They never answer the phone! It’s so annoying! Left two messages last week and no return call. Professional people should return a call within 1-2 business days. Anything over 3 business days is ridiculous and unprofessional. Called every day last week, multiple times during the middle of the day, and get a generic and automated message about an evening receptionist not being available. Someone finally answered the phone today and immediately put me on hold. I’ve now been on hold now for over 45 minutes. Come on, treat people with the same respect and consideration you would like. We also have other things to do than to call you repeatedly. Returning a phone call is part of the job and it shouldn’t take an absurd amount of time.

The ladys at the desk that were here before were so nice and helpful. This new lady literally NEVER answers the phone.. Please just fire her already Im tired of this.. Over the course of the past 2 or 3 months she has never answered the phone once!

This place,,,I tell ya,,,they dont care if you have a job or not. They have not one bit of sympathyThey want you to do what they say to do or they will dangle your medicine over your head like a puppy treat for a dog. Medicine in which you now need or else be very sickly for about a month if you go cold turkey.I totally understand that we have got our own self into this position but alot of us are really trying hard to get out and why make that transition so difficult. I know their are strict rules from government to give this medicine but some staff are just down right nasty to clients and o am sorry that they make it that way. Thats why its time to soon be moving on.

This location is the worst to choose for dui program I recommend you guys choose some other location. They never answer the phone, the worker that does your intake Tanya Brock she does not do her job an is very unprofessional she needs to resign. I had to prove so many situations taking screenshots of calls, emails etc. Take my word you do not want to do your dui program here. STAY AWAY!!

Although this facility fulfills a needed service to our community, the lack of communication is so unprofessional. This is the second time this month that I drove a family member there on a Saturday morning. The first time we got there at 10:55 thinking it closed at 11. Website said 11, but it closed at 10. Just made hour long round trip and am so angry and annoyed. Website says closed at 10 today, no one answers the phone. We get there and five patients standing outside and saying it closed at 9 today. Ridiculous!! It takes less than a minute to update website. Their business is booming so I am sure it’s not lack of funds. What staff member or department is accountable for this??!!!

I wish i could give them zero starts. Just trying to sign up for a court ordered class has been more stressful then getting the dui. Lisa ans latrice have only made things more confusing and difficult. Its clear they dont care about you and only there for a pay check

It was difficult getting on clinic, but once on, they have been very helpful with my recovery. Its been over 13 months now and Im on weekly take-homes. Ive got a counselor as well as a mental health worker organizing medications and therapy within my care plan. Im very thankful to them. Im sure that they saved my life!

I’m so disappointed due to the fact I was given false information about taking classes and giving urine to get a certificate of completion. I was told 2 classes and 2 clean urine and now I’m told I have to take 2 classes a week. They should of been more clear about it because I would of done it. So now I have to do this and wait another probably 3 months to get my medication and suffer with this pain. 🥵🥵🥵😡😡😡 I would not recommend BCCS on Lancaster ave to no one. They need to make sure they give you the correct information and not this run around.

Never been so Disrespected in my life until I got here. Never seen people being treated worse than prisoners. I had done everything that was asked of me. Never once had a write up. But Lord Forbid, I had a death in my life, Damn near the hardest one that I had been hit by and This Trif place gave me their behind to kiss. I don’t know who may read this but I wish I would have never walked thru this place’s doors for anything in this world. I will let any one know wants to know anything about them b4 entering there Grace, I’ll be here for you. But Brandywine Counceling is a Joke!!!!👎🏽

This place helped save my life. I had used drugs for many many years then I went to Brandywine and got clen on there Out patient program.

Got a DUI in the state of Delaware in 2011. The state lost my record, and are trying to make me take this 6 course again. I tried to get a new one but it is blocked because someone in Delaware, Derp or Brandywine lost my credentials. Latrice is the worst at resolving this. She is slow at response, and when you get turned down by the state, Latrice will give up on you and not offer a solution. And, apparently no managers exist to speak.

I attended the Claymont location many many years ago. I believe I graduated in July of 2007? Although they did not really help my drinking, they did offer a kindred meeting of like souls. I learned that only I could stop my drinking. No-one could do it for me and God was not going to miracle me sober. I met dozens of really great people there. Not only counselors but clients as well. I miss some of them very much. Perhaps one day we could have a reunion with pizza? That is a hint. Anyhow, if anyone reads this, I say give these folks a try. You just might enjoy yourself as much as I did!Jim V.

After over 15 years of opiate and other drug dependency, I finally found something that worked. After countless detoxes and rehabs the methadone maintenance program at Brandywine saved my life. At the age of 32 I tried once again the detoxing long term rehab only find myself once again in relapse mode. After breaking my foot and heal that required multiple surgeries, I knew I was going to be in trouble with the pain meds again. Thats whan I turned to Brandywine, this past April in 2015 its been six years free of opiate dependence, along with all the other hard drugs that go hand in hand. Brandywine has given me another chance at life that Ill always be grateful for. But make no mistake, no one is going to do this for you, it does take work. Everyone from the counselors , the doctors, nursing and other staff have all been a driving force in my treatment. I will always be grateful for the bonds created between myself and numerous staff members. As for other clients, be careful, because not everyone is there to get clean. So if you do decide to begin treatment there, keep one thing in mind, you will reap what you sow. Good luck and God bless

Never opens on time, staff will hold your dose if you speak up about the unprofessional conduct. Ran like a ghetto soup kitchen.3/4 of the place still uses n they do nothing about it.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst place on earth. They don’t care about patients they don’t care about lotta things except for themselves. The staff is really nasty and it’s like a homeless encampment. Not knocking on the homeless but they really let it get out of hand in there.

This place is a scam . I got a dui and I’ve went here for counseling. I’ve gotten 2 follow up Drug tests for alcohol in my system and they still say positive !! ScamScam scam they do not want to releaseYou

This place saved my life...tim c ur very rude, u must not know whats its like to be an addict. To sit there and talk bs on all the methadone treatment facilities about wanting to get them shut down is extremely hateful towards the people who choose to go there. I dont care what anyone thinks, im proud to go there.

Bccs first stop is a scam they take your money and really dont give you options which there are others if you have insurance please seek a better treatment this one all for your money .

Great place with great support for Alcohol and Drug Counseling. It’s also a Methadone Dosage clinic.
