Dr Eason and Lisa were amazing!! I was in and out with no problem, I would highly recommend coming to this Urgent care. I was trying to avoid urgent care. However I was diagnosed under 10 minutes and in and out! When you don’t feel good the last place you want to be is an urgent care. Thank you very much to the staff here for making this experience painless as possible.

This was probably one of my rare experiences going to an urgent care where I actually enjoyed being there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the doctor was especially hilarious.At least for any regular urgent care needs, I would highly recommend this place!

I love the treatment received at this location. The staff is amazing and kind. I was pleased with the front desk, nurses and the treating doctor.Dr. Shilo Smith was incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciated her bedside manner.Before I left Dr. Shilo ensured that I was showing improvement and made sure the pharmacy I was sent to had the proper supplies needed.The best part is that the wait was much shorter than the other nearby urgent care in the area.I recommend this urgent care to EVERYONE!

It was my first time at urgent care. the whole process is so much better than a tradiional doctor office visit. They took care of me quickly efficiently, painlessly. doctor and tech were very friendly. I usually dont go to the doctor unless its absolutely necessary, its just a hassle - This was the opposite of that. I would definitely go back again and not worry about the traditional doctor office visit hassle.

I have been here twice in the last week with both my kids and each experience was so top of the line. Every staff member and doctor is so incredibly kind. I have never been to an urgent care where everyone is so pleasant and you can tell they really enjoy their job. This is the only place I will ever go back to! Both my kids loved it there and I just can’t say enough good things about this place! 1000/10!

Apparently I left a review wrongly to Castle Rock location instead of this Saddle Rock location. So, here we go for the sincere review to this location. Love this urgent care, friendly and caring from check-in to finish. Very well communication from online reservation and texting reminder. In addition, the wait time is short plus all the people are super friendly. Will definitely return not just for myself but for my family members, thank you.

I greatly appreciate the “treat them and street them” attitude here. In and out is the best way. Everyone was great. I got my diagnosis quickly and was out of here within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Waiting for 30 minutes with my sick son. Had an appointment scheduled, not walk in. Asked the front desk lady to call my son sooner since he is not feeling good and I can’t understand what is going on with him. She said i will let them know. After 30 minutes my son vomited in the waiting area. Instead of take him back and check on him. The front desk lady just brought me the Cavi wipes and gave the look to clean the area, which I did. But I’m not coming here anymore, and not going to wait when they will call my sick son and check on him. Do not recommend this place

After spraining my ankle, I was able to see a provider right away. The only downside was I needed to go to another location for an x-ray and there was not a tech on duty that day. Both Ethan and J. and the provider, Melanie D. were kind and helpful. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Bonnie the receptionist. She was kind and helpful. Going above and beyond to call the other location to let them know I was on the way. When I called back to ask for a disk of my x-ray, she called the City Center location herself to ask them to have it ready for my by noon the next day. Thank you, Bonnie!

The staff was amazing from check in to discharge. Ken the doctor on shift, was honest, attentive, and had great knowledge. He addressed all my concerns and even provided great advice with getting testing done with a PCP.

Evidently my husband and I cant stop injuring ourselves, so we frequently find ourselves at this urgent care. The wait time is always super short, the nurses and doctor are kind, funny, and genuinely the best part of the visit (other than the medical help of course!) The hours we used to have to wait at other places never happens here which we love. Definitely recommend this place! Doctor Shilo and nurse Star were great 😊

I was injured on my vacation playing around with my nephews at the pool and I fell. After being up all night and having my little nephews until 3pm, I was in A LOT of pain by the time I arrived at the Urgent Care! Dr. Smith and Lisa were so amazing they were down to earth and really cared about me! I cant imagine how difficult of a job having to see people at their worst is, but these 2 ladies made it look easy! I remember being told growing up that if you get a job doing what you love, youll never work a day in your life! These two seem to be doing exactly that! Thank you again Dr. Smith and Lisa!

We went there for i-693 form which is immigration health check. They are very nice and helpful and made the experience very easy. I would highly recommend anyone who needs i-693 form to go there. Bonnie and Ethan are the best! Thank you so much.

The doctor and the front desk were so wonderful and helpful with our visit. They were so kind with my son and were so efficient and comforting for all of us. I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you Dr. Shilo and Lisa!

At first I was confused by the website because I thought it was all self pay and no insurance. Maybe since I was on my phone I found it confusing. Anyway, I had an amazing experience from check in through leaving. Turned out I had Covid and they gave me a steroid that made me feel so much better in a matter of hours. Dr. Smith and the whole staff were friendly, caring, informational and overall excellent. Hopefully I wont be back soon, but I wouldnt hestitate going back for any urgent needs!

I called in yesterday to make sure I could get 3 heart tests done. I drove an hour this morning to be told they refused to do them. I was paying cash, and the woman working in the back said she didnt feel like doing them and to tell us no. So bc i waited a day and got someone else, I was refused a service bc the doctor or rn didnt feel like doing it. Not that they couldnt do it, that the woman didnt feel like it.Do not waste your time going to this location. I called another urgent care and got in for my tests. Go to any other urgent care but here.I went to the AFC in Cherry Creek. They were amazing. Could not believe what happened at the other location. Every location can do this service without a referral and paid by cash. I will be reporting further up.

I have really good insurance and they tried to charge me $199 just to be seen. They are in network and I should only have to pay my copay and nothing else. Have never had to pay anywhere near that for urgent care. Decided Id go elsewhere and did and only had to pay my copayment at that urgent care office.

Came in twice over 5/18 - 5/19 weekend for myself and husband with horrible respiratory infections . Saw Dr Ken & PA Melanie , amazing , both are kind , knowledgeable, professional, courteous and most of all made us both feel so much better . We had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Saddle Rock. The staff is kind and welcoming. I saw Afnan, the receptionist, helping a person who was elderly with all of their paperwork. Ethan and Melanie really listened to the patient (my kid) and helped us feel like wed be better in no time! Thanks so much!

All the staff were very helpful concerned and very professional. Even though they were busy. Its rough to go to an urgent care and the people behind the desk have zero sympathy. You are already going through a rough time and people like this make it even worse. Stay away from this place. There are so many other near by Urgent Cares clinics. They act as if they are given a free service.

My physicians office couldnt get me into the clinic same day. Not feeling well and needed to see a doctor urgently. In and out of AFC with correct diagnosis in an hour. Walked across the parking lot to the pharmacy to get prescriptions. Total time away from home 1.5 hours! Easy! Better this morning!

Be careful of the billing department. They charged a deposit, made it a fight to give me a refund when it was due, then CHARGED me for the refunded amount. Nobody will call back or transfer me to a supervisor.

I had a great experience here. First visit to an urgent care in years. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. My only concern was my time commitment... Just over 1 and 1/2 hours from start to finish. And maybe since I havent been in years that this is the new normal. But all in all great place. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience here last night, all things considered.. My two kids and myself are all feeling yucky, and the staff was really helpful and kind. They were really gentle with my little kids, and I appreciated that a lot. We were seen super quick, check in was done on my phone, and left within about an hour. The PA had the BEST personality, and the nurse who took our vitals was very sweet. I highly recommend this urgent care!

This AFC was very clean. The team was very quick to address my needs. They were also attentive and caring.

Love this urgent care, shannon, Brett and Melanie were very friendly and attentive to my needs today! Melanie made sure I felt comfortable while I was there and went above and beyond to prescribe everything I would need to get better and stay better. Wonderful staff! Each of them took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease with my visit. Hailey made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in and answered my questions about insurance; Afnan escorted me back for vitals and questions, and I really appreciate how contagious her friendly and bright disposition was as she worked; and my provider, Erin, was amazingly thorough and even made an effort to check on other aspects of my medical care during my consultation.I rarely make trips to the doctor, so visits can be a little nerve wracking when they’re finally necessary. I’m definitely happy that I picked this facility to visit!

Back at work in less than an hour! Needed a procedure done. Rebecca was awesome and fast! The medic was also great!

The staff was AMAZING! Kyrie was incredibly helpful and made sure I was seen immediately. Juan was a very professional and helpful tech, especially as I needed x-rays and he let me know exactly what to expect ahead of time and was very respectful and kind. What a terrific staff! I used to go to On Point down the street but there was a two hour wait and I had a fairly urgent need. Ill only go to AFC on Gartrell now, my husband and I were really impressed with their compassionate care.The facilities were super clean, lots of parking and very easy access.

****UPDATE**** I have been going to this urgent care for a few years now and after today I will never be back. I checked with my new insurance in January and this place was in network. I paid the $40 copay like always and all was good. I go today for my daughter who had an infected stye in her eye and before even seeing her they said that now (mid term before renewal) they have to charge me 10% co insurance and for a visit like a stye the 10% would be $179. How is a simple eye infection which needs prescription eye drops billed at over $1700 requiring me to pay 10%? I called my insurance customer service and they told me it should be the $40 copay. So is AFC now implementing their own practices and charging whatever they want and collecting whatever they want before insurance is billed? I will never ever be back. I went home and did tele health through my insurance and within a 5 minute convo they had a prescription into target and charged my HSA card $5.30 for the call. To top it off the new receptionist is so rude and will act like you are a criminal or stupid that you believe $179 is asking for too much not only for an urgent care but for what you’re being seen for. Again, we will never be back.Hailey and Geraldine were so helpful. Love the staff here. They’re also quick to get us in and out. Best urgent care in town.

Exceptional healthcare experience! I’ve been living in the US for over 11 years and I’m from Turkey (where the health care is free and amazing) I’ve never had an experience like this in the US before. I went there with high fever and throat infection. Didn’t have an appointment or online check in! I waited only 5-10 minutes🤩From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at the AFC Urgent Care went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout my visit. The facility itself was immaculately clean and modern, creating a soothing environment. Dr Malanie and Brett was truly amazing! Taking the time to address all my concerns with care and patience. I was so grateful for the outstanding level of care provided. I highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch healthcare services.

I was charged $150 upon arrival despite having insurance that supposedly covers the visit without a copay. I had to endure an excruciating 2-hour wait, feeling terribly ill in an uncomfortable waiting room. After finally being taken back to the room, I faced an additional 45-minute wait. The doctor comes in with a bad attitude and a chip on their shoulder and proceeds to tell me they can’t do anything for me. It was an unpleasant experience, to say the least. The disrespectful bedside manner and treatment made me feel unwelcome.

Afnon was wonderful! Very personable & professional, attentive to detail & explained the process step by step.Hailey greeted me with a smile, and made sure I completed the registration so she would expedite me getting in to give my urine sample. Both ladies were terrific and highly patient service oriented. I was in & out within less than 10 minutes. Pleasurable experience!!

Amazing service and super clean. Got us in just before closing and everyone was great. Afnan and Daryl were amazing at helping my daughter feel comfortable and getting us checked in quickly and Erin the provider was absolutely incredible and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured. This place deserves no stars. Long story short, I take my three year old son here because he’s been terribly sick for three days. I sign in online at 11:40AMand reach the front desk at 11:42 AM. There is only my son and one other person in the lobby. Four different patients walk out and we still don’t get seen until 12:20. My son gets a Covid test plus flu test and is told we will get results in 15 minutes. Sadly, the doctor comes in the room after I had to step out of the room and speak with her at 1:45 pm. She comes in the room and still doesn’t tell us the results of the tests my son just took. The assistant came into the room for another test shortly after. The assistant was able to tell me my son was positive for influenza A. I asked him if the doctor knew? He stated,” I don’t know “. As I’m sitting in this room at the time of this review, it is now 2:07 PM with ample time before my son gets any help or medication…. if you have children that need “urgent care”, avoid this place by all means necessary. I hope my son’s story touches your heart…..

Extremely satisfied with my visit here. X-rays were quick and easy. The staff was super friendly. The diagnosis was explained simply and a treatment solution was offered, with backup solutions available should the first not work. Overall, Im very happy. Ill go back for my next urgent care visit.

What a great experience! Staff was amazing, I got in and out in less than 30 minutes! Afran was working the front desk and took my vitals! She was pleasant and professional! Its easy to put your name on their list, theres never a line when I go in, the staff is great, they send your prescriptions to the pharmacy right away, etc. Overall, I feel well taken care of by this location. They also follow up with you via phone call to see how you are doing a few days later. They are great.

The checkin was a little iffy...Maybe it was her first day..Ive always had good experiences here.The nurse I saw was fantastic and she really seemed like she cared and apologized for the delay as she was the only one seeing people that day.I definitely will go here for all my weekend urgent needs..

This urgent care has been amazing both times we’ve gone. Best one we’ve ever been to. Hailey at the front desk is kind and patient. They got us to the back quickly. Bryn and the provider Rebecca make a good team, both are detailed, thorough, kind and patient. This urgent care is farther from our house than 10 others, but I will drive the distance because it’s that good!

Woke up with significant swelling because of some sort of allergic reaction and was able to get an appointment for that morning with no wait time at all. The prescriptions helped immediately and I even received a follow up call from someone at AFC checking to see how I was feeling. GREAT experience! 4/5 stars only because the front desk gal seemed to be disinterested and inattentive, which seems important for a role like this. Overall great experience!

They were so good! I had a terrible ear infection after another urgent care only gave me ear drops! Rebecca the provider was amazing and knew immediately from looking in my ear I needed antibiotics! The entire staff was so nice and great and I’m so happy that hopefully I’ll be back to better soon!

Erin, Afnan, and Juan at AFC urgent care on Gartrell were amazing!! Their bedside manner was wonderful, they did an excellent job of talking us through my mom’s care and made a late night urgent care visit for stitches more pleasant that we could have expected. Not to mention the fact that they ended up staying well passed closing to make sure we were taken care of with a wonderful attitude! So happy to have an urgent care we like so close to home!

The front reception was speedy and caring. The facility is very clean and the medical staff is knowledgeable and really listened to us as a patient and provided us with information on our reason for our visit.We will definitely use AFC urgent care in the future if we are ever in need again.

Amazing staff! Kyrie was very helpful with the check in process at the front desk super friendly! Geraldine was great getting us settled into the exam room giving my son extra comforts that we had not had from other urgent cares! Making an appointment was easy and filling out all the paperwork online helped speed up the process. The ladies at the front desk offered a wheelchair and wheeled me into the room. I came in for a sprained ankle and Erin (PA) was very knowledgeable and thorough! I loved her! Gave me her honest and professional opinion and gave me the option to come back or contact her if anything else came up.

I have always had an absolutely wonderful experience at this urgent care. Everyone is so incredibly personable and kind! There is never a long wait, and the facilities always look and feel extremely clean and well cared for! I am so thankful to have found such a great place to take my children to, and feel such relief knowing I can always count on AFC Urgent Care to meet my families needs!

All staff was great! Hailey at the front desk got me signed in quickly, and Juan (who took me back) was kind and allowed me to explain all my symptoms without jumping ahead or interrupting. Georgiana was the NP and came to confirm with me the diagnoses and talk through treatment options. None of them made me feel rushed, and they all made me feel welcome. Only taking one star off for wait time (came in at 9, left at 10:40), which is not a reflection on staff! Im guessing they could have just used another person on duty helping to see patients :)

I visited AFC Urgent Care Saddle Rock in Aurora with my son on Friday, September 30, around 5:00 p.m. and the staff there was amazing. I had each staff members name written down on a piece of paper, and unfortunately, I lost the paper. I wish I could list each persons name. However, I will say all three staff members were wonderful. The front desk person was helpful and friendly and got us in quickly. The nurse and the doctor were caring and extremely easy to talk to, and they listened well. We will definitely visit this Urgent Care next time we need to visit one. A big thanks to this Urgent Care for being so kind, friendly, and professional and for helping alleviate my sons and my worries about his injury. The staff at AFC is awesome!

It took hours to get our care. The provider came in without even looking at the X-ray or medication list. There were only three patients ahead of us so it made now sense why it took so long. The provider spent only a few minutes with us so I don’t know why she would’ve spent more time with other patients. Worst run urgent care I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend you find another option.

Kyrie was the young lady that checked us in. She was so happy and very delightful, so friendly! Juan was our tech! He was very sweet and worked quickly and efficiently. Our provider was Mrs. Cindi, she was actually listened to me and took into consideration what I was saying about my daughter. Which helped with diagnosing. I will be back to this urgent if myself or someone in my family needs to be seen. The staff and facility are amazing. 10 out of 10.

I have been there twice in the last 3 days and they are all Amazing happy people. Ive never met more happy providers. They were super helpful and caring and listened to all my ailments even though I was seen right before they were closing and they never tried to rush me out. This urgent care is not close to my house but I will 100% make the drive here every time. They made my day every time I left even though I wasnt feeling well. Thank you to the whole staff you all rock!

Everyone from the receptionist, MA and PA were absolutely wonderful concerning my urgent care!! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind were utmost with all people I encountered.I have heard highly of AFC from several friends encouraging me to definitely use this facility if need be. My first visit there snd so impressed with the staff. David was helpful in getting me registered, he is friendly and very knowledgeable, then Afrran took me back. She’s very sweet and kind. Lastly I saw Scott, the Provider that day. He was great. If the need ever comes up I would definitely go there again.

Had a late night oopsie and cut my finger open. Despite showing up ten minutes before close, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating of the circumstance. Hailey was super helpful checking me in and double checking that my procedure would be covered under insurance. Geraldine did an excellent job cleaning my wound and making sure I was comfortable. And Erin did an excellent job educating me on hand injuries and did a bang-up job suturing my wound closed. Thanks again for your help!

Bryn, Chris & Andrea were all great & super helpful. We took our daughter in last evening when she felt awful and we were met with kindness and compassion. Our daughter said, They are so nice. Give them 500 stars. Thank you for helping us on her road to recovery. ❤️

VERIFY YOUR PRESCRIPTION DOSAGES!!I took my son here for an ear infection last night. When we went in, the staff was very nice and the doctor or NP who saw us was very patient with my son who has a major fear of pretty much all medical staff. The wait was kind of long but thats to be expected from an urgent care so it wasnt a big deal. We left with a prescription for an antibiotic and were overall happy with our experience.It wasnt until this afternoon that the prescription was finally filled by the pharmacy. As I was giving my son the medicine this evening, I realized that the dosage seemed unusually high. I called AFC at 7:09 PM and explained that the dosage seemed high for a 5 year old who weighs less than 50lbs. I was told that the physician in the office was with a patient and would call me back. No call. I called them back again at 7:56 PM since they close at 8, and was told that they would remind the physician to call me back as they had gotten busy. Its now after 8:30 PM. They are closed, and I have no information on what to do for my son.The fact that no one is returning my phone call speaks volumes about their professionalism, patient care, and medical ethics. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting a different facility should you need to see a doctor.I do not know for certain that the dosage is incorrect because no one bothered to call me back, and I am not a doctor.

Although no one likes to have to go to urgent care I absolutely love this place. The staff is always so kind, helpful and genuinely concerned with your health and well-being. I came in with a swollen ankle after falling down some stairs and the front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. They immediately got me a wheelchair so that I would be more comfortable since I couldnt walk. One of the girls at the front desk gave my husband and I some candy while we waited. Even after I was taken back she checked on us again and brought us some Goldfish crackers to snack on while I waited for the x-ray tech. Im so thankful that this office is so close. Truly wonderful people here!!

I have come to this clinic twice in the last two months. Each time I felt very taken care of. The staff and provider listen, are kind, helpful and very sincere. I was having an ear issue and decided to see if I could quickly be seen here before leaving town. They were able to get me in right away and resolve my issue within 10 minutes. I spoke to Geraldine on the phone and she told me to come right over and had me back to see the provider, Erin, in just a few minutes. Erin was awesome! She explained what causes my symptoms in detail, went through different treatment options due to my allergies, and was over all just really comforting and great to interact with. I was in and out in no time and this will definitely be my go to if I need an urgent care in the future.

We were able to get in right away which was nice. Hailey at the front desk was friendly and helpful as was Bryn. We then met with Dr. Scott who was friendly and relatable to both my young adults (Brandon-ankle sprain & Kaitlyn-possible strep). I would definitely recommend AFC-Saddle Rock. Thank you!

Went in on Thanksgiving with maybe strep, Dana, Bonnie, and Melissa were incredibly kind even though they could have been home celebrating with their family. Incredibly sweet and welcoming staff.

Great experience!! The front desk staff, Lawana and Afnan were super friendly and even had copies of school district forms on hand! The patient care team, Brett and Afnan brought us back super quickly. And Erin our provider was incredible!!!

DON’T GO TO THIIS URGENT CARE !!! Had Labs drawn for Strep throat and a week later no results? I called the urgent care …no follow up after 7 days. So I got on Labcor’s website to find results and It said they received the specimen but there was no directions on what test to preform and now it’s expired . This is probably why they won’t return my call because essentially it was a wasted trip to the urgent care for $150 copay.

Excellent service. Online check-in really helps to speed up the process from waiting room to an exam room (was in the back in under 10 min). Early morning time it was not crowded. Afnan and Daryl were really great! Professional, thorough and clear in their instruction.

Staff was great and service was quick. Juan, the manager was very helpful and Michelle, the provider was very knowledgeable and provided efficient and beneficial care. We were able to pre register online which made check-in easy. Test results were returned quickly and facilities were all very clean.

All the staff were very courteous. Hailey made sure to make my registration easy. I didnt have to wait long to get my baby seen, and they listened. Dr. Eason and the nurse who came in before her were very kid friendly and answered my questions without rush.

Hailey was super friendly at the front and quick getting us checked in. Juan was great getting everything ready to be seen and was quick. Already got us tested on what we suspected before getting examined by Rebecca. We got the diagnosis quick and she had already ordered the meds by the time we were seen. First time here and I was impressed with the service.

AFC has always been so quick and helpful. Lupe was so calm and kind. We have been to this locations numerous times, for numerous reasons, and numerous family members. They have always treated us well!

I went today to urgent care and was sick and having dizziness but Dr. Cindi saw me and did great job in listening to me and treating me. Also, I like the nurse or idk what position she is but Afna not sure what was her name she did good in taking my blood pressure and asked me good questions to directly know my issue. Thanks for taking care of me recommended for everyone very friendly both of them.

Disappointed.Front desk took about an hour to process basic information. Doctor basically did zero. Nothing.I would have literally had the same treatment for a cut as I came in with at home. Covered at deductible but I bet this place bilked the insurance at 1k+ if you wonder why Healthcare is expensive this place is why

This is easily one of the best urgent cares available. They genuinely care about patients. Kyrie at the front desk was very nice and personable. Geraldine have specific instructions and was very helpful. The provider Andrea provided a lot of clarity and comfort. Great staff and hospitality overall.

My son was seen there in May. They make you pay upfront even though I have insurance. My insurance covered all expenses but we haven’t seen refund yet. When you call billing they can’t tell you if refund was issued only that they submitted a request to my local facility. Local facility forwarded my request to a third party to reach out with that. Can’t believe there isn’t a person who can actually help with such matter. Will not be returning because three months on a refund is not acceptable.

I have never been to an Urgent Care. Yesterday I went to Saddle Rock UC and was pleasantly surprised! Kyrie, the young lady at the front desk was So nice and accommodating! I didnt know my insurance info so she guided me through the process to get it. She wasnt hesitant and was genuinely helpful!Then Bryn, the tech took my blood pressure and oxygen along with asking some questions about my medication. I couldnt remember all the different medications, so I would tell her what they were for, and she named different ones off until I recognized the name of them! She was wonderful and again very patient with me.Georgina was the Medical provider that saw me. She asked a ton of questions, and performed an exam. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have been to some doctors that once leaving I questioned everything they said along with my diagnosis, but I definitely didnt feel this way! She took her time, and listened to all of my concerns and helped me get some relief!If I had to go to another Urgent Care, I would definitely go out of my way to go to this one! They were very clean, I didnt have to wait very long, they cared, and made me feel good about going instead of waiting until Monday. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I felt really bad because I got there about 30 minutes before close with breathing problems, and I knew that this would be frustrating for the people working there, but Hailey at the front desk was still very helpful and seemed concerned and like she wanted to help rather than annoyed. Afnan also was incredibly helpful, explaining how my blood pressure, blood oxygen level and temperature compare to normal. The nurse practitioner, Rebecca was also very helpful and called the pharmacy to make sure that I could pick up my medication before it closed, which made a big difference in me being able to pick up the prescription and recover faster.

Fantastic!! Afnan and Erin were friendly, professional and helpful. They had me diagnosed and a prescription written in a few minutes and had me on my way so that I could take off on an international trip the next day with confidence and in good health! Strongly recommend for your urgent care needs!!

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care. Right away I was welcomed and taken care of by the front desk clerk Kyrie. I was called back immediately by the Tech Bryn and she was very attentive and asked just the right questions. Moments later, I was seen by Dr. Eason where she examined me with patience and great care. This entire team took very good care of me today and I’m already feeling better!! Thank you!!

Unfortunately I have a lot of chronic health problems and I have 4 boys, so I have gone to more than my share of urgent cares over the years. AFC Urgent Care in Aurora is hands down the BEST urgent care Ive gone to! When I went in today Hailey was the receptionist, Juan was the tech and Dr Eason was the Dr on duty. They were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have a very complicated medical history and Im allergic to a lot of antibiotics, so finding the best antibiotic to treat an infection is difficult. Dr Eason took plenty of time talking to me while we figured out the best antibiotic for my infection. I didnt feel rushed at all.The wait times have always been great. Today and I was in and out in less than 1 hour! That is unheard of at other urgent cares! The office is very pleasant with its open floor plan and plenty of natural light. AFC Urgent Care in Aurora is the ONLY urgent care that my family and I will go to from now on!

Front Desk Hailey was very attentive and went the extra mile to help me with insurance questions. The tech was very nice and technique was very skilled for my shot. Rhonda the provider was kind and offered advise and suggestions with my visit. Overall great experience.

This was my first time at this Urgent Care after being disappointed with another local place that has gone downhill. We showed up to see a provider for my daughter’s cough and the doc was out sick, so they had another on call. Bryn was very sweet and tried to help me find another Urgent Care if we didn’t want to wait, but we decided to wait anyway. She kept me updated on a new appointment time, and Dr. Eason could not have been nicer!! Geraldine was great too! In spite of staffing issues (which let’s face it, are everywhere), very nice and professional.

Today was my first visit to AFC and they will definitely be the one and only Urgent Care facility I go to should the need arise in the future!No one wants to have to go to Urgent Care, but when you need to it is nice having a facility nearby that you know you can count on.I will absolutely recommend AFC Urgent Care Saddle Rock Aurora to my friends and neighbors should they be in need of urgent care!From the moment I arrived, Hailey greeted me and helped me figure out how to use my phone to continue checking in online!The wait time was reasonable at about 30 minutes with no appointment. When I got into the exam room Juan took my vitals and talked to me about why I was there.In just a few minutes, in walked Dr. Cindy. We talked about why I was there a bit (injury) and what I had been doing/should be doing at home for it. She was a super pleasant and knowledgeable Doctor and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome of my visit today.I hope I dont need urgent care for a LONG time, lol…but if I do, I now I have a place to go to where I trust all of the staff

Rebecca was an AMAZING provider to my four year old. I can not say enough good things. She was attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff was wonderful and the space was kept very clean.

Always friendly, yes I understand this is an urgent care, But when you have a clumsy son that goes to hard at Chess or anything he does injuries happen. Lets just say we are here alot. So each time we come we are greeted with smiles and a what now giggle. Thanks to the kind personnel (Dana)at the AFC Urgent Care for once again to (Rebecca) for making boo boos go away, or at least sewing them up so as to not bleed so much.

Unfortunately, I was the third of three family members to visit AFC Urgent Care off Gartrell and E470 this week. Cold & flu season is off to a solid start at our house. From front desk to tech to provider- Geraldine, Ben and Andrea all were patient and helpful. Easy to make appointment, quick check-in (not as keen on the new overpayment policy), listened to and thorough. Not someplace I want to go, but have been a few times and it’s a consistent experience. Nice to know what to expect when you’re not feeling like yourself.

The whole team is great here!Hailey, at the front is warm, friendly, and helpful to everyone that walked through the door.Afnan is by far the sweetest and gentlest medical personnel I’ve ever met.Dr Eason explains everything in a way you’ll understand and makes me wish she was my pcp.I would drive an hour out of my way and past other urgent care centers to come back to this one. Start to finish, the entire visit was handled so well, I’m grateful for this location.

The tech Afnan was working the front desk which told me they were very understaffed bc that’s not a usual job for a tech. Despite being understaffed my family and I would’ve never guessed. We waited less than fifteen minutes to be taken back and seen by our provider Erin. We only saw Afnan and Erin, we didn’t see anyone else working there and they were both SO SWEET. We went in for my newborn and they made me feel listened to more than my regular pediatricians do. They were absolutely amazing. I’m a talker who writes long lists of questions and they didn’t make me feel annoying or unreasonable, which I super appreciate. Best Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had.

I cant express this enough - this was the easiest urgent care Ive ever experienced. This is my first visit here.Hailey greeted me and coached me through the streamlined check-in process. (wow)Afnan took care of my vitals and was a pure delight to talk to as I dealt with her the most. What a consummate professional!Erin was my PA. The world needs more PAs that treat patients like she treated me. She was attentive to my multi-faceted issues going on - and was able to separate and treat each with ease. Treating me as a patient with a name versus the dude in exam room 3 goes such a long way with patients. I hope I am not ill again but if I am, I intend to make the drive to AFC again over anything closer.5 stars for a 5 Star team.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the front desk, Hailey to the med Tech, Afnan and the provider, Erin all professional and addressed our concerns, there were no waiting, which is nice for urgent care; but today 03/05/23 had same front desk and provider Erin both are super good and professional, but this time the med Tech wasn’t professional, if you take patient vital sign, you should tell the patient that is professional courtesy, you just don’t walk out. Disappointed with that, rest are good! Erin is very sociable and professional!

Sorry to post this, we came in to this facility (with flu symptoms and 102 fever) at 12.15 pm on a Sunday and the doctor is yet to take a look at my wife even at 3.56 pm. The nurse got her vitals done about 20-25 minutes before.

Hailey from the front desk, Brett as my tech, and Rebecca as my provider were awesome. I came in with a fever, chills, body aches and a sore throat that has been recurrent and they came up with a plan to take care of me and get me some relief. They spent time talking with me and I am very happy with my experience. I would definitely come back in the event I need to again.

The visit at AFC was fine, however, their billing process is a mess. On February 3, 2023 I took my daughter in to get tested for strep. Although my co-pay is only $30 and my insurance card confirms as such, they told me I was required to pay $99 and if there was an overage, I would get it back as a refund. As anticipated and as I expressed to them, my expense for this visit was $30 and as of today, May 19, 2023 despite numerous phone calls and even an in person office visit, I still have yet to receive the $69 back. I keep getting told that Im on the refund list but no check has been sent.

Great experience with the Saddle Rock AFC Urgent Care. Pre registered online and only had about a 5 minute wait. All staff was friendly. Juan at the front desk answered billing questions with knowledge and my nurse Afnan was very sweet, personable, and friendly. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!

Hardly any wait time at all, friendly staff, prompt attention and answers. I think this might have been the best experience Ive had with any sort of healthcare ever! Highly recommend. I would go here again.

I just want to say that AFC Urgent Care - Saddlerock is wonderful! They are always so friendly and we always receive the best care there. Recently I had to take my husband there for back issues; they were so kind and understanding and listened AND heard what my husband was saying. After that visit I got in touch with our doctor’s office for some follow up issues, and it has been a nightmare. I called AFC and they helped me out with our doctor and they did it with a smile on their face and didn’t act like I was bothering them or putting them out as my doctor’s office did. They went above and beyond and thanks to them we are on our way to getting this issue resolved. I wish they could be our primary doctor! Thank you AFC for all your help and understanding! I will never hesitate to go there again for medical issues. They are wonderful!!

Came here to have my son looked at for an ear infection. They prescribed him antibiotics, which was great.HOWEVER - Please be warned about this urgent care. The doctor that saw my son told me that we didn’t have to wear masks, even though both my son and I had the flu. This is a medical facility, why are you telling sick people they don’t need to wear masks? Additionally, their card reader was not working. Instead of swiping my card once, they swiped both cards I gave them 4-5 times and charged me $99 several times. I’ve been calling to have them reverse those charges (I’m not made of money!), but they have to have a manager reverse them. While I understand it’s the weekend, please don’t tell me that this will be resolved by the end of the day Saturday when it won’t. Very frustrated. If you can, go somewhere else.UPDATE 12/23/2022: I never received my refund for the $345 they over charged me for, even though they told me they reversed the charges on December 10th. I waited two weeks and touched base with their billing department. They lied to me and never reversed the charges. Almost 2 weeks later... I finally got my refunds started... Ridiculous!!SECOND UPDATE 4/27/2023: Although I filled out the intake form with my correct address when I brought my son in last year, they only had my old address on file from my drivers license. So, guess what happened when my bill was sent out? It went to the wrong address, three times, before I was sent to a collections agency. It is really unbelievable how his urgent care handles their billing. I didnt receive any bills or calls until I got a call from a collector this morning. You guys really need to fix this, why have a sheet for me to fill out if you arent even going to use the information within it? Golly!!

Lack of communication. I work in the hospital and waited 2 hrs with no communication. I had to ask for tests to be done while we wait to expedite the process while we WAIT! The doc was doing sutures on a man, I only know this because I seen him in the room. Noone said they busy or a wait etc.

We came 10 min to 8pm right when they were closing and Hailey was so nice and welcoming! We actually had a great time with both Afnan and Dr Eason! (despite the stiches). Everyone was very gentle and efficient. I didnt feel a thing and was on my way home by 8:30pThanks you guys! Hope to see you soon! (Not really though)

We usually havent had the best of luck when it comes to urgent cares but when my son had symptoms of Covid we brought him in for a test. Right away we felt comfortable - the staff was incredibly friendly and very caring. Bonnie was fantastic she answered all our questions. Dr. Dennis Brant was also amazing he was so kind to my boys (and the parents) and just made it seem like he had known them for ages! He also made sure to jump in on the call with my husbands employer to make sure we were all on the same page. Despite the having a lot to due they didnt rush us and took care of us.

Im very pleased with the treatment I have received at this urgent care center. All of the staff are very helpful and kind, especially the gentleman at the front counter Mark. He was my first contact there when I called and he answered all my questions very professionally and efficiently. He continued to be a fantastic help each time I called and in need of some guidance and care. Karin and Anthony were also a great help during this time. I had to go there twice, its about 45 minutes out of the way from me, but this will be the only one I go to in the future.

Want to shout out Hailey, Brett, and Rebecca for making my first experience to Urgent Care a good one. They were friendly, honest, and transparent with everything making me feel comfortable. Thanks Team!

We switched to this urgent care because service at the one wed used in the past was horrible. This location was amazing the first time we came here. Tonight, not so much. The receptionist was combative from the moment we walked in. We were the only patients in the waiting area, and providers were standing around in the back chatting - our wait time was longer than it should have been, as the receptionist was in the back chatting as well. Their registration process has been updated but because they did not have a cell number on my moms profile, the lady deleted everything they had in the system, forcing us to basically register as new patients. This is not the service I was hoping for when I brought my 75 year old mother in.

Everyone from the front desk clerk, Kylie, to the Tech, Ben, & Provider Jess were all so friendly and courteous. Excellent evidence based care! Thank you for making sure my daughter was put on the road to recovery.

My visit here was honestly life-saving. I had been sick for a week, my throat swollen, and could barely talk; however, the whole office was so patient, helpful, and understanding my entire visit. Hailey at the front desk was informative and helped me sign in very easily. It took awhile to sign in due to my lack of speaking, but she was so patient and kind. She communicated everything I told her to the staff. Afnan and Geraldine were super helpful. They were attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. My ECG and IV were flawless. One stick and done! Dr. Eason was amazing. She did not stop until she got to the root of the problem and was just a miracle. You can tell this team is tight-knit and they work really well together. Dr. Eason is a great doctor and teacher and I am truly appreciative of the care I received at ACF urgent care today. I don’t know what would’ve happened it I had delayed another day.

Wonderful Urgent Care, very nice team, very fast service(the other place in the neighborhood had a 2h wait) and great treatment plan.The office is clean and organized and the staff is great with kids. We will definitely go back in the future, we highly recommend.

I got denied at another urgent care despite them being open for another hour and found this urgent care near by. Night and day difference in care: Juan was so welcoming and Afnan was an absolute doll. So personable and made me feel better despite physically feeling like rubbish.

This is the second time within the last month we have had to come in for an acute Illness to this Urgent Care. Everyone was great, from front desk to the back. I am happy that we didn’t have to wait hours to be seen. They are pretty efficient and communication is great. Highly recommended!

Both NP. Scott and MA. Afnan was so kind and helpful at the same time they cared about my condition. I have been sick for over ten days, and without knowing the reason behind my sickness, I went to the ER three times which didnt help me at all and made my condition get worse, however, after I went to Urgent Care, MA. Afnan checked my symptoms in a caring way and NP. Scott prescribed me the right medicine that made me feel much better, after ten days of suffering. Im happy and grateful to both NP. Scott and MA. Afnan for their support and for showing me care and kindness. They are the best. I would always recommend them. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate what they did for me.

They have no wait time which is great, but if you have cigna theyll charge you a $100 office visit fee to be reimbursed by insurance. Ended up leaving, not going to pay $100 to have to jump through a hundred hoops to get reimbursed. The staff was helpful and nice just even offered other urgent cares in the area. However, this practice is bad business and not patient friendly.

I woke up one morning feeling like death and after hours of torture, had my wife drive me to this Urgent Care.Not only was Dr. McMahon absolutely outstanding, but the receptionist was polite and helpful as well!You hope that you never need such care, but its comforting to know these amazing folks are nearby, just in case.The office even gave me a call a couple days afterwards to check on me.Thats next level stuff.

This urgent care is wonderful. Dr. Michelle got my stitched up after I cut myself with a cooking knife. Tonight Juan had the stitches out a few minutes after I walked in the door and Cindi, the provider, checked my finger for infection before I left. I appreciate everyone’s professionalism and efficiency!

Such wonderful caring staff. I highly recommend this urgent care. Check in was a breeze with Haily. Annan took vitals and was very efficient and caring. The whole process was a very good experience.

Qwanna, Erin, and Dary were extremely helpful, and even assisted when I was having issues with my insurance provider. One of them called another hospital in order for me to get help and it made the experience much better.

I took my 2 year old son in for what I thought was pink eye. Kyrie at the front desk greeted me and ask what was going on. She was super friendly! Few moments later, Brett called our name and we went back and he checked everything and was very patient with my son which takes the stress away from being at the doctors! When the doctor Rebecca came in complimented how well my son was listening and opened his mouth when she said say ahh!! She explained the medication and what I need to do in terms I could understand! This entire crew made this doctors visit and absolute breeze! And all deserve a free lunch haha!! Thank you!!

Overall experience eas good. Our Tech Bryn was excellent. With medication shortages we were not able to get my daughters medication filled at the pharmacy the presciption was sent too, we called back to AFC 3 times to get it sent to a pharmacy that had it ( s/w Chris and Juan) but was not able to get this resolved. Maybe paper prescriptions would be a better option right now with supply issues so we do not have to go through this frustration.

AFC Urgent Care us a hidden gem in South Aurora. Easy to check in, quickly seen and given the best personal care. Kylie gave realistic time frames, was kind to all patients and created a warm environment. I was grateful to the whole team.

If you are in need of medical care in the Southlands area, I would highly recommend AFC! From the front desk and tech team (Kyrie and Brett!) to the amazingly caring and thorough Dr. Eason, my appointment start to finish was a wonderful experience. I came here during pregnancy while experiencing shortness of breath and my entire experience was 10+++!! They had an easy check in and I was seen quickly by Dr. Michelle who takes her time and took better care of me then my own OB group. She immediately wanted to rule out a blood clot and was able to get me in to get an ultrasound as soon as possible. To my surprise they found signs of an old blood clot and in the meantime my OB group was not being nearly as helpful as Dr. Michelle was. I’m so grateful I saw her. The staff here and providers truly care about their patients and have made the urgent care experience better than any other medical experience I’ve had before. Highly highly recommend!

Called weeks ago about getting a COVID test for international travel. Spoke with multiple clinics and the person who answered the phone here gave me great assurance. She knew the requirements for Japan and even had the form. I chose AFC Gartrell based solely on her response. Today I worked with Kyrie and Afnan, and again they knew more about the test and travel requirements than I did. This excellent care and their knowledge made the entire experience wonderful for me and my son.

This urgent care was so clean, the staff was super helpful and nice, and it was a great experience given the situation. We were helped today by Hailey, Geraldine, and Rhonda. They were all very helpful and kind.

Just got a flu shot after driving around and having a bunch of other urgent cares tell me it would be over an hour wait (even though a couple places I scheduled online)Was about to give up then I came here and soon as I finished the paperwork they took me back and I got the shot and walked right out. Super easy. Front desk was welcoming and friendly MAs

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I brought my 85 year old grandma here because she was short of breath, had a sore throat and was dizzy. The doctor only spoke to her, never looked in her mouth/ears/nose and didn’t run any tests. They told her she had a sinus infection and sent her on her way with a prescription for antibiotics. She has now (2 days later) been hospitalized, and is expected to be for a while, because she can’t breathe or swallow, has gone into atrial fibrillation and is at risk of stroke!!! This was far from a sinus infection and this doctor did not do their job! We will never use this facility or it’s affiliates ever again.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The guy who took the test was efficient, and it was over before my daughter knew it. The doctor who came back to say Youve got COVID was also friendly. There are some things with the billing that I didnt fully understand, but I was able to call and speak with John and Bonnie who were both very polite and professional. I know times are rough, and COVID has brought out the worst in a lot of us at times, but these are good people trying to do their jobs well. Lets be a little nicer to them, okay?

I had such a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even called me after my appointment to check on me. I was still having complications and Jessica took several phone calls from me and was extremely patient, answered all my questions and is continuing to work with me to get the care I need. I highly recommended this location and they are open 7 days a week.

Super quick and everyone is very friendly. I intially scheduled a time for Onpoint and I waited like 30 mins after my hold spot….I called AFC and they got me right in!! So nice to be seen so quickly especially when you feel like ish 😭❤️ highly recommend!

The staff here is amazing and they took incredible care of me over the weekend and they go above and beyond to make sure your care is actually handled. As for an urgent care, that’s the best I’ve ever been to.

The PA or Dr or whatever he was, was EXTREMELY inexperienced. As a corporate owned Urgent Care they are hiring people straight out of school. I had to tell him what he should do. He had zero confidence in his decision making. He didn’t know what was wrong but asked me if I thought he should call in antibiotics. I’m not a Dr!Their billing department is a mess. I was way over charged.

The whole staff is completely amazing from the front desk to nurse Geraldine and doctor! This only urgent I will go to. By far the best one in Aurora for Urgent care and with 4boys I have been to my share of them.

We have been to AFC Urgent care a few times for my son and they have been nothing but amazing to work with. There are many urgent care in our area and I will always make AFC my top choice. Speedy check in, friendly staff and amazing service.

I went in for a sore throat. I told them all the symptoms when I scheduled the appointment and again during the check-in process. The nurse practitioner eventually meets with me and says they are all out of the testing swabs to see if its strep or some other illness. So I could leave and get a refund, or she could look at my throat but would have to charge me. All of this should have been disclosed when I called or at least during the check-in process. However, since I drove there, filled out the paperwork, and waited to be seen by a nurse practitioner, I opted for her to look at it. She looked for about 10 seconds and I was billed for a full visit even though she could not give a definitive answer, and I was given no solution other than gargling with salt water and going to another clinic if it gets worse. The professional thing to do would have been to look at it and charge me a partial amount. Not the full amount. With so many urgent care clinics available, its best to skip this one.

No wait time. Very kind, helpful and informative staff. We left feeling we received the best care! Kyrie was very helpful, along with Bonnie and the provider Michelle.

Great service, good facility. Always fast and they know what they are doing! Geraldine at the desk was helpful and Dr. Eason got me a prescription for what I need and they got my on my way without wasting any time!

They helped me and my group of 5 to get Covid rapid testing for a concert. So very helpful and they had great attitudes for this being on such short notice. Plus the waiting area and bathroom are very clean like they should be.

The ONLY reason we went in to the urgent care is because my daughter has asthma and I wanted her lungs listened to because she had been wheezing and struggling to breath even after home treatment. After being roomed and checked in her oxygen was running 91-92. The P.A. comes in and looks at her throat and ears and talks to us and decides to prescribe steroids and was going to leave without listenting to her lungs. When we asked her to listen to her lungs she said sorry, I cant my stethoscope is broken. What kind of medical facilty doesnt have multiple stethoscopes?? What kind of urgent care doesnt take oxygen at 91 seriously??Negligent care!

Great staff here! These guys saw me struggling to get out my car, and immediately came out to help me while going through a tough time. I’ve never been to such a clean, friendly, and opening care facility like this in all of Denver and can appreciate that care and time taken with me. Thanks

I highly agreed with what Gabriel commented for this particular urgent care. They said “The PA or Dr or whatever he was, was EXTREMELY inexperienced.” I visited last Saturday because my daughter had severe pain with a small lump near her tail bone areas and after quick check ups, he said “ it is just a cyst and it will go away and dissolve the lump within days “ he added use a warm bath “ no medication recommended, no antibiotics prescription( just ibuprofen). Guess what! It gets worse and bigger within two days ( after second visit with her doctor on Tuesday, she even amazed for recommending warm water instead of cold water and not prescribed antibiotics and because of that I had to take her to ER for surgery.So I highly recommend you not to visit this place. Not good customer service, took my money for nothing and above all they are an inexperienced. FYI i even asked and get a permission to record the visit( voice recording) . Shame on AFC urgent care

This facility, doctors and staff are the best. I’ve had to take 4 Covid tests over the course of 4 months to travel, attend a concert and for a surgery. The wait is never long. The doctors and staff are humerus which is appreciated. They take the time to talk, listen and educate their patients. I highly recommend this Saddle Rick Urgent Care facility

Best Urgent Care Experience I have had in 20 years. From the return calls to the actual visit. Great with our Autistic Granddaughter(5yr old). Friendly staff, clean building, great response. I will drive here from Parker in the future.

Amazing! My child needed a rapid COVID test and I saw another reviewer said they liked this place, so I thought Id give it a try. They really are good!. The doctor treated my son like it was an actual doctors office visit.He did a full check up and tested for COVID and the flu. Most urgent cares get you in and out. I figured theyd swab his nose and send us on our way. But it actually felt like the doc was trying to build a patient-doctor relationship. I am amazed! The lobby is extremely dull compared to other urgent cares in the area. So I was a little worried when I checked in at the desk. But once we were in the room, I forgot how bare the lobby was. I definitely recommend this place!

From the moment I walked in the door, of this location, I felt welcomed by this staff! Kyrie and Afnan were so helpful and kind. Michelle did a great job of helping me with steps to resolve my ear problem.

I took my son here for a rapid Covid test. It was far away but they were able to get him in, so we decided to do the drive. I will go out of my way to go here from now on. The medical staff, both the nurse and the doc, we’re extremely personable and caring and it felt like we were visiting our own doctor’s office that we had been going to for years. They really cared about my son’s symptoms. They took time to be sure to have meaningful conversation with him and make him comfortable, and spent time after the negative test to determine the cause of his symptoms. They did not rush. So different from other urgent care offices that I have visited in the past.

We love the AFC Urgent Care facility! First of all, it is literally a quarter mile from our home. Secondly, they are available for a Covid test we need for a cruise we are taking. It is easy to make appointments and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend it for you!

Dr Eason (I hope I spelled that right) is the most pleasant doctor Ive had the opportunity to be seen by. All the staff were pleasant and professional. The facility is very nice as well. We were in and out very quickly. Kudos to the entire team today!

Bonnie helped me in my time of need at this facility. When I was extremely worried about having covid, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. I am so grateful to her and this urgent care. Everyone is very professional, friendly and on their A-game!

My daughter had a bike accident and they took good care of her today. They offer a self pay option which is reasonable for those of us with high deductible insurance. My reason for 4 stars is they don’t have X-rays which we need but have to go elsewhere. The PA said they are getting X-rays soon.

I came here to be treated for an upper respiratory infection, due to a virus that was being passed around my home. And I also wanted to be sure that I did not have strep throat, as I was having extreme pain when swallowing. I had also contracted pinkeye from my son or daughter, who was currently being treated for it.The nurse was nice enough and asked me questions about my history etc. They wanted to perform a flu test, and I said that that was fine. I enquired about the strep test; she said they would do it if the flu test returned negative. The flu test came back negative.The Dr. entered the room, and told me the flu test was negative.He looked down my throat and that was all. He did feel the glands on my neck. He did NOT look into my ears. He proceeded to tell me that I should take vitamins, and was ready to send me on my way. He seemed to be unsure if I actually had pinkeye(I know I had pinkeye, I was currently dealing with a houseful of sick people, two of whom had pinkeye), but to his credit, he did prescribe drops for my eyes.Before he sent me off I asked if I could be tested for strep to rule it out. After waiting for a little while, another nurse, different from the first nurse comes in abruptly with a very hostile demeanor. I assume she was angry about something, that had nothing to do with me, but nonetheless, she was awful. She did a terrible swab, barely putting it towards the back of my mouth. It was truly bizarre.He comes back just a few minutes later and tells me its negative and thats all. He was not going to treat me further. I told him that I was very disappointed that I did not feel like he was understanding how sick I was, and that having a lot of dark green phlegm coming out of my chest coupled with a fever for multiple days that he should reconsider. I am on immune suppressant medication and as a result, I am not able to fight these things off on my own, especially how many days I had been dealing with it.I really wish I had just stayed home, and used Teledoc. Its upsetting that I paid a fee to go up there. It wasnt a good decision, he had poor judgment, and I would discourage anyone from using this clinic, if your situation is anything like mine.EDIT: I ended up calling Teledoc the next day. I had to spend $75 on top of the $99. I started on antibiotics, and immediately my sinus infection began to clear. Just one day later, and I feel so much better.

The staff was wonderful! Very efficient and knowledgeable. Hailey checked is in quickly. Erin answered all of our questions. Bryan & Geraldine made us very comfortable.

Paul and the team have taken excellent care of my wife and I on two separate visits. Came in to get rapid COVID tests for travel. Everyone was so friendly and the facility was extremely clean with very modern equipment!

Came in needing to get Covid rapid test. I was greeted very warmly by Geraldine. She made the check-in process quick and painless. We were seen immediately.The Covid Test Tech - Afran, was very warm and friendly as well (great bedside accumen). No Covid test is pleasant, but Afran administered it well.

Great place to go to!!! Very clean and organized and the front desk clerk is SUPER friendly and helpful! Definitely will use this office for emergencies moving forward! Oh and I didn’t have to wait 2 hours to be seen Lolol!!!

I’ve had to use them twice for COVID tests for my son. Both times the front desk experience has been from meh to horrible - this is usually in the evening. The actual medical staff in the back has been great both times. As others have said the public bathroom in front has been closed each visit but if you ask they will let you use the one in the back. Appointments can be made on line and are highly recommended even when they don’t look busy. Overall there are better clinics in the area - especially the one up by Walgreens near Southlands - but this one does in a pinch.

I needed to get Covid testing for travel within 72 hours of my flight! Needless to say I was busy, stressed out and overwhelmed when I walked into the clinic. Bonnie, Director of Operations, was working the front desk as she was covering for an employee. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer more patient, more accommodating, more knowledgeable help!

The staff here is always extremely nice. Today they were running behind on times and were still very sincere about the time I would be seen and kept reassuring everything they will be seen soon. The three ladies that helped me were very sweet!
