The office was clean and inviting. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wilson is lovely. My entire appointment was less than 20 minutes but I felt there was plenty of time to have my concerns heard and feel like i was examined thoroughly. I was really happy with my experience and lucky to have found this office.

WOW! I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Lindsay Allen & Grace. I was in for my first ever Well Woman Exam and they guided me through with confidence and ample knowledge! I felt so seen and taken care of at this practice thanks to their superb staff!

I have truly enjoyed my experience with this practice. Dr Allen has been amazing, taking time to listen to concerns . The office staff is also wonderful. Everyone is kind and professional.

Coming into the office, Dr. Lindsay Allen made me feel genuinely cared for and supported. With what seems to be the most difficult, most challenging and uncommon gynecological issues, she is diligently striving to help me figure out which next steps I should be taking to get my issues under control. Her response times through the easy-to-use patient portal are swift and efficient. The office also has state of the art technology for taking cultures, which I found to be very impressive. In addition, she always asks for me to keep her updated on my health, via the patient portal. I will not stop seeing Dr. Lindsay Allen, if I can help it!

After 2 visits I am very content with Dr. Lindsay Allen & her staff. Not only was she attentive, understanding, and validating but she followed through on all things proposed. I am so pleased with this office and would highly recommend it for any women seeking a very attentive & understanding provider.

Dr Castro is amazing this is the first time in 8 years that I feel 100%. I am going to refer as of my clients to her and Dr Wilson’s Group. Don’t think twice make an appointment with the best they will help you be a better you.

After 30 years with the same amazing Gyno, they retired and I was referred to Dr Wilson. The office is quite nice, however I felt bombarded by loud Plastics and Rejuvenation marketing videos while in the waiting room-not at all a relaxing introduction. Met with the PA and found that they had misplaced all the records that had been sent several weeks prior, so there really was no continuity of care nor apparent interest in my lengthy history being reviewed. ( sigh)When I met with Dr Wilson, I mentioned my disappointing sexual side-effects of breast cancer surgery and treatment hoping for some new insight. Dr just shrugged and said that at my age, many couples just give it up altogether ?!?I felt very dismissed, despite the sexual heath videos blaring in the lobby along with clips of older couples loudly proclaiming in testimonials that Doctor Wilson’s new equipment changed their lives…went back to my office and quietly cried...mourning the loss of my intimate relationship with my husband and the loss of a doctor who cared.Called the office later that day (a hard thing for me to do) requesting that they again attempt to locate my history, providing the specific date & time that it was electronically transmitted to them, and asking that Dr please review and give me a call as I did not feel that my visit was completed in full.That was two weeks ago.There has been, no responce...I dont know whether to be suprised or only disappointed.As I left, that morning, I was told see you next year...No...no, I dont think that you will.

Dr. Wilson did my surgery 11 years ago and there is not a doctor in this world that I trust nearly as much as her. She listens and she cares, her staff is kind, and I always feel like I’m in good hands.

Ive been a patient of Dr Wilsons for many many years. I cannot express how thankful I am for her knowledge and expertise. I have never felt more comfortable and cared for with a physician and the exceptional staff that she has.

My experience was very disappointing. Took over a week to receive my test results. I was supposed to hear back from the doctor within a week from my appointment. I followed up after a week and instead of hearing back from the doctor the Triage Team gave me my results. I had to ask 3 different times for my full results and they kept giving the same answer “normal”. Finally after the 3rd try they forwarded my message to the doctor which gave my full results. No apologies for no one getting back to me. If it wasnt for my persistence I would have thought everything was “normal” based on the results that came from Triage when in fact, it wasn’t. This was a terrible experience and they can definitely work on their patient experience.

I had a positive experience both times that I had visited the offices of Dr. Deborah Wilson. Her staff is friendly and one in particular Summer is wonderful. She has helped me so much to explain everything to me and a caring kind manner. Dr. Wilson has been so easy to talk to gives such confidence to her patients that she is there for them. Her progressive office is so helpful to all. Great approach to modern medicine and care. I wish I could give them 5 stars. Dr.Montes and the assisting nurse were extremely professional and helpful. They both found ways to connect with me and ease any concerns I had through the entire visit. However, the two women who work the front desk were very abrasive and unwelcoming. When I tried asking a question I was cut off with a quick monotone reply. I felt like an inconvenience the second I walked in. I understand they’re busy and want to be efficient, but taking an extra second to be more kind and human would be appreciated in such a vulnerable space.

Overall I felt listen to by the staff! Very professional! I would recommend Dr Deborah Wilson. She seems to really care about her patients.

This was my first time visit after my gynecologist, who i went to for years, recently retired, and I was very happy with the Dr. he recommended, who was Dr. Carrie Roberts. The whole office experience was easy and informative and Dr. Roberts was very personable and listened and took the time to learn about my needs and concerns. The office also offers many other treatment plans for specific needs which I found very helpful and informative as well. Perhaps I will have to explore some more of my options with this Office. Looking forward to new experiences with my new Dr. to improve my quality of life. Thank you.

After 10 years of wavering between mildly satisfied to disappointed with my gynecologist, I am so happy I switched to this practice! The waiting area and reception staff were welcoming and comfortable. Everyone thanked me for choosing their practice since I was a new patient. Everything was explained and nothing was rushed. As someone who isn’t having children, I liked that they don’t have obstetrics care - sometimes it can be overwhelming to see all the focus on pregnancy and babies. So happy to be seeing Dr. Allen!

I saw Dr. Erica Montes and I had the best experience with her. I have a lot of trauma, especially seeing OBGYNs and I will say she is by far the best one I have seen. She was patient, she was understanding and explained everything she was doing. If you deal with anxiety or trauma, I highly recommend her! The only thing I will say that the office can approve on is the new patient forms. I did fill them out from the portal before hand to save some time but I had to do it again once I got to the office. One the other hand they were able to get me in quickly and the office staff were very friendly.

As a new patient, I was really amazed by the aesthetics of the office. It was warm, welcoming and calming music in patient rooms, it didnt feel like a doctor office. All staff I had contact with was excellent and kind. Dr. Wilson was exceptional, she listened to my concerns and offered feedback to address my needs. As you age in life you need different kinds of care and this office was I think is what every office in medicine should be no matter what age you are. To say I highly reccommend is an understatement. I think Dr. Wilson may be an adequate doctor, but from a recent experience I question whether she’s a business. I am a patient of hers. Called her office with a very serious concern about six weeks ago, which they said she would get right back to me. Since then I have received approximately 8/10 emails about products/events that her office was engaging in. No email, I repeat, NO EMAIL, on a serious issue that I was going through. So truly questioning the integrity of this doctor and her motivations. As I previously stated, she seemed great the first and only time I’ve seen her.

Great experience, Dr. Wilson took the time to listen to my concerns , getting baseline ultrasound was appreciated.Gentle. All other personnel thoughtful and helpful. Would recommend

I have had such a positive experience with Dr Montes! I had a produce done and was very comfortable during the entire process. The staff was very organized with pre op and post op visits. My experience was positive. There was anything negative necessarily but there wasn’t anything over and above either. It was a very surface address the basics - nothing in depth or dig a little deeper for my concerns.

I have been struggling with an issue for a few decades now thinking that is just what I have to do. A friend recommended this clinic and I was assigned to Dr. Allen. Besides being an excellent doctor, she is also incredibly kind. She listened to me, asked me what was important to me, and told me that there are solutions and I dont have to suffer anymore. My treatment went great and now two month later I am very happy with the results. The clinic staff is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Being a new patient to the practice I was happy to find out the front desk and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I have been a patient of DR Montes for years at another practice so I knew she was great and I was hoping the rest of the staff was as well. I was not disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. I called the office this morning with some pain and Christine answered the call. She was so kind, caring, and overall just helpful. She was able to get me in to see Dr. Wilson. Customer service doesn’t exist like that anymore! I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for almost a decade and she is just beyond knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Allen was so kind, compassionate, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire appointment. As well as all of the staff members throughout the visit. Finding the right OBGYN who you feel you can trust is important, as a woman, and I am so happy to have found this office.

I LOVE the entire office of Dr. Deborah Wilson! The staff is always so kind, attentive, and in good humor (where do you find that, anymore??). The services and level of care are beyond my expectations. I feel that Dr. Wilson is at the top of her industry, and is a truly caring expert in her field, bringing innovation and resources to womens health. Women feel supported, receive the best of the latest technology and information and have choices to resolve various issues. There really isnt anyone else who comes close to offering Dr. Wilsons level of expertise and care experience.

I went to this practice for my first ever gyno appointment. Dr. Lindsay Allen was delightful and I saw why she comes highly recommended. However, I did not enjoy my experience with the MDA. She rushed me along and didn’t take the time to introduce herself before asking me about personal issues. (granted the questions were standard procedure but because it was my first gyno appointment i was scared and nervous when i spoke with her).

Dr. Wilson is definitely one of the good ones! She has given me exceptional care for over 15 years and I value her opinion.

I had the best experience with Dr. Montes from Dr. Wilson and Associates Gynecology. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, understanding, warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable before, during and after my surgery. Their staff provide you with every answer to all your questions prior to you even knowing what you need to ask! I went into my surgery feeling completely knowledgeable of what to expect. After surgery, I had zero pain or complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Montes and her staff!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this office and Dr. Erica Montes. i had one appointment to discuss sterilization, and Dr Erica did not question me rudely or insult me for the big decision that it is as a young woman with no kids, and i have been dismissed by other doctors, so i was really appreciative that she understood my needs and did not question me further than the standard questions required for this procedure. I had one follow up appointment to get a blood test, and was again treated kindly by everyone in the office. the day of my surgery was scheduled within a month of my first two visits, and everything went by smoothly. the surgical center at Piper was incredibly caring and helpful, and i am only 6 hours post surgery and feeling fantastic. Each doctor, nurse, Anesthesiologist, and everyone in between did a fantastic job, and I cannot recommend this practice enough! Thank you, Dr. Erica Montes for taking my request seriously, not questioning or refusing me, performing my surgery, and taking care of me in post operation. If you are in need of any women’s health matters and checking reviews before you go, i do the same- and i can 100% say this is the best medical care i’ve ever received.

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for years and more recently have been seeing Dr. Roberts. Both are wonderful physicians! Dr. Roberts is very thorough, knowledgable, and has excellent bedside manner. Dana was also great helping me with scheduling!

I recently came to see Dr. Carrie Roberts for my well womens exam and to consult about getting my tubes removed/tied due to the change in abortion laws in AZ. I do not want to have children and Dr. Roberts was very knowledgeable and very understanding of my desire. The whole office is amazing, everyone helped me make sure my insurance would get the correct information and was very diligent to answer any questions I had. The whole process went very smooth and quick! My surgery went great, the facility they use to do their surgeries was amazing too. Everyone was very helpful, kind and made me feel safe. I cannot recommend Dr. Roberts and this office enough.

Clean office and friendly staff. Dr. Allen was very caring and provided lots of communication during the visit and post visit. The results were easy to see on the app and Dr. Allen left comments explaining each result. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be sticking with Dr. Allen as long as I stay in AZ!

Deborah Wilson MD & Associates is a great office. I saw Dr. Montes. She LISTENS to you and what you want. Their practice is up to date on all the options they have available. Everyone was respectful and didnt snub their nose about what I wanted for my uterus. Their online portal is a great way to get in contact with the Dr., leave a message and they will get back to you, plus they have all your test results and appointments on there. I appreciate you!

How refreshing to go to arrive for my annual test without feeling anxious!This was my first time coming into this office and I cannot say enough about the whole staff.Dr. Montes is great! She answered all of my questions and gave me options.For the first time in a long time, I feel calm and well taken care of.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. Dr. Allen was referred to me, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The office is nice, the staff is personable/friendly, and Dr. Allen is amazing. Her bedside manner is calming. I went in with nerves, but she made it easy to calm that. My hysterectomy went a million times better than I could’ve imagined. I was expecting to be down, with a harsh recovery. I was up and shopping 2 days later! I’ll be a forever patient, or as long as they’ll keep me. ;-)

Im very thankful I found her!The office does a lot of anesthetic procedures; I could see this being discouraging if youre looking for medical help. Ive never been pressured to consider any of that and it definitely seems separate to the medical care they provide.

Dr Allen is wonderful! I came to her with an issue of fibroids and heavy bleeding. She was very caring, listened to me and got me into surgery quickly to correct the problem. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Carrie Roberts and the incredible team of professionals at Dr. Deborah Wilson and Associates. I received a personal referral to this office back in December when I had been experiencing intense pain, along with hormonal issues that my regular doctor wasn’t equipped to address. Coming from a string of negative experiences in the past, and knowing that a complex hysterectomy was a long time coming for me, I was quite honestly desperate to find a doctor and team that I could trust. Dr. Roberts and the team made me feel like a priority from my very first phone call I made to the office. They got me right in, I was able to have blood work, full exam and consultation with Dr. Roberts all in the same day, which would never have been possible at so many other facilities. My uncertainty and reservations began to melt away immediately when I met Dr. Roberts for the first time. She took the time to really listen, explore options, and give clear explanations. She actually encouraged my endless stream of questions and concerns, patiently took the time to personally respond, and put my frightened mind at ease. She made me feel like a priority from day one, throughout my journey leading up to and following my surgery. I was able to feel confident that I was in the best hands possible, and I hope to have her as my trusted doctor for life.Every part of the team here went above and beyond, which brings me to Laura G. who handles the insurance end of things. Laura was AMAZING dealing with the unexpected difficulties my insurance company threw at us a week before my surgery. Aetna, and the ever elusive insurance broker, put us through a small nightmare and caused me to have to put off my scheduled operation at first, but I had an advocate in Laura, and she helped make things happen!Today, almost 2 months recovered, I have been able to experience relief and I am feeling better than I have in a very long time. My recovery was so much easier than I had anticipated and I was able to get back to work, and on my feet fast! Dr. Roberts made easy work of a complex surgical case and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the entire team I had contact with at Honor Health Piper Surgery Center. The procedure was minimally invasive ( I have 3 teeny tiny scars… measured in millimeters!) and I was able to take myself off of serious pain meds in a week’s time.Since the hysterectomy, I have been experiencing the benefits of hormone replacement therapy under the watchful eye of Dr. Roberts. I am truly grateful for her caring nature and clinical experience, and I am finally experiencing life at it’s best since I have been in her care! This is a new office for me. I love that its just gynecology and no OB. The wait time is much more manageable and the staff is lovely.I do not love all the rejuvenation advertisements all over the office, but I think it its pretty standard these day. I felt that Dr Allen listened to my concerns, took time to explain things to me, and followed up in a timely manner. I am happy to have found a new home for all my lady needs.

I have gone to Dr Deborah Wilson for 20 plus years and have really appreciated her knowledge and experience. Their office model is run extremely well with a high level of attention to patient comfort during the visit.My insurance plan didnt cover her for the last 3 years and I found out how well treated I have been at this 5 star office after having to get 2 star treatment elsewhere. Ive been going to Dr Wilsons practice since 1995. Always the best care! Currently seeing Carolyn Roberts, MD and she just performed surgery and ensured I had the best care and recovery! She had a wonderful bedside manner!

Everyone in the office is great and always friendly.Dr. Roberts is amazing. Its such a pleasure to have a doctor who listens and cares as much as she does its vary rare these days.Dr. Wilson is also amazing.

Dr Deborah Wilson is the best gynecologist I have ever had. She makes you very comfortable whether it is a simple Pap smear or a procedure. She is gentle and will put your mind at ease. Her experience is over several decades and she has a large knowledge base. It’s nice to go to a specialist who really gets what the patient needs.

Dr Wilson is a very caring person and listens to all your concerns. Her staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The aesthetic team are very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you anything you dont need or want. Erin is very sweet and thoroughly explains every procedure.

I went to meet Dr. Carolyn Roberts for annual pap smear and to discuss sterilization options. It was my first ever visit to a gynecologist and she (+ everyone at the front desk) were very accommodating and considerate.She listened to all my concerns and respected my personal agency and right to determine my own fertility. I would recommend her to anyone.

Everything was great from scheduling my apt to reminders to the staff and finally my apt with Dr. Wilson,..this was my first time with her we just moved from Nor Cal..,she helped with my transition with hormone replacement and was extremely thorough with follow up to ensure everything was exactly right! She’s extremely knowledgeable and very thoughtful with her guidance and made me feel very comfortable! So happy to have found her highly recommend!

Dr. Wilson and team were easyy to talk with. I never felt rushed. I came in to discuss hormones and they asked if I had other things to discuss. It hairbrush to be time for my annual pap and they did it right then.. nice to not have to make another appointment. I didnt wait long for labs to be drawn. It was a thorough visit and great time frame. Great place for people open to discussing anything female related... and even better for those who are more insecure as they would make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was at the end of my rope trying to find a professional medical office, and I was SO pleased with the prompt professionalism of the scheduling staff! I saw Dr. Lindsay Allen, and I feel like I have found my doctor for life - she is compassionate, professional, thorough, and proactive. I was also really pleased with the comprehensive services offered in the office - several of the diagnostic tests that Dr. Allen recommended were able to be completed right there in the office on the same day, and Dr. Allen emailed me with a summary of findings the next day! Dr. Roberts was extremely professional and kind and was able to make my first visit relaxed and comfortable. She is one of the most intelligent physicians I have ever had the pleasure to talk with and her staff is also incredibly helpful. When I needed to get a minor procedure done before the end of the year, she managed to get me scheduled to see her within a few days and she did a great job calming my worries about everything beforehand. Dr. Allen is an amazing doctor and I cant recommend her enough. She takes good care of her patients, answers all their questions, and take the time to make sure they really understand care options and procedures. I can’t recommend Dr Roberts enough! My experience with her was nothing less than wonderful. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen, and she’s so knowledgeable, sweet, and attentive to your needs. She really cares about your well-being.The front desk lady could be much nicer. I felt like I was inconveniencing her each time I walked in to check in or ask questions. I won’t remove a star for that, though, due to how great Dr Roberts was.

I have been going to Dr Wilson for well over 20 years. So did my mother and sister.Dr Wilson just preformed a full Hysterectomy in January 2020. Her office staff was professional and went over all my questions and concerns.The surgery was preformed at Piper Honer Health at Shea. Such a wonderful facility. Her assistant was equally professional and reassuring.I spent one planned night and was up and walking with in a couple hours of the surgery. They kept any pain in check. The food was fantastic! Lol. I ate lunch, dinner and breakfast. Had no nausea either.

Dr. Wilson is a great doctor. I have seen her from time to time. I, typically, see Dr. Caroline Roberts. Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Her care is thorough and you never feel like you’re asking too many questions or being a bother.Dr. Wilson and Associates is a great practice. It makes no difference who you see the care is outstanding. They have invested in the latest equipment and technology to ensure that their patients get the best care possible.The nurses and front and back office staff are always willing to help. The office is clean and they adhere to PPE requirements.

From the first time I called until my final results, it has been the best experience Ive had with an OB. I WISH I had had my 6yo here in AZ with this team, Especially Dr Allen. As far as I’m concerned Dr Deborah Wilson is the finest gynecologist in this country.I had a complete hysterectomy from her and was absolutely fine after the surgery. As a matter of fact I went out to dinner the following night. She is incredible, a genius, and a wonderful doctor and person. I can not say enough good things about her.

Dr. Wilson is a skilled gynecologist who has been providing my GYN care for many years. On may last visit I was greeted warmly by the office staff. I was seen in a timely manner. The medical assistant that took me to the exam room was professional and friendly. At this visit I had my hormone replacement pellets placed without discomfort. Her office offers many treatment options for GYN health as well as well as cosmetic services to enhance your confidence and well being. I have not tried any of these, but they ad to her practice.

Amazing office staff (they always greet me with a smile, kindness and make me laugh), incredible nurses (especially Grace!!) and I would recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone! She answered every single one of my questions and went out of her way to ensure my knowledge and comfortability with my own healthcare. Dr. Wlson is an amazing, kind , considerate dr. My visit with her was worth the wait for 3 weeks to see her. She listens and acts quickly on the diagnosis. I cannot express how wonderful both Dr Allen and this office in general is. The office staff is helpful, organized, and really on top of things. I needed to have a hysterectomy due to fibroids and the same day I was scheduled for a consolation, they did my bloodwork, and scheduled me for surgery. I was told by another office I would have to have a vertical cut and Dr Allen was able to preform it laparoscopically. She did a fantastic job and I couldnt be happier with the results

Dr. Wilsons office was recommended by several friends. They are on the cutting edge of treating menopause. I fired my last doctor because she didnt believe in actively treating it, felt women should just deal with it. Dr. Carrie Roberts is empathetic, a good listener and took my concerns seriously. I was seen by Dr. Wilson for hormone replacement therapy. She advised me to return in one year. I questioned her regarding the one year follow up which I felt was too long. Again she insisted the one year was adequate. I returned after one year and my estrogen and testosterone levels were very high which I could have had some complications. I had confidence in Dr. Wilson for excellent care which I obviously didnt receive. I feel she is only interested in her latest technologies which brings in revenue to her practice. I received poor quality of care and will never return. I went to another gynecologist for second opinion and she was mortified because my lab profile was off the charts. I am thankful othat I am receiving better care

I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson for 26 years. She delivered both of my children via C-section without complications, and has performed other surgical needs for me over the years. She is the most skilled surgeon! I had very little post operative discomfort, and minimal scarring (scarring in these situations is to be expected). I have trusted her with my obstetric and gynecological needs for all of these years because she truly is THE BEST! I wouldnt go anywhere else. I dont know what Im going to do when she retires! During my recent visit, I mentioned to Dr. Wilson that I was so impressed with the entire process and team. Ive been a patient for many years, and am delighted with my medical care; however, the kindness, proficiency and professionalism of the front office and medical staff was superb and much appreciated.

I had a Surgical Procedure performed by Dr. Lindsay Allen approximately one month ago.In Pre-op: Dr. Allen told my husband and I that we had met her Surgical Team: Anesthesiologist, Female Nurse and herself.In the Operating Room: When I entered the Operating Room, Dr. Allen was standing next to a Man sitting down at a surgery table. Dr. Allen pointed to the Man and said his name.The creepiest part about my Surgery, was seeing the Male Surgical Technologist, with his Cell Phone in his hand, at the foot of the Operating Table, prior to being put under anesthesia. Also, Dr. Allen was on her Cell Phone. I was shocked and concerned about my HIPAA Privacy Rights.After my Surgery, I spoke with the Director of Nursing of Honor Health. The Nursing Director informed me that Honor Health Staff are to Follow the Strict Rules of No Cell Phones In Front of Patients and the Focus of Care Is To Be On The Patient.I am writing this Google Review because I would hate for another woman to experience this in the Operating Room.

Dr. Wilson was very thorough and took her time to answer all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about hormone replacement!

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for a number of years now. While her bedside manner has always been less than ideal, I continued to see her as her practice was conveniently located. However, my most recent visit will be my last.The contraceptive that I was on and had been on for a number of months was making me quite sick so I asked to try a different brand, which she said was fine. I began to tell Dr. Wilson that my new insurance now requires me to obtain my medications via mail and she shortly said “I know, it’s already in”. So, I assumed that somehow this information was already in my file.The following day I received a phone call stating that the exact same prescription, which had been making me sick, was refilled and available for pick up at a physical location...At the same visit I expressed a concern about one of my breasts being sore because it has been that way for a few months. Dr. Wilson asked if I wore an underwire bra, which I did, and in turn said that I may just need a break from them. Then she felt my breast and said that she did feel something but that it was “probably just a cyst”. I began to ask questions about the supposed cyst and she was visibly bothered by the fact that I was looking for more information. To “make me feel better” she wrote me up an ultrasound order to have it looked at. Had I not continued to ask about it, she would have completely dismissed my concern.I had the ultrasound to get a better idea of what was causing me pain and what Dr. Wilson admitted that she felt. I did not have a cyst, I had (and still have) a tumor which required an invasive biopsy and me taking time off of work.After this past experience, which is just many of the odd visits that I have had with her, I will never be returning to Dr. Wilson’s office ever again.

I have been a patient here for several years, the staff both front and back office are nothing but professional, friendly, informative and nice. Dr. Wilson is an exceptional doctor who helped me when I needed her most. Yes, the wait time may be a bit long but plan for it and know you are getting the best care possible.

Had an issue with being charged for a service that I didn’t know wasn’t covered by my insurance. After many calls and lots of tears, Jennifer in the office was the ONLY person who actually treated me like a human being. Dr Wilson’s partner is the rudest doctor I have ever talked to and I would not recommend to anyone. I never heard from Dr Wilson at all during my issue with billing. Only afterwards, when asking me to delete my previous post on here. I’m glad my issue was resolved but I still wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr. Carolyn Roberts was FANTASTIC. She was referred to me by a friend when I was wanting to switch providers and she was so great. Happy I found her!

The staff is incredibly rude, especially the girls in the front. I took my mother for the first time to visit Dr. Wilson and she herself was dismissive and rude. We wont be returning, you all should be ashamed of yourself, women come here to be cared for not treated horribly.

Dr. Roberts is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. You never feel rushed or pushed through your appointment and always gives you an opportunity to ask questions. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone that is looking for an excellent GYN!

Dr. Wilson has gone above and beyond. I have covid. I live on my own. She not only checked up on me but also dropped of healthy food and drinks for me a couple of days. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson. She is kind, caring and professional.

I went in for regular yearly exam, my first appointment was cancelled as they had trouble with their computers so we rescheduled it. Front desk was okay, they did not greet, i signed myself in and stood there by the window. Once she saw me, asked for my name and told me to sit down. I waited for 1 hr 5 minutes before i was taken inside for vitals and then i waited in another waiting area inside for almost 15-20 minutes before i was seen by the doctor. She was polite, professional and was quick with her assessment. The waiting time is what i think was way too much to be seen for less than 10 minutes by the doctor. And yes, the front desk can be little more lively just for customer services sake. So, not very impressed with this visit.

Both Dr. Wilson and Dr. Roberts are FANTASTIC doctors! Their bedside manners are unmatched in this industry. I highly recommend Dr. Deborah Wilson MD & Associates Gynecology for any woman seeking a GYN. I get my hormone pellets at Dr. Wilsons office, along with my annual exam. The office staff is friendly and great as well. Dr. Wilson has A TON of specialized services to offer any woman, but if you are pre-menopausal or beyond Dr. Wilson or Dr. Roberts are the doctors you will definitely want to see.

Absolutely loved my experience with the doctor I saw. She genuinely wanted to ensure I had all my questions answered and it was very obvious to me she wanted to spend time with me, never rushing me out the door. Highly recommended!

Absolute Worst Experience Ever- Dr. Wilson is horrible. Her office made a misdiagnosis and laughed when questions were asked of a young lady. They have no communications skills and I will never return to this office.SERIOUSLY DR. WILSON- Your reply is that I was never a patient in your office. Not only was I a patient, but so was my daughter for 4 YEARS. You lost 2 patients when you misdiagnosed her. You made fun of her for asking questions. Shes 20! You were her doctor! Shes supposed to feel comofortable asking you questions! Thank God for Mayo! They were able to do what you were not! Actually figure out what was wrong with her! And, on a much smaller scale, when we were going through this medical issue, NO ONE answers the phone at your office. I had to press the number for BILLING to talk to anyone. So nice try saying I wasnt a patient in your office! That just goes to show how little you really know!

Dr. Wilson was available within a week, the office has all the necessary technology to diagnose, and we discussed and formulated treatment all within that appointment. I am very pleased.

Dr. Allen is wonderful, she is friendly and made the visit comfortable. The rest of the staff is nice and helpful. I got seen quickly.
