Everybody there was friendly, professional and helpful. I went in sick and came out 20 mins (start to finish) later with scripts called in and on my way to getting better. It really helped registering online-I highly recommend doing it because it gets you in right away. They’re also helping me get a new primary care physician, which I’ve been trying to find for over a month with no luck. I will definitely be back, if needed. Thank you

Dr. Stippa and Dr. Russolello are both top-notch - attentive, professional, smart and quick to diagnose problems. You might expect urgent care doctors to be worse than primary care or emergency room doctors, but these doctors are better than many primary care, ER and even ICU doctors I’ve had to deal with. Receptionists and nurses also very good and the place is clean. Only thing is the cost of going to this place is not cheap (I have owed over $200 per visit after copay and meds prescribed, and that’s with insurance), but not sure if it would be cheaper anywhere else (other than at some quack doctor). Get here now!!

First of all the girl at the counter who I think was supposed to be the receptionist was rude immature and screwed up my insurance billing by not telling me that they dont accept one of my insurances. Shes just conveniently left that out and when I called to complain and asked for a manager she actually hung up on me. Please do not believe these positive reviews that are obviously fake. I wont go back there and I urge anyone who has any self respect not to bother going there. We need not accept this type of incompetence and unprofessionalism in America regardless of the current environment. If they cant hire someone that can do the job professionally courteously and efficiently then thats the kind of place you need to avoid. The doctor even made a reference to slapping me believe it or not. I was completely kind and courteous as I always am, he just let me know who He was. You have many choices of urgent cares in a close proximity so theres no reason to go there at all. Never again.

I have NEVER had a more pleasant and beneficial experience at an urgent care. I received a call from the office before we arrived to inform us that they did not have an x-ray tech available that day. We were offered an appointment in an alternative office that same day. We decided to keep our original appointment despite not having the radiology testing … and I am so glad we did! Sasha and Ann Marie were knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to interact with! Thank you girls!!!

My fiancé was extremely hesitant to go somwhere besides our GP. I finally convinced her to try Nuvance on New Years Day. To say she was nervous is an understatement. The entire experience could not have been more positive. The staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring. They did some tests, quickly figured out what was wrong, sent a prescription to our pharmacy, and we were on our way. We couldnt be happier with the experience. We wouldnt hesitate to go back here again if need be. Also, if you can, do the online check-in thing before you go. It makes the whole process much smoother.

This is the second Go-Health Urgent Care that I have visited -- the other being in NC. Both facilities were well maintained and had courteous administration and medical staffing. I, especially, like that the care center was associated with a hospital which enabled my records to be uploaded. I would highly recommend this site.

PA Selena and the other ladies working were so efficient and pleasant. I waited an hour or so, which is expected. They made sure I was completely situated by the time I left and put my mind to ease. I was very hesitant to go to Urgent Care but so relieved I did and encountered Selena. Highly recommend

The entire experience was great, from the ease of making and obtaining an appointment. The speed I was seen and the amazing staff. They were able to diagnose me very quickly, provided me with all my treatment options and made sure I had a clear understanding with everything.

I needed an urgent visit to the surgical clinic and I was given one immediately. Rodica (PA-C) saw me in the clinic and was fantastic. She too good care of me and answered all my questions all while being understanding of my nerves. Great experience with Eve from the front desk to the clinical staff!

I was relieved to find out that I just had a cold instead of any other more serious virus. As usual the staff was friendly, professional, and informative.

Absolutely excellent facility and staff. Unfortunately, I havent had good experiences in the past with Urgent Care, but this place is top notch. I know the facility is new, but it was so nice and clean. Well thought out layout wise. The rooms are roomy and clean. Dr. Kumar is super nice and personable. She really cares about your well-being and the MA/Nurse was excellent as well. I was in and out of there in less than forty minutes with which was amazing!! The front desk staff member was also very pleasant and professional. Convenient location right off Route 9. I would highly recommend to anyone and will go back if I ever need to.

Dr. Yuri Stippa misdiagnosed my 21 month old with Pneumonia and and Ear Infection. I ended up going to the ER the day after because her symptoms matched neither. She had a xray no pneumonia, they checked her ears again no ear infection. She ended up having RSV and coronavirus. I also asked to be tested for RSV and they didn’t. Her o2 was 95% and dropped by time we went to ER and was sent home with a neubulizer. Very disappointed.

Very fast. Check in was easy with a kiosk there when you walk in. The whole place is VERY clean and beautiful. We went Christmas Day and was so glad they were open. Happy to have an urgent care in Spackenkill.

If I could give no stars that’s what I would do. I went to this urgent care in a full blown asthma attack, coughing and unable to breathe. Because I didn’t have a photo ID they REFUSED to see me!!!! I could understand if I came in for a twisted ankle but I literally couldn’t breathe and they sent me away. Thankfully I made it to the ER at MidHudson regional and they are taking great care of me. But even they don’t understand how this urgent care could just send me away

Arrived at five minutes to sign says, they open at 8? Its now 20 minutes to nine. They wont even let us in because the provider has not arrived yet have been here before and the staff is wonderful, but making people sit in the parking lot when theyre sick is not nice

Even though we were from out of town (San Diego) we were made to feel welcome and cared for considering how worried we were about our 12 yr old child. The lady at front was super friendly and nice and engaged in conversation about where we were from , a much needed distraction considering no one wants to have to deal with Urgent Care for their family while on vacation. We had gone to a couple and called a couple other Urgent Cares in area of Fishkill/poughkeepsie trying to find one that took our insurance (Kaiser - side note none do in this area) but decided to go back to Nuvance Health Poughkeepsie because of their initial kindness and ended up paying out of pocket- it wasn’t as expensive as we thought. Thank you for All your help and the doctor’s guidance !

The staff was great! Took my full history to make sure they were not going to miss anything and I truly appreciate that!!

I was not impressed. Went there with my husband. They did an EKG when finished she did not disconnect all the leads, instead pulled them ripping pad off with it. He was told to remove the remainder of the pads himself. Did not push in the bottom of the examining table before leaving the room. Just said he could take off the tabs and get up. The question about medical history of family were vague, Are your parents alive? Do you have siblings? Living? How many children? From those questions, they deducted no family history of heart disease, cancer hypertension, stroke or mental illness. When I asked to use the restroom I was questioned as to whether or not I was a patient.

I heard great reviews about this place and they were correct. Bhupinder Multani FNP was very knowledgeable and wise. He listened to my concerns and gave me a resolution for my medical need. His staff worked well together and were respectful and polite. A great atmosphere. I will continue to go to this urgent as needed before I go to any other urgent care. It was worth driving from Wappingers falls where I live to Poughkeepsie location. Great Job guys!

Extremely impressed with this urgent care. They didn’t have a lot of people waiting but somehow other urgent cares or emergency rooms still find a way to make you wait forever if they have little to no people in their waiting room, this place did not do that whatsoever. They were kind, respectful, and caring about next steps. Thank you.

The staff is professional, welcoming and caring. The facility is clean and well staffed. They were very quick to take me in and I didnt wait in the room for very long to see the doctor. After my examination, the doctor took his time to explain why I was sick and how the medicines will help. Ill definitely be using this urgent care for now on.

I have never felt so happy about going to an urgent care facility in my life. Receptionist was quick, efficient and funny. The nurse was polite, kind, thorough and listen to my medical needs. Dr. John George was one of the kindest person I’ve met. He tired to figure out my problem as best he could without test results that I couldn’t provide. He asked me to promise him that if I felt worse to please go to the hospital, which I did later that night. The ER Dr. said to continue to take the proper antibiotics Dr. George prescribed me. The next day Dr. George personally called me to check on me because he was worried about me. I’ve never had a Dr. call me out of pure honest concern. I reassured him I went to the hospital and asked him a few more questions. Just an absolute kind human being. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs some medical care. Great job to all! ❤️

Easy check in process and I liked the ability to reserve a time slot. Staff and provider were friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Check-in was lengthy, but they helped me speed it up as best they could. Everyone was very attentive, and really helped keep calm my girls, and the doctor explained things so they understood, as well as myself.I appreciated this visit, and would definitely consider returning again.

Super nice staff! Very personable and listened to my concerns. I didnt mind a bit of a wait especially since the service was great I think they need more staffing not because I was mad about waiting I think they deserve to have more staffing so its not stressful when they are busy and only two people are working and have no time to even eat a dinner or even a snack. I would 100% go to this location again since I really liked them and actually felt cared for!

I will never try to go there again. I pre registered but when I arrived I was told I wasn’t and that I must be in the wrong place. The guy at the desk had no interest in helping me at all. I verified I was at the right place as it was still open on my phone. He made no offer to see me and there wasn’t a single pt in the waiting room. I live very close but will never go there again.

Regarding my visit on March 27th for a sore throat. The office was understaffed and very busy and Mechia who normally works the front desk was also running back and forth to help the doctor because your office was understaffed.Mechia should be commended for doing multiple jobs and still maintaining and wonderful helpful and pleasant attitude. She is a great asset to your office. You folks really need to get more help.The doctor on staff also did an excellant job and took the time to explain my issue with me.Joe

The entire staff was friendly and professional. It was a very stress free urgent care experience and I was in and out fairly quickly.

The Urgent Care was nice, bright, with friendly nurses and staff , and the Dr. was helpful and informative about my daughters illness. My Family will be going there more often for now on instead of going to Pulse MD Urgent Care. The Nuvance Health Urgent Care is located on Rte 9 in Poughkeepsie in front of The New Burlington store which used to be the old Toys R Us.

Every time Ive been so far, think 3 times now, everyone there has been so nice and helpful and the wait times are not very long for an urgent care. Keep it up! My go to place for urgent care 😊 thank you!

If you need urgent care, this is the place to go! It’s clean! The staff is cordial and helpful and you get to see the doctor quickly. I was impressed!

The place is fast I give them that and clean. Unfortunately I felt like they did nothing for me. I walked in with pain and right back out with pain. Nothing was given to me. Worse money spent.

I Checked in there today for a serious heart issue. The woman who checked me in, was very kind, polite, and gracious. Jodi Had performed my tests And the initial services. She was absolutely phenomenal She was extremely understanding, kind,, gracious and highly skilled performing her tasks. I then seen Linda McKenna, FNP. She was also phenomenal and knewexactly what to do and how to get it done so quickly. I am now in Vassar Hospital waiting to have a serious heart procedure done. Kudos to this amazing team who worked together Flawlessly with kindness, ultimate care and compassion. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and it will be the one I choose if I have to get more immediate medical care. ❤️
