Three Peaks Urgent Care - Aurora

This place was wonderful! First of all it’s one of the few urgent care places open till 8pm- Even Weekends! The base pricing is by far the best of all the urgent cares I researched prior. When I called to ask about their wait times, the receptionist was informative and kind. She even took the time to answer my questions about approximate costs and insurance questions. When I arrived, there was no wait time so I got signed right in and seen within 15 minutes TOPS. The (I’m assuming nurse) checked my vitals, collected info and had a pleasant chat with me- all very professional. When Doctor McDonald saw me she was tentative to my issue, asked clarifying questions and was able to deduce a solution very effectively. All while having a relaxed and personable presence, definitely the kind to put ya at ease.All in all, the staff was wonderful, the hours are helpful, the pricing was terrific, the wait time was minimal, and the quality of care was top notch. 10/10 would go again!

After dealing with a severely sprained ankle for a week, I needed x-rays to make sure it wasnt broken. I found this urgent care and am so happy that I did. Check in was easy. They got me in fast with no waiting around for the doc. X-rays were done and Diane explained what my course of treatment was. Diane and her team were kind, caring and showed true compassion. Thank you all so much!

Its was an extremely fast visit compared to other urgent care visits I had in the past.All the staff was extremely kind and caring. Took care of my needs and and calmed not only mine but my partner concerns.Will be back again. It was a great experience starting with the front desk team member to the Dr. that looked over my needs.100% recommend to others. Those staff members need a raise!! You don’t really get to have such a good experience with you are dealing with health concerns that need immediate attention. This changed my perception of it.

Very good experience,Professional care,Welcoming and very kind atmosphere.Im visiting US and needed urgent care for broken finger (not having insurance). I was consulted very fast, had x-ray done and put on splint in just 30 min. And it didnt cost a lot.Recommend this place 100%

What a great place! Came here with my son who was feeling pretty bad. Professional, caring and they make you feel at ease. Wait time was minimal and its a very nice facility. Back home and feeling better, so nice to know we have them nearby!

We’re just in town for a few days and our son needed to be seen. The woman that helped us at the front and in the room (Janet?) was so friendly and helpful, a nice way to start the visit! Edward was great, engaging, and really listened to our concerns. We left feeling much better regarding our son and that we had a good plan in place to help him start to feel better. In and out in probably less than 30 minutes including exam, testing, xray, and discussing treatment. We appreciate their help and would highly recommend this urgent care!

Three peaks UC . I was able to schedule my appointment. I felt very welcomed it was a great experience the minute I walked into the building very friendly savvy with the staff and the doctor . I love that Dr. McDonald took the time to hear me out and let me explain what was going on with me. The staff was super friendly, kind, & efficient. I appreciate them being to help me today. This morning, I added myself to the wait list via the website & I was added for 8:44 - just 45’ after they open. I then got to wait at home until my appt time. Since I’m not feeling well, that made it a lot more comfortable for me. I would recommend this facility. I was headed home by 9:15 with all my questions addressed.

This was the best experience I have had with a medical practice. The space was clean. The professionals were very hospitable and well kept. They were friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Came in last minute for a sports physical. Tyrell and Isaiah were amazing. They greeted us warmly and enthusiastically even though I came in right around closing time. They got us checked in really quickly and kept my son engaged in convo. Diane did the actual physical and was also fantastic. She was warm and thorough. All three had incredible bedside manner. Honestly, the best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care. Highly recommend. Theyre close to home and probably will be the only one I go to from now on.

Excellent appointment. All staff was professional, super nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here. They took me as a walk in at 6pm, check in and registered very quick and wait time in back was super minimal

Had a great experience at this clinic. As an international traveller, this was my first time needing to see a doctor in the US. The hotel recommended I go to the hospital, which would have cost a significant sum of money.I am grateful I found this clinic and found the service from Dianne to be exceptional and thorough.

10/10 Urgent Care, they make checking in super easy. You can check in online before actually going in and they send you a text 20 mins before, which gives you the perfect amount of time to get there and be seen. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I went to Three Peaks for the first time with my girlfriend last week, and it was great! I dont know if Ive ever had a more positive experience from an urgent care! The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and kind! And the entire process only took about half an hour! Im definitely coming back here if I ever have any non-emergency medical concern!

Diane was fantastic. I was nervous about going in and it being a big deal, and she made me feel comfortable. Her treatment is already making a big difference and Im glad I went. (This coming from someone who waits until way too late to go to any doctor)

Staff was great and so was the nurse and physicians assistant! Extremely polite and very thoughtful! We don’t live here so they made us feel super comfortable.

Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve been to. Professional, caring, and informative. My family unfortunately had several ear infections, so I’ve had to visit a bunch of times, and every time the NPs were amazing, thorough, and wonderful at treating all of us. So glad they are in this area!!

Found this urgent care after landing in Denver and not feeling great. They were efficient, kind and diagnosed my problem accurately. I am feeling 100% better and highly recommend this urgent care if you need it.

My Wife had an Appointment recently here and she felt Very comfortable sharing her symptoms, feels so much at easy after speaking with the Doctor. She made her feel so much better about her condition.

So let me start off with OMG! Diane was absolutely PHENOMENAL..She was extremely caring and professional and just wow. I felt like someone actually gave a damn that I wasn’t feeling good (besides my mom of course).. But 10000% would recommend to anyone for urgent care.Just WOW ❤️❤️!!!

I was looking for an Urgent Care close to me to get some antibiotics for an infected cat bite wound. Looked on Google and found this new one right by the Walmart on Tower Rd. Went in and Diane took great care of me, with no wait. Gave me the care I needed and went the extra mile for me, and was extra nice to boot 😊 I’m so happy this place is here and I will definitely go back if I ever need Urgent Care again!

Amazing experience and recommend this place to anyone who needs medical care. Diane was kind and thorough and my visit was very quick. It’s open until 8pm so I was able to come in after work easily which is ideal. Very glad I chose this urgent care to come to for help!

Just heard about this urgent care and decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. Wife and I took our daughter in with an ear infection and Dr Diane was awesome to us. We will be coming to her from now on! :)

Edward was fantastic! He returned my call and made sure he could help me before I even came in. He was gentle administering my shots and very informative about alternatives to the lidocaine I normally receive. He also prescribed my medications with no hesitation and sent them for pick up near by. Thanks Edward!

We ended up here after a week long trip to costa rica and an ear infection in our 9 year old. Edward the PA did a fantastic job got to is super quick and was very pleasant. He followed up to make sure we got our prescription filled quickly at the walmart near by. A bright spot in a not so bright day. Thank you!!!!
