I use the Webster Synergenx weekly and while all of the employees are excellent and efficient Veronica stands out due to her expertise in giving me the injection. It is painless because she takes time injecting the medicine which is much more comfortable than when the plunger is pushed down too fast. Thank you Veronica.

I can say that I have been coming to this clinic now for about 2 months. This has been an enjoyable experience since the first day of walking through the door. The staff is always really nice and they fully explain everything in detail. After you start on T they check your blood every six weeks to ensure your body is receptive to the therapy which makes you feel really comfortable. Also they take insurance so I only liable for $25 a week. Will continue to come as long as they are open.

They are wonderful. You were in and out very quickly. The staff is so friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Stop by and talk to them about hormone therapy or weight loss for men or women. You wont be disappointed!

This is the company that bought out the low T centers and lost ALOT of customers at the Friendswood location that I went to weekly for over a year

I didn’t have a great experience at this company. The staff was very nice but I feel like they could’ve done more to explain to process and the cost more. I was rushed from room to room for my consultation visit and never told what I was doing or why. Then someone came to talk to me about options but never explained the cost expectations at all. At check out I felt super judged because I didn’t have $480 to pay nor did I expect to pay even close to that amount. When I asked the office lady why it was that much she acting like I was being unreasonable. Overall, I can’t fault people for doing their jobs, however I think the company should look at how they are interacting with customers regarding cost and the process.

I have been coming to Synergenx for about 9 months now and for anyone interested in testosterone therapy/hormone treatment, I would highly recommend this place. Every week you speak with the doctor about any changes from the previous week, longest I’ve ever had to wait was about 5 minutes. The ladies are very courteous and professional. If there were more stars to give, I would give those too.

Had my PCP check my testosterone and he said it was fine, although I was still having issues with energy and numerous other things. My wife suggested I try Synergy to get me testosterone checked and they found that a lot of my levels were way below where they should have been. Started testosterone therapy and have had great success with the results. I would strongly suggest having Synergy check your levels over having a regular PCP check them.

Cam, Chelsea, Alexandra, Amanda, and Sarait have always been great, answered all my questions , and very helpful. I feel much better since I have been coming here and contribute a good amount to them and the advice that they have given me. If you are in the Webster area you need to make an appointment and see how they can help you.

Staff is real nice but dont go in there if u weight over 350lbs. Maybe they should say something like that on the phone booking the appointment so they dont waste peoples time. Was all excited to go in cause I heard good things about this place to be told ur to FAT to get any of their treatment!!! Owell I only wasted my time and gas to drive over there!!!

I love this place! Synergenx offers A LOT of choices for maintaining health and quality of life! Insurance covers my treatment so I don’t pay anything out-of-pocket! I have always struggled with my weight and focus. Once I came here I was explained what was going on with my body and how to fix it. Workouts have been drastically better and higher energy levels overall. HIGHLY recommend!
