This place has only been open a short time and the corporate body has already found a way to screw over their patient base and over work their staff. The physician was working two different schedules, of course her staff was as well. Which resulted in a 2.5 hour wait just to get sent away with prescription for Prednisone. The waiting room was absolutely freezing without any way to adjust the temperature! Sick people shivering and layering because CORPORATE cannot be bothered. Then, because one patient was particularly vocal about how cold it was, she was ushered back before I was which is incredibly unprofessional.Additionally, theres a massive safety hazard for the workers there. The entrance/exit to front or back of the house has an obvious tripping hazard that seems like a feature to this new place.Make it make sense yall. Shameful.
Skimmed thru some of these other reviews, not quite sure what goes through the minds of folks. From walking in nurse came to front window out of her role assisted me with the proper paperwork. While I waited for the receptionist to return this expedited my wait time.Receptionist returned completed my check in process quickly and within minutes I was sitting with Dr Matt. His immediate care for what I was going through was clear. If ever another emergency visit is needed I’ll return to this location.Office is clean and spacious, full of light.Adding thisIf not for Dr Matthew’s urgencies for me to go to the local emergency room, things could’ve been worse for me.
This was my first visit at this location, but I have been to Pulse MD in both Wappingers and Arlington. The whole office was very well kept and clean. The woman who look my vitals (cant remember her name) was very welcoming and nice. The doctor was also very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time listening to me. Will definitely come to this location again.
My first time going to this location. The receptionist was not polite. I had GI symptoms with, already being GI compromised and the doctor didnt order any blood work. Plus, the prescription she was going to order was never sent to pharmacy. I tried calling the office the next day and was on hold for 15 minutes. I just hung up.
2 weeks after getting diagnosed with mono here I went back after Having an extremely severe sore throat and losing 12 pounds. After doing no tests, and barely looking in my throat. The doctor stated that it was just mono and I have to deal with it. 2 days after I was unable to deal with the pain and swelling I went to the Marist health services where a nurse believed I had a Peritonsillar abscess and sent me straight to the ER where I had it surgically removed. I also found out if left untreated there is a high risk of death. Will not be returning!
There is absolutely no urgency with this urgent care. Waited for 20 minutes after opening at 8am needing stitches. People were inside but did not come to unlock the door to let the growing line of people in.A pathetic excuse of an urgent care. If you actually want or need care, save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I was seen immediately once going elsewhere. I’ll never bother with this place again or suggest anyone to go there.
It’s really a shame that the workers here don’t take their job serious. I don’t understand how an urgent care opens at 8 o’clock yet people at 8:15 are still waiting outside for help.. Talk about uncompassionate, uncaring people. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. This place clearly does not care about people. I feel like out of all the places around here an urgent care should open on time..
I WENT HERE TODAY SOON FOR THE FIRST TIME....AS I WALKED IN JOLENE THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.. I CAME IN DUE TO A KNEE INJURY...FROM THE NURSE TO THE MAN WHO TOOK MY XRAYS TO PAT....THEY ALL WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND KIND AND I APPRECIATE HOW THEY ALL HELPED ME....EACH AND EVERYONE I THANK THEM!!!!! HIGHY RECOMMENDED!!!! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.... EILEEN
The care being “urgent” is laughable. I had to wait so long to even receive an exam from the physician.
Told me i just had a virus when i actually had pneumonia. the copay was also $50
Was seen by a provider in a timely manner great location for urgent care
Great! Quick, efficient, and got me back in tip top shape.
