AFC Urgent Care Rosenberg

Very courteous! Took the time to listen to symptoms and explain solutions / options. Made recommendations but wasn’t forceful or coercive in any way. Overall, layout is very warm & comforting and doesn’t have that “sterile” appearance or feel when visiting.

Everyone was wonderful, from signing in to walking out the door. My doctor literally sat down and listened to my concerns and gave me straightforward answers with respect and genuine concern.The medical assistant also was very attentive and friendly. And I don’t want to leave out the front desk personnel, they were very helpful and professional. I knew I was in good hands.I have visited other locations as well and found all clinics to be very professional and caring.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The process was easy, checking in was a breeze. The ladies were friendly at the front desk as well as the back clinical area. Wait time wasn’t bad at all. It just all depends on what you’re coming in there for and how many people are ahead of you. Other than that, I had a great experience and I will be returning in case I ever need them again in the future. Thank you.

My daughter was having a cough and a fever. I called to see if they took her ins and the nurse told me yes. We checked in and got admitted within 20 minutes. The nurses and nurse practitioner were so great with my daughter! She needed a Covid and flu test done and my daughter was scared. They had her go through with it with their sweet talks and smiles. It was great experience. I highly recommend to come here.

This was a great experience even though I went because of an uncomfortable one. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable & professional. They walked me through the process & explained what my care would be & what to do afterwards. Outstanding group of people!I want to add that the physician that treated me called with a next day follow-up to ask how I was & if I had any questions.I definitely recommend them.

I have come here quite a few times already and been seen by a few of the providers. Each one have been really good in caring for me. I have mostly seen the provider A. Juarez. He is a very professional and caring doctor. I couldn’t ask for any better service. The ladies that work in the front and back desk have all been very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for caring for me each time I have came. I hope not to have to see you all again, but I know that if I ever need to, I can come and get the best of care. Thank you. ☺️

Easy check-in via QR code. Once registered, I was called back quickly. The facility was clean. The staff starting with the receptionist to reach you at the door all the nurse and the NP on duty were so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I received excellent medical treatment with clear and concise instructions on moving forward. I would highly recommend this facility. Also I was in and out very quickly It did not take up my entire day!

By far the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. The staff are polite, patient, respectful, and kind. Not only was the PA taking care of my concern, but also cared enough to tell me about my elevated blood pressure. The PA had taken the time to order my prescriptions and explain them to me and walked me out himself. Very lovely staff.

The ability to book an urgent care walkin appointment online was convenient. The front desk staff and medical assistant were pleasant and efficient. The PA that I saw listened to me, performed a thorough exam, and ordered x-rays. I felt well taken care of.The facility itself is well located, with plenty of parking.Nice exam rooms. On-site digital x-rays.If needed, Ill be back.

My grandson had to have a clearance to play sports because he had gotten a concussion and I booked the appointment the night before came in. They seen him right away, everyone was so very nice. The doctor showed excellent care when it came to the concussion and let us know the severity of it took his time not a rush job, I would recommend anyone to go to AFC.

Came in on a Sunday morning around 11am. We were seen by a very professional, kind & efficient staff. We were out the door with diagnosis & treatment plan before noon! Highly recommend AFC.

I took my 5yo daughter in for cellulitis. The tech and the nurse practitioner were amazing with her and their care felt genuine. They were quick and attentive. Very thorough. I will be going back to this urgent care the next time my family has the need! Thank y’all for taking care of my daughter!

This was our first time and let me say I was very impressed with their system. They quickly moved you to a room and the doctor was thorough yet very efficient. This will be our go to place when needed.

Fantastic experience here. PA Juarez and Tammy, the nurse, were so wonderful. My wife broke her leg last week, and they were more helpful when we came for an xray, more than memorial hermann. They gave us so much information, and we left confident.Thank you guys for a smooth experience.

I was able to register for an appointment quickly online. The facility is very clean and nice. The staff was wonderful and had us in the back quickly.

Fast, caring, understanding of the concerns and reasons of what brought us in. Registration was was fairly simple even though my camera didnt want to scan their QR code. Once registered they got my baby back quickly without much wait time. Doctor was quick to come in and check her out after the intake too.Excited that we FINALLY have an Urgent Care that takes from 6 months and older in town.

At first, I was worried that it was going to be a bad experience because one of the girls had trouble verifying my mom’s insurance; however, after helping her finding different ways to spell my moms name the experience was smooth. Also the doctor/nurse was very nice.

Baby girl has been sick a few days. I was able to make an appointment at midnight and was the 1st appointment of the day. They got in me quickly and were so efficient and friendly.

I came to AFC a few days ago because of some severe abdominal pain I was having and a lump that was worrying me. Although it was a gloomy and rainy day, this was the best experience I’ve had seeing a doctor in a long time. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. The staff were polite and friendly. Even the process of signing in was simple and quick. I thought it would be a long wait due to 5 people before me, but I didn’t wait long at all. The staff worked cohesively and collaboratively live, so the process was smooth. Everyone’s bedside manner was excellent. I’m shy and didn’t feel uncomfortable when it came to showing my problem area. Dr. Juarez was very attentive to every detail or concern I mentioned. He made sure I was given any medication needed and a referral for a diagnostic mammogram. I appreciated it all because normally I would’ve still needed to make multiple trips to access the resources I needed. He even called the day after to check how I was feeling and reinterated how important it was for the mammogram to be done. It’s safe to say I’ll be back for care when needed again.

Extremely friendly, professional, and inviting environment. I was there for maybe about an hour from start to finish. It wasn’t too busy around the time a went. Would definitely use again if needed.

The only reason for two stars is the nurse and front staff are fantastic. I did not like the doctor at all. The doctor was very slow, although there were only a few people in there. He was very rude. Did not listen to what I was trying to tell him. I will not be back to that location.

Made an appointment last night to come into the urgent care first thing this morning. I came in for a hurt ankle after dropping a weight on it at the gym. The staff was very friendly and quick to help me out. Xrays were taken and I was in and out within the hour. They gave me a boot for my ankle as well as a disc with the radiology images upon request.

Staff is very friendly and professional. No long wait times for them to call you to the back examination area. Highly recommended.

The doctor was amazing and super knowledgeable, I had a horrible sore throat with flu like symptoms. The doctor did multiple tests and got to the root of it. Just in one day taking his medications and following his advice I feel twice as good compared to my low improvement seen on my past 5 days following online recommendations. Definitely recommend this location with this doctor.

Im from Oregon and visiting my kids in Rosenberg , Richmond area.I had a UTI issue and decided to see a doctor in any Urgent Care clinic. Google gave me several addresses and your clinic was my choice . I found your clinic a good choice.the staff were accommodating.The doctor was very remarkable and empathetic. He was quick and I was able to pick up my prescription in less than an hour...maybe 30 minutes.I wish all doctors were like them.Thank you Dr Joseph for the urgent care❤️

Went in for sore throat. Strep test came back negative but after the doctor looked me over he decided it must be a false positive and gave me a zpack. I feel 80% better the next day. Thank you for not relying entirely on the tests and evaluating your patient. Great experience.

The doctor was amazing !But receptionist was not friendly. Made us feel uncomfortable. Even my kids noticed she was really cold.she is the face of the clinic and something needs to be done about that.Apart from that excellent service from the doctor!

One of the best urgent care facilities I have ever been to. The staff is very nice. One nurse was able to administer a Covid test as well as a strep test on my 2 year old son with NO TEARS using some clever distractions. I was completely blown away. This place will be my first choice anytime we need care!

We came today, the day after the hurricane…all the staff (including the doctor and excluding two ladies) were complaining about how busy they were to excuse their poor attitudes. As a health professional, it is vital to understand your attitude should not change towards patients just because you had a rough day. As I stated to one of the rude nurses, they should not be complaining about other patients and how busy their jobs are. This is healthcare. Honestly, they should all have a change of hearts with their professions.

Took my son and we saw Dr. Juarez a very professional, caring doctor. He took his time and listened to my concerns. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Definitely would take my kids here again and highly recommend it.

Short wait time. The AP was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and took his time answering them as well. He worked with me with comfort level with medications.

My kids and I were not feeling good. We went to AFC and was seen within 20 mins and out within 30. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone that’s not feeling good.

Visited the location in Rosenberg on 05/27/24. I’m leaving a 2 star only because the receptionist was not welcoming and friendly.I felt that my son and I were an inconvenience that she had to check us in for his appt. I’m hoping she was just having a bad day and this is not her regular self. Leslie & nurse practitioner were great!!!

They was great. The front lady took time to help validate insurance, the nurse practitioner she took the time to listen to us, explained everything well, and made sure when my son had questions she answered them. In and out with in an hour.

The medical staff here are very thorough and highly professional. They are very concerned about getting the proper diagnosis and treatment. Would definitely recommend!

I came in 2 days ago with a sore throat, ear ache, and drainage in my throat. I was told that without taking any test, it was for sure Strep throat. I was given a shot in my butt for the pain and prescribed the Zpak. A few days later, the pain was back in my throat. I came back and was tested for Strep and it was negative. Very frustrating to know Im taking meds for something that I dont have. Turns out its allergy related, per self diagnosis. I was seen quickly so Ill give 3 stars for swift service, it was very clean and the staff were pleasant. Please dont ever guess when a simple test could have been done. I already dispise taking pharmaceuticals as it is. Im grumpy and dont like to give bad reviews as well.

🛑 Fraud 🛑 . Don’t give them your credit/card. Fraudulent charges where made on my card. I payed cash when I went there and they send me a bill online , I used my card. They crept my card info and they charged $160. I called their billing, they said my account was already closed and they have no idea this charge was. I was telling my coworker what happened and they had the same incident two prior. They charged their credit card and to report/cancel their credit card. Please Be very care. Avoid this place!!!!

The people are nice but the wait is too long. We waited to get a visit summary. We ended up leaving without the visit summary after waiting over 20 minutes for it. We got absolutely nothing from this visit

I will never go to AFC Urgent care, they made me wait looooong time, they initially charged me $50 then a month later they taking money out of my bank without informing me. DO NOT GO HEREIf they billed me a month later then what was the $50 that they charged me for?I don’t understand them.JUST AVOID GOING THERE

Everyone from the receptionist, the MA/Nurse, and provider were exceptional. Service was quick and the provider was thorough. They listened to my symptoms and created a plan to treat accordingly. Will definitely continue using them for my urgent care needs.

I went to Urgent Care on a Sunday not feeling well. The front desk staff was friendly as they verified my insurance. The nurse was gentle and patient as she took my vitals and asked me about my symptoms. The provider was sympathetic, patient and took her time to explain how to treat my symptoms.

The staff and physician assistant here were great! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Brought my 3yo son in for the first time for a late appointment since I didn’t have time to wait until the morning to see if I would be able to get in with his regular Pediatrician. Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Juarez was great with my son! We did have to wait about 30min until we got seen but I’m assuming because he was the only one working.

I went here because for 2 reasons. 1. It was in network with my insurance and 2. It was super close to my home. Let me just say I’m so happy I did go. The front office staff were super nice and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The doctor, Dr. A. Ray was also very welcoming and she listened to my full concern. Even after we talked about what I originally went in for she came back around and asked me again is there any other concerns I wanted to discuss. She explained everything thoroughly. This will most definitely be my go to urgent care.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of the nurse practitioner that helped me. She answered all of my questions and provided very helpful insight on how to help myself heal correctly.

Staff was professional and friendly. Did not rush my consult. Like that they offered me an X-ray so that I could feel comfortable another my diagnosis. Gave me the option of waiting for results from radiology or I could go and they would reach out. Best part I didn’t even feel when the nurse gave me a shot.

We got a school physical done for $10. It was great, it only took 30 minutes and they completed the paperwork.

My 3-year-old daughter and I went in, had symptoms of the flu. They saw right away, were really patient with my daughter, she was scared, we were in and out so quickly. They were very personable, not like stick in the mud doctors offices that Im used to going to. I would highly recommend AFC Urgent Care

Well online appointments are great, you can fill out all of the forms online. Schedule your appointment time. But when you show up for your appointment you still have to wait over an hour to be seen. Went in for a COVID PCR test, they assured Id get the results in 24 hours (yea right) its been 72hrs since the test. You guessed it nothing yet, Ive lost three days of work. Well one thing for sure Ill never step foot in that business or its affiliates ever again or recommend them.

Had a great experience but the only draw back was the covid prescription was too expensive at $600. Im on Social security

Very efficient & professional. I was in and out much faster than I had been expecting. Their self pay fees are reasonable also. I hope not to need them anytime soon, but I would definitely return if I needed to.

Front desk and med team were fine. Didn’t do anything just the usual urgent clinic recommendation that is a virus and it will work itself out in a week lol. I heard the nurse practitioner read to the guy in the next room the same script she memorized to me. Nice. They just went through the motions. Went to see my PCP after and was given actual treatment.

I came in yesterday afternoon and received quick, prompt, and very friendly service. I wasn’t feeling my best and they assessed me immediately. The waiting room was very clean as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I came in on Oct. 29th with an asthma attack. Usually a breathing treatment and steroids work, but on this Sunday my O2 level wouldnt stay up. The ladies and Dr were very kind to my daughter and I. I was told that I would need to go to ER and I did. At the ER I was given another treatment, x-rays and blood work, then released with a prescription for antibiotics. By the time I got to the pharmacy, I started to feel really bad again. The urgent care was closer and I felt safer with them, so I drove back to them. They were quick to help me, even though I was in full panic mode, and having trouble listening to what they were instructing me ,I was terrified. They called 911 to have me transported back to the ER. I spent a couple of days in the ICU. I feel blessed that I found this Urgent Care and will continue to go there when needed. Thank you for so very much for your compassion and kindness!! Oh and the cost was very reasonable!!

Couldn’t get an appointment at my daughter’s regular pcp so I found this urgent care. The staff and doctor are very nice. We came in because my daughter had a swollen eye which we thought was pink eye turned out to be a bug bite. Doctor asked about the fever we mentioned and took the extra time to examine her and test her for strep. Turns out she had strep and we didn’t even know if. Thank you afc urgent care! You guys are awesome!

I could not get into my pcp and needed to be seen to be able to get an antibiotic for an infection. The staff, as well as the doctor were friendly and professional. The environment was pleasant and relaxing. I will certainly be back here with any other issues if I cannot get to my pcp.I recommend this facility to anyone in need!!

My 2 year old was seen. Everyone was friendly and we were seen almost immediately. The practitioner took her time and answered all of our questions.

We have used AFC twice already. They were friendly both times. They helped us make a diagnosis very quickly for our ailments. We will continue to use them in the future.

They took my money and then wouldn’t treat me because my heart rate was slightly elevated. I have 103 fever. That is why it was elevated so they sent me to ER and everyone there agreed that was stupid. They even said never to go to that place again.

This is a very clean store and all of the doctors and nurses are very friendly. They know what they be talking about.
