I have been seeing Dr. Giselle for almost two months now and the difference I feel with my GI health has shifted greatly. As someone that’s been going to acupuncture for 15 + years I have never had an acupuncturist like Dr. Gisele! I’ve been going to G for about a year and the acupuncture + herbs combo plus her technique is incredible. When I come on a regular 2 week schedule and am consistent with my herbs, my cycle is same every month to the day (used to be sooo inconsistent!) and zero cramps (which were debilitating before) My skin has cleared (acne + melasma) and my autoimmune symptoms (numbness & tinging) are gone. To all people, but especially my women out there, visiting Yin and Well Acupuncture will be the best gift you could possibly give yourself. I have been seeing Dr. Giselle for a bit over a month now. I came in solely for treatment of severe tendinitis issues, and left with more healing than I even knew I needed. Dr Giselle is the most compassionate and wise Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor that I have ever encountered! My five year old son and I went to get her treatment. I had struggled with postpartum fatigue and insomnia as I juggled parenting and stressful work for more than five years. My son had been overstimulated and exhausted from our 3 week long trip and needed some adjustment.Dr Giselle was very efficient and super friendly to both of us. My son received acupuncture and acupressure, both of which he liked a lot. He and I felt immediate effects on our bodies and psychs. I’ve been struggling for 3 years now with digestive and gut health issues. I was diagnosed with gastritis and having H. pylori. Having this chronic health condition, would leave me with extreme stomach pain and indigestion issues. I also had very low to no energy throughout the day. My body was going through a lot of health issues like irregular periods, dysmenorrhea, (which i suffered from majority of my life. ) loss of appetite, insomnia, uncomfortable breathing issues that would lead me to a panic. I have visited Dr. Giselle twice so far. Had Acupuncture done for my back and knees. The result has been amazing. My whole body was too wired up and she has helped calm it down. My back pain has subsided a great deal and my knees are doing much better. Dr. Giselle has also made me special tincture to consume, in order to settle the body down even more. All i can say is WOW. First of all, Dr. Giselle was so patient and understanding as this was my first time getting acupuncture therapy done. I was anxious the whole time and she really was calm and explained every single thing she was doing and why she was doing it.Right now I’m focusing on my postpartum healing journey and when i tell you that this session alone brought more stress relief than anything I’ve ever tried, it really helped so much. I started getting microneedling treatment on my face three months ago for some stubborn sunspots as well as to see how it may be able to help as natural wrinkle therapy.I’ve already noticed some of the sunspots diminishing and the overall look of my face seems brighter and way more smooth.I expected the treatment to be painful but to my surprise, was pretty pain free. This place transformed me. I’ll explainOver the last couple of years, I’ve been feeling heaviness energetically and didn’t even realize it. I would wake up not smiling, walk around weighted which i thought was being grounded, and my body was feeling lots of inflammation. And that felt normal.I came in and Corina suggested i do acupuncture and cupping. The acupuncture treatment took 20 min. And i was able to get some deep sleep in that short amount of time something i haven’t been able to get.
