From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional. The appointment was given by our primary care office nurse that could not see us that day. They were on time. We felt we had our issue resolved. We will use them again if needed.

I had two visits to the Urgent Care in Greenville. The first on Wednesday was unsatisfactory. The receptionist was unpleasant and uninterested. The NP made a superficial inspection of my shoulder failing to notice the bump on my shoulder. So, I returned the next morning and received a totally opposite experience. The receptionist was polite and prompt and the NP made a thorough inspection and sound diagnosis with explanation and recommendations on my followup. Im glad I decided to go back for a second time.

My appointment went very smoothly and there was very little wait time. Reception was efficient and Marco was very professional, personable and made me feel as though I was the most important thing to him at the time. I felt that he had my best interest at heart

I went for cold related symptoms and did the necessary tests after I requested them but then the nurse practitioner came in and took 5-8 minutes and she said use over the counter medication because of your symptoms and I requested a prescription to make the healing process faster as I understand everything takes time.In the progress notes it says that she suggested to TRY and use over the counter medication and if doesn’t work then I should GO BACK so they can make more copay money or go to their main hospital in the ER so they make more money too.This place is shady and the person working there as NP thinks they are smart and others are dumb and stupid, they want to keep on making the money.I will not go back again and will tell my friends and family to stay away from Christiana urgent careGo to your PC who listens and treats you the way you wanted to be treated so you feel better health wise and can have piece of mind knowing you paid your money where it’s worth also did use over the counter medication and didn’t help and that’s why I ended going to this stupid placeNot only making copay money also will bill my insurance for a service that you are not satisfied with and worst thing is that it has to do with your health sleep peace of mind

Extremely well synchronized, appointment, texts, communication follow up with texts and appointments. Check in, the doctor and everything happened quickly.There is no sitting in the waiting room.They took me right back.

I walked in at 8am. I was seen in less than 5 min. In and out in less than a half hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is brand new and very clean. I was able to get an xray done on my foot and confirm I broke my toe.

I was the only person being treated when I was here. The receptionist was friendly and got my information and I was seen within 10 min of arriving. The doctor came in and he was friendly enough. He did a very quick check on my ears and quick to diagnose prescribe an antibiotic and send me on my way and to see my dentist for a possible tooth infection. His diagnosis was wrong as I didnt have a tooth infection but severe flare up of TMJ.Ive been to this place 2x now and I not very impressed with it. Both times the doctors were very quick and dont thoroughly examine you. I dont ever feel confident in them. But at least it was better then the first visit. That time there were 4 employees sitting in the quad talking loudly, eating, singing loudly to the music they had on, nobody bothered to come get me just sat there partying it up. When the woman did decide to get up and bring me to a room she acted like it was a bother. The woman doctor that day was very quick to diagnosis and was quick to send me on my way. Leaving no time to ask questions. They all have an air about them of not really caring about the patient. Very insincere and no bedside manner. Just cold and uncaring. My son felt the same way when he visited this place. Its a nice clean place in a nice area of town but thats about the best I can say about it.

I usually have great experiences here but was disappointed this time. I saw the nurse practitioner who was in the room for less than 3 minutes with me. She barely looked at my legs and ankle where I’m having pain and recommended Tylenol and ice as if I wasn’t already doing that. She made me feel as if my concerns weren’t valid or important. I walked out with no answers and still having the same issues after my visit 6 days ago.

I had a really excellent experience at Christiana Care Urgent Care in Greenville. The medical assistant Alycia Zimmerman was so patient and so gentile with my laceration, and the doctor on staff was knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that could be understood. I was very impressed with my care.

They lost my prescription and the infection in my mouth is killing me. I am so angry I cant call them for a fourth time I will lose it. Now I have to go another DR for the same anti biotics I already paid for. Never again and I will challenge the bill with my insurance company and state of Delaware. Im not paying you to stay sick

I was going to give a 5 star review the other day, but Im glad I didnt. I saw the doctor on Thursday August 1st for a cough. I get bronchitis every year and I explained that to the doctor. I told her that the only thing that ever helps is a certain cough medication. She said that she will have to give me cough medicine capsules. I knew they wouldnt work because I took them before. I let her prescribe them to me and she said that if my cough wasnt better after 5 days to call and they would send me in a prescription for the cough syrup. I called today and was told by the receptionist that I would have to come back in and see the doctor again. Just another way for them to charge my insurance company again. Ill just go back to MedExpress like I used to go to!

I liked the fact that I didnt have to wait very long to be seen. I think I was in and out within an hour. My prescription was ready when I got to the pharmacy. The doctor ordered the perfect antibiotic that didnt cause me to have a reaction.

Loved Marco! What a wonderful caring and attentive PA-C. So helpful and took the time to explain things and listen. Overall the experience was a delight! Very efficient operation. Clean, friendly and quick.

Marco Cerasoli PA was amazing! Great with kids & extremely personable. He was able to give us a diagnosis and have our scripts sent in within 20 minutes of our arrival. Would recommend for families with children.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Time is taken to explain everything, and a follow up is encouraged if necessary.

While the people very friendly and nice, no tests were done. They were out of RSV tests and never offered me a covid test, and never gave me xrays.I wasnt feeling any better at all so I went to St. Francis ER today (6/28/24) where they performed all the tests and found in the xray that I had bronchitis.

Very impressed with the care I received. Pleasant staff in a new facility. Marco addressed a hand injury I’d sustained.Even though it was the weekend he quickly got an opinion from a hand surgeon concerning follow up care and an appointment. Highly recommend.Second visit a year later - Same great care and staff, especially Elaine who stitched me up.....

Easy to schedule. Taken within 5-10 minutes of arrival. NP was awesome! She was friendly, thorough, and accommodating. I would have done 4 1/2 stars if I could. My only suggestion is when you arrive that you are greeted. Everyone just looked at us. No one said hello and after I stood there for a minute they finally told me to check in at the kiosk. Not a big deal because the rest of the visit was great. But that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars.

Marco is a wonderful doctor, I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve always gotten excellent care at Urgent care but he has a great way with patients helping them to feel comfortable no matter how serious the situation.

I came to urgent care with no appointment on an emergency basis. Everyone was very nice they took me back within 10 minutes of arrival. The doctor was great excellent bedside manner. They had my x-rays done splinted my broken bone. And had me on my way in about an hour. Excellent service.

One of the newest locations in the area. Easy online appointment booking, hours that work for everyones needs. Medical team was top notch!

Went in for a really painful zit on the inside of my nose. A nurse practitioner comes in, briefly looks in the wrong place in my nose after grabbing it when I told her it was painful, checks out my ears (for some reason?), and prescribes a topical antibiotic “for when it do pop”. The lack of correct grammar coming out of this woman’s mouth really made me feel like she knew what she was doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.Update: the nurse practitioner’s name is Niceema Byrd, if you’re unlucky enough to be assigned to this woman, just leave and take your chances

Excellent experience. Staff was prompt, professional and efficient. All my notes from the visit went to my Family physician and my CCHS chart.

The Doctor (Nurse Practitioner) was awesome. Facilities were clean and the staff was well organized. My 3pm appointment had me waiting until 4pm… unacceptable.

Been to multiple location and have always had good experiences with CC Go Health urgent Care. I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care in Greenville. There are always available and convenient appointments, the clinic is clean, the medical staff is knowledgeable, professional and thorough, the office staff is friendly and organized and I like the location. Lastly, I like how the clinical note is added to my Christiana care portal records.

This place is lousy and so disrespectful especially to working class people. Kim Roycroft is condescending and left me feeling extremely unheard. She barely looked at my tired, dizzy daughter (who I picked up from the school nurses office immediately after my job) and instead made blanket assumptions about my daughter based on notes that the assistant before her had jotted down incorrectly. When I tried to correct her, she was very dismissive of me, said, thats not what it says here, and pawned me off to the even more expensive ER for a head injury that had never happened. This resulted in a huge waste of my time and money at the ER just for them to verify that there was nothing wrong with my daughter, only that she was tired and had a cold. I will have to literally sell my cherished car now just to pay this ripoff ER bill and with no remorse or respect from anybody. Oh and this facility had the audacity to charge me $500 even with insurance for this waste of a visit. Redhead PA Kim acts like shes better than me with the way she talked down to me. I have lost all trust in this health system and believe they were just trying to exploit me as a cash cow. Never again. 👎

My NP Elaine Turochy was amazing. She was very patient while listening to my complaints, swollen painful finger with unclear cause, injury vs Gout. She was very thorough with her exam ordering imaging, addressing both my pain, swelling and possibly infection. She was spot on covering all the bases. Within 24 hours I was already feeling 80% better and prevented an ER visit while I was out of town. She provided very useful information and new education on how to prevent further injury, swelling. She is truly an asset to CCHS urgent care and I will definitely be back to see her again for my acute, appropriate healthcare needs when shes working.Elaine is the best! PS Her support staff and X-ray tech were all wonderful too!

Staff was friendly, helpful, pleasant and listened to my concerns. Checked on me on a daily basis to make sure I was comfortable, and if I needed anything.

Beautiful facility, short wait time, expert care by NP who confirmed the diagnosis with quick x-ray and who prescribed the 2 drugs of choice. I just wish we were either 1) given an inhaler as requested or 2) the inhaler Rx was actually called into our pharmacy as promised and 3) someone made a followup call to check on the patients status. Still, we will continue to use this facility in future.

I had a terrible experience here. I came in due to a car accident and was simply seeking a chest x-ray. The receptionists at the front desk couldn’t have cared less and just kept on telling me to check in through the ipad despite me coming inside at least three times throughout my 2 hour wait. There were multiple employees including doctors just talking about tiktok in the open area that included the waiting room while there were at least two patient rooms open. These medical “professionals” make you feel like you are a bother to them. I honestly did not want to spend my day seeking medical help but I needed it and they just made me feel awful for doing so. They also didn’t care to tell me that their X-Ray technician wasn’t in when they finally noticed me and “checked me in” so I wasted my two hours of my time and had to go to the ER. Don’t go here.

The provider may have been okay but the billing has been an absolute nightmare. The billing people billed this incorrectly and it wasn’t billed as an urgent care, it was billed under the NP, So it was treated as out of network. 8 months later and unaware, a $215 charge showed up on my credit card statement causing us to try and figure this out. After many hours I think they are resubmitting it but it’ll be a process to see if they determine that they actually screwed up and caused it to be billed out of network. It’s been hours and hours on the phone with these people. Our co pay for urgent cares should be $35. We went to another go health and learned they sent the claim to the wrong address again. It’s concerning I had no idea what this charge was due to and they just ran my card and I had to figure out why. It’s unfortunate as the care is decent, but this will make me look elsewhere. They make you have a card on file.

Everybody is so polite we went here for my daughter and sons physical and it was quick and they did both of them at the same time. We experienced such a long wait at our local MedExpress and received such quality service from this urgent care center. The doctor was very funny and kind and all the staff made it a wonderful experience.

From the front desk staff, medical assistants and the physician assistant all worked well together as a team to get the patient seen with care and privacy.

Came in to get a test done that thier website says they do. Only for them to say they don’t do that testing. I had ended up getting another test done , BUT I was not informed until after that I would most likely be charged for the visit. I was told that my insurance would not cover the visit AFTER already doing the test. If I would have known before I would have not proceeded.

I have been to this facility twice this year. I was treated with respect and kindness. They listened to my problems and asked the right questions. Thank you for everything.

I Love this urgent care. I like that you can book appointments .my only complaint would be that the Fairfax location isnt open on the weekends. They should have a sign on the door that directs them to the next closest location. Which I was able to take advantage of on Saturday after a little bit of a Google search. Nonetheless top-notch professionals truly appreciate their bedside manner It doesnt get any better than this.

I booked the appointment on a Friday at 9am and was scheduled for 11am. Taken back to exam room quickly and in office less than an hour with an appointment for my 4 year old. Rapid RSV and flu performed with results while there.

This was my second time visiting the Barley Mill Plaza, Greenville location and the service again was just outstanding. I booked a last minute online appointment and was seen right on time. Marco Cerasoli, the physician assistant, diagnosed my problem and his treatment recommendations were spot on. Everyone at the clinic from start to finish were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I have used go health a few times and have had no issues with them. They are efficient and never really have a wait.

Gready as hell! I dont have insurance paid $140 to get checked. 5 mins in they say they DONT do blood work which i needed and and sent me on my way without refunding anything. GO ELSE WHERE! Manager had no remorse. Negative atmosphere.

I was able to make an appointment for my daughters online, super convenient. When we arrived, we were checked in and seen quickly by the clinical staff. The whole team at Christiana Care, Greenville also went above and beyond to resolve a communication issue with Walgreens. I also appreciated the team moving quickly to treat my kiddos!

My PCP had no appointments available so I made an appointment at the new ChristianCare GoHealth facility. Easy to get to, super friendly staff, clean facility and no wait time. I would definitely go again if needed.

I had went in there for some testing a little over a week ago marco was my doctor he was supposed to send my pharmacy my prescription and never did. they put my phone number incorrectly and also my email. i then went into the pharmacy assuming it would be available for pickup but they told me nothing was sent out. it wasn’t until i called for the fourth time the next morning that i was finally informed the doctor didn’t send out my prescription and didn’t even write it down in his notes. in the end the front desk lady who was the sweetest finally said she would give my pharmacy a call about the prescription. wouldn’t recommend unless you want a doctor that doesn’t care about your health conditions. both times i spoke to him he said he would send my prescription out and didn’t.

Made a hold my spot appointment for lab work and an xray. Called and verified they took my insurance and even got prices. Upon arrival was told they arent doing xrays today and they cant do my lab work because it was ordered by my primary Dr. Dont waste your time.

Carolyn Weeks PA was kind and thorough and turned out to be correct in her diagnosis, based on what the orthopedist told me today. She gave me treatments that worked right away. The front desk admin (a man) was efficient and courteous despite bring very busy. I’d confidently recommend their services as well as the X-ray technician’s in Greenville.

I called today to come in cause my daughter was sick, first I was left on hold for 10 minutes while the person who answered the phone had a conversation about a child’s eye, then proceeded to discuss locations she worked at, so I hang up and call back and was told they close at 5 and I could bring her in. I drive over there and while signing in the same chatty group proceeds to tell me they are not taking anyone else, mind you it’s 3pm, they close at 5 and they told me to bring her. Extremely Unprofessional.

This location was clean and organized. My provider was very rushed and dismissive. She walked out the door as she told me she would prescribe a medication for my treatment without asking if I had any more concerns or follow-up questions. It would be nice to be conversed with for more than 2 minutes

I visited this urgent care facility with my 100 year old mother. Parking and entry were easily accessible, the staff members were cordial and efficient, and the doctor communicated with my mother adult to adult, two-way communication and with respect and good humor. The best. Im grateful.

New place/location. One of only two businesses that were opened in the new barley Mill shopping center where Wegmans will go. As a result I went online, was able to request them to save me a spot in line for 20 minutes from the time I left my place. I got there to discover that I was the only person in the facility other than the employees. Very easy processing from checking in, insurance processing copay, etc. Doctor was incredibly thorough & very helpful. Was in and out in just over 45 minutes!

I had a minor kitchen accident this morning and went because I couldn’t control the bleeding on my finger. I was seen very quickly. Everyone was professional and very kind. Cleaning the area was very painful and I was given medication to numb the area to have it cleaned and bandaged. The follow up instructions were very clear and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes!

Got care quickly, was very helpful. Doing better.

You cant predict when you get sick or when your kid gets sick! My daughter woke up in the middle of the night with really bad ear pain. The next morning was a Sunday so her pediatrician was closed and it wasnt a medical emergency so we went to this urgent care. You can set up an appointment online even the night before so you dont have to wait for hours with a cranky child in pain. She got her ear infection addressed and her prescription within the same hour at our local pharmacy. Thanks a bunch! I feel better knowing that there is a place nearby to help!

They were so awesome!! My son felt at ease despite the pain he was in. We came in when my son broke his wrist. They saw the pain he was in and quickly attended to him. They were so sweet to my son saying he was brave and it’s okay to cry and that he was doing so good.

Very pleased with the ease of seeing someone at this urgent care center. Very professional. I like that they have an online portal. Would like it to be linked to my other Christiana health portal.

They were all extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. They are a very welcome addition to our community. Even when I called back with questions they made sure that they not only got my answers but checked to see if all was going well. Please thank the staff from this past Saturday August 13th for me, wish I could clone them and pass them along to other service providers.

Great service! Kind and timely. We were in and out within 30 minutes. We were visiting from Colorado and I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I spoke with someone on the phone who became loud and aggressive when I asked her to confirm the spelling of my name and phone number.

The folks who work here are great! I did two walk ins and was in and out super quick. Everyone I talked to was really nice and the location is super convenient.

Front desk receptionists are super kind, Dr. Marco helped me out everyone who works there are so kind and understanding. Truly professionals who love their jobs. If you need to go to an urgent care for any reason this is definitely the one to head to even if it’s further away.

Hands down the best urgent care I have ever visited! Everyone was friendly, I had no wait to be seen and the care was excellent.

The reservation process was simple and I was seen within a few minutes of the time reserved. It’s urgent care so they’re moving you through but everyone was courteous and professional.

Went to the Barley Mill location. Despite my condition I really enjoyed everyone who was in charge of my care. Doctor was wonderful, reception was excellent and the up and coming physician will be the best.

I had a minor emergency, bleeding from the ear. The staff was helpful, polite and professional in checking it out. Luckily it was only a severe scratch.

A great facility with professional staff that was fast and efficient. I felt like I was on a hospital floor. They took great care of me.

This new Urgent Christiana Care facility in the Wegmans shopping center / Greenville is an excellent facility. It’s well equipped and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The NP that diagnosed my congestion was the best! Sent prescriptions in to my local pharmacy which were very effective! Next time you’re I’ll, this is a must try and very convenient to Hockessin when your doctors office is closed.

Was in the office inside of an hour for a sinus infection. Found out 3 weeks later that the visit cost me $593.00. Billing department has told me that this is a new visitor fee even though my Primary Care Physician at Christiana Care sent me here.
