Sharon and Cat are the best! They were so helpful and went above and beyond their duties. I lost my car keys and they even helped me find them. They literally saved my day! They were friendly, efficient, and profession! These kinds of nurses that actually care about patients are difficult to find. I appreciate them so much they should get a raise!

I agree with all the positive comments about Cat and Sharon! I appreciate how eager they are to help you with what they know and can do to help. I had unorganized paperwork and Cat took the initiative to look through them for me and got out the ones I should have had ready to provide her. She was thorough and double checked that I had everything I needed. You’ll be well taken care of with them.

It was fast and easy, and they helped me earlier than my set appointment time! Both Cat and Adriana were super sweet and great! I would recommend everyone to go to this location!

Came here to get my physical and livescan for a new job, and everything was so quick and easy. Cat and Adriana were so kind and welcoming, and explained everything to me along the way. Best experience I’ve had with an employment clearance by far.

Went into WellnessMart for a LiveScan appointment, and had an amazing experience with Sharday and Adriana. It was quick and seamless, as well as such a friendly and helpful environment from the second I walked in the door to when I was finished with the process. Definitely recommend coming here for their services!

07-Aug-2024I’ll start by saying I highly recommend this business!Wellnessmart delivers a suite of medical physicals to meet any institutional requirement from pre-employment, to education, sports and adoption. Wellnessmart physicals are always overseen and signed off by licensed Medical Doctors. Tailored to ensure athletes are in prime condition for the game. Their experienced medical professionals provide thorough evaluations, prioritizing safety and peak performance on the field.I took my two older sons (age 7 and 5) to a sports physical. My two younger sons (3 and 2) tagged along. I really like that they have multiple daily appointments to help a father like me with a busy schedule. They have parking in front so that was helpful. They have a small, intimate office space with no wait. I was seen right on time and the two nurses on staff, Adriana and Cat were very nice. They greeted me and my 4 young sons with a smile and told me to sign in, which is super easy on a small pad.If you want a fancy and new doctor’s office, this is not the place for you. If you want clean, quick and basic then you will be very happy. The coolest thing about this clinic is the modern, virtual doctor who checked my boys hearts and lungs listening to them through Zoom.I was referred to Wellnessmart by another mother on our flag football team, so I had no doubt about the services I would receive, but Adriana and Cat really went above and beyond to ensure Wellnessmart lived up to its reputation. Adriana and Catherine were super nice and friendly and so helpful! They made the process of my livescan go by so quickly and so smoothly! I would definitely recommend this Wellnessmart location to anyone in need of licescan, tb test, drug tests for employment etc. and will be using it in the future!

Quick and easy, she walked me through everything and I even made a few mistakes but there was patience and humor in helping me figure it out. My only bump down was that it’s not labeled super clear on the building as it’s a shared space, maybe if there was a little standing sign out front more visible would be awesome (but I’m also just a very disoriented person so it could just be a me thing, but I got lost twice that I’ve come here).

The two 3 ladies that were working were very prompt with service. I love the energy here. Definitely would recommend this location!

Sharon and cat are awesome! Blood draw was a breeze (it normally isn’t in other places)

I had a newer employee roll my finger prints, I have these done several times a year. She did a terrible job and I watched her submit fingerprints that were not good at all. I then was delayed weeks in obtaining results, to which I was told the FBI would not release the documents needed to both of the employers I was finger printed for that day. One of the employers then rejected my employment offer while the other requested I pay for the FBI to release the documents to them to proceed further. None of this is acceptable and it is a shame I have literally lost out on an employment opportunity due to this level of unprofessionalism. Its even worse that it is this location both companies required me to go to have this done.

Shannon gave me the best service came in for a drug screen/ physical a couple weeks ago and it was quick & friendly I went in again today for a live scan and she remembered me as soon as I walked in, yesterday I was coming in to do a walk in & Diana let me know ahead of time it might take awhile which I appreciate not letting me sit here waiting. Best service overall. Definitely will come back to this location to see these friendly faces again in the future.

She was very welcoming also had great communication. She made me fell very comfortable, had a conversation with me so there wasn’t just silence and overall she was just so awesome at her job I would recommend coming back here. I don’t know her name but I can in at 10:23 on 04/29/2023 she was amazing.

Bobby the nurse there was super quick and friendly. He explained the whole process of the physical, tb test and blood draw. He even helped distracted me during the blood draw because I have trouble sitting still. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Unprofessional, racist guy. Told me I would be able to be seen and then after tells me that he knew I wasnt going to be able to be seen but still made me wait. Continued to ask me if I could leave a 5 star review, clearly seems to only care about reviews rather than patient care

A thousand percent recommended. They are fast, professional and courteous. Went to get a TB test for work, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will return whenever I need any lab work!

Shannon was the medical examiner performing numerous tests on me today and she was very thorough. She made the experience very calming and relaxing. This is a great place!

I could not have ask for a better nurse! The office got busy but either way she was SO attentive and kind. Regardless of the time I spent in there she made it go fast and enjoyable:)

Loved the nurse. She was wonderful. I’m giving two stars just because I liked her, but the actual doctor did a video exam (before COVID), turns out USCIS did not agree in their contract for video calls(and the doctor knows this), so now I have to go again to another clinic (2 years later) and do the whole process again, and pay for it. Please make sure your doctor is actually present.

The process was very easy and smooth. No hiccups, very nice people working here and I would recommend it!
