and needed to be out quicker, but once we where called everyone was nice and apologetic for the wait. I just feel like they need to get to COVID testers a little faster especially with an appointment.
Service was great. The front desk lady was so polite, friendly and welcoming. They took care of me and I definitely recommend! I came at 10 and it was an hour wait and maybe another 45 before I left! Not bad at all.
Usually we get great care here but lately this have been different. The nurse in triage was very short with me and my son and even though no one was here except one other person it took over an hour to be seen! UPDATE: I have been back since then and the timing was much better even though there were more people there, but the same triage nurse didnt listen to me about my injury at all. I do appreciate them trying to tell me I didnt have to get something and that it might be expensive. My only complaint still is the bedside manner of the triage nurse...this is one nurse to another.
I saw Brittney Roper, FNP, for a sinus infection with vertigo. She was awesome!! She listened to my history, and treated me with the same care as my primary care physician. I loved the entire experience form the online check-in and form completion to the triage nurse to the visit with the NP to the checkout!! Brittney even made sure I would be able to find an open pharmacy!! I hope we are not sick often, but we will definitely be back when we are!!
The worst. I scheduled an appointment to get tested and they were taking walk-ins before me. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get a COVID test. Having one provider available is irresponsible and terrible business, especially during a pandemic. Will never go back for anything. Telling everyone to not bother going to this place for a test.
Some of the sweetest nurses I’ve ever met. Had a panic attack/choking fit. The nurses comforted me and helped me breathe right. I highly recommend them.
Very fast and efficient when you make an online appointment. The staff was friendly and professional!
They are fast, friendly and efficient! I took my infant daughter in for fear of an ear infection or something worse. We were in and out in 45 minutes, and that included the checkup and flu test!! Everyone always dreads walk-in clinics, but for Access Medical, I highly recommend them!!!
Do NOT go here, 3 hour wait with an appointment! I definitely do NOT recommend going here, unless you have time to waste. I will not be returning, there are plenty of other urgent care facilities without the ridiculous wait. All the negative reviews about the ridiculously long wait are 100% true!
Originally our appointments were with CVS but apparently their server was down so I googled COVID testing and this location came up and we were able to be seen immediately. No COVID or Flu just a really bad Cold, but I feel better just knowing that! Thanks to the kind Nurse and Doctors that were there.
Be careful going to this location. My daughter went on Saturday, April 16th for shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing. She felt her voice wasn’t being heard. She was prescribed a medication. She received a message from the pharmacy stating that she needed a prior authorization. She contacted this location again they were to call in a lower dose and it never took place. If your child is battling any asthma symptoms, shortness of breath, wheezing, take them to a different location. We have yet to get the medication and unable to reach someone. Your Voice Matters
Went in for a COVID test. Did everything online so I was able to hang out in my car and wait and they called me when they were ready for me. Test was pretty quick if not mildly uncomfortable. Had results in about 20 mins. Was there like an hour. Everyone was nice and helpful and answered any questions I had.
I have used this location for quite awhile, but wasnt aware of the recent ownership change until I went yesterday. Its hard to improve upon a Urgent Care facility that was already great, but Access has done it. Waiting list chart on the TV in the waiting room. Cleaner facility & very friendly staff from the time I entered until I left. I will come back again with myself or family for Urgent Care needs.
Dr. Dan O. Is the best!! Hes great with our sons, and I had to visit myself for the first time today. Hes always so positive and helpful, very smart! Will not hesitate to come back when necessary. Thank you!
My visit to Access Medical Center occurred shortly before closing time. I was greeted with kindness, and time spent in the waiting room was minimal. The medical personnel were very professional and explained everything to me in detail. More importantly they listened to what I said! I would absolutely recommend Access to anyone looking for a good urgent care.
Very kind front desk attendant and very good doctors!
The Staff was polite and got me in the back to see a Doctor within a reasonable amount of time. The Dr was right on, on his assessment. He was very pleasant, professional and did not waste my time. He gave me a referral to get to a hospital emergency room right away and did not milk me for tests that would be done again at the hospital.
The staff is friendly and I believe they are doing their best with the staffing numbers they have been provided, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you are not in need of medical care for at least a few hours. If you have the time to wait, it’s probably a fine facility although not entirely cleanly feeling even with what one would assume with pandemic practices. Over all, choose another facility if you need to be seen “urgently.”
Very nice and professional. Didn’t have to wait. I will definitely use them again.
I liked filling out all my information online, it is very user friendly. I went in for a COVID19 test (it was negative YAY) Everyone was so kind, from the front desk representative, the triage nurse (and my COVID19 test was not uncomfortable at all) their PA was very thorough and efficient. My first experience with getting tested and going to an Urgent Care. I would definitely go again if need be and I was very pleased. Thank you all!
Be selective. I had to go back and be evaluated again and the medical staff were not as good as the other team. The lady who checked my vital signs had a student and you know how some people get a big head when they have a student... well thats clearly what was going on.. ugg. And the student was in a mood and not very pleasant. A little attitude. The N.P. was ok but it seemed as if she didnt want to listen, or either she was rushed. Either way the whole visit makes me not want to go back. If I do Ill speak up because sometimes you have to hold people accountable right then and there. But Ill certainly keep in mind I can always go somewhere else if its urgent. Overall, my review is that it depends on whose working because some are good in that building and some arent. Which is true of many places, but you should still be selective.
I highly recommend Access Urgent Care. Ive taken my son here for a few years now when I cant get him in with his regular PCP. They have always been great with him! I love how we can check in online so we dont have to wait long at all. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
The staff at the 81st St. location in Tulsa did a fantastic job considering they were down to three people to run the whole operation. Jake was very thorough as a PA and the receptionist and the assistant worked people in. As quickly as they could under the circumstancesThey were knowledgeable acourtesy and And as I’ve said before very efficient with a good attitudeJerry Greenich
All of the ladies especially the front desk were so nice and SO quick. I went in at 11:25am and was checked out by 12. They are quick but also listen and discuss best treatment options. I will go back if there is another day I cannot get into my pcp! The 81st location is Tulsa is awesome !
Excellent care with Dr. meuniot. I tested positive for covid and flu and obviously I’m feeling like trash, but she was kind.
Gone multiple times for minor issues. Usually I’m reticent to use urgent cares as I’ve had some bad experiences. However, I’ve always been pleased with the care here.
Came here for a Covid test and, even with a mobile check in, it took almost an hour to be seen. In addition they make you sit and wait for the results of the test unlike any other place I’ve been to. The staff were nice and helpful, but I think they need some policy updates. I haven’t had to spend more than 10 minutes in place for a Covid test before and have had about 9 done. It’s just stressful for things to take a long time when you have work to do, places to be, and people counting on you.
Care was good, but this place was really expensive and they did not offer any discount for cash pay without insurance. I would avoid this place just for that reason. We will not go back. Many other places will offer up to 60% off for cash pay.I have edited my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. After posting my review the company contacted me and explained there should of been more payment options made available to me as a cash pay only customer and that would of resulted in a discount. They apologized for the error and sent me a check in the mail for the discount I should of received. Their customer care team is very good.
The Nurse and PA were professional enough treating my children. However, you can hear absolutely everything they say at their work station. Like how much of a pain it is to carry out the requested tests and diagnostics of the patients they treat.Still, as I said, they were professional enough at the point of care.
Really appreciative of the staff. They were all so kind and helpful to get me in and out in a timely manner while knowing I had another appt within the 2 hour window.
ALWAYS receive excellent service here! Its close to my home, financials are always explained before Im even seen, and the staff are honest and caring. There is a wait for the provider, but its MUCH better than your large affiliated urgent cares like Warren Clinic or Saint Johns (whom make you go to the ER anyway).
Everyone was very nice. The nurse and the doctor answered all my questions. The shot the nurse gave me was excellent. I could barely feel the shot she gave me in my hip.
This place was great! I went on a Monday afternoon. There wasnt anyone in the waiting room. They got me right back, took my blood pressure, asked me some questions then I met with the doc. Dr. Lytle was awesome. The whole trip was only about 25 mins. Got exactly what I needed. I would recommend to anyone and I will defiantly go here for any medical needs in the future.
The service was great, the staff was friendly, I received my prescriptions I am just curious as to why on my discharge papers the reason for visit is something entirely different than what I informed the front desk I was needing to be seen for. I did NOT say anything about Covid but yet my papers show reason for visit , Covid-19 evaluation. I guess you have to put that on as many documents as possible so you can get as much government Covid subsidy money as possible...have to keep the statistics alive..
I was treated very courteously and the nurses and physician were kind and attentive.
The doctor was very thorough. She really listened and was very informative . The front desk and the nurse were very friendly. I would recommend Access Medical Centers to anyone. I had better care there than I have had at my Primary Care Doctor.
Check in was bad. Appointment was at 4:15. I arrived at the location at 4:00 the app would not let me check in. I went inside and tried to check in woth the front desk, however I got read my rights by the lady at the desk. She criticized me for not being able to upload my insurance(app would not upload) I asked for an email and after asking 4 times she gave me one, to send insurance to. She said I was checked in at that point. I went and waited in the car, I was able to upload insurance after deleting and installi.g app again. I went inside at 430 and asked if I was received. She replied to me, calling me another name. I told her I was able to upload the insurance at that point. At 4:53 she called a persons name and looked at me. I said that is not my name, she replied that she never received the email. I again told her I uploaded it. At that point I received a text stating I was checked in. I asked why there was a delay in checki.g my in from 4 pm to 453 pm. I was told they had glitches in system and that she was not very texh savvy. Wow. Ok. Then I was called to go back and the rest of the visit was great. The dr I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had gone to 2 other clinics that told me they did not accept my bcbs on wk. ends!Access said that was their main one. I was in & out in less than 45 min. & the staff were amazing!!! Definitely my new urgent care facility.
WHY WHY WHY is this place so slow?? 2 people were ahead of me..Im hurt, Im tired and this place is a hurry up and wait 5 hours place. I will never understand why it takes so long. There were plenty of employees, there isnt a valid reason for the wait.
I was seen by Dr Oetken on June 30th. I had a persistent headache and completely left sided numbness and weakness. I had tried everything i could before coming in. He did a very short exam and said it was a “strain” due to my line of work. I know my body enough to know it wasn’t a strain. I went and got a second opinion where they sent me in for a STAT MRI of the brain, neck and back. I was called back in less than two hours and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and was referred to a neurologist immediately. People come here for answers and i’m SO glad i knew to get a second opinion. Thanks for wasting my time. Hopefully something like this doesn’t happen to another person. I do NOT recommend this place.
Dr. Lytle is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and excellent Doctor. He took care of my son’s split eye and put me at ease. The lady at the front desk took Excellent care of us from a smooth check in process to giving my son a coloring packet for entertainment. Best urgent care in Tulsa.
Our family has been using Access For years. We have received excellent care from the providers there. Ryan was very thorough and pleasant. I will return again.
My husband and I were seen recently by this team and we received competent care and service. Zac is a well mannered-knowledgeable provider and Jessica is an awesome medical assistant. Both took great care of us. We were in and out with all medical concerns addressed and taken care of. Thank you Zac and Jessica!
This organization is a prime example of a large corporation taking over what was once a decent place and screwing it all up.They refused to see me because I wanted to pay cash or credit card. I just started my job last week and don’t have my insurance info yet. But I had a credit card with a high limit on me as well as more than enough cash to pay for a visit and any tests they could dream up. Someone else took it though.Oh and by the way there was a big sign on the door they don’t have any rapid tests, looks like it has been there for a while due to the sign’s condition.Don’t waste your time here.
Scheduling with the Solv app was quick and simple. However, check-in with the app did not work and had to go inside to let them know I arrived. Staff is courteous, professional, efficient and compassionate. Everything I expect from a healthcare provider.
Access Medical at 81st and 169 was amazing. So fast professional and above all else KIND. I and my family have been there several times and always the same great service. I know the medical field has had a tough stressful year. So to face all that and still be KIND is a huge blessing. Kindness is becomes a rare occurrence in society these days. So to receive kindness from those that are under the most duress means even more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The staff at Access Medical Center were very professional and attentive to our needs. It is a great facility and i would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I feel very fortunate that they are but stones throw from our home down the street.
Very fast service and a team that cares
Great visit! Both my daughter and myself were sick with upper respiratory infection and were well taken care of. Quick visit. Caring nurses and PA
Brought my daughter in tonight and Dr. Dan and his staff were exceptional. Very knowledgeable, professional and his bed side manor is phenomenal. He really knows his profession.
I set an appointment at 9:30 through the online portal. Was waiting in a room for an hour and half and never saw someone. I walked out to the nurse station to let them know that I was having severe abdominal pain and was debating to go to the hospital and they still didn’t send someone in. If you value yourself as a person, do not give this place your business. EVER.
Scheduled my appointment in advance using Solv mobile app. I was admitted pretty fast - probably the only way I will book urgent care appointments in the future. Staff were all friendly and capable, facilities were nice, zero complaints.
Had an appt at 430, filled out information online and scanned my ID and insurance card. Get here around 418 to fill out paperwork but they ask for ID and insurance again. Wait about another hour and they take me to a room where I wait another hour for an antibody test. Not many ppl were waiting but they went before me even after arriving after me. Not sure why Google has this place up high when u search for antibody tests. Waited 2 hours for them to take my blood. It wasnt even packed.
